为了解决上述目的本实用新型提出了高湿度硝化棉存库,可以很好的对仓库内的温度湿度很好的控制,而且增加湿度所产生的水也可以再利用。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提出了以下技术方案:
高湿度硝化棉存库,它包括南墙、北墙、东墙、西墙、地面墙和房顶,所述的东墙和西墙上开有仓库门,北墙上开有通气窗,高湿度硝化棉存库还包括温度计、湿度计、喷淋***、通风装置、防水防爆日光灯,高湿度硝化棉存库有三个位置装有温度计和湿度计,分别是存库的前部、中部和后部;所述的喷淋***分成两种,一种安装在仓库门上面是水帘式喷淋装置,另一种是雾化式喷淋装置安装在房顶上面;所述的通风装置包括鼓风机、进风口、风道和出风口,进风口开在北墙上面后部,鼓风机装在进风口处,风道呈“F”状安装在房顶上面,风道进风端连接鼓风机出风端,出风口有若干个开在风道下面;所述的防水防爆日光灯安装在房顶上面;所述的地面墙上开有水槽,水槽位于地面墙两边,且水槽上面盖有石板,石板上并开有条状孔,地面墙中间设有货车道。
