目前市场上硝化棉为白色或微黄色棉絮状，能溶于丙酮。学名纤维素硝酸酯，旧称硝化纤维、硝化棉。NC是一个聚合物。其分子量很大。它的分子式是C6H7O2(ONO2)a(OH)3-an，其中a为酯化度，n为聚合度。习惯上用含氮量百分数代表酯化程度。硝化棉具有高度可燃性和***性，其危险程度根据硝化程度而定，含氮量在12.5％以上的硝化棉危险性极大，遇火即燃烧。在温度超过40℃时能加速其分解而自燃。含氮量不足12.5％的硝化棉虽然比较稳定，但受热或储存日久，逐渐分解而放出酸，降低着火点，亦有自燃自爆的可能。因而要对存储仓库进行通风喷水，降低温度，增加湿度，但是为了达到这一目的，导致对仓库的设计要求很高，还要处理喷水后遗留大量的水怎么处理。

为了解决上述目的本实用新型提出了高湿度硝化棉存库，可以很好的对仓库内的温度湿度很好的控制，而且增加湿度所产生的水也可以再利用。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提出了以下技术方案：
高湿度硝化棉存库，它包括南墙、北墙、东墙、西墙、地面墙和房顶，所述的东墙和西墙上开有仓库门，北墙上开有通气窗，高湿度硝化棉存库还包括温度计、湿度计、喷淋***、通风装置、防水防爆日光灯，高湿度硝化棉存库有三个位置装有温度计和湿度计，分别是存库的前部、中部和后部；所述的喷淋***分成两种，一种安装在仓库门上面是水帘式喷淋装置，另一种是雾化式喷淋装置安装在房顶上面；所述的通风装置包括鼓风机、进风口、风道和出风口，进风口开在北墙上面后部，鼓风机装在进风口处，风道呈“F”状安装在房顶上面，风道进风端连接鼓风机出风端，出风口有若干个开在风道下面；所述的防水防爆日光灯安装在房顶上面；所述的地面墙上开有水槽，水槽位于地面墙两边，且水槽上面盖有石板，石板上并开有条状孔，地面墙中间设有货车道。
所述的温度计和湿度计的安装地面高1.5米处。设置这样的高度可以对库房 温度和湿度更好的检测。
