本发明涉及手推车技术领域，特别涉及一种多功能折叠手推车。
背景技术
搬运工具物品时经常需要用到手推车，目前市场上的手推车大多功能单一，使用场合有局限性，占用空间大，包装运输成本较高。本发明因此而来。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种多功能折叠手推车，可折叠成不同的状态，以用于不同的场合。
基于上述问题，本发明提供的技术方案是：
多功能折叠手推车，包括四根立柱、及自上而下布置的第一托盘、第二托盘和第三托盘，所述第一托盘设置在所述四根立柱的上端，所述第二托盘设置在所述四根立柱的中部，所述第三托盘设置在所述四根立柱的下端且底部设有滚轮支脚，所述四根立柱布置成侧面开口的立方体状，所述四根立柱包括沿运动方向前后布置的第一立柱组和第二立柱组，所述第一托盘长度方向一端可拆卸设置在所述第二立柱组上，所述第一托盘长度方向另一端与所述第一立柱组具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在所述第一立柱组上；
所述第二托盘长度方向一端可拆卸设置在所述第一立柱组上，所述第二托盘长度方向另一端与所述第二立柱组具有折叠点且折叠后置于所述第二立柱组之间；

参见图1-10，为本发明的实施例，提供一种多功能折叠手推车，包括四根立柱、及自上而下布置的第一托盘3、第二托盘4和第三托盘5，第一托盘3设置在四根立柱的上端，第二托盘4设置在四根立柱的中部，第三托盘5设置在四根立柱的下端且底部设有滚轮支脚14，四根立柱布置成侧面开口的立方体状，这四根立柱包括沿手推车运动方向前后运动的第一立柱组1和第二立柱组2。
其中第一托盘3长度方向一端可拆卸设置在第二立柱组2上，第一托盘3长度方向另一端与第一立柱组1具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在第一立柱组1上，以实现第一托盘3的折叠，将三层的手推车折叠成两层手推车。
具体的，第一托盘3宽度方向的两端分别设有定位杆3-1，在第二立柱组2的上端设有与定位杆3-1匹配的定位槽2-1，使用时将定位杆3-1置于定位槽2-1内以将第一托盘3固定在第二立柱组2上。为了提高推车的稳定性，第一立柱组1之间通过连杆16连接，该连杆16设置在第一立柱组1的上部，优选的，连杆16的上端与第一立柱组1的上端面在同一平面上，在第一立柱组1上部设有固定座6，第一托盘3转动设置在固定座6上，固定座6包括固定在第一立柱组1侧壁上的固定部6-1、及延伸至第一立柱组1背向第二立柱组2一侧的转动部6-2，第一托盘3转动设置在转动部6-2上，将第一托盘3沿第一立柱组1转动折叠后可贴合在第一立柱组1前侧。

本例中，第一立柱组1在面向第二立柱组2的一侧设有定位孔1-1，在第二托盘4上设有与定位孔1-1匹配的定位销4-1，该定位孔1-1包括上下连通成葫芦孔的第一定位孔1-1a和第二定位孔1-1b，定位销4-1包括固定在第二托盘4上的第二销部4-1b和设置在第二销部4-1b端部的第一销部4-1a，其中第一销部4-1a的外径大于第二销部4-1b，第一销部4-1a与第一定位孔1-1a配合，第二销部4-1b与第二定位孔1-1b配合。第二立柱组2中部与第三托盘5之间设有滑槽2-2，该滑槽2-2沿第二立柱组2长度方向布置且上端折弯形成定位凹槽2-3，在第二托盘4外壁上设有与定位凹槽2-3、滑槽2-2配合的定位柱4-3，定位柱4-3由第二托盘4外壁向第二立柱组2延伸。使用中，将第二托盘4一端向上翻起从第一立柱组1上拆卸下来，第二托盘4另一端的定位柱4-3由定位凹槽2-3移动至滑槽2-2，将第二托盘4沿第二立柱组2向下运动并固定在第二立柱组2之间即完成第二托盘4的折叠。
为了提高第二托盘4折叠后的稳定性，在第二托盘4宽度方向的两端分别设有与定位槽2-1匹配的定位部4-2，将第二托盘4折叠后置于第二立柱组2之间且其上端的定位部4-2可置于第二立柱组2上端的定位槽2-1内。
第一立柱组1与第三托盘5具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在第三托盘5上，具体的，在第三托盘5上设有铰接座7，第一立柱组1的下端铰接在铰接座4上，以便于将第一立柱组1沿铰接座7折叠后贴合在第三托盘5上，完成第一立柱组1的折叠，折叠成单层平板推车。
第二立柱组2与第三托盘5具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在第一托盘3上，本例中，在第三托盘5宽度方向的两端分别设有限位座8，该限位座8包括两块平行设置的限位板，第二立柱组2下部通过转轴9转动设置在两块限位板的前部，在限位板的后部设有与水平方向成角度布置的穿槽8-1，在穿槽8-1内穿设有限位杆11，限位杆11与转轴9之间通过弹性部件10连接，优选的，该弹性部件10为拉簧。两个限位杆11之间通过连接部连接，用于调节限位杆11的位置，该连接部包括设置在第三托盘5后方的推杆12、及连接推杆12与限位杆11的连接杆13，推杆12与限位杆11平行设置，连接杆13与限位杆11、推杆12相互垂直，且限位杆11、连接杆13和推杆12连接 成Z字型，连接杆13将限位杆11限位于两个限位座8之间，避免限位杆11脱离穿槽8-1。当弹性部件10处于压缩状态时，限位杆11位于穿槽8-1上端将第二立柱组2竖直限位，通过连接部拉动限位杆11运动至穿槽8-1下端，第二立柱组2可沿限位座8转动折叠，从而完成第二立柱组2的折叠，折叠后手推车占地空间小，便于收纳或搬运。
为了进一步优化本发明的实施效果，方便推动手推车，在第二立柱组2上设有推手15。
上述实例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点，其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人是能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施，并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 多功能折叠手推车，包括四根立柱、及自上而下布置的第一托盘(3)、第二托盘(4)和第三托盘(5)，所述第一托盘(3)设置在所述四根立柱的上端，所述第二托盘(4)设置在所述四根立柱的中部，所述第三托盘(5)设置在所述四根立柱的下端且底部设有滚轮支脚(14)，所述四根立柱布置成侧面开口的立方体状，所述四根立柱包括沿运动方向前后布置的第一立柱组(1)和第二立柱组(2)，其特征在于：所述第一托盘(3)长度方向一端可拆卸设置在所述第二立柱组(2)上，所述第一托盘(3)长度方向另一端与所述第一立柱组(1)具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在所述第一立柱组(1)上；
    所述第二托盘(4)长度方向一端可拆卸设置在所述第一立柱组(1)上，所述第二托盘(4)长度方向另一端与所述第二立柱组(2)具有折叠点且折叠后置于所述第二立柱组(2)之间；
    所述第一立柱组(2)与所述第三托盘(5)具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在所述第三托盘(5)上；
    所述第二立柱组(2)与所述第三托盘(5)具有折叠点且折叠后贴合在所述第一托盘(3)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第一托盘(3)宽度方向的两端分别设有定位杆(3-1)，所述第二立柱组(2)的上端设有与所述定位杆(3-1)匹配的定位槽(2-1)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第一立柱组(1)之间通过连杆(16)连接，所述连杆(16)设置在所述第一立柱组(1)的上部，所述第一立柱组(1)上部设有固定座(6)，所述第一托盘(3)转动设置在所述固定座(6)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述固定座(6)包括固定在所述第一立柱组(1)侧壁上的固定部(6-1)、及延伸至所述第一立柱组(1)背向所述第二立柱组(2)一侧的转动部(6-1)，所述第一托盘(3)转动设置在所述转动部(6-1)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第一立柱组(1)面向所述第二立柱组(2)的一侧设有定位孔(1-1)，所述第二托盘(4)上设有与所述定位孔(1-1)匹配的定位销(4-1)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述定位孔 (1-1)包括上下连通成葫芦孔的第一定位孔(1-1a)和第二定位孔(1-1b)，所述定位销(4-1)包括固定在所述第二托盘(4)上的第二销部(4-1b)和设置在所述第二销部(4-1b)端部的第一销部(4-1a)，所述第一销部(4-1a)的外径大于所述第二销部(4-1b)，所述第一销部(4-1a)与所述第一定位孔(1-1a)配合，所述第二销部(4-1b)与所述第二定位孔(1-1b)配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第二立柱组(2)中部与所述第三托盘(5)之间设有滑槽(2-2)，所述滑槽(2-2)沿所述第二立柱组(2)长度方向延伸且上端弯折形成定位凹槽(2-3)，所述第二托盘(4)外壁上设有与所述定位凹槽(2-3)、滑槽(2-2)配合的定位柱(4-3)，所述定位柱(4-3)由所述第二托盘(4)外壁向所述第二立柱组(2)延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第三托盘(5)上设有铰接座(7)，所述第一立柱组(1)下端铰接在所述铰接座(7)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第三托盘(5)宽度方向的两端分别设有限位座(8)，所述限位座(8)包括两块平行设置的限位板，所述第二立柱组(2)下部通过转轴(9)转动设置在两块限位板的前部，所述限位板的后部设有与水平方向成角度布置的穿槽(8-1)，所述穿槽(8-1)内穿设有限位杆(11)，所述限位杆(11)与所述转轴(9)通过弹性部件(10)连接，两个限位杆(11)之间通过连接部连接，当弹性部件(10)处于压缩状态时，所述限位杆(11)位于所述穿槽(8-1)上端将所述第二立柱组(2)竖直限位，通过所述连接部拉动所述限位杆(11)运动至所述穿槽(8-1)下端，所述第二立柱组(2)可沿所述限位座(8)转动折叠。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一所述的多功能折叠手推车，其特征在于：所述第二立柱组(2)的上部设有推手(15)。
