中国发明专利CN201210543601.8,公开日为2013.07.31,公开了一种用于汽车电动 滑门防夹压条,包括本体、前端部、未端部以及护套线,前端部和末端部分别设置在本体的前端和末端,护套线连接在前端部上,本体内部结构由上而下包括有绝缘层、导电层上层以及导电层下层,在导电层上层和导电层下层内设置有导线,导电层上层和导电层下层周长相等,并且导电层上层和导电层下层接触时为平面接触。本发明的优点在于导电层接触面采用平面设计,利于防夹压条示值稳定,保证产生的信号更加精确,弧线过渡,便于释放应加工而聚集的剪切力,等周长设计便于工艺快速调整,整个整体结构设计和工艺加工方法可操作性强,便于实施。但是该防夹条电阻范围小,不利于进行识别。
综上所述,亟需一种不改变现有汽车结构,识别范围大,成本低的汽车防夹装置,而目前关于这种装置还未见报道。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、控制方便,能够在车门产生夹持时停止运行,提高安全性的汽车车门防夹装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:
一种汽车防夹条,所述的汽车防夹条设有防夹条、固定支架、密封固定装置、导线、导线接口、防夹控制器,所述的防夹条设有第一导线、第二导线、导电体、绝缘体、装配部件、电阻,所述的第一导线和第二导线分别埋设在导电体中,所述的带有第一导线的导电体设置在绝缘体的中部上端,所述的带有第二导线的导电体设置在绝缘体的中部下端,所述的带有第一导线的导电体与带有第二导线的导电体之间留有空隙,所述的装配部件设置在绝缘体下部,所述的电阻分别与第一导线、第二导线连接,所述的电阻设置在防夹条的端部,所述的固定支架设有装配槽,所述的装配槽设置在固定支架内部,所述的防夹控制器设有接口、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口设置在防夹控制器的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口耦接,所述的防夹条通过装配部件装配在固定支架的装配槽内,所述的导线一端与防夹条连接,另一端和导线接口连接,所述的密封固定装置为中间有通孔的环形结构,所述的密封固定装置设置在导线中部,所述的导线接口通过接口与防夹控制器连接。

作为一种优选的技术方案,所述汽车防夹条未受压时,其回路电阻值为10000±500Ω,当汽车门防夹条受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω,防夹控制模块根据回路电阻值控制汽车尾门或侧门的状态。
本实用新型优点在于:
1、结构简单,价格低廉,便于安装;
2、反应速度快,可靠性高;
3、防夹控制器与汽车中控相连,便于驾驶者及时操控,提高安全性;
4、防夹条与固定支架进行装配时无需使用胶布,降低成本;
5、防夹条各组成部件均可进行替换,无需整体报废,降低使用成本;
6、装配部件呈鱼骨型,嵌入固定支架,通过多层鱼骨设置,可避免防夹条轻易脱落;
7、防夹条装配部件还可以呈中空梯形,减少材料使用,嵌入固定支架,不易脱落;
8、防夹条装配部件还可以呈倒凹形且两端突出,卡入固定支架时,通过突出卡在固定支架装配槽顶端,防止防夹条脱落,取下防夹条时,需要左右按压防夹条,使装配部件变形,从而小于装配槽的口径,才能取下防夹条。

请参照图1,图1是汽车防夹条的装配示意图。所述的汽车防夹条设有防夹条1、固定支架2、密封固定装置3、导线4、导线接口5,所述的防夹条1装配在固定支架2上,所述的导线4一端与防夹条1内部的导电材料连接,另一端和导线接口5连接,所述的密封固定装置3为中间有通孔的环形结构,其中间孔穿过导线4后,安装并固定在同样中间穿过导线4的车身钣金件孔上。
请参照图2-3,图2是图1中的A部局部放大和剖视示意图,图3是图1中的B-B向剖面示意图。所述的防夹条1设有第一导线11、第二导线12、导电体13、绝缘体14、装配部件15、电阻16,所述的第一导线11和第二导线12分别埋设在导电体13中,所述的带有第一导线11的导电体13设置在绝缘体14的中部上端,所述的带有第二导线12的导电体13设置在绝缘体14的中部下端,所述的带有第一导线11的导电体13与带有第二导线12的导电体13之间留有空隙,所述的装配部件15设置在绝缘体14下部,所述的电阻16分别与第一导线11、第二导线12连接,所述的电阻16设置在防夹条1的端部,所述的固定支架2设有装配槽21,所述的装配槽21设置在固定支架2内部,所述的防夹条1通过装配部件15装配在固定支架2的装配槽21内。
请参照图4-5,图4是防夹控制器的示意图,图5是防夹控制器的内部架构图。所述的防夹控制器6设有接口61、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口61设置在防夹控制器6的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器6内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口61耦接。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的导线4一端与防夹条1连接,另一端和导线接口5连接,然后导线接口5接入防夹控制器6的接口61中,防夹条1与防夹控制器6进行连接。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的装配部件15呈鱼骨型。

本实施例的优点在于,结构简单,价格低廉,便于安装;反应速度快,可靠性高;防夹控制器与汽车中控相连,便于驾驶者及时操控,提高安全性;防夹条与固定支架进行装配时无需使用胶布,降低成本;防夹条各组成部件均可进行替换,无需整体报废,降低使用成本;装配部件呈鱼骨型,嵌入固定支架,通过多层鱼骨设置,可避免防夹条轻易脱落。

请参照图4-5,图4是防夹控制器的示意图,图5是防夹控制器的内部架构图。所述的防夹控制器6设有接口61、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口61设置在防夹控制器6的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器6内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口61耦接。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的导线4一端与防夹条1连接,另一端和导线接口5连接,然后导线接口5接入防夹控制器6的接口61中,防夹条1与防夹控制器6进行连接。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的装配部件15呈梯形,所述的装配部件15为中空结构。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的导电体13为导电橡胶或导电TPE材料。
需要进一步说明的是,所述的绝缘体14为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。

  1. 一种汽车防夹条,其特征在于,所述的汽车防夹条设有防夹条、固定支架、密封固定装置、导线、导线接口、防夹控制器,所述的防夹条设有第一导线、第二导线、导电体、绝缘体、装配部件、电阻,所述的第一导线和第二导线分别埋设在导电体中,所述的带有第一导线的导电体设置在绝缘体的中部上端,所述的带有第二导线的导电体设置在绝缘体的中部下端,所述的带有第一导线的导电体与带有第二导线的导电体之间留有空隙,所述的装配部件设置在绝缘体下部,所述的电阻分别与第一导线、第二导线连接,所述的电阻设置在防夹条的端部,所述的固定支架设有装配槽,所述的装配槽设置在固定支架内部,所述的防夹控制器设有接口、处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块,所述的接口设置在防夹控制器的端部,所述的处理器、传输模块、报警模块、供电模块设置在防夹控制器内部,所述的处理器分别与传输模块、报警模块、供电模块、接口耦接,所述的防夹条通过装配部件装配在固定支架的装配槽内,所述的导线一端与防夹条连接,另一端和导线接口连接,所述的密封固定装置为中间有通孔的环形结构,所述的密封固定装置设置在导线中部,所述的导线接口通过接口与防夹控制器连接。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汽车防夹条,其特征在于,所述绝缘体为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车防夹条,其特征在于,所述的装配部件为绝缘橡胶或绝缘TPE材料。
  8. 根据权利要要求7所述的汽车防夹条,其特征在于,所述的固定支架为金属材料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的汽车防夹条,其特征在于,所述第一导线与第二导线随着导电体的挤压而靠近时,所受的力大小≤50N时或者受力接触,就可以短路电阻,形成电路回路。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车防夹条,其特征在于,所述汽车防夹条未受压时, 其回路电阻值为10000±500Ω,当汽车门防夹条受到挤压后,其回路电阻值≤2000Ω,防夹控制模块根据回路电阻值控制汽车尾门或侧门的状态。
