有鉴于此,本申请提出一种项目信息展示方法、电子装置及计算机可读存储介质,能够通过从数据库中读取一个项目各个阶段的关键指标的相关数 据,在显示页面上以预设的一个或多个图形展示该项目各个阶段的关键指标在该项目各个阶段的变化情况,供用户直观地了解每个阶段该项目的进展情况。
首先,为实现上述目的,本申请提出一种项目信息展示方法,该方法包括如下步骤:

进一步地,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,计算机可读存储介质存储有项目信息展示程序,该项目信息展示程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使至少一个处理器执行如上述的各个实施例中的项目信息展示方法的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本申请所提出的项目信息展示方法、电子装置及计算 机可读存储介质,通过响应用户选取的显示页面上的第一关键指标,并从数据库中读取第一关键指标在一个项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,基于第一关键指标在项目各个阶段的统计数据,生成并显示一个或多个包含项目的各个阶段信息的预设类型图形。这样,可以供用户直观地了解每个阶段该项目的进展情况。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该 特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
如图1所示,是本申请各个实施例一可选的应用环境示意图。
在本实施例中,本申请可应用于包括,但不仅限于,客户端1、电子装置2、网络3、数据库4的应用环境中。
其中,客户端1可以是移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置等等的可移动设备,以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机、笔记本、服务器等等的固定终端。
电子装置2可以是安装有项目信息展示***(APP)的机架式服务器、刀片式服务器、塔式服务器或机柜式服务器等计算设备。
网络3可以是企业内部网(Intranet)、互联网(Internet)、全球移动通讯***(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、4G网络、5G网络、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、Wi-Fi等无线或有线网络。
数据库4存储有与一个项目相关的所有数据,包括该项目的各个阶段的名称及各个阶段的数据,以及评估该项目每个阶段的项目进展的关键指标。
其中,客户端1通过网络访问电子装置2上的项目信息展示***200时,项目信息展示***200根据用户选择的关键指标,从数据库3读取该项目各个阶段的关键指标的相关统计数据,在显示页面上,以预设的一个或多个图形展示用户选取的关键指标在该项目各个阶段的变化情况,供用户直观地了解每个阶段该项目的进展情况。
如图2所示,是图1中电子装置2一可选的硬件架构的示意图。本实施例中,电子装置2可包括,但不仅限于,可通过***总线相互通信连接的存 储器11、处理器12、网络接口13、显示器14。需要指出的是,图2仅示出了具有组件11-14的电子装置2,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
其中,存储器11至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,存储器11可以是电子装置2的内部存储单元,例如电子装置2的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,存储器11也可以是电子装置2的外部存储设备,例如电子装置2上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,存储器11还可以既包括电子装置2的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,存储器11通常用于存储安装于电子装置2的操作***和各类应用软件,例如项目信息展示***200的程序代码等。此外,存储器11还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
处理器12在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。处理器12通常用于控制电子装置2的总体操作,例如执行与客户端1进行数据交互或者通信相关的控制和处理等。本实施例中,处理器12用于运行存储器11中存储的程序代码或者处理数据,例如运行的项目信息展示***200等。
网络接口13可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,网络接口13通常用于在电子装置2与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。本实施例中,网络接口13主要用于通过网络3将电子装置2与一个或多个客户端1相连,在电子装置2与一个或多个客户端1之间建立数据传输通道和通信连接。
显示器14在一些实施例中可以是LED显示器、液晶显示器、触控式液 晶显示器以及OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)触摸器等。显示器14用于显示在电子装置2中处理的信息以及用于显示可视化的用户界面。
至此,己经详细介绍了本申请各个实施例的应用环境和相关设备的硬件结构和功能。下面,将基于上述应用环境和相关设备,提出本申请的各个实施例。
首先,本申请提出一种项目信息展示***200。
如图3所示,是本申请项目信息展示***200较佳实施例的功能模块图。本实施例中,项目信息展示***200可以被分割成一个或多个模块,一个或者多个模块被存储于存储器11中,并由一个或多个处理器(本实施例中为处理器12)所执行,以完成本申请。例如,在图3中,项目信息展示***200可以被分割成数据读取模块201、显示模块202、第一响应模块203。本申请所称的功能模块是指能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,比程序更适合于描述项目信息展示***200在电子装置2中的执行过程。以下将就各功能模块201-203的功能进行详细描述。
数据读取模块201,用于从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据,该项目数据包括该项目各个阶段及各个阶段的关键指标。
通常,一个项目的开发过程包括多个阶段,在本实施例中,读取的项目包括五个阶段,其分别是接触阶段、需求阶段、产品说明阶段、促使成交阶段、及成功关闭阶段。
需要说明的是,各个阶段的关键指标在本实施例中指的是客户成交数量。在其他一些实施例中,各个阶段的关键指标可以是客户成交率,客户成交率是以接触阶段初期参与的所有客户总数作为基数计算。
显示模块202,用于在一个显示页面上,显示读取的项目的各个阶段的阶段名称及各个阶段的关键指标。
在本实施例中,显示页面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域。其中,第 一显示区域,用于显示第一响应模块203基于读取的第一关键指标在读取的项目的各个阶段的统计数据,生成的一个或多个预设类型图形。预设类型图形包括:漏斗图或折线图。
第二显示区域,用于显示第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。
预设类型信息包括:各个销售人员分别成交的客户数。
第一响应模块203,用于响应用户在该显示页面上选择的第一关键指标,从数据库中读取第一关键指标在该项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,基于读取的第一关键指标在该项目的各个阶段的统计数据,生成一个或多个预设类型图形;其中,预设类型图形包含第一关键指标在读取的项目的各个阶段的统计数据的变化信息。(例如,统计数据的变化趋势)
在本申请的其他一些实施例中,项目信息展示***200还可包括第二响应模块(第二响应模块图3中未示出),用于响应用户在第一显示区域的点击事件。
通常,若侦测到用户在第一显示区域的点击事件,则分析点击事件是否针对该项目的一个阶段;若点击事件针对该项目的一个阶段,则确定点击事件对应该项目的一个阶段的时间点,响应点击事件,在第二显示区域显示第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,预设类型图形为漏斗图。(图4为一项目的漏斗图)该项目包括五个阶段,分别为接触阶段10、需求阶段20、产品说明阶段30、促使成交阶段40、及成功关闭阶段50,该项目的各个阶段信息在第一显示区域以五层的漏斗图显示,该五层的漏斗图以该项目的各个阶段作为第一图形轴(纵坐标),以该项目的各个阶段的第一关键指标的统计数据作为第二图形轴(横坐标);其中,第一关键指标为客户的成交数量。由图4可知,在图4中,在项目的接触阶段10至成功关闭阶段50,第一关键指标的统计数据是递减的,在接触阶段10,第一关键指标的统计数据对应的圆柱体最大, 也即在接触阶段10客户的成交数量最多。通过上述实施例可知,用户通过漏斗图,可以直观了解客户成交数量在该项目各个阶段的增减变化。
需要说明的是,不同的项目可能包含的阶段不同,则根据选取项目包含的不同阶段数,选取不同层数的漏斗图展示项目的各个阶段对应的关键指标。
关键指标在本实施例中,指的是客户的成交数量,在其他实施例中,关键指标可以为公司内部参与人员,投入成本等。例如,销售人员、研发人员、及研发成本等。
如图5所示,为一项目的折线图。由图5可知,折线图的横坐标(第一图形轴)表示该项目的各个阶段、纵坐标(第二图形轴)表示该项目的各个阶段的第一关键指标的统计数据,在本实施例中,若有用户点击图5中所示箭头所指的位置,则第二响应模块侦测到用户在第一显示区域的点击事件,且分析出该点击时间针对该项目的需求阶段,则需要确定该点击事件对应该项目的需求阶段的时间点,响应该点击事件,在第二显示区域显示第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。例如,在本实施例中,若用户点击图5中箭头所指的区域,则第二响应模块侦测到该点击事件,并分析出该点击事件是针对该项目的需求阶段,确定出时间点是2014年3月11日,则在第二显示页面显示出2014年3月11日,有X位客户成交等信息。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,当用户在图5中的折线图中点击“需求激发”,(图中箭头所指的折线区域,图5中的每段折线分别对应本实施例中项目的某一阶段)也可以在第二显示区域显示需求激发阶段,该项目的各个销售人员分别成交的客户数,并且可以对各个销售人员根据成交客户数以升序或降序进行排名。
从上述实施例可知,本申请的项目信息展示***,通过从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据并根据读取的项目数据显示该项目的各个阶段的阶段名称及各个阶段的关键指标,当用户在该显示页面上选择第一关键指标时,从数据库中读取第一关键指标在该项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,基于第一 关键指标在该项目各个阶段的统计数据在该显示页面的第一显示区域,生成并显示一个或多个预设类型图形。这样,可以供用户直观地了解该项目的关键指标在每个阶段的进展情况。
再次,本申请提出一种项目信息展示方法。
如图6所示,为本申请项目信息展示方法一实施例的实施流程示意图。由图6可知,本申请的项目信息展示方法包括步骤S301至步骤S303。
步骤S301,从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据,该项目数据包括该项目的各个阶段及各个阶段的关键指标。
通常,一个项目的开发过程包括多个阶段,在本实施例中,读取的项目包括五个阶段,分别是接触阶段、需求阶段、产品说明阶段、促使成交阶段、及成功关闭阶段。

步骤S303,响应用户在该显示页面上选择的第一关键指标,从数据库中读取第一关键指标在该项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,基于读取的第一关键指标在项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,生成一个或多个预设类型图形。
通常,预设类型图形包括一个或多个漏斗图或折线图。在本实施例中,选取的项目包括五个阶段,分别是接触阶段、需求阶段、产品说明阶段、促使成交阶段、及成功关闭阶段。该项目的五个阶段的第一关键指标在第一显示页面以图4所示的漏斗图显示;其中,第一关键指标包括客户的成交数量。用户通过漏斗图,可以直观了解客户成交数量在该项目各个阶段的增减变化。
需要说明的是,不同的项目可能包含的阶段不同,则根据选取项目包含的不同阶段数,选取不同层数的漏斗图展示项目的各个阶段对应的关键指标。

如图7所示,是本申请项目信息展示方法另一实施例的实施流程示意图。由图7可知,在本实施例中,项目信息展示方法包括步骤S401至步骤S404。
步骤S401,从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据,该项目数据包括该项目的各个阶段及各个阶段的关键指标。
步骤S402,在一个显示页面上,显示该项目的各个阶段的阶段名称及各个阶段的关键指标。
步骤S403,响应用户在该显示页面上选择的第一关键指标,从数据库中读取第一关键指标在该项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,基于读取的第一关键指标在该项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,生成一个或多个预设类型图形。
通常,预设类型图形包括一个或多个漏斗图或折线图。在本实施例中,选取的项目包括五个阶段,分别是接触阶段、需求阶段、产品说明阶段、促使成交阶段、及成功关闭阶段。该项目的五个阶段的第一关键指标在第一显示页面以图4所示的漏斗图显示给用户;其中,第一关键指标包括客户的成交数量。用户通过漏斗图,可以直观了解客户成交数量在该项目各个阶段的增减变化。

若点击事件针对该项目的一个阶段,则确定点击事件对应该项目的一个 阶段的时间点,响应点击事件,在第二显示区域显示第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。
本实施例是在图4实施例的基础之上,添加了步骤S404,通过在侦测到用户在第一显示区域针对项目的一个阶段的点击事件时,响应该点击事件,并在第二显示区域显示第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息,可以供用户直观地了解第一关键指标在该项目的某个阶段的预设类型信息。其中,预设类型信息包括:各个销售人员分别成交的客户数。
上述本申请实施例中的序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种项目信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    A、从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据,所述项目数据包括所述项目的各个阶段及各个阶段的关键指标;
    B、在一个显示页面上,显示所述项目的各个阶段的阶段名称及各个阶段的关键指标,所述显示页面包括第一显示区域;
    C、响应用户在所述显示页面上选择的第一关键指标,从所述数据库中读取所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,在所述第一显示区域,基于读取的所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段的统计数据,生成并显示一个或多个预设类型图形;所述预设类型图形中包含所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段的统计数据的变化信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的项目信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述显示页面还包括第二显示区域,所述方法还包括:
    若侦测到用户在所述第一显示区域的点击事件,则分析所述点击事件是否针对所述项目的一个阶段;
    若所述点击事件针对所述项目的一个阶段,则确定所述点击事件对应所述项目的一个阶段的时间点,响应所述点击事件,在所述第二显示区域显示所述第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的项目信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述预设类型图形包括:漏斗图或折线图。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的项目信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述项目的各个阶段包括:接触阶段、需求激发阶段、产品说明阶段、促使成交阶段、及成功关闭阶段。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的项目信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述第一关键指标包括:客户成交数量;
    所述关键指标的预设类型信息包括:各个销售人员分别成交的客户数。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的项目信息展示方法,其特征在于,所述第一关键指标包括:客户成交数量;
    所述关键指标的预设类型信息包括:各个销售人员分别成交的客户数。

  9. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的项目信息展示***,所述项目信息展示***被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    A、从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据,所述项目数据包括所述项目的各个阶段及各个阶段的关键指标;
    B、在一个显示页面上,显示所述项目的各个阶段的阶段名称及各个阶段的关键指标,所述显示页面包括第一显示区域;
    C、响应用户在所述显示页面上选择的第一关键指标,从所述数据库中读取所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,在所述第一显示区域,基于所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段的统计数据,生成并显示一个或多个预设类型图形,所述预设类型图形包含所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段的统计数据的变化信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述显示页面还包括第二显示区域,所述项目信息展示***被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    若侦测到用户在所述第一显示区域的点击事件,则分析所述点击事件是否针对所述项目的一个阶段;
    若所述点击事件针对所述项目的一个阶段,则确定所述点击事件对应所述项目的一个阶段的时间点,响应所述点击事件,在所述第二显示区域显示所述第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述预设类型图形包括:漏斗图或折线图。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述项目的各个阶段包括:接触阶段、需求激发阶段、产品说明阶段、促使成交阶段、及成功关闭阶段。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一关键指标包括:客户成交数量;
    所述关键指标的预设类型信息包括:各个销售人员分别成交的客户数。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一关键指标包括:客户成交数量;
    所述关键指标的预设类型信息包括:各个销售人员分别成交的客户数。

  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有项目信息展示程序,所述项目信息展示程序可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如下步骤:
    A、从数据库中读取一个项目的项目数据,所述项目数据包括所述项目的各个阶段及各个阶段的关键指标;
    B、在一个显示页面上,显示所述项目的各个阶段的阶段名称及各个阶段 的关键指标,所述显示页面包括第一显示区域;
    C、响应用户在所述显示页面上选择的第一关键指标,从所述数据库中读取所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段对应的统计数据,在所述第一显示区域,基于读取的所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段的统计数据,生成并显示一个或多个预设类型图形;所述预设类型图形中包含所述第一关键指标在所述项目的各个阶段的统计数据的变化信息。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述显示页面还包括第二显示区域,所述项目信息展示***被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    若侦测到用户在所述第一显示区域的点击事件,则分析所述点击事件是否针对所述项目的一个阶段;
    若所述点击事件针对所述项目的一个阶段,则确定所述点击事件对应所述项目的一个阶段的时间点,响应所述点击事件,在所述第二显示区域显示所述第一关键指标对应确定的时间点的预设类型信息。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述预设类型图形包括:漏斗图或折线图。
