本发明实施例可通过获取目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的目标乘客数目,并向路侧单元发送包括该目标乘客数目的安全信息,使得路侧单元能够根据该安全信息对该车辆进行处理,比如罚款处理等等,从而能够通过路侧单元和车载单元之间的通信获取车辆的安全信息,以提升资源利用率,且有助于增强行车安全。

本发明实施例公开了一种通信方法、检测设备、车辆设备及***,能够通过路侧单元和车载单元之间的通信获取车辆的安全信息,以提升资源利用率,且有助于增强行车安全。以下分别详细说明。
请参见图1,是本发明实施例提供一种通信方法的流程示意图。具体的,如图1所示,本发明实施例的通信方法可包括以下步骤:
101、获取目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,其中,该目标乘客数目包括该目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目。
可选的,本发明实施例的该方法可以具体应用于车辆设备中,例如可具体应用于车载单元OBU中(安装有OBU的车辆),或者其他独立的配置单元(安装有OBU的车辆或未安装有OBU的车辆)中,本发明实施例不做限定。该车辆设备可以为该目标车辆,下面以目标车辆为例进行描述。
102、向路侧单元发送包括该目标乘客数目的安全信息。
具体的,目标车辆可以获取该目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目,并向检测设备如路侧单元RSU发送该未系安全带的乘客的数目,以使路侧单元根据该数目对该目标车辆进行处理,如进行罚款处理等等,从而有助于加强行车安全意识。
可选的,该安全信息还可包括该目标车辆的车型信息和/或车牌信息和/或目标车辆内的总人数等等,本发明实施例不做限定。
进一步可选的,该目标车辆还可接收该路侧单元发送的扣费信息,该扣费信息可以是根据该目标乘客数目确定出的。例如,该目标乘客数目越多,该扣费信息指示的扣费金额也即罚款越多,反之,该目标乘客数目越少,扣费金额越少;或者,该该扣费金额也可以为某一固定金额,如200元;或者,该扣费金额还可以结合该目标车辆的车型信息确定出,不同车型的车辆对应不同的扣费金额等等,本发明实施例不做限定。
进一步可选的,该目标车辆还可输出告警信息,该告警信息用于提示该目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的信息。其中,该未系安全带的乘客的信息可包括未系安全带的乘客的数目和/或未系安全带的乘客的位置等等,进而通过该输出的告警信息可提示车内的乘客系好安全带,以提升安全性。
可选的,该告警信息可以是以音频方式输出的,或者可以是以视频方式输出的,或者可以是以文字方式输出的,等等,对于该告警信息的输出方式,本发明实施例不做限定。
请参见图2,是本发明另一实施例提供一种通信方法的流程示意图。具体的,如图2所示,本发明实施例的通信方法可包括以下步骤:
201、接收车载单元发送的安全信息,该安全信息包括目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,该目标乘客数目为该目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目。
可选的,本发明实施例的所述方法可以具体应用于检测设备中,该检测设备可以部署于公路上的收费***(如收费站的龙门架上,即承载支架上),例如其可以为路侧单元RSU,或者还可以为独立设置的其他检测设备等等,本发明实施例不做限定。下面以检测设备为RSU为例进行说明。
可选的,该安全信息还可包括该目标车辆的车型信息和/或车牌信息和/或目标车辆内的总人数等等,本发明实施例不做限定。
202、获取该目标车辆的车牌信息。
203、将该车牌信息和该安全信息进行关联存储。
具体的,RSU在接收到目标车辆如车载单元OBU发送的未系安全带的乘客的数目即目标乘客数目时,可获取该目标车辆的车牌信息,并将该车牌信息 和包括该目标乘客数目的安全信息进行关联存储,以便于根据该安全信息对该目标车辆进行处理,如进行罚款处理等等,从而有助于加强行车安全意识。
可选的,该检测设备如RSU还可根据该安全信息确定该目标车辆的扣费信息,并向该车载单元发送该扣费信息。例如,该目标乘客数目越多,该扣费信息指示的扣费金额也即罚款越多,反之,该目标乘客数目越少,扣费金额越少;或者,该扣费金额也可以为某一固定金额,如200元;或者,该扣费金额还可以结合该目标车辆的车型信息确定出,不同车型的车辆对应不同的扣费金额等等,本发明实施例不做限定。可选的,还可预先设置一个数目阈值,在该目标乘客数目大于该数目阈值时,再对该目标车辆进行罚款处理,即确定其扣费信息。例如,为了加强安全意识,该数目阈值可以设置为0。
在本发明实施例中,车辆设备可通过获取该车辆设备内未系安全带的乘客的目标乘客数目,并向路侧单元发送包括该目标乘客数目的安全信息,使得路侧单元能够根据该安全信息对该车辆进行处理,比如罚款处理等等,从而能够通过路侧单元和车载单元之间的通信获取车辆设备的安全信息,以提升资源利用率,且有助于增强行车安全。
上述方法实施例都是对本申请的通信方法的举例说明,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
请参见图3,是本发明实施例提供的一种车辆设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图3所示,本发明实施例的所述车辆设备300包括获取单元301、发送单元302。其中,这些单元可以执行上述方法示例中车辆设备的相应功能,例如,
获取单元301,用于获取目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,其中,所述目标乘客数目包括所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
发送单元302,用于向路侧单元发送包括所述目标乘客数目的安全信息。
进一步的,在可选的实施例中,所述车辆设备还可包括接收单元303;
所述接收单元303,可用于接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述目标乘客数目确定出的。
进一步的,在可选的实施例中,所述车辆设备还可包括输出单元304;
所述输出单元304,可用于输出告警信息,所述告警信息用于提示所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的信息。其中,所述未系安全带的乘客的信息包括未系安全带的乘客的数目和/或未系安全带的乘客的位置等信息。
具体的,该车辆设备可通过上述单元实现上述图1至图2所示实施例中的通信方法中车辆设备执行的部分或全部步骤。应理解,本发明实施例是对应方法实施例的装置实施例,对方法实施例的描述,也适用于本发明实施例。
请参见图4,是本发明实施例提供的一种检测设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图4所示,本发明实施例的所述检测设备400包括接收单元401、获取单元402以及存储单元403。其中,这些单元可以执行上述方法示例中检测设备的相应功能,例如,
接收单元401,用于接收车载单元发送的安全信息,所述安全信息包括目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,所述目标乘客数目为所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
获取单元402,用于获取所述目标车辆的车牌信息;
存储单元403,用于将所述车牌信息和所述安全信息进行关联存储。
进一步的,在可选的实施例中,所述检测设备还可包括确定单元404和发送单元405;
所述确定单元404,可用于根据所述安全信息确定所述目标车辆的扣费信息;
所述发送单元405,可用于向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
可选的,该检测设备可通过上述单元实现上述图1至图2所示实施例中的通信方法中检测设备执行的部分或全部步骤。应理解,本发明实施例是对应方法实施例的装置实施例,对方法实施例的描述,也适用于本发明实施例。
请参见图5,是本发明实施例提供的一种通信***的结构示意图。具体的,如图5所示,本发明实施例的所述通信***可包括检测设备501和车辆设备502。其中,
车辆设备502,用于获取目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,向检测设备501发送包括所述目标乘客数目的安全信息;其中,所述目标乘客数目包括所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
检测设备501,用于接收车辆设备502发送的安全信息,所述安全信息包括目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,获取所述目标车辆的车牌信息,并将所述车牌信息和所述安全信息进行关联存储。
可选的,所述检测设备501,还可用于根据所述安全信息确定所述目标车辆的扣费信息,并向所述车辆设备502发送所述扣费信息;
所述车辆设备502,还可用于接收检测设备501发送的所述扣费信息。
具体的,该检测设备501可参照上述图1至图2对应实施例中的检测设备的相关描述,该车辆设备502可参照上述图1至图2对应实施例中的车辆设备如目标车辆的相关描述,此处不赘述。
在本发明实施例中,车辆设备可通过获取该车辆设备内未系安全带的乘客的目标乘客数目,并向路侧单元发送包括该目标乘客数目的安全信息,使得路侧单元能够根据该安全信息对该车辆进行处理,比如罚款处理等等,从而能够通过路侧单元和车载单元之间的通信获取车辆设备的安全信息,以提升资源利用率,且有助于增强行车安全。
请参见图6,是本发明另一实施例提供的一种车辆设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图6所示,本发明实施例的所述车辆设备600可以包括:一个或多个处理器601;还可选的包括一个或多个收发器602,一个或多个用户接口603和存储器604等等。上述处理器601、收发器602、用户接口603和存储器604可以通过总线605连接,或者也可以通过其他方式连接,本发明实施例以总线连接进行示例。存储器604可用于存储指令,处理器601用于执行存储器604存储的指令。
应当理解,在本发明实施例中,所述处理器601可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
收发器602可以用于接收和/或发送信息。
用户接口603可以包括触控板、指纹传感器、麦克风等,也可以包括显示器(LCD等)、扬声器等。
该存储器604可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器601提供指令和数据。存储器604的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。
其中,处理器601可具体用于:获取目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,其中,所述目标乘客数目包括所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;通过所述收发器602向路侧单元发送包括所述目标乘客数目的安全信息。
可选的,所述处理器601,还可用于通过所述收发器602接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述目标乘客数目确定出的。
可选的,所述处理器601,还可用于通过所述用户接口603输出告警信息,所述告警信息用于提示所述车辆设备内未系安全带的乘客的信息,所述未系安全带的乘客的信息包括未系安全带的乘客的数目和/或未系安全带的乘客的位置等等。
具体实现中,本发明实施例中所描述的处理器601、收发器602、用户接口603、存储器604可执行图1所示实施例中的通信方法所描述的实现方式,也可执行本发明实施例所描述的车辆设备的实现方式,在此不再赘述。
在本发明的另一实施例中提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现图1所述实施例的通信方法。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以是前述任一实施例所述的车辆设备的内部存储单元,例如车辆设备的硬盘或内存。所述计算机可读存储介质也可以是所述车辆设备的外部存储设备,例如所述车辆设备上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以既包括所述车辆设备的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储所述计算机程序以及所述车辆设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述计算机可读存储介质还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
请参见图7,是本发明实施例提供的一种检测设备的结构示意图。具体的, 如图7所示,本发明实施例的所述检测设备700可以包括:一个或多个处理器701;还可选的包括一个或多个收发器702和存储器703等等。上述处理器701、收发器702和存储器703可以通过总线704连接,或者也可以通过其他方式连接,本发明实施例以总线连接进行示例。存储器703可用于存储指令,处理器701用于执行存储器703存储的指令。
应当理解,在本发明实施例中,所述处理器701可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
收发器702可以用于接收和/或发送信息。
该存储器703可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器701提供指令和数据。存储器703的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。
其中,处理器701可具体用于:通过所述收发器702接收车载单元发送的安全信息,所述安全信息包括目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,所述目标乘客数目为所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;获取所述目标车辆的车牌信息;将所述车牌信息和所述安全信息进行关联存储。
可选的,所述处理器701,还可用于根据所述安全信息确定所述目标车辆的扣费信息,并通过所述收发器702向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
具体实现中,本发明实施例中所描述的处理器701、收发器702、存储器703可执行图2所示实施例中的通信方法所描述的实现方式,也可执行本发明实施例所描述的检测设备的实现方式,在此不再赘述。
在本发明的另一实施例中提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现图2所述实施例的通信方法。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以是前述任一实施例所述的检测设备的内部存储单元,例如检测设备的硬盘或内存。所述计算机可读存储介质也可以是所 述检测设备的外部存储设备,例如所述检测设备上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以既包括所述检测设备的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储所述计算机程序以及所述检测设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述计算机可读存储介质还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,其中,所述目标乘客数目包括所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
    向路侧单元发送包括所述目标乘客数目的安全信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述目标乘客数目确定出的。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    输出告警信息,所述告警信息用于提示所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的信息,所述未系安全带的乘客的信息包括未系安全带的乘客的数目和/或未系安全带的乘客的位置。
  4. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收车载单元发送的安全信息,所述安全信息包括目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,所述目标乘客数目为所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
    获取所述目标车辆的车牌信息;
    将所述车牌信息和所述安全信息进行关联存储。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述安全信息确定所述目标车辆的扣费信息;
    向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
  6. 一种车辆设备,其特征在于,包括:收发器、处理器和存储器,所述处理器分别与所述收发器和所述存储器连接;其中,
    所述存储器中存储有程序指令;
    所述处理器用于运行所述存储器中存储的程序指令执行:
    获取所述车辆设备内的目标乘客数目,其中,所述目标乘客数目包括所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
    通过所述收发器向路侧单元发送包括所述目标乘客数目的安全信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车辆设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述收发器接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述目标乘客数目确定出的。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的车辆设备,其特征在于,所述车辆设备还包括用户接口;
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述用户接口输出告警信息,所述告警信息用于提示所述车辆设备内未系安全带的乘客的信息,所述未系安全带的乘客的信息包括未系安全带的乘客的数目和/或未系安全带的乘客的位置。
  9. 一种检测设备,其特征在于,包括:收发器、处理器和存储器,所述处理器分别与所述收发器和所述存储器连接;其中,
    所述存储器中存储有程序指令;
    所述处理器用于运行所述存储器中存储的程序指令执行:
    通过所述收发器接收车载单元发送的安全信息,所述安全信息包括目标车辆内的目标乘客数目,所述目标乘客数目为所述目标车辆内未系安全带的乘客的数目;
    获取所述目标车辆的车牌信息;
    将所述车牌信息和所述安全信息进行关联存储。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的检测设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述安全信息确定所述目标车辆的扣费信息,并通过所述收发器向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
