所述处理器202可以是中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)。所述处理器202还可以进一步包括硬件芯片。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(programmable logic device,PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(complex programmable logic device,CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA),通用阵列逻辑(generic array logic,GAL)或其任意组合。
具体的,通信接口201,用于与车载器通信,从所述车载器中获取该车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息;处理器202,用于在获取到所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息的同时或者之后的预设时间范围内,触发所述摄像装置拍摄车道影像,该车道影像包括所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆影像,该车辆影像中进一步包括所述待计费车辆的车牌号码影像;并通过所述通信接口201将所述车辆信息和车道影像发送给所述计费服务器。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述处理器202,具体用于在获取到车道影像之后,在车道影像中设置水印信息,并将设置了水印信息的车道影像发送给所述计费服务器,所述水印信息包括该收费通信装置所在计费公路入口的标识信息。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述处理器202,具体用于对车道影像进行分析识别,在识别出所述车道影像中包括所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆影像且该车辆信息中包括车牌号码影像时,将所述车辆信息和车道影像发送给所述计费服务器。
在一个可选的实施例中,所述处理器202,还用于将设置了水印信息的车道影像发送给所述车载器。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例的所述装置中各个模块的具体实现可以参考上一实施例中相应内容的描述,在此不赘述。
本发明实施例中收费公路入口处的用于与车载器通信的设备能够触发拍摄包括计费车辆的车牌号码影像的车道影像发送给计费服务器,在该车辆到达收费公路出口时,如果出现某些故障导致无法读取该车辆的入口信息时,收费 站的管理用户还可以从计费服务器中直接基于该车辆的车牌号码找到对应的车道影像,进而确定该车辆的入口信息,完成计费,极大地提高了故障时确定车辆的入口信息的效率,省时省力。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动收费***,其特征在于,该***包括:收费通信装置、摄像装置以及计费服务器,其中;所述摄像装置设置在计费公路入口处的目标位置处,设置在该目标位置处的摄像装置能够拍摄到对应收费车道上的包括车牌号的车辆影像;
    所述收费通信装置,用于与车载器通信,从所述车载器中获取该车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息;
    所述收费通信装置,还用于在获取到所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息的同时或者之后的预设时间范围内,触发所述摄像装置拍摄车道影像,该车道影像包括所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆影像,该车辆影像中进一步包括所述待计费车辆的车牌号码影像;
    所述收费通信装置,还用于将所述车辆信息和车道影像发送给所述计费服务器;
    所述计费服务器,用于接收所述车辆信息和车道影像,并用于根据所述车辆信息对所述待计费车辆进行计费,并在接收到基于车辆相关信息的下载请求时,将所述车道影像发送给发起所述下载请求的设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,还包括:验证设备;
    所述验证设备设置于计费公路的收费站内,用于向所述计费服务器发送所述下载请求,所述下载请求包括车辆相关信息,并用于接收所述计费服务器返回的车道影像。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,
    所述收费通信装置,具体用于在获取到车道影像之后,在车道影像中设置水印信息,并将设置了水印信息的车道影像发送给所述计费服务器,所述水印信息包括该收费通信装置所在计费公路入口的标识信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,
    所述计费服务器,还用于接收所述车辆信息和车道影像,根据发送该车道 影像的收费通信装置的标识信息,对所述车道影像设置水印信息,并将设置了水印信息的车道影像和所述车辆信息关联存储到存储器中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的***,其特征在于,所述水印信息是一个名称信息,所述名称信息是根据所述收费通信装置的标识信息获取到的所述收费通信装置所在的计费公路入口的名称信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的***,其特征在于,
    所述收费通信装置,具体用于对车道影像进行分析识别,在识别出所述车道影像中包括所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆影像且该车辆信息中包括车牌号码影像时,将所述车辆信息和车道影像发送给所述计费服务器。
  7. 一种收费通信装置,其特征在于,所述收费通信装置与一摄像装置相连,所述收费通信装置包括:
    通信接口,用于与车载器通信,从所述车载器中获取该车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息;
    处理器,用于在获取到所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆信息的同时或者之后的预设时间范围内,触发所述摄像装置拍摄车道影像,该车道影像包括所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆影像,该车辆影像中进一步包括所述待计费车辆的车牌号码影像;并通过所述通信接口将所述车辆信息和车道影像发送给所述计费服务器。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的收费通信装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于在获取到车道影像之后,在车道影像中设置水印信息,并将设置了水印信息的车道影像发送给所述计费服务器,所述水印信息包括该收费通信装置所在计费公路入口的标识信息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的收费通信装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,具体用于对车道影像进行分析识别,在识别出所述车道影像中包括所述车载器所在的待计费车辆的车辆影像且该车辆信息中包括车牌号 码影像时,将所述车辆信息和车道影像发送给所述计费服务器。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的收费通信装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于将设置了水印信息的车道影像发送给所述车载器。
