Abstract

金融终端的故障预警方法、终端设备及存储介质,所述方法包括:接收金融终端的体检报告生成指令;根据所述体检报告生成指令读取所述金融终端的体检数据;根据所述金融终端的体检数据、预设的预警阈值以及预警规则选择是否需要对所述金融终端的体检数据进行预警;在需要对所述金融终端的体检数据进行预警时,生成预警信息,所述预警信息包括以下至少一种:传感器的预警信息、故障的预警信息和模块的预警信息;将所述预警信息发送至指定终端,以使该指定终端的持有者对所述金融终端进行维护。通过上述方法,能够提高金融终端的维护效率。

Description

金融终端的故障预警方法、 终端设备及存储介质 技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于金融终端技术领域, 尤其涉及金融终端的故障预警方法、 终端设备 及存储介质。
背景技术
[0002] 当前国内各金融终端厂商及维护商为银行的自助设备提供的服务方式为被动式 , 也就是自助设备发生故障后, 由银行管机员或银行监控人员打电话或短信通 知厂商 (维护商) 报修, 厂商 (维护商) 再派出工程师进行预约并维护或维修 , 最后将维护 (维修) 结果反馈给银行。
[0003] 现有技术的金融终端 (以银行为例) 维修技术原理和流程如图 1所示。 根据图 1 可以看出, 目前银行都是只有当金融终端 (如 ATM) 发生故障吋: (1) 被动地 由银行管机员或银行监控人员电话或者短信报修, 吋间比较滞后; (2) 分析故 障需要到现场, 且不一定能定位准确问题, 维修维护效率较低。

[0013] 由于对金融终端进行体检得到的体检数据进行分析, 得到需要预警的体检数据 , 并生成对应的预警信息以及将所述预警信息发送至指定终端, 即该预警信息 是在金融终端发生较大故障之前就发送至指定终端, 因此, 使得服务由被动服 务变为主动服务, 提高发现金融终端潜在的故障和隐患的及吋性, 有针对性的 主动去维护和更换备件, 减少金融终端停机吋间, 提高该金融终端的幵机率, 也使得指定终端的持有者可根据接收的预警信息及吋、 有效地对金融终端进行 维护, 从而提高了维护效率。

[0050] 所述故障代码预警阈值包括设置的故障代码在指定周期出现的频率限值。 其中 , 指定周期包括根据吋间维度设置的周期, 如根据天、 周、 月等设置的周期。 具体地, 故障代码预警阈值如每月出现某故障代码的次数或者总吋长等。 故障 代码的检査方式是根据故障代码出现的次数进行检査, 如在某个故障代码在指 定周期出现的次数超过故障代码预警阈值吋, 则产生对应的预警。 其中, 故障 代码预警阈值的设置表可如表 4所示:

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收金融终端的体检报告生成指令;
根据所述体检报告生成指令读取所述金融终端的体检数据, 所述金融 终端的体检数据为预设的体检参数对应的体检数据;
根据所述金融终端的体检数据、 预设的预警阈值以及预警规则选择是 否需要对所述金融终端的体检数据进行预警, 所述预设的预警阈值包 括以下至少一种: 传感器预警阈值、 故障代码预警阈值和模块运行预 警阈值;
在需要对所述金融终端的体检数据进行预警吋, 生成预警信息, 所述 预警信息包括以下至少一种: 传感器的预警信息、 故障的预警信息和 模块的预警信息;
将所述预警信息发送至指定终端, 以使该指定终端的持有者对所述金 融终端进行维护。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于,
所述传感器预警阈值包括通过所述传感器的最小电流预警阈值和 /或 最大电流预警阈值;
所述故障代码预警阈值包括设置的故障代码在指定周期出现的频率限 值;
在所述金融终端为自动存取款机 ATM吋, 所述模块运行预警阈值包 括以下至少一种:
验钞模块的总验钞张数、 读卡器的进卡总张数、 马达运转总行程。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 金融终端为 ATM吋, 所述预设的预警阈值还包括存款拒钞率预警阈 值、 存款入钞箱废钞率预警阈值、 取款拒钞率预警阈值;
所述存款拒钞率=存款拒钞张数 /存款验钞识别张数 +存款拒钞张数; 存款入钞箱废钞率 =存款收纳吋进废钞箱张数 /存款收纳张数; 取款拒钞率 =取款拒钞张数 /取款验钞识别张数 +取款拒钞张数; 其中, 取款拒钞张数 =取款吋钞箱出钞直接进废钞箱的张数=钞箱出 钞张数-客户取款张数。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 生成预警信息之后, 包括:
判断所述预警信息的条数是否大于 1 ;
在所述预警信息的条数大于 1吋, 按照预警吋间降序显示所述预警信 息。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 所述金 融终端为 ATM, 则在所述生成预警信息之后, 包括:
统计不同金融终端的信息, 所述金融终端的信息包括以下至少一项: 终端号、 银行、 型号、 分行、 网点、 获取吋间、 运行状态、 停机吋长 对所述不同金融终端的信息以及对应的预警信息进行处理, 显示处理 得到的 ATM综合预警信息列表。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 显示处理得到的 ATM综合预警信息列表之后, 包括:
接收指定 ATM预警信息显示指令, 根据所述指定 ATM预警信息显示 指令显示对应 ATM中所有处于预警状态的设备的预警信息。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 1所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 将所述预警信息发送至指定终端之后, 包括:
解除所述金融终端的预警;
所述解除所述金融终端的预警具体包括:
在判断出所述预警信息包括传感器的预警信息吋, 判断维护工程师是 否对所述金融终端的传感器进行维护, 并在维护工程师已对所述金融 终端的传感器进行维护后, 读取所述金融终端的传感器的体检数据, 若根据所述金融终端的传感器的体检数据、 预设的预警阈值以及预警 规则判断出不需要对所述金融终端的传感器的体检数据进行预警吋, 自动解除对所述金融终端的传感器的预警; 在判断出所述预警信息包括模块的预警信息吋, 判断是否接收到手动 更新预警解除指令, 在接收到手动更新预警解除指令吋, 解除对所述 金融终端的模块的预警, 并根据本次的模块的预警信息更新所述预设 的模块运行预警阈值, 以提高下次预警的判定条件;
在判断出所述预警信息包括故障的预警信息吋, 判断是否接收到手动 更新预警解除指令, 在接收到手动更新预警解除指令吋, 解除对所述 金融终端的故障的预警。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的金融终端的故障预警方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 解除所述金融终端的预警之后, 包括:
更新存储的所述金融终端的设备信息, 所述设备信息包括以下至少一 种: 设备更新吋间、 使用次数和使用寿命。
[权利要求 9] 一种终端设备, 包括存储器、 处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在 所述处理器上运行的计算机程序, 其特征在于, 所述处理器执行所述 计算机程序吋实现如权利要求 1至 8任一项所述方法的步骤。
[权利要求 10] —种计算机可读存储介质, 所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程 序, 其特征在于, 所述计算机程序被处理器执行吋实现如权利要求 1 至 8任一项所述方法的步骤。
