静音键组件及具有该静音键组件的按键盘 技术领域
本公开涉及按键开关,尤其涉及一种静音键组件及具有该静音键组件的按键盘。
背景技术
按键开关(key switch)是一种利用按键推动传动机构,使动触点与静触点按通或断开并实现电路换接的开关。按键开关也是一种结构简单,应用十分广泛的主令电器。在电气自动控制电路中,按键开关用于手动发出控制信号以控制接触器、继电器、电磁起动器等,按键开关的原理是借助与按键行程同一直线的推动力来驱动内部触点转换的开关。
此外,常规的按键开关的整个结构设计复杂,组件的零件数量多,成本比较高。同时,组件占空间比较大,直接影响内部零件布局。
发明内容
本公开的主要目的在于提出一种静音键组件及具有该静音键组件的按键盘。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供了一种静音键组件,包括按轴,所述按轴沿其长度方向往复移动。所述静音键组件还包括第一弹片,所述第一弹片的一端固定于电路板上,所述第一弹片的另一端朝向远离所述电路板的方向延伸形成自由端,在垂直于所述按轴的移动方向的平面上,所述自由端的投影与所述按轴的投影相交,并且所述按轴沿其长度方向将所述自由端压在所述电路板的静音触点上,使得所述第一弹片、所述静音触点及所述电路板构成回路。
根据本公开的另一个方面,提供了一种按键盘,包括构成可拆卸式连接壳体及至少一个上述的静音键组件,所述壳体开设有多个与所述静音键组件对应的轴孔,并且所述按轴远离所述基座的伸出端从所述轴孔伸出且所述伸出端可拆卸式连接有键帽。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
图1为根据本公开实施例的按键盘的结构示意图。根据图1所示的按键盘适用于任何需要施加压力以输入信息的电器件,如手机键盘、电脑键盘或遥控键盘。
根据本实施例的按键盘包括壳体1、至少一个静音键组件及与静音键组件对应的至少一个键帽9。
每个静音键组件与壳体1构成可拆卸式连接,所述壳体1设置有 若干个与所述静音键组件对应的轴孔。静音键组件包括按轴5。按轴5的远离基座3的伸出端伸出轴孔且伸出端可拆卸式连接有键帽9。
根据图1至图10所示,静音键组件包括按轴5,所述按轴5能够沿其长度方向往复移动。静音键组件还包括第一弹片6,所述第一弹片6的一端固定于电路板2上,所述第一弹片6的另一端朝向远离所述电路板2的方向延伸以形成自由端62。在垂直于所述按轴5的移动方向的平面上,所述自由端62的投影与所述按轴5的投影相交。所述按轴5能够沿其长度方向将所述自由端62压在所述电路板2的静音触点上,使得所述第一弹片6、所述静音触点及所述电路板2构成回路。基座3的内壁设置有将基座3分割为两个空间的横板34。在一个示例性实施例中,横板34上开设有防水孔45且防水孔33设有防水件。按轴5穿过防水孔33,使得按轴5在防水孔33中能够沿横板34的厚度方向往复移动。静音键组件还包括第二弹片7。第一弹片6及第二弹片7间隔固定在基座3的底端。第一弹片6的一端以及第二弹片7的一端均与电路板2电连接,即第一弹片6及第二弹片7均与电路板2的露铜区21电连接。第一弹片6的另一端朝向横板34延伸以形成自由端62,自由端62位于防水孔33中靠近底端的一侧,按轴5能够朝基座3的底端的方向伸出防水孔33以将自由端62压在第二弹片7上从而构成回路。
上述静音键组件能够实现按键的静音和防水功能。同时,上述静音键组件占用空间小,能够减小空间占有率。因此,可以使得壳体1可以安装更多的按键,还降低了结构件成本。
在一个示例性实施例中,如图12所示,静音键组件包括按轴5,所述按轴5沿其长度方向往复移动,具体地说,当用户按压键帽9时,键帽9能够在压力的作用下推动按轴5沿其按压的方向移动,即按轴5的长度方向为压力方向。此外,该静音键组件还包括第一弹片6,所述第一弹片6的一端固定于电路板2上,所述第一弹片6的另一端朝向远离所述电路板2的方向延伸形成自由端62。即,第一弹片6可以传送信号,且与电路板2构成电连接。在一个示例性实施例中,电路板2为PCB板,其上有用于控制终端静音键的开关功能的芯片与电路。在 PCB板上设置有两个露铜区域21。第一弹片6固定于其中一个露铜区域21。此外,在一个示例性实施例中,第一弹片6可以通过螺纹件(如螺钉)固定于该露铜区域21。在本实施例中,只需保证第一弹片6与该露铜区域21始终构成电连接即可。
此外,在垂直于所述按轴5的移动方向的平面上,所述自由端62的投影与所述按轴5的投影相交。所述按轴5能够沿其长度方向将所述自由端62压在所述电路板2的静音触点上,使得所述第一弹片6、所述静音触点及所述电路板2构成回路。这里,静音触点即为PCB板上的另一个露铜区域21。
当按轴5接收来自键帽9的压力时,按轴5会沿其长度方向移动以将第一弹片6的自由端62压在静音触点上,使得第一弹片6的自由端62与PCB板上开设的另一个露铜区域21接触并电连接。这样,第一弹片6、所述静音触点及所述电路板2构成回路,从而实现了按键时的静音功能。同时,该静音键组件占用空间小,能够减小空间占有率,就此也可以使得壳体1可以安装更多的案件,降低了结构件成本。在去掉对键帽9的压力后,第一弹片6复位,断开回路。
在一个示例性实施例中,该静音键组件还包括与第一弹片6存在间隙的第二弹片7。在按轴5的移动方向上,依次排列有按轴5、第一弹片6的自由端62、第二弹片7及静音触点。所述第二弹片7的一端固定于所述静音触点,所以第二弹片7与该静音触点电连接。即,第二弹片7与PCB板上开设的另一个露铜区域21构成电连接。在垂直于所述按轴5的移动方向的平面上,所述第二弹片7的投影与所述自由端62的投影相交。在按轴5沿其移动方向移动时,按轴5会挤压第一弹片6的自由端62,使得自由端62与第二弹片7接触。在这种情况下,所述第一弹片6、所述第二弹片7、所述静音触点及所述电路板2构成回路。因为第二弹片7的一端固定于静音触点而其另一端接近第一弹片6的自由端62,所以可以减小第一弹片6的形变量就可以实现回路的连通。这样,可以延长了第一弹片6的使用寿命,也可以使得自由端62与第二弹片7的接触更加的简单。按照上述方式,只需使自由端62与第二弹片7接触,即可使得所述第一弹片6、所述第二弹片7、所 述静音触点及所述电路板2构成回路,而无需使自由端62与静音触点接触,从而可以有效的增加构成回路的效率。当去掉对键帽9的压力后,第一弹片6复位,断开回路。此外,在一个示例性实施例中,第二弹片7可以通过螺纹件(如螺钉)固定于该另一个露铜区域21。在本实施例中,只需满足第二弹片7与该另一个露铜区21域始终构成电连接即可。
在一个示例性实施例中,第二弹片7远离所述静音触点的一端朝向第一弹片6延伸以靠近第一弹片6。这样,可以进一步减小第一弹片6的形变量就可以实现第一弹片6与第二弹片7的接触。
图9为根据本公开实施例的固定片8的结构示意图。如图1与图2以及图9所示,在所述第一弹片6与所述第二弹片7之间设置有固定片8。所述第二弹片7远离所述电路板2的端部设为贴合端71,所述贴合端71与所述自由端62位于所述固定片8的同一侧。所述贴合端71贴合于所述固定片8。在垂直于所述按轴5的移动方向的平面上,所述贴合端71的投影与所述自由端62的投影相交。
在按轴5的移动方向上,依次排列有按轴5、自由端62、贴合端71、固定片8及静音触点。固定片8位于第一弹片6与第二弹片7之间。此外,因为所述贴合端71贴合于所述固定片8,并且在垂直于所述按轴5的移动方向的平面上,所述贴合端71的投影与所述自由端62的投影相交,所以当第一弹片6能够在按轴5的压力下发生形变以使自由端62接触第二弹片7时,自由端62能够接触并且将压力传递至第二弹片7上的贴合端71。由于贴合端71贴合于固定片8上并且固定片8位于第一弹片6与第二弹片7,所以固定片8会对贴合端71进行支撑以避免第二弹片7在第一弹片6的压力下发生较大的形变,从而延长了第二弹片7的使用寿命。同时,当自由端62抵接贴合于固定片8上的贴合端71时,限制了自由端62的运动。因此,可以实现对第一弹片6的形变量进行限制,从而延长了第一弹片6的使用寿命。
图3为根据本公开实施例的基座3的结构示意图。如图1至图3所示,该静音键组件还包括呈筒状设置的基座3,所述基座3的内壁固定有横板34。在所述按轴5的长度方向,所述横板34将所述基座3分 为上空腔及下空腔,即基座3的横截面呈“H”形状。优选的是,该横板34与基座3的内壁密封设置。进一步的,所述横板34上开设有防水孔33且所述防水孔33设有防水件,所述按轴5穿过所述防水孔33,所述按轴5能够在所述防水孔33中沿所述横板34的厚度方向往复移动,所述基座3的所述下空腔侧的端部与所述固定片8构成可拆卸式连接,所述自由端62及所述贴合端71均位于所述下空腔内。按照这种方式,当该静音键组件安装于机壳中时,通过基座3、横板34与基座3的内壁之间的密封设置及防水件,可以有效的避免第一弹片6及第二弹片7受潮,从而可以延长第一弹片6与第二弹片7的使用寿命,进而可以延长该静音键组件的使用寿命。此外,基座3可以是双色注塑件,首先用PC+20%GF或者PA+40%GF材料注塑基座3周圈的腔体及内壁上的横板34,然后二次注塑横板34的防水孔33上的中间硅胶或者TPU隔层。即,二次注塑防水件。
在一个示例性实施例中,如图1至图3以及图9所示,基座3的底部53的两侧各自设有两个固定柱31,第一弹片6及第二弹片7各自开设有两个安装孔61,基座3的底部53的一侧的两个固定柱31***第一弹片6的两个安装孔61,基座3的底部53的另一侧的两个固定柱31***第二弹片7的两个安装孔61。按照这种方式,可以固定第一弹片6与第二弹片7,从而保证了静音键组件的输出信号的稳定性。
图6为根据本公开实施例的第一弹片6的示意图;图7为根据本公开实施例的第一弹片6的侧视图。如图1、图2、图6及图7所示,第一弹片6为导体,并且在第一弹片6两端之间设置有两个安装孔61,第一弹片6的一端倾斜延伸,以形成自由端62,自由端62与安装孔61所在平面的夹角为135°。第一弹片6的另一端与电路板2固定以构成电连接。
图8为根据本公开实施例的第二弹片7的结构示意图。如图1、图2及图8所示,第二弹片7为导体,并且第二弹片7的两端之间开设有两个安装孔61。第二弹片7的贴合端71与固定片8贴合。第二弹片7的另一端与静音触点固定构成电连接。
在一个示例性实施例中,如图1与图2所示,基座3的底部53与 固定片8构成可拆卸式连接,固定片8的两端开设有与固定柱31对应的固定孔81,固定孔81与固定柱31配合,第一弹片6和第二弹片7位于固定片8与基座3之间。固定片8的上下两侧开设有安装槽82,而基座3的底部53也开设有与安装槽82位置对应,且大小适配的卡块36。
所述防水件由弹性材料制成。在本实施例中,防水件由硅胶材料制成。在本实施例中并不对防水件的制作材料做出限定,只需满足本公开要求即可。防水件可以为呈环状设置的防水圈,其固定于防水孔33的边沿。当然,防水件也可以为填充所述防水孔33的防水层。当按轴5穿过防水孔33时,防水层随着按轴5突出所述防水孔。当防水层与第一弹片6的自由端62接触时,可以将压力传递至自由端62。在实现防水功能的同时,防水层还可以起到绝缘作用,避免因第一弹片6与电路板2电连接而导致漏电。
图5为根据本公开实施例的按轴5的结构示意图。如图5所示,所述按轴5沿其长度方向依次包括顶部51、中部52及底部53,所述中部52的横截面的面积大于防水孔33的面积,所述按轴5的底部53***所述防水孔33。在图5中,顶部51、中部52及底部53均为四方体。在本实施例中,并不对按轴5的外形和材料作出限定,只需其可以满足本公开的要求即可。由于所述中部52的横截面的面积大于防水孔33的面积,因此中部52不能穿过限位孔44。这样,可以限制按轴5朝向自由端62的移动,进而限制了自由端62的形变量,从而延长了第一弹片6的使用寿命。
在一个示例性实施例中,在所述中部52与所述横板34之间的空间中填充有由弹性材料制成的第一缓冲件。在按轴5挤压自由端62时,第一缓冲件可以有效的对按轴5的中部52与横板34之间的碰撞进行缓冲,避免了按轴5的中部52与横板34之间形成剧烈碰撞而导致按轴5和/或横板34变形。同事,也可以有效减小因按轴5的中部52与横板34之间的剧烈碰撞而产生的声音。因此,可以进一步实现静音效果。在本实施例中,并不对第一缓冲件的材料和结构做出限定,只需其满足本公开的要求即可。例如,第一缓冲件由硅胶材料制成且呈块 状设置。另外,第一缓冲件可以具有多孔结构。
图4为根据本公开实施例的固定架4的结构示意图。如图1、图2及图4所示,在所述上空腔侧,所述基座3的端部可拆卸式安装有固定架4,所述固定架4上开设有与所述顶部51适配的限位孔44。所述顶部51可以***所述限位孔44中,使得所述顶部51在所述限位孔44中沿所述横板34的厚度方向往复移动。所述中部52的横截面的面积大于所述限位孔44的面积。因此,中部52不能穿过限位孔44。这样,可以限制按轴5背向自由端62的移动。当撤去对按轴5的压力后,第一弹片6复位就会推动按轴5反向移动。由于中部52无法伸入限位孔44,从而限制了按轴5朝向限位孔44的移动。
如图2及图4所示,所述固定架4包括开设有所述限位孔44的底板41,所述底板41的至少三个侧边向同一侧延伸有侧板43,每个所述侧板43均设有固定部件,使得所述侧板43与所述基座3的侧壁构成可拆卸式连接。基座3轴截面呈长方形设置,基座3设有四块侧壁,每个侧壁的外侧均固定有卡扣32,其中,面积较大的侧壁设有两块卡扣32,而面积较小的侧壁设有一块卡扣32。固定架4的形状与基座3的形状适配并且包围基座3。所述固定架4的侧板43上的与卡扣32相应的位置设有卡槽42,卡槽42与卡扣32构成可拆卸式连接。可以理解的是,在本实施例中,针对固定架4与基座3之间的连接方式不做限定,只需满足本公开的要求即可。
在一个示例性实施例中,在所述中部52与所述底板41之间的空间中填充有由弹性材料制成的第二缓冲件。在按轴5随着撤去外力的复位过程中挤压底板41时,第二缓冲件可以有效的对按轴5的中部52与底板41之间的碰撞进行缓冲,避免了按轴5的中部52与底板41之间形成剧烈碰撞而导致按轴5和/或底板41变形。同时,第二缓冲件也可以有效的减小因按轴5的中部52与底板41之间的剧烈碰撞而产生的声音。因此,可以进一步实现静音效果。在本实施例中,并不对第二缓冲件的材料和结构做出限定,只需其满足本公开的要求即可。例如,第二缓冲件由硅胶材料制成且呈块状设置。进一步的,第二缓冲件可以具有多孔结构。
在一个示例性实施例中,所述固定架4的远离所述基座3的表面固定有防水环45。优先的是,该防水环45由硅胶材料制成。在本实施例中,并不对按轴5的材料作出限定,只需其可以满足本公开的要求即可。按照这种方式,可有效的实现防水功能。
当该静音键组件应用于按键盘上时,如图1至图10所示,所述按键盘包括构成可拆卸式连接的壳体1及至少一个上述的静音键组件。防水环45可以有效的起到防水功能,进一步保证了静音键组件及按键盘的正常工作,降低了故障率。在一个示例性实施例中,基座3及壳体1的相应位置开设有相互配合的螺纹孔35,通过螺纹杆就可以实现基座3与壳体1可拆卸式连接;所述壳体1开设有若干个与所述静音键组件对应的轴孔,所述按轴5远离所述基座3的伸出端从所述轴孔伸出且所述伸出端可拆卸式连接有键帽9。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种静音键组件,包括按轴(5),所述按轴(5)沿其长度方向往复移动,其中,
    所述静音键组件还包括第一弹片(6),所述第一弹片(6)的一端固定于电路板(2)上,所述第一弹片(6)的另一端朝向远离所述电路板(2)的方向延伸以形成自由端(62),
    在垂直于所述按轴(5)的移动方向的平面上,所述自由端(62)的投影与所述按轴(5)的投影相交,并且
    所述按轴(5)沿其长度方向将所述自由端(62)压在所述电路板(2)的的静音触点上,使得所述第一弹片(6)、所述静音触点及所述电路板(2)构成回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的静音键组件,还包括与所述第一弹片(6)存在间隙的第二弹片(7),
    所述第二弹片(7)的一端固定于所述静音触点,
    在垂直于所述按轴(5)的移动方向的平面上,所述第二弹片(7)的投影与所述自由端(62)的投影相交,并且
    所述按轴(5)沿其长度方向将所述自由端(62)压在所述第二弹片(7)上,使得所述第一弹片(6)、所述第二弹片(7)、所述静音触点及所述电路板(2)构成回路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的静音键组件,其中,
    在所述第一弹片(6)与所述第二弹片(7)之间设置有固定片(8),
    所述第二弹片(7)远离所述电路板(2)的端部设为贴合端(71),
    所述贴合端(71)与所述自由端(62)位于所述固定片(8)的同一侧,所述贴合端(71)贴合于所述固定片(8),并且
    在垂直于所述按轴(5)的移动方向的平面上,所述贴合端(71)的投影与所述自由端(62)的投影相交。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的静音键组件,还包括呈筒状设置的基座(3),所述基座(3)的内壁固定有横板(34),
    在所述按轴(5)的长度方向,所述横板(34)将所述基座(3)分为上空腔及下空腔,
    所述基座(3)的所述下空腔侧的端部与所述固定片(8)构成可拆卸式连接,
    所述自由端(62)及所述贴合端(71)均位于所述下空腔内,
    所述横板(34)上开设有防水孔(33)且所述防水孔(33)设有防水件,并且
    所述按轴(5)穿过所述防水孔(33),使得所述按轴(5)在所述防水孔(33)中沿所述横板(34)的厚度方向往复移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的静音键组件,其中,
    所述按轴(5)沿其长度方向依次包括顶部(51)、中部(52)及底部(53),
    所述中部(52)的横截面的面积大于防水孔(33)的面积,并且
    所述按轴(5)的底部(53)穿过所述防水孔(33)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的静音键组件,其中,
    在所述上空腔侧,所述基座(3)的端部可拆卸式安装有固定架(4),所述固定架(4)上开设有与所述顶部(51)适配的限位孔(44),
    所述顶部(51)***所述限位孔(44),使得所述顶部(51)在所述限位孔(44)中沿所述横板(34)的厚度方向往复移动,并且
    所述中部(52)的横截面的面积大于所述限位孔(44)的面积。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的静音键组件,其中,
    所述固定架(4)包括开设有所述限位孔(44)的底板(41),
    所述底板(41)的至少三个侧边向同一侧延伸有侧板(43),并且
    每个所述侧板(43)均设有固定部件,使得所述侧板(43)与所述基座(3)的侧壁构成可拆卸式连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的静音键组件,其中,
    所述固定架(4)远离所述基座(3)的表面安装有防水环(45)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的静音键组件,其中,
    所述防水件由弹性材料制成,并且所述防水件为呈环状设置的防水圈或填充所述防水孔(33)的防水层。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的静音键组件,其中,
    在所述中部(52)与所述横板(34)之间的空间中填充有由弹性材料制成的第一缓冲件。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的静音键组件,其中,
    在所述中部(52)与所述底板(41)之间的空间中填充有由弹性材料制成的第二缓冲件。
  12. 一种按键盘,包括构成可拆卸式连接壳体(1)及至少一个权利要求1-11中任一项所述的静音键组件,
    所述壳体(1)开设有多个与所述静音键组件对应的轴孔,并且
    所述按轴(5)远离所述基座(3)的伸出端从所述轴孔伸出且所述伸出端可拆卸式连接有键帽(9)。
