一种自动针灸仪
【技术领域】
本申请涉及一种自动针灸仪,属于医疗器械领域。
【背景技术】
目前国内各医院及私人诊所,都设有中国传统的中医诊室。特别是大城市中的各大医院,中医的针灸科,一号难求。医生少是原因之一,另一个原因是传统的针灸,有进针、行针的过程。一个医生要同时给多个病人针灸,这就要医生不停的走来走去定时行针,使医生的劳动强度增大,而每天医疗的病人是有限的。
【申请内容】
(-)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本申请提出一种结构简单、使用方便、提高工作效率的一种自动针灸仪。
    (二) 技术方案
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种自动针灸仪,包括捻杆、上定位滑座、行针滑块、捻轮、捻针拉杆、捻针继电器、下定位滑座、限位体、限位拉杆、限位孔、限位珠、行针继电器、U形杈、银针、入针孔、入、起针标记、底板、定位绑带和入针标;所述捻杆、行针滑块、捻轮、捻针拉杆、捻针继电器、上定位滑座、下定位滑座构成捻针装置;所述捻针装置为两组,且两组捻针装置并列设置在底板中间;所述限位体、限位孔、限位珠、限位拉杆、U形杈、行针继电器构成行针装置,行针装置设置在两组并列设置在底板上的捻针装置同一侧;所述捻杆上设置有行针滑块、捻针拉杆、捻针继电器、捻轮;所述上定位滑座固定在外壳上盖的内侧;所述捻杆穿过上定位滑座中心孔,捻杆的最下端设置在下定位滑座的中心孔内,并可上下滑动;所述捻杆下部固定有捻轮,捻轮上方固定有捻针拉杆,捻针拉杆的另-端固定有捻针继电器,捻针拉杆的上方设置有-定间隔的两块行针滑块;所述捻针继电器通过捻针拉杆固定在捻杆上;所述限位体中心孔内有三组对应的六个球面的限位孔,限位体设置左外壳上盖的内侧;所述限位拉杆穿过限位体中心孔,其下端设置有横向U形杈;所述U形杈是-个方形杆的一端为U字形状,方形杆的另一端与限位拉杆成垂直固定连接; U形杈横向设置在两个行针滑块中间,能够带动两组捻杆上下移动;所述行针继电器设置在限位拉杆的方形杆下面;所述捻针继电器和行针继电器都采用电联接。
进一步地,所述捻杆为丁字形,下端面倒45度角,其上顶部设置有凸起的入针标;捻杆上设置有行针滑块、捻轮、捻针拉杆和捻针继电器。
进一步地,所述上定位滑座为圆环形,园环孔内设置有圆形轴承,圆形轴承内孔设置有捻杆,捻杆可上下滑动;
所述行针滑块为圆台形,圆台中央有一个中心孔,中心孔与捻杆紧配合;上下两块行针滑块之间设置有横向U形杈,两块行针滑块之间与横向U形杈为滑配合。
进一步地,所述捻针拉杆为圆柱形,一端与捻杆垂直连接固定,另一端与捻针继电器连接固定。
进一步地,所述捻针继电器采用电联接。
进一步地,所述捻轮为十分之九的圆缺形状,用硬橡胶制成;内径与捻杆外径紧配合;
所述下定位滑座为中心有孔的圆柱形状,中心孔内设置有轴承,捻杆从上定位滑座中心孔穿过后,下端装入下定位滑座中心孔内,可上下滑动。
进一步地,所述限位拉杆为L状,L状的上部竖向为园柱形,园柱形上部设置有一个横向圆孔,横向圆孔内设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的两端各设置有一个限位珠;L状的下部横向有水平U形杈,U形杈设置在两个行针滑块中间,带动两组捻杆上下移动。
进一步地,所述U形杈是-个方形杆的一端为U字形,方形杆的另一端与限位拉杆成垂直固定连接,方形杆下面设置有行针继电器。
进一步地,所述行针继电器采用电联接。
进一步地,所述限位体为圆管状,圆管中心孔内有三组对应的六个球面的限位孔。
进一步地,所述限位珠为球形钢珠,与弹簧连动;弹簧设置在L状限位拉杆上端的横向圆孔内,弹簧的两端各设置有-个限位珠。
(三)有益效果
本申请与现中医针灸相比较,具有以下有益效果:本申请结构简单、实用性强、减轻医生的劳动强度、工作效率高。医生在给患者针灸时省去来回走动的行针环节,节省了时间,医生只需要按患者穴位固定好自动针灸仪。设定针灸时间,起动开关后,入针、行针都由本申请一种自动针灸仪自动完成。本申请一种自动针灸仪,易生产、造价低,适用于国内各大中小医院和私人诊所使用。

如图1所示的一种自动针灸仪,包括捻杆1、上定位滑座2、行针滑块3、捻轮4、捻针拉杆5、捻针继电器6、下定位滑座7、限位体8、限位拉杆9、限位孔10、限位珠11、行针继电器12、U形杈13、银针14、入针孔15、入、起针标记16、底板17、定位绑带18、入针标19;所述捻杆1、行针滑块3、捻轮4、捻针拉杆5、捻针继电器6、下定位滑座7构成捻针装置;所述捻针装置为两组并列设置在底板17中间;所述捻杆1装入上定位滑座2之后,其下组装有-定间隔的两块行针滑块3;行针滑块3之下组装有捻针拉杆5和捻针继电器6;捻针拉杆5之下组装有捻轮4之后,再把捻杆1的最下端装入下定位滑座7的中心孔内;所述限位体8、限位拉杆9、行针继电器12构成的行针装置,行针装置设置在两组并列底板17上的捻针装置同一侧;所述限位拉杆9装入限位体8之后,其下部组装有横向穿过两块行针滑块3之间的U形杈13;所述U形杈13和限位拉杆9连接处的下面组装有行针继电器12;所述上定位滑座2和限位体8组装在自动针灸仪的上盖内侧;所述下定位滑座7组装在底板17的内侧。所述捻针继电器6和行针继电器12都采用电联接。
所述捻杆1为丁字形,丁字形的上端有一个凸起的入针标19,下端面倒45度角。
所述上定位滑座2为圆环形。
所述行针滑块3为圆台形,圆台形中央有一个中心孔。
所述捻针继电器6采用电联接。
所述捻轮4为十分之九的圆缺形状,用硬橡胶制成。
所述下定位滑座7为中心有孔的圆柱形状。
所述限位拉杆9为L状,L状的上部竖向为圆柱形,其上端设置有一个横向圆孔,下部横向为水平U字形状。
所述行针继电器12采用电联接。
所述限位体8为圆管状,圆管内壁有三组对应的六个球面的限位孔10。
所述限位孔10为四分之一限位珠外径的球面孔。
所述限位珠11为球形钢珠,与弹簧连动。
本申请的实施例动作过程如下:当需要使用自动针灸仪针灸时,医生选准针灸穴位之后,使用定位梆带18固定好入针位置,接通电源。首先拉动限位拉杆9,按不同穴位、选准入针深度,确定好行针的档位;然后转动捻杆3的入针标19与入、起针标记16相重合的位置;从入针孔15把银针14***到位,再把捻杆3的入针标19转移开入、起针标记16位置后,按下起动开关,开始针灸,当针灸按预定时间结束时,有结束铃声提醒后,再把捻杆3的入针标19转回到入、起针标记16的位置,然后医生取出银针14,即完成本次针灸。

  1. 一种自动针灸仪,其特征在于:包括捻杆(1)、上定位滑座(2)、行针滑块(3)、捻轮(4)、捻针拉杆(5)、捻针继电器(6)、下定位滑座(7)、限位体(8)、限位拉杆(9)、限位孔(10)、限位珠(11)、行针继电器(12)、U形杈(13)、银针(14)、入针孔(15)、入、起针标记(16)、底板(17)、定位绑带(18)、入针标(19);所述捻杆(1)、行针滑块(3)、捻轮(4)、捻针拉杆(5)、捻针继电器(6)、下定位滑座(7)构成捻针装置;所述捻针装置为两组,且两组捻针装置并列设置在底板(17)中间;所述捻杆(1)装入上定位滑座(2)之后,其下组装有-定间隔的两块行针滑块(3);行针滑块(3)之下组装有捻针拉杆(5)和捻针继电器(6);捻针拉杆(5)之下组装有捻轮(4)之后,再把捻杆(1)的最下端装入下定位滑座(7)的中心孔内;所述限位体(8)、限位拉杆(9)、行针继电器(12)构成的行针装置,行针装置设置在两组并列设置在底板(17)上的捻针装置同一侧;所述限位拉杆(9)装入限位体(8)之后,其下部组装有横向穿过两块行针滑块(3)之间的U形杈(13);所述U形杈(13)和限位拉杆(9)连接处的下面组装有行针继电器(12);所述上定位滑座(2)和限位体(8)组装在自动针灸仪的上盖内侧;所述下定位滑座(7)组装在底板(17)的内侧;所述捻针继电器(6)和行针继电器(12)都采用电联接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动针灸仪,其特征在于:所述捻杆(1)为丁字形,丁字形的最上端有一个凸起的入针标(19),下端面倒45度角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动针灸仪,其特征在于:所述行针滑块(3)为圆台形,圆台形中央有一个中心孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动针灸仪,其特征在于:所述捻轮(4)为十分之九的圆缺形状,用硬橡胶制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动针灸仪,其特征在于:所述捻针继电器(6)和行针继电器(12)都采用电联接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动针灸仪,其特征在于:所述限位拉杆(9)为L状,L状的上部竖向为圆柱形,其上端设置有一个横向圆孔,下部横向为水平U字形状。
