Abstract

一种照明灯(100),包括安装架(10)、电源模组(20)、转动组件(30)、卡合盖(40)、若干散热组件(50)、以及LED模组(60)。转动组件(30)包括连接管(31)及转动座(33)。散热组件(50)包括散热主体(51)及齿盖(52)。转动座(33)的顶面设有抵接面,卡合盖(40)的底面设有枢接面。安装架(10)的两端分别与转动座(33)卡接后与卡合盖(40)枢接,以调节照明灯(100)的照射角度。照明灯(100)结构简单、体积小、可调整照射角度。通过连接管(31)与散热主体(51)、齿盖(52)连接将多个散热组件(50)采用模块化组装,使得其整体的体积小。通过卡合盖(40)上设有与转动座(33)配对的环形卡接齿(42),以对安装架(10)进行固定安装,让现场操作人员很方便的调节照明灯的角度,并在安装架上设有多个安装方向,以满足照明灯的多种场合的安装需求。

Description

照明灯
本申请要求于2017年07月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710558356.0、发明名称为“照明灯”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种体积小、安装方便、能耗低、模块化的照明灯。
背景技术
在城市广场、体育馆、休闲区、停车场厂等空旷而繁忙的地方,通常使用安装照明灯来实现大范围集中照明,特别是球场灯,随着各种体育项目的职业化及体育运动的普及,人们对球场灯的要求也越来越高。
传统技术中,照明灯包括灯杆和设置在灯杆上的灯具,该灯具固定安装在灯杆顶端,灯具的照射角度为固定的,因灯具与灯杆为固定连接,其无法改变灯具的照射角度;在不同场所,照明灯无法根据现场需要而调整其照射角度范围,整灯的结构复杂,组装工序繁多;加上该照明灯的光源是以高压钠、高压汞灯、金属卤化物灯为主,光源里含有大量的水银蒸汽,如果破碎水银蒸汽则会挥发到大气中,还含有汞、铅、砷等对环境有严重污染的元素,给人类的健康也带来了危害;而且光电转换效率低,所以会产生大量的热能,反之产生的光就很少,而且灯体的体积比较大,不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种照明灯,其结构简单、模块化易安装、体积小、使用寿命长、光照范围大、可调整照射角度、以及有效照明效率高等优点,以使照明灯可满足不同场合的需求。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种照明灯,包括安装架、安装在所述安装架上的电源模组、连接所述安装架的转动组件、与所述转动组件的相对两侧配合的二卡合盖、安装 在所述转动组件上的若干散热组件、以及位于所述散热组件内的LED模组;所述转动组件包括连接管及位于连接管的两端部的转动座;所述散热组件包括散热主体及安装在所述散热主体上的齿盖;所述散热主体的顶面与所述齿盖围成卡接腔以容置所述连接管;所述转动座的顶面设有抵接面,所述卡合盖的底面设有与对应所述转动座的抵接面枢接的枢接面,所述安装架的两端分别与对应的转动座卡接后与对应的所述卡合盖枢接,以调节所述照明灯的照射角度。
上述的照明灯结构简单、模块化组装、易安装、体积小、使用寿命长、光照范围大、可调整照射角度,通过连接管与散热主体、齿盖连接将多个散热组件采用模块化组装,使得其整体的体积小,通过卡合盖上设有与转动座配对的环形卡接齿,以对安装架进行固定安装,让现场操作人员很方便的调节照明灯的角度,并在安装架上设有多个安装方向,以满足照明灯的多种场合的安装需求,使得照明灯具有较大实用性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转动座包括座体、位于所述座体中部的中心柱、以及设置在所述座体的外壁的若干环形抵接齿,所述环形抵接齿与所述座体形成阶梯槽,以使所述环形抵接齿自所述阶梯槽向外凸出设置。
在其中一个实施例中,相邻的所述环形抵接齿之间形成抵接齿槽,相邻的所述环形抵接齿与所述中心柱的中心轴形成的夹角为锐角。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转动座还包括位于所述环形抵接齿的一端部的指示盘,所述指示盘的外表面设有若干刻度标志,所述刻度标志与所述抵接齿槽相对设置,各所述刻度标志形成绕所述中心柱的中心轴呈环形布设的刻度标志组。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卡合盖包括盖体及自所述盖体的一轴向延伸的环形卡接齿,所述环形卡接齿与所述抵接齿槽抵接,各所述环形卡接齿均匀排列分布设置,且相邻的所述环形卡接齿之间形成卡接齿槽,所述卡接齿槽与所述环形抵接齿抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述环形卡接齿自所述盖体的端面向外凸出设置,所述环形卡接齿上设有导向槽,所述导向槽的内壁形成向外扩张的导向斜面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转动组件还包括安装在所述连接管下方的若干固定件,所述连接管上设有自外壁向内凹伸的容置槽及卡合槽,所述固定件容置在所述容置槽内,所述固定件上设有自上表面向外凸伸的卡接柱及自下表面向外凸伸的若干固定齿,所述卡接柱与所述卡合槽卡接,以使所述固定件与所述连接管形成卡接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述散热主体上设有第一安装槽、第二安装槽、以及第三安装槽,所述第二安装槽位于所述第一安装槽与第三安装槽之间,所述第二安装槽内设有与对应固定件的固定齿卡接的若干卡合齿,所述散热主体通过所述固定件与所述连接管形成卡接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述齿盖的一端部通过螺栓固定在所述第一安装槽内,所述齿盖的另一端部通过固定轴枢接于所述第三安装槽内,以使所述齿盖相对于所述散热主体上下转动。
一种照明灯,包括安装架、安装在所述安装架上的电源模组、连接所述安装架的转动组件、与所述转动组件的相对两侧配合的二卡合盖、安装在所述转动组件上的若干散热组件、以及位于所述散热组件内的LED模组;所述转动组件包括连接管及位于连接管的两端部的转动座;所述散热组件包括散热主体及安装在所述散热主体上的齿盖;所述散热主体的顶面与所述齿盖围成卡接腔以容置所述连接管;所述转动座的外壁设有若干环形抵接齿,所述卡合盖的底面设有与对应所述转动座的环形抵接齿啮合的环形卡接齿,所述安装架的两端分别与对应的转动座卡接后与对应的所述卡合盖枢接,以调节所述照明灯的照射角度。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
请参阅图1至图9,为本发明一较佳实施例的照明灯100,用于城市广场、体育馆、休闲区、停车场厂等领域照明,如球场灯。该照明灯100包括安装架10、安装在安装架10上的电源模组20、连接安装架10的转动组件30、与转动组件30的相对两侧配合的二卡合盖40、安装在转动组件30上的若干散热组件50、位于散热组件50内的LED模组60、以及安装在散热组件50下方的防护罩70。安装架10与转动组件30及卡合盖40连接,以使散热组件50相对于安装架10转动。
所述安装架10用于整套设备的支撑;该安装架10包括第一安装部11及第二安装部12,第一安装部11上设有若干第一安装口,各第一安装口均匀排列分布设置;第二安装部12上设有若干第二安装口,各第二安装口均匀排列分布设置,第一安装口、第二安装口均用于固定安装架10,以使安装架10能够多方向安装。在本实施例中,第一安装部11与第二安装部12形成的夹角为直角。也可以理解地,第一安装部11与第二安装部12形成的夹角可为锐角或者钝角,只要使安装架10安装时能够支撑散热组件50的重量。安装架10的两端部设有转动孔13及指示孔14,指示孔14位于转动孔13的后端部并与转动孔13并列设置。
请参阅图3,所述电源模组20用于整套设备的供电;该电源模组20包括安装在安装架10上的基板21、固定在基板21上的第一接线盒22、防雷器23、若干调光电源24、覆盖在调光电源24上的电源盒25、固定在电源盒25上方的第二接线盒26、以及若干防水接头27;调光电源24的输入端通过防水接头27分别与第一接线盒22及第二接线盒26电连接,各调光电源24的输出端通过防水接头27分别与对应的LED模组60电连接,第一接线盒22用于连接外部电源,第二接线盒26通过防雷器23与第一接线盒22电连接,以避免打雷时对设备造成影响。
请参阅图4至图6,所述转动组件30用于连接安装架10与散热组件50,该转动组件30包括呈中空的连接管31、安装在连接管31下方的若干固定件32、以及位于连接管31的两端部的转动座33;连接管31大致呈圆形设置,连接管31上设有自外壁向内凹伸的容置槽310及卡合槽311,卡合槽311与容置槽310连通;固定件32大致呈弧形设置,固定件32容置在容置槽310内,固定件32上设有自上表面向外凸伸的卡接柱320及自下表面向外凸伸的若干固定齿321,卡接柱320与卡合槽311卡接,以使固定件32与连接管31形成卡接;各固定齿321均匀分布设置。
转动座33嵌于连接管31的一端部并通过螺杆与连接管31固定连接, 转动座33的顶面设有抵接面,卡合盖40的底面设有与对应转动座33的抵接面枢接的枢接面,安装架10的两端分别与对应的转动座33卡接后与对应的卡合盖40枢接,以调节照明灯100的照射角度。转动座33包括座体330、位于座体330中部的中心柱331、设置在座体330的外壁的若干环形抵接齿332、以及位于环形抵接齿332的一端部的指示盘333。座体330上设有加强圈,加强圈套设在中心柱331上,以加强座体330与中心柱331的连接。转动座33通过中心柱331穿过转动孔13与安装架10枢接,以使转动座33相对于安装架10转动,并可固定于任意角度。
环形抵接齿332与座体330形成阶梯槽,以使环形抵接齿332自阶梯槽向外凸出设置。各环形抵接齿332均匀排列分布设置,且相邻的环形抵接齿332之间形成抵接齿槽。从外侧观察及从横截面观察,各环形抵接齿332呈梯形设置。在本实施例中,相邻的环形抵接齿332与中心柱331的中心轴形成的夹角为锐角。优选地,相邻的环形抵接齿332与中心柱331的中心轴形成的夹角为6°,可理解地,相邻的环形抵接齿332与中心柱331的中心轴形成的夹角也可以为5°或者15°或者45°或者60°或者80°。
指示盘333的外表面设有若干刻度标志,刻度标志与抵接齿槽相对并与指示孔14对应设置,各刻度标志形成绕中心柱331的中心轴呈环形布设的刻度标志组,以供人员对照明灯100的旋转角度的参考。在本实施例中,相邻的刻度标志与中心柱331的中心轴形成的夹角为锐角,优选地,相邻的刻度标志与中心柱331的中心轴形成的夹角为6°,可理解地,相邻的刻度标志与中心柱331的中心轴形成的夹角也可以为5°或者15°或者45°或者60°或者80°。
在本实施例中,座体330、中心柱331、环形抵接齿332、指示盘333由塑料材质一体化成型。
所述卡合盖40包括盖体41及自盖体41的一轴向延伸的环形卡接齿 42,盖体41上设有通孔410及若干防滑条411,通孔410与中心柱331适配,以使卡合盖40通过中心柱331穿过通孔410与转动座33枢接,使卡合盖40相对于转动座33转动,并可固定于任意角度。各防滑条411形成绕盖体41中心呈环形布设的防滑条组,以避免卡合盖40转动时打滑。环形卡接齿42自盖体41的端面向外凸出设置,环形卡接齿42与抵接齿槽抵接,各环形卡接齿42均匀排列分布设置,且相邻的环形卡接齿42之间形成卡接齿槽,卡接齿槽与环形抵接齿332抵接,以使卡合盖40与转动座33枢接。在本实施例中,环形卡接齿42上设有一导向槽420,导向槽420的内壁形成向外扩张的导向斜面,以便于安装架10的安装。
请参阅图7,所述散热组件50用于LED模组60的散热,该散热组件50包括散热主体51、安装在散热主体51上的齿盖52、连接散热主体51的连接件53、以及与连接件53卡合的面盖54。散热主体51与连接件53、面盖54围成一容置腔以容置LED模组60,散热主体51的中部的顶面与齿盖52围成一卡接腔以容置连接管31。
散热主体51大致呈弧形设置,从外侧观察及从横截面观察,散热主体51呈中部高两端低设置,散热主体51的中部设有第一安装槽510、第二安装槽511、以及第三安装槽512,第二安装槽511位于第一安装槽510与第三安装槽512之间,第二安装槽511内设有与对应固定件32的固定齿321卡接的若干卡合齿513,散热主体51通过固定件32与连接管31形成卡接。散热主体51由若干个散热鳍片组成,各散热鳍片形成沿散热主体51的上表面横向延伸设置的散热鳍片组,散热鳍片组的端部卡合于连接件53内,相邻的散热鳍片之间形成散热通道,以便于散热主体51的热量得到快速的扩散,避免发生热量集中,提高散热主体51的散热效率。在本实施例中,散热主体51、连接件53由导热性能良好的散热材料一体化制备而成。具体地,该散热材料可以为铝材料,也可以为铜材料。
齿盖52用于连接管31的固定,该齿盖52大致呈弧形设置,齿盖52 的一端部通过螺栓固定在第一安装槽510内,齿盖52的另一端部通过固定轴或者螺栓枢接于第三安装槽512内,以使齿盖52相对于散热主体51上下转动。可选地,齿盖52上设有若干的通风孔521及散热条522,各通风孔521横向贯穿齿盖52,散热条522自齿盖52的顶面向外延伸设置,散热条522配合通风孔521以供齿盖52散热,避免高温熔化。在本实施例中,齿盖52由耐高温材料制备而成。
所述面盖54与连接件53卡合,该面盖54上开设有出光口540,出光口540位于LED模组60的下方并安装有透明件541,以便于光源穿过透明件541向外照明。可选地,透明件541上套设有硅胶圈542,以避免水从透明件541与出光口540的间隙中进入散热主体51内。在本实施例中,该透明件541为钢化玻璃,可理解地,该透明件541也可以为透明的物质,只要能让光源向外照明即可。
所述LED模组60包括电路板61及安装在电路板61上的若干LED62,电路板61与调光电源24电连接,各LED62均匀分布在电路板61上。电路板61与散热鳍片组的下表面抵接,以使LED62上的热量通过散热鳍片组向外部散发热量。
所述防护罩70由若干不锈钢管组成,防护罩70覆盖于散热主体51的外端面,用于保护散热组件50及LED模组60。
安装时,先将LED62模组60、硅胶圈542、透明件541、面盖54依次安装在散热主体51与连接件53组成的容置腔,再将安装有固定件32的连接管31与散热主体51卡接,将齿盖52覆盖在连接管31上,使多个的散热主体51连接;再将转动座33安装通过螺栓相对地安装在连接管31的端部,然后将安装架10的两端与转动座33卡接,卡合盖40通过固定轴或者螺栓与转动座33枢接;安装架10按照安装需要的方向进行对照明灯100固定,可以以第一安装部11方向安装,也可以以第二安装部12方向安装,使得照明灯100的应用更加灵活,多种配光角度,满足不同场 合的需求;最后将电源模组20安装在安装架10上。本发明采用模块化组装,组装简单安装方便,解决了传统大功率灯具结构复杂问题,通过转动卡合盖40,每转动一个环形卡接齿42与抵接齿槽的位置,即可进行对照明灯100的角度进行微调,避免了现场角度调整依靠估算的问题,并且LED62效率高能耗低,节约资源环保绿色。
上述的照明灯100结构简单、模块化组装、易安装、体积小、使用寿命长、光照范围大、可调整照射角度,通过连接管31与散热主体51、齿盖52连接将多个散热组件50采用模块化组装,使得其整体的体积小,通过卡合盖40上设有与转动座33配对的环形卡接齿42,以对安装架10进行固定安装,让现场操作人员很方便的调节照明灯100的角度,并在安装架10上设有多个安装方向,以满足照明灯100的多种场合的安装需求,使得照明灯100具有较大实用性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种照明灯,其特征在于,包括安装架、安装在所述安装架上的电源模组、连接所述安装架的转动组件、与所述转动组件的相对两侧配合的二卡合盖、安装在所述转动组件上的若干散热组件、以及位于所述散热组件内的LED模组;所述转动组件包括连接管及位于连接管的两端部的转动座;所述散热组件包括散热主体及安装在所述散热主体上的齿盖;所述散热主体的顶面与所述齿盖围成卡接腔以容置所述连接管;所述转动座的顶面设有抵接面,所述卡合盖的底面设有与对应所述转动座的抵接面枢接的枢接面,所述安装架的两端分别与对应的转动座卡接后与对应的所述卡合盖枢接,以调节所述照明灯的照射角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述转动座包括座体、位于所述座体中部的中心柱、以及设置在所述座体的外壁的若干环形抵接齿,所述环形抵接齿与所述座体形成阶梯槽,以使所述环形抵接齿自所述阶梯槽向外凸出设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照明灯,其特征在于,相邻的所述环形抵接齿之间形成抵接齿槽,相邻的所述环形抵接齿与所述中心柱的中心轴形成的夹角为锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述转动座还包括位于所述环形抵接齿的一端部的指示盘,所述指示盘的外表面设有若干刻度标志,所述刻度标志与所述抵接齿槽相对设置,各所述刻度标志形成绕所述中心柱的中心轴呈环形布设的刻度标志组。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述卡合盖包括盖体及自所述盖体的一轴向延伸的环形卡接齿,所述环形卡接齿与所述抵接齿槽抵接,各所述环形卡接齿均匀排列分布设置,且相邻的所述环形卡接齿之间形成卡接齿槽,所述卡接齿槽与所述环形抵接齿抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述环形卡接齿自所述盖体的端面向外凸出设置,所述环形卡接齿上设有导向槽,所述导向 槽的内壁形成向外扩张的导向斜面。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项中所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述转动组件还包括安装在所述连接管下方的若干固定件,所述连接管上设有自外壁向内凹伸的容置槽及卡合槽,所述固定件容置在所述容置槽内,所述固定件上设有自上表面向外凸伸的卡接柱及自下表面向外凸伸的若干固定齿,所述卡接柱与所述卡合槽卡接,以使所述固定件与所述连接管形成卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述散热主体上设有第一安装槽、第二安装槽、以及第三安装槽,所述第二安装槽位于所述第一安装槽与第三安装槽之间,所述第二安装槽内设有与对应固定件的固定齿卡接的若干卡合齿,所述散热主体通过所述固定件与所述连接管形成卡接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照明灯,其特征在于,所述齿盖的一端部通过螺栓固定在所述第一安装槽内,所述齿盖的另一端部通过固定轴枢接于所述第三安装槽内,以使所述齿盖相对于所述散热主体上下转动。
  10. 一种照明灯,其特征在于,包括安装架、安装在所述安装架上的电源模组、连接所述安装架的转动组件、与所述转动组件的相对两侧配合的二卡合盖、安装在所述转动组件上的若干散热组件、以及位于所述散热组件内的LED模组;所述转动组件包括连接管及位于连接管的两端部的转动座;所述散热组件包括散热主体及安装在所述散热主体上的齿盖;所述散热主体的顶面与所述齿盖围成卡接腔以容置所述连接管;所述转动座的外壁设有若干环形抵接齿,所述卡合盖的底面设有与对应所述转动座的环形抵接齿啮合的环形卡接齿,所述安装架的两端分别与对应的转动座卡接后与对应的所述卡合盖枢接,以调节所述照明灯的照射角度。
