本申请实施例提供了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,包括:支架、竖直设置且连接在所述支架一侧的第一板、设置在所述第一板靠下部分的第一固定组件、竖直设置在所述第一板靠上部分的第一导轨、设置在所述第一导轨中的第二固定组件、与所述第二固定组件连接的控制组件;
所述第一固定组件用于固定经过预热弯的竹子的一端;
所述第二固定组件用于固定经过预热弯的竹子的另一端;
所述第一固定组件和所述第二固定组件位于同一竖直方向上;
所述控制组件用于控制所述第二固定组件在所述第一导轨中上下移动。
优选地,
所述辅助热弯竹子的装置还包括连接在所述支架侧面且设置在所述第一板对侧的第二板;
所述第一板与所述第二板相对的侧面靠下部分分别设置有水平方向的第二导轨和第三导轨;
所述第一固定组件两侧分别设置在所述第二导轨中和所述第三导轨中;
所述第一固定组件通过所述第二导轨和所述第三导轨可在所述第一板和所述第二板之间水平移动。
优选地,
所述辅助热弯竹子的装置还包括设置在所述第一固定组件和所述第二固定组件之间且与所述第二板连接的靠模,用于辅助竹子热弯成型。
优选地,
所述辅助热弯竹子的装置还包括与所述第二板连接的可悬停加热组件,用于对固定在所述第一固定组件和所述第二固定组件之间的经过预热弯的竹子进行不同部位的加热。
优选地,
所述第一固定组件包括上隔板和下隔板、设置在所述上隔板和所述下隔板之间的若干个第一夹紧件;
若干个所述第一夹紧件两端分别与所述上隔板和所述下隔板连接;
若干个所述第一夹紧件用于将经过预热弯的竹子的一端固定在所述上隔板和所述下隔板之间。
优选地,
所述第二固定组件包括与所述第一板连接的第三板、间隔设置在所述第三板侧面的两个圆柱,其中两个所述圆柱位于同一竖直方向上;
两个所述圆柱用于卡住经过预热弯的竹子的另一端;
经过预热弯的竹子的另一端可在两个所述圆柱中间水平移动。
优选地,
所述控制组件包括固定在所述支架上的棘轮、与所述棘轮连接用于操纵所述棘轮的施力手柄、设置在所述第一板底部的转向齿轮组、设置在所述第一板顶部的第一齿轮组、履带;
所述第三板通过设置在所述第三板上的竖直方向上的锯齿与所述第一齿轮组啮合;
所述转向齿轮组与所述棘轮啮合;
所述第一齿轮组与所述转向齿轮组之间通过所述履带传动连接。
优选地,
所述靠模包括同轴连接的若干个分支主干、设置在每个所述分支主干端部的受力柱、锁紧组件;
若干个所述分支主干可绕轴旋转并通过所述锁紧组件固定;
若干个所述分支主干端部的所述受力柱形成弧形的靠模面。
优选地,
所述可悬停加热组件包括悬停机械臂、设置在所述悬停机械臂端部的热风枪。
优选地,
所述热风枪包括热源机身、设置在所述热源机身端部的热风孔、设置在所述热源机身端部的水蒸气出口、导流水管、固定在所述第二板上的加湿水箱;
所述热源机身通过所述导流水管与所述加湿水箱连通;
所述水蒸气出口用于对竹子进行加湿。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本申请实施例具有以下优点:
1、本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,通过第一固定组件固定经过预热弯的竹子的一端,通过第二固定组件固定经过预热弯的竹子的另一端,其中第二固定组件与第一固定组件位于同一竖直方向上,然后对固定在第一固定组件和第二固定组件之间的竹子进行加热并同时通过控制组件控制第二固定组件在第一导轨中向下移动,给竹子施加力使得竹子在竖直面内发生弯曲,弥补了现有的火柱样式简陋、竹子材料容易腐朽、不利于保存;两端固定的安装形式对场所有要求、竹材本身不容易固定、影响整体美观的缺陷,解决了现有主要凭人工弯曲竹子的方法不易控制竹子的弯曲点从而造成竹子弯曲点偏移或使竹子曲度不在一个平面上且生产效率低的技术问题。
2、本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,在第一固定组件和第二固定组件之间设置与第二板连接的靠模,用于辅助竹子热弯成型,而靠模可以设计成多种结构,适用于不同形状竹子的热弯。
3、本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,摒弃了现有通过明火对竹子进行加热热弯的方法,通过热风枪并配合可悬停机械臂对竹子进行加热,更加方便灵活,而且热风枪带有加湿功能,为因加热失水的竹子提供水分和湿润环境,防止干裂起褶和发黑。
4、本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,第一固定组件通过第二导轨和第三导轨可以在第一板和第二板之间水平移动,从而可以根据待热弯竹子的尺寸和实际需要灵活调整第一固定组件的位置。
5、本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,将第二固定组件设计为设置在第三板侧面且位于同一竖直方向上的两个圆柱,通过两个圆柱固定经过预热弯的竹子的另一端,实现了竹子上端的向下运动,迫使竹子发生弯曲,而且两个圆柱并不是完全固定经过预热弯的竹子的另一端,在竹子上端向下运动的同时,只要竹子给的反作用力足够大,竹子的上端也可以在两个圆柱之间发生水平运动,从而通过竹子上端的水平移动化解了竹子本身产生的过大的反作用力,避免因竹子弯曲处反作用力过大造成竹子折断。
6、本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,通过施力手柄控制 固定在支架上的棘轮旋转,带动与棘轮啮合的转向齿轮组旋转,而转向齿轮组通过履带带动设置在第一板顶部的第一齿轮组旋转,因为第三板通过设置在第三板上的竖直方向上的锯齿与第一齿轮组啮合,所以第一齿轮组的旋转运动将转化为第三板的竖直运动,进而带动整个第二固定组件在第一导轨中做竖直方向上的运动,当第二固定组件向下运动时,两个圆柱迫使竹子进行弯曲,从而实现了通过这些省力的机械工具持续稳定地输出竹子的形变力,从而节省人工,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例公开了一种辅助热弯竹子14的装置,通过第一固定组件固定经过预热弯的竹子14的一端,通过第二固定组件固定经过预热弯的竹子14的另一端,其中第二固定组件与第一固定组件位于同一竖直方向上,然后对固定在第一固定组件和第二固定组件之间的竹子14进行加热并同时通过控制组件控制第二固定组件在第一导轨25中向下移动,给竹子14施加力使得竹子14在竖直面内发生弯曲,弥补了现有的火柱样式简陋、竹子14材料容易腐朽、不利于保存;两端固定的安装形式对场所有要求、竹材本身不容易固定、影响整体美观的缺陷,解决了现有主要凭人工弯曲竹子14的方法不易控制竹子的弯曲点从而造成竹子14弯曲点偏移或使竹子曲度不在一个平面上且生产效率低的技术问题。
请参阅图1至图15,本申请实施例中提供的一种辅助热弯竹子14的装置的一个实施例包括:支架8、竖直设置且连接在支架8一侧的第一板16、设置在第一板16靠下部分的第一固定组件、竖直设置在第一板16靠上部分的第一导轨25、设置在第一导轨25中的第二固定组件、与第二固 定组件连接的控制组件,第一固定组件和第二固定组件位于同一竖直方向上;其中,第一固定组件用于固定经过预热弯的竹子14的一端,第二固定组件用于固定经过预热弯的竹子14的另一端,控制组件用于控制第二固定组件在第一导轨25中上下移动。
如图6所示,辅助热弯竹子14的装置还包括连接在支架8侧面且设置在第一板16对侧的第二板10,第一板16与第二板10相对的侧面靠下部分分别设置有水平方向的第二导轨和第三导轨,第一固定组件两侧分别设置在第二导轨中和第三导轨中,第一固定组件通过第二导轨和第三导轨可在第一板16和第二板10之间水平移动,需要说明的是,第二导轨与第三导轨可以相同,也可以不同,第二导轨与第三导轨的具体结构由第一固定组件决定;
而第一固定组件的结构可以如图7所示,包括上隔板18和下隔板7、设置在上隔板18和下隔板7之间的若干个第一夹紧件15,若干个第一夹紧件15两端分别与上隔板18和下隔板7连接,若干个第一夹紧件15用于将经过预热弯的竹子14的一端固定在上隔板18和下隔板7之间;在图7中,第一夹紧件15的数量为两个,第一夹紧件15为两个半圆组合成的紧箍组件,其中紧箍组件的一端连接有旋转手柄24,用于调整紧箍组件的锁紧程度,需要说明的是,第一夹紧件15的结构不限于图7中的结构;当第一固定组件为图7中所示的结构时,第二导轨和第三导轨是相同的,且均包括上下两道滑槽,上隔板18的两边分别设置在第二导轨和第三导轨的上滑槽(相对靠上的滑槽)内,下隔板7的两边分别设置在第二导轨和第三导轨的下滑槽(相对靠下的滑槽)内。
如图1至图5、图8、图14、图15所示,辅助热弯竹子14的装置还包括设置在第一固定组件和第二固定组件之间且与第二板10连接的靠模,用于辅助竹子14热弯成型,其中靠模可以包括靠模板19、同轴连接的若干个分支主干20、设置在每个分支主干20端部的受力柱9、锁紧组件36,如图所示,受力柱9及锁紧组件36可以分别设置于相应分支主干20相对的两端部,若干个分支主干20可绕轴旋转并通过锁紧组件36固定,若干个分支主干20端部的受力柱9形成弧形的靠模面,如图15所示,若干个分支主干20的轴可以在靠模板19的第四轨道35中移动,并且若干个分支 主干20之间的角度可以根据实际需要调整,从而形成需要的靠模面。
如图1至图4、图8、图11至图14所示,辅助热弯竹子14的装置还包括与第二板10连接的可悬停加热组件,用于对固定在第一固定组件和第二固定组件之间的经过预热弯的竹子14进行不同部位的加热;其中可悬停加热组件可以包括悬停机械臂13、设置在悬停机械臂13端部的热风枪1以及控制悬停机械臂13的操作手柄6;请参阅图12和图13,热风枪1具体包括热源机身29、设置在热源机身29端部的热风孔31、设置在热源机身29端部的水蒸气出口30、导流水管28、固定在第二板10上的加湿水箱11、与热风枪1连接的电源线12,热源机身29通过导流水管28与加湿水箱11连通,水蒸气出口30用于对竹子14进行加湿;如图12所示,热风孔31可以设置在热源机身29前端的中间位置,而水蒸气出口30设置在热风孔31周围,热源机身29后端设置有实时温度刻度盘33、热风枪1开关及挡位调节旋钮34,热风枪1通过万向转换头32与悬停机械臂13活动连接,可以通过操作手柄6灵活控制热风枪1的位置,热源机身29通过导流水管28与加湿水箱11连通,热风枪1通过水蒸气出口30对竹子14进行加湿,热风枪1通过热风孔31进行加热,同时通过水蒸气出口30持续喷出水蒸气,为因加热失水的竹子14提供水分和湿润环境,防止干裂起褶和发黑。
如图1、图3、图5、图8、图9所示,第二固定组件可以包括与第一板16连接的第三板17、间隔设置在第三板17侧面的两个圆柱2,其中两个圆柱2位于同一竖直方向上,两个圆柱2用于卡住经过预热弯的竹子14的另一端,通过两个圆柱2固定经过预热弯的竹子14的另一端,实现了竹子14上端的向下运动,迫使竹子14发生弯曲,而且两个圆柱2并不是完全固定经过预热弯的竹子14的另一端,在竹子14上端向下运动的同时,只要竹子14给的反作用力足够大,竹子14的上端也可以在两个圆柱2之间发生水平运动,从而通过竹子14上端的水平移动化解了竹子14本身产生的过大的反作用力,避免因竹子14弯曲处反作用力过大造成竹子14折断。
如图2、图9和图10所示,控制组件可以包括固定在支架8上的棘轮3、与棘轮3连接用于操纵棘轮3的施力手柄5、设置在第一板16底部的 转向齿轮组22、设置在第一板16顶部的第一齿轮组23、履带21,第三板17通过设置在第三板17上的竖直方向上的锯齿4与第一齿轮组23啮合,转向齿轮组22与棘轮3啮合,第一齿轮组23与转向齿轮组22之间通过履带21传动连接,其中棘轮3本身具有反向锁死功能,所以可以很好的控制第二固定组件的运动和停止;通过施力手柄5控制固定在支架8上的棘轮3旋转,带动与棘轮3啮合的转向齿轮组22旋转,而转向齿轮组22通过履带21带动设置在第一板16顶部的第一齿轮组23旋转,因为第三板17通过设置在第三板17上的竖直方向上的锯齿4与第一齿轮组23啮合,所以第一齿轮组23的旋转运动将转化为第三板17的竖直运动,进而带动整个第二固定组件在第一导轨25中做竖直方向上的运动,当第二固定组件向下运动时,两个圆柱2迫使竹子14进行弯曲,从而实现了通过这些省力的机械工具持续稳定地输出竹子14的形变力,从而节省人工,提高生产效率;可以理解的是,棘轮3自身带有棘爪26,可以实现反向锁死的功能,从而可以将第二固定组件固定在特定位置;需要说明的是,从图2、图10中均可以看出,第一齿轮组23可以包括两个同轴旋转的齿轮,其中一个齿轮与锯齿4啮合,另一个齿轮与履带21啮合,同理,转向齿轮组22也可以包括两个同轴旋转的齿轮,其中一个齿轮与棘轮360度啮合,另一个齿轮与履带21啮合。
上面是对一种辅助热弯竹子14的装置的结构和连接方式进行的详细说明,为便于理解,下面将以一具体应用场景对一种辅助热弯竹子14的装置的应用进行说明,应用例包括:
首先,根据所需制备的U型竹设计图纸估算并调整靠模的结构,然后通过锁紧组件36固定靠模的结构,然后将经过预热弯的竹子14的一端通过第一夹紧件15固定住,另一端通过两个圆柱2固定住,从而将经过预热弯的竹子14固定在第一板16和第二板10之间,打开热风枪1开关并调节挡位调节旋钮34设定热风枪1的温度,通过热风枪1对竹子14的各个部位进行加热,同时操作施力手柄5控制第三板17向下运动,通过两个圆柱2使得竹子14的上端向下运动发生弯曲直至与靠模贴合,从而制备出所需的U型竹子14,最后通过湿毛巾对竹子14热弯处进行冷却定型处理。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,包括:支架、竖直设置且连接在所述支架一侧的第一板、设置在所述第一板靠下部分的第一固定组件、竖直设置在所述第一板靠上部分的第一导轨、设置在所述第一导轨中的第二固定组件、与所述第二固定组件连接的控制组件;
    所述第一固定组件用于固定经过预热弯的竹子的一端;
    所述第二固定组件用于固定经过预热弯的竹子的另一端;
    所述第一固定组件和所述第二固定组件位于同一竖直方向上;
    所述控制组件用于控制所述第二固定组件在所述第一导轨中上下移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,还包括连接在所述支架侧面且设置在所述第一板对侧的第二板;
    所述第一板与所述第二板相对的侧面靠下部分分别设置有水平方向的第二导轨和第三导轨;
    所述第一固定组件两侧分别设置在所述第二导轨中和所述第三导轨中;
    所述第一固定组件通过所述第二导轨和所述第三导轨可在所述第一板和所述第二板之间水平移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述第一固定组件和所述第二固定组件之间且与所述第二板连接的靠模,用于辅助竹子热弯成型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,还包括与所述第二板连接的可悬停加热组件,用于对固定在所述第一固定组件和所述第二固定组件之间的经过预热弯的竹子进行不同部位的加热。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定组件包括上隔板和下隔板、设置在所述上隔板和所述下隔板之间的若干个第一夹紧件;
    若干个所述第一夹紧件两端分别与所述上隔板和所述下隔板连接;
    若干个所述第一夹紧件用于将经过预热弯的竹子的一端固定在所述上 隔板和所述下隔板之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定组件包括与所述第一板连接的第三板、间隔设置在所述第三板侧面的两个圆柱,其中两个所述圆柱位于同一竖直方向上;
    两个所述圆柱用于卡住经过预热弯的竹子的另一端;
    经过预热弯的竹子的另一端可在两个所述圆柱中间水平移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括固定在所述支架上的棘轮、与所述棘轮连接用于操纵所述棘轮的施力手柄、设置在所述第一板底部的转向齿轮组、设置在所述第一板顶部的第一齿轮组、履带;
    所述第三板通过设置在所述第三板上的竖直方向上的锯齿与所述第一齿轮组啮合;
    所述转向齿轮组与所述棘轮啮合;
    所述第一齿轮组与所述转向齿轮组之间通过所述履带传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,所述靠模包括同轴连接的若干个分支主干、设置在每个所述分支主干端部的受力柱、锁紧组件;
    若干个所述分支主干可绕轴旋转并通过所述锁紧组件固定;
    若干个所述分支主干端部的所述受力柱形成弧形的靠模面。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,所述可悬停加热组件包括悬停机械臂、设置在所述悬停机械臂端部的热风枪。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的辅助热弯竹子的装置,其特征在于,所述热风枪包括热源机身、设置在所述热源机身端部的热风孔、设置在所述热源机身端部的水蒸气出口、导流水管、固定在所述第二板上的加湿水箱;
    所述热源机身通过所述导流水管与所述加湿水箱连通;
    所述水蒸气出口用于对竹子进行加湿。
