Abstract

本申请提供一种APP应用展示界面的方法、装置和电子设备,采用本申请提供的上述方法,可以预先判断用户的出行时所处的阶段,然后根据相应的出行阶段获取到与出行阶段相匹配的界面配置信息,然后服务器将所述界面配置信息发送至客户端,以使得客户端采用该界面配置信息对用户界面进行相应的配置,以适合用户当前所需要的场景和功能。所述界面配置信息是根据用户所处的出行阶段的不同而不同的,由于不同出行阶段用户所需要的功能及执行的操作是不同的,因此,采用本方法可以保证服务器向客户端发送的界面配置信息是根据用户所处的具体的阶段而定的,可以给用户展示出最符合当前阶段的场景化的APP应用的功能。

技术领域
本申请涉及APP应用的技术领域,具体涉及APP应用展示界面的方法和装置。另外,还涉及电子设备。
背景技术
用户在预备旅行之前一般会通过旅行类APP应用进行大量信息的查询和分析,或者在出行之后在APP应用中写一些游行后记等,旅行类APP可以方便的为用户提供大量的信息以供用户参考。
但是,目前常见的旅行APP应用的各个功能以及隐藏的功能都是固定的,在任何时候用户打开该APP应用,首界面或者下一层的界面都是提供相同的功能及服务的,但是用户需要根据其当前的状态在APP应用中找到相应的功能,然后进行使用。对于普通用户来说,由于旅行方面的知识不够,有时用户很难找到其想使用的功能在哪里,尤其是已经在出行中的情况,造成用户的使用查询效率低。因此,现有技术的界面及功能的展示的用户体验较差。

本申请提供一种APP应用展示界面的方法,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本申请另外提供一种APP应用展示界面的装置。同时,本申请还提供电子设备。

确定用户的出行阶段;
根据所述出行阶段,确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息;所述界面配置信息与所处的出行阶段相对应;
将所述确定的针对APP应用的界面配置信息发送至客户端,以供客户端根据该界面配置信息进行场景化界面展示。
可选的,在所述确定用户的出行阶段之前,包括:
采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息;
对所述采集的信息进行分析,以确定用户的出行阶段。
可选的,所述采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息,包括以下信息中的一种或者多种的组合:日志信息、用户所处位置信息、订单信息。

预先设置多个出行阶段;
为每个不同的出行阶段设置相应的界面配置信息,以及建立出行阶段与界面配置信息之间的匹配关系;
根据确定的出行阶段,依据所述匹配关系确定与该出行阶段相匹配的APP应用的界面配置信息。
可选的,所述界面配置信息包括在用户界面上所展示出来的界面信息提供依据的界面展示配置以及为用户界面上所具有的功能模块提供依据界面功能配置。

步骤S101,确定用户的出行阶段。
用户出行时往往会根据不同的阶段所需要的信息是不同的。例如,在出行前的阶段,用户往往需要会查询出行目的地等信息,进而用户需要在该界面上具有根据确定的目的地订购机票的功能。而在出行中时则一般不需要上述信息,而需要所在地的景点等信息。因此,根据不同的出行阶段,用户所需信息往往是不同的,因此,在该步骤中,需要确定出用户的出行阶段,以在后续步骤中根据该出行阶段获取相应的根据出行阶段定制出 个性化的用户界面。
需要说明的是,既然用户所处的出行阶段是比较重要的信息,而如何确定该出行阶段也属于较为重要的步骤。具体的,在所述确定用户的出行阶段之前,可先执行以下步骤:采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息;对所述采集的信息进行分析,确定用户的出行阶段。
首先,介绍采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息这一步骤。
该步骤是服务器从客户端采集数据的过程,服务器是根据用户在APP应用上的具体行为的操作而进行的数据分析,因此,服务器需要从客户端存储的APP应用中所能够采集到的可体现用户出行相关的信息。

所述用户所处位置信息可以根据用户的移动端所具有的功能确定用户所处的位置,根据用户所处的位置可以作为一个重要参考以判断用户所处的出行阶段。另外,所述订单信息可以是用户在出行的过程中较为重要的环节,用户是否已经订购机票,是否已经订购酒店等信息可以作为判断用户的出行阶段的重要判断依据。另外,当采集的信息为日志信息时,所述采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息,包括:采集用户基于APP应用执行相关操作的记录,将所述记录作为日志信息。
所述基于APP应用执行相关操作的记录包括以下信息中的一种或者多种的组合:用户基于APP应用的查询信息、搜索信息、交易信息。
需要说明的是,所述日志信息可以按类型(机票、酒店等)+子类型(搜索、交易等)的方式进行日志划分,也就是利用程序从每台机器上将用户日志收集起来再按用户汇总日志。

需要说明的是,可以预先设置多个出行阶段,该出行阶段可以包括:出行前、出行中或出行后;每个出行阶段还可以划分为多个子阶段。例如,也可以具体再将出行前划分为:无想法、有想法、挑选中等子阶段。
针对出行前阶段,一般用户都在选择目的地和商品,在这个阶段给用户推荐优秀的目的地和商品;针对出行中阶段,当用户在出行时,界面主要显示行中目的地的数据和服务;针对出行后阶段,界面主要引导用户进行评价等。
因此,可以根据不同的出行阶段,为界面配置相对应的数据和服务。
该步骤是对日志信息进行分析,根据分析的结果最终确定用户的出行阶段。具体的,所述根据所述采集的信息识别出用户的出行状态信息,包括:预先设置操作次数阈值;将采集的用户基于APP应用执行相关操作的次数与预先设置的操作次数阈值比对;将超过所述操作次数阈值的操作定义为出行状态信息。
例如,根据用户的日志信息,确定用户所处的出行阶段时,如果用户在一段时间内持续搜索北京-香港的相关内容,则很可能用户是处于出行前的决策期,则服务器可以根据采集到的信息,判断用户搜索的次数是否超过预设的操作次数阈值,如搜索次数超过10次,可以判定该用户处于出行前的阶段。后续步骤中可以进一步根据用户所处的出行前的阶段,给用户的APP应用界面配置一些关于从北京去香港的机票信息等,或者在用户界面展示一些与香港相关的数据和信息等。
采用该方式识别用户所处的阶段,可以避免用户的单次或较少次的操作记录造成出 行阶段的误判断,而给用户造成不便的问题。
若所述根据所述出行状态信息与预设阶段对比,判断所述出行状态信息是否能够与预设阶段中的一个阶段相匹配,上述判断结果为否,则服务端向客户端发送展示默认界面的指令,以供客户端的APP应用根据所述指令展示默认界面。
上述判断为否的情况如下:当服务器可以根据采集的日志信息确定出用户所处的出行阶段的时候,可以进行后续的界面配置信息的确定,但是,当服务器不能识别出用户所处的出行阶段的时候,例如,当用户刚下载APP应用还没有进行操作时,是不可能判断出用户的状态的,或者,用户仅是有限次或有限时间的针对旅行相关的操作,可能也不会根据用户的日志信息分析出用户的出行阶段。在该情况下,则服务器向客户端下发采用默认功能界面的操作。使客户端的APP应用采用常规的默认界面。
因此,本实施例的方法可以自动判断出用户当前所处的出行阶段,然后按照此阶段应该有的功能及服务来布置APP应用的页面,达到APP应用功能的场景化,这样可以大大提升用户的使用体验。
请继续参照图1,步骤S102,根据所述出行阶段,确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息;所述界面配置信息与所处的出行阶段相对应。
该步骤是获取APP应用的界面配置信息的过程,所述界面配置信息与所处的出行阶段相对应。也就是该界面配置信息是根据用户所处的出行阶段而产生的。
所述界面配置信息包括在用户界面上所展示出来的界面信息提供依据的界面展示配置以及为用户界面上所具有的功能模块提供依据界面功能配置。根据所述界面配置信息,可以为用户提供相对应的界面模板和界面功能。
上述界面配置信息是与出行阶段相关的,不同的用户处于相同阶段,可能该界面配置信息是相同的,但是如果增加了功能接口的个性化设置的话,则不同的用户处于相同阶段时,其界面配置信息也是不同的。界面配置信息是否相同则需要根据具体的页面中的功能接口的不同而视情况而定。
具体的,所述根据所述出行阶段确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息,包括:预先设置多个出行阶段;为每个不同的出行阶段设置相应的界面配置信息,以及建立出行阶段与界面配置信息之间的匹配关系;根据确定的出行阶段,依据所述匹配关系确定与该出行阶段相匹配的APP应用的界面配置信息。
所述预先设置多个出行阶段,包括:出行前、出行中或出行后;每个出行阶段还可以划分为多个子阶段。
所述建立出行阶段与界面配置信息之间的匹配关系,包括:采用场景调用引擎的方式建立出行阶段与界面配置信息之间的匹配关系。
相应的,所述依据所述匹配关系确定与该出行阶段相匹配的APP应用的界面配置信息,包括:解析所述场景调用引擎,获取出行阶段与界面配置信息之间的匹配关系;依据所述匹配关系确定与该出行阶段相匹配的APP应用的界面配置信息。
具体的,可通过以下列表的方式展示不同的出行阶段所对应的不同的界面配置信息。

例如,在出行前的阶段可以给用户推荐机票、酒店等;当用户买了某个目的地商品后,可以推荐此目的地的其他商品,出行中就显示出行目的地的一些东西和信息等。因此,通过为不同出行阶段设置相应的界面配置信息,可以使用户在不同出行阶段在用户界面上读取到不同的数据和信息。
请继续参照图1,步骤S103,将所述确定的针对APP应用的界面配置信息发送至客户端,以供客户端根据该界面配置信息进行场景化界面展示。
该步骤是将确定的界面配置信息下发至客户端的过程,后续客户端可以根据该界面配置信息进行下一步的操作,使APP应用的用户界面展示场景化的页面。
在所述将所述确定的针对APP应用的界面配置信息下发至客户端之后,包括:客户端接收到的针对APP应用的界面配置信息;解析所述界面配置信息,获取界面场景化的功能信息;根据所述场景化的功能信息,在客户端的APP应用界面上展示场景化界面。
在所述根据所述场景化的功能信息,在客户端的APP应用界面上展示场景化界面之后,包括:接收用户针对所述场景化界面的操作;根据所述操作,展示相应的功能和信息。
因此,采用本实施例提供的方法主要根据用户在APP应用的操作历史,判断出用户处于旅游出行的什么阶段,然后结合此出行阶段所配置的界面模板及界面功能,给用户展示其场景化的功能。
另外,针对本实施例提供的方法,以下通过具体的方法步骤对该方法进行介绍和说明。图2是本申请第一实施例提供的APP应用展示界面的具体方法的流程图,请参照图2,该具体方法的步骤如下:
S201,用户在APP进行旅游查询及购买的相关操作;S202,收集用户相关的操作使用记录;S203,通过对日志进行分析识别出用户当前所处的出行阶段;S204,判断是否能够识别成功;若不能识别成功,则执行S205,使用默认功能界面;若能识别成功,则执行S206,调用APP场景引擎模块获取当前阶段对应的APP界面展示配置及功能配置;S207,APP按照获取的配置进行场景化的功能展示;S208,用户使用APP场景化的页面,调用相应的APP功能服务实现。
采用本申请提供的上述方法,可以预先判断用户的出行所处的阶段,然后根据相应的出行阶段识别出与出行阶段相匹配的界面配置信息,然后服务器将所述界面配置信息下发至客户端,以使得客户端采用该界面配置信息对用户界面进行相应的配置,以适合用户当前所需要的场景和功能。所述界面配置信息是根据用户所处的出行阶段的不同而不同的,由于不同出行阶段用户所需要的功能及执行的操作是不同的,因此,采用本方法可以保证服务器向客户端发送的界面配置信息是根据用户所处的具体的阶段而定的,可以给用户展示出最符合当前阶段的场景化的APP应用的功能
总之,本方法解决了用户旅游不同出行阶段对于APP应用的功能选择问题,避免了用户在APP应用中自行查询,节省了用户大量的时间成本,提高了用户使用和查询效率,很好地提升了用户的体验。
针对本申请第一实施例提供的上述方法,与之相对应的,本申请第二实施例还提供一种APP应用展示界面的装置。请参看图3,其为本申请第二实施例提供的APP应用展示界面的装置的实施例的示意图。由于装置实施例基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。下述描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的。

由于在客户端一侧的方法是与本申请第一实施例在服务器端执行的方法是相对应的,客户端向服务器发送请求,服务器根据该请求获取相应的界面配置信息,而界面配置信息是服务器端根据分析获得的,然后服务器会将获取到的界面配置信息下发至客户端,客户端根据接收到的界面配置信息对APP应用的界面进行相应的场景和功能的配置,展示给用户的界面为已经进行场景化的界面,以方便用户的查询和使用。
而客户端的APP应用在展示相应的场景化界面之后,还可以根据用户的进一步操作,触发相应的功能,也就是用户可以使用APP应用的场景化的页面,调用相应的APP应用的功能服务。
服务器如何获取相应的界面配置信息,以及如何从客户端采集信息等均在本申请第一实施例提供的方法中有详细的介绍和说明,因此,在本实施例的方法中将不再赘述。
因此,该装置解决了用户旅游不同出行阶段对于APP应用的功能选择问题,避免了用户在APP应用中自行查询,节省了用户大量的时间成本,提高了用户使用和查询效率,很好地提升了用户的体验。

本实施例中上述两个步骤在客户端执行的优点是,可以减少客户端与服务端的交互,所有步骤均在客户端执行,响应速度快。

    确定用户的出行阶段;
    根据所述出行阶段,确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息;所述界面配置信息与所处的出行阶段相对应;
    将所述确定的针对APP应用的界面配置信息发送至客户端,以供客户端根据该界面配置信息进行场景化界面展示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的APP应用展示界面的方法,其特征在于,在所述确定用户的出行阶段之前,包括:
    采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息;
    对所述采集的信息进行分析,以确定用户的出行阶段。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的APP应用展示界面的方法,其特征在于,所述采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息,包括以下信息中的一种或者多种的组合:日志信息、用户所处位置信息、订单信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的APP应用展示界面的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述采集的信息进行分析,以确定用户的出行阶段,包括:
    根据所述采集的信息识别出用户的出行状态信息;
    根据所述出行状态信息与预设阶段对比,判断所述出行状态信息是否能够与预设阶段中包含的阶段相匹配;
    若是,则将该相匹配的阶段设定为用户的出行阶段。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的APP应用展示界面的方法,其特征在于,若所述判断结果为否,则服务端向客户端发送展示默认界面的指令,以供客户端的APP应用根据所述指令展示默认界面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的APP应用展示界面的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述采集的信息识别出用户的出行状态信息,包括:
    预先设置操作次数阈值;
    将采集的用户基于APP应用执行相关操作的次数与预先设置的操作次数阈值比对;
    将超过所述操作次数阈值的操作定义为出行状态信息。

    预先设置多个出行阶段;

    采集单元,用于采集用户使用APP应用的与用户的出行具有关联性的信息;
    分析单元,用于对所述采集的信息进行分析,根据所述分析结果执行确定用户的出行阶段;
    确定单元,用于根据所述出行阶段,确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息;所述界面配置信息与所处的出行阶段相对应;
    展示单元,用于根据所述确定的界面配置信息,在APP应用的界面上展示与出行阶段相对应的场景化界面。
  21. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储APP应用展示界面的软件程序,所述软件程序在被所述处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    确定用户的出行阶段;
    根据所述出行阶段确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息;所述界面配置信息与所处的出行阶段相对应;
    将所述确定的针对APP应用的界面配置信息下发至客户端,以供客户端根据该界面配置信息进行场景化界面展示。
  22. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储APP应用展示界面的软件程序,所述软件程序在被所述处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    向服务器发送页面加载请求;
    接收页面加载响应,所述响应包含针对APP应用的界面配置信息;
    根据所述界面配置信息在客户端的APP应用界面上展示场景化界面。
  23. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储APP应用展示界面的软件程序,所述软件程序在被所述处理器读取执行时,执行如下操作:
    确定用户的出行阶段;
    根据所述出行阶段,确定针对APP应用的界面配置信息;所述界面配置信息与所 处的出行阶段相对应;
    根据所述确定的界面配置信息对APP应用的界面进行场景化界面展示。
