Description

吊挂式洗墙装置 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑物外墙(包含玻璃)的自动清洗技术,特别有关一种吊挂式洗墙装置。
背景技术
由于建筑物的外墙多半都是垂立于地表,以往建筑物外墙的清洗工作,多半由人工站立于吊挂平台上进行垂直升降的刷洗,但此种人为清洗的施工环境非常危险,容易造成工安意外。目前已见有自动洗墙机的问市,可以改善上述人为施工上所易造成的危险。
已知自动洗墙机的技术,可见于例如是中国台湾专利公告M327752、M407717、M442887、M509691等,揭示利用绳索自建筑物的顶楼吊挂附设有刷轮的洗墙机,使得洗墙机能以垂直升降方式来清洗外墙。然而,由于洗墙是利用机体内的刷轮滚转,来接触暨清洗外墙上的尘垢,但是,随着绳索在高楼层外墙间的升降控制,被绳索吊挂的洗墙机除了必须承受风力等外在因素的影响之外,还必须承受墙面的垂立、凹凸等轮廓表面施予刷轮的反作用力,使得该刷轮在洗墙程过程中能否充分的滚动接触外墙,也即紧贴墙面的稳定性是否足够,便成了外墙清洗效果是否理想的重要技术课题。
为克服此课题,上述专利教示在洗墙机内还附设有排风扇,在洗墙过程中,所述的这些排风扇能使机体配置刷轮的腔室内生成为背压(或称负压)环境,使得刷轮在洗墙程过程中能取得更好的贴墙稳定性。但是,经业者实测结果显示,由于风力等天候因素捉摸不定,导致高楼墙面间的气流极不稳定,倘若洗墙机仅依靠上述排风扇所能产生的背压来稳定洗墙机,或提升刷轮贴墙滚洗的稳定性,是不足够的。
为此,中国台湾专利第M528801号教示在外墙间搭设轨道,来导引洗墙机于洗墙过程中的升降运动。但是,这种在外墙搭建洗墙机升降轨道的作法极度耗费组装及拆解的工序,且于清洗过程中还会影响建筑物的外观,并非绝佳的改善方案。
此外,由于洗墙机的机体内所配置的刷轮,一般是由刷毛编制而成,所述的这些刷毛也可用海绵取代,当刷毛或海绵常时间滚触墙面后,多少都会造成变形或掉毛等缺陷,而影响洗墙的洁净效果,因此,刷轮已成为洗墙机中必须定期更换的耗材;但是,目前所见传统洗墙机中所配置的刷轮,并不利于拆组更换,也是亟待改善的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的一目的,旨在改善传统洗墙机于清洗外墙过程中贴墙稳定性欠佳的问题。
为了实现上述目的并解决问题,本发明特别采用可配重的设计,使得洗墙机的刷轮在遭遇外墙施予反力的过程中,以及洗墙机在遭遇风力等外在因素的影响的下,还能维持刷轮轮面贴墙滚洗的稳定性。
为此,本发明一较佳实施例,提供一种吊挂式洗墙装置,包括:一机壳;一挂架,形成有多边形的一垂框区段及一臂框区段,该垂框区段的顶部具有一吊挂部,该机壳枢置于垂框区段的底部,该臂框区段由垂框区段的水平侧延伸形成,且该臂框区段之中具有一水平且可配置重物的配重杆;一筒状刷轮,具有一刷轮轴,及形成于该刷轮轴的外缘的一着力轮面,该着力轮面由若干着力点围绕形成该刷轮轴以相对配重杆的水平方向横置的枢设于该垂框区段底部的机壳内;及两限位轮,其轮心分别枢设于该垂框区段的底部且相对邻近的坐落于该刷轮轴的双侧,所述两限位轮分别具有相同圆周直径的抗力轮面,所述两抗力轮面分别由若干抗力点围绕形成;其中,该配重杆经由垂框区段而对刷轮轴及两限位轮的轮心分别施加一力矩,所述若干抗力点中的至少一抗力点坐落于所述若干着力点中至少一着力点与该刷轮轴之间。
凭借上述实施例,本发明的技术效果在于利用该配重杆对刷轮轴及两限位轮的轮心分别施加的力矩,来维持刷轮轮面贴墙滚洗的稳定性。
本发明的另一目的,旨在改善传统洗墙机的刷轮不利于拆组更换的问题。
为此,本发明在进一步实施中,该机壳内形成一容置舱,该容置舱的双侧分别对应形成有一肋墙,所述两肋墙上分别形成一枢接孔,该刷轮轴枢设于机壳双侧的枢接孔而使刷轮容置于容置舱内。其中,所述两枢接孔分别由一公弧槽及一母弧槽交接形成。所述公弧槽形成于肋墙上,所述肋墙上分别枢接一扣 板,所述母弧槽形成于扣板上,所述扣板能在肋墙上旋摆移动而开启公扣槽及母弧槽间的枢接孔,所述扣板还能在肋墙上旋摆移动而使公扣槽及母弧槽围组成所述的枢接孔。
据此,本发明的技术效果在于凭借该一提供刷轮轴枢设用的枢接孔,是可以被开启及封闭的,以便于定期拆组、更换或保养洗墙机中的刷轮时,较为便捷。

如此,本发明的技术效果在于使用调整盘来调整刷轮的着力点与限位轮的抗力点的间距,进而控制刷轮在刷洗墙面时的着力深度,且调整盘还能调整下挡板跟随刷轮刷洗墙面时的着力深度来导引刷轮由墙面所刷洗下来的水垢流入容水室中;此外,上挡板与下挡板还能分别护持机壳的上缘与下缘,避免机壳在刷轮刷洗墙面时碰撞到墙面。

具体实施方式
首先,请合并参阅图1至图5,揭示本发明所提供的一种吊挂式洗墙装置的较佳实施形态,说明该洗墙装置包括一机壳10、一挂架20、一筒状刷轮30及两限位轮40,其中:
该机壳10是由一壳体101及一框体102锁组而成,使该机壳10内形成有一容置舱11,该容置舱11是形成于壳体101与框体102之间,该容置舱11的底部具有一容水室118,该框体102上形成有一舱口111,该壳体101上形成有至少一排风口112,所述排风口112分别配置有排风扇90(如图9所示),该排风扇90运转时能于容置舱11内产生抽吸作用力而使舱口111相对于墙面提供一负压吸力,用以吸取墙面刷洗过程所残留的水垢,使水垢通过舱口111流入容置舱11底部的容水室118中,而且该负压吸力还能维持洗墙过程中机壳10的稳定性;该机壳10内在舱口111与排风口112之间形成有一导流板116,该导流板116用以导引水垢流入容置舱11底部的容水室118中,并能避免水垢直接通过排风口112向外排出。此外,该机壳10的顶部设有一连通容置舱 11的通孔114,该机壳10经由通孔114连接一给液管115,凭借该给液管115提供清洗墙面时所需的清水或清洗液。
该挂架20形成有多边形的一垂框区段21及一臂框区段22,该挂架20在实施上可由多支金属管焊接制成,该机壳10是枢置于垂框区段21的底部,该垂框区段21的顶部具有一吊挂部211,用以接受绳索的吊挂而使机壳10悬持于墙面的端侧,该绳索附予机壳10能沿着墙面上、下移动的能力;该臂框区段22在实施上是由垂框区段21的水平侧延伸形成,且该臂框区段22之中具有一水平的配重杆221,该配重杆221上挂设有至少一重物W,所述重物W可由金属或非金属的材料制成,例如是砝码或水泥块等。
该刷轮30是枢设于该机壳10的容置舱11内,而坐落在垂框区段21的底部,该刷轮30具有一刷轮轴31,该刷轮30经由刷轮轴31而枢设于该机壳10的容置舱11内,该刷轮轴31上以放射状的形式设置有若干条软性刷毛,使该刷轮30具有一形成于该刷轮轴31的外缘的着力轮面32,该着力轮面32由若干个接触墙面用的着力点P1(如图4)围绕形成,所述着力点P1一般是位于所述刷毛的末稍,以点形式或由点构成的线或面的形式存在。所述的若干着力点P1在刷轮30的着力轮面32旋转暨施压接触墙面的情况下,可由点逐渐地延伸成着力线及着力面的形式接触墙面。因此,当刷轮30的着力轮面32旋转接触墙面时,在所述着力点P1(或线或面)位置的刷毛,会受墙面抵制的作用,而挠曲形成一偏离原著力轮面32的轮廓的陷形量H,该陷形量H即是该刷轮30的着力轮面32的着力深度。
此外,该机壳10内配置有一马达80(如图8所示),该马达80轴接有一传动轮81,该传动轮81与刷轮轴31之间绕设有一皮带82,使该马达80能经由传动轮81而驱动刷轮30转动。
如图4所示,所述两限位轮40的轮心是分别枢设于该垂框区段21的底部且相对邻近的坐落于该刷轮轴31的双侧,所述两限位轮40分别具有相同圆周直径的抗力轮面41,所述两抗力轮面41是分别由若干用以接触墙面的抗力点P2所围绕形成,所述两限位轮40的抗力轮面41能于刷轮30的着力轮面32接触墙面时提供抗力点P2接触墙面,而且所述至少一抗力点P2必须坐落于所述至少一着力点与该刷轮轴31之间,以利调整所述刷轮30的着力轮面32接触墙面时的陷形量H,也就是该刷轮30的着力轮面32的着力深度。
续如图4所示,由于本发明的洗墙装置是以该吊挂部211为支点,该配重杆221为施力端,对刷轮轴31施加一力矩M1且对两限位轮40的轮心分别施加一力矩M2,也就是说,该配重杆221因重物W的重量而以吊挂部211为支点向下方旋移,会使刷轮30的着力轮面32与限位轮40的抗力轮面41分别贴紧墙面,进而使得刷轮30在贴墙滚洗过程中不但能控制着力深度,还能够更加的不受风力等外在因素以及墙面的垂立、凹凸等轮廓表面的影响而提升稳定性,而且刷轮30的着力轮面32的贴墙性更加的卓越。
请合并参阅图2及图6,说明该垂框区段21的底部双侧分别滑动配置一调整盘60,所述两限位轮40是分别对应枢设于调整盘60上,进而分别坐落于该垂框区段21的底部。进一步的说,该垂框区段21的底部双侧分别形成有一导引栓212,所述两调整盘60上分别对应开设有一滑槽61,所述两导引栓212能穿伸于滑槽61内,使所述调整盘60能滑动调移其坐落于该垂框区段21底部的位置。如此,所述限位轮40能经由所述调整盘60而调整抗力点P2与着力点P1之间的距离,也就是调整所述刷轮30的着力轮面32接触墙面时的陷形量H(即该刷轮30的着力轮面32的着力深度),使操作者能依据墙面的状况,来调整刷轮30对墙面进行一般清洗或重度清洗。
请合并参阅图2及图7,说明该容置舱11的舱口111的双侧分别对应形成有一肋墙12,所述两肋墙12上分别枢接一扣板13,所述两肋墙12上分别形成一公弧槽121,所述两扣板13上分别形成一母弧槽131,所述两肋墙12上的公弧槽121与相对应的扣板13上的母弧槽131分别交接形成一枢接孔14,该刷轮轴31是枢设于机壳10双侧的枢接孔14而使刷轮30枢设于容置舱111内。进一步的说,所述扣板13能在肋墙12上旋摆移动而开启公弧槽121及母弧槽131间的枢接孔14,所述扣板13还能在肋墙12上旋摆移动而使公弧槽121及母弧槽131围组成所述的枢接孔14,以便于拆组、更换或保养刷轮30。
请合并参阅图1、图3及图5,说明该容置舱111一侧形成有一开口槽113,该刷轮30的一部分轮面自开口槽113伸探至容置舱111外,该开口槽113实施上是由一上挡板51及一下挡板52所框围形成。其中该上挡板51一端的双侧同时枢接于机壳10上,且该上挡板51的一表面512与机壳10的一外壁117间配置有一弹簧511,该上挡板51经由弹簧511的簧压而呈现在碰触墙面时弹性压持及在远离墙面时复位的状态,用以避免机壳10的上缘在移动过程中碰 撞到墙面,达到护持机壳10上缘的效果;该下挡板52的顶端枢设于调整盘60上,且该下挡板52的底端枢设于机壳10的底缘,该下挡板52能经由调整盘60的滑动调移而调整该外表面521相对于墙面的倾斜角θ,如此,除了能避免机壳10的下缘在移动过程中碰撞到墙面,达到护持机壳10下缘的效果之外,还能跟随刷轮30刷洗墙面时的着力深度来导引刷轮30由墙面所刷洗下来的水垢流入容水室118中;该机壳10的底部枢设有一辅助支撑轮70,该辅助支撑轮70能显露于该下挡板52的外表面及该机壳的底部,使机壳10斜倾时能接受辅助支撑轮70撑持于墙面,以提升洗墙过程中机壳10的稳定性。
以上实施例仅为表达了本发明的较佳具体实施方式,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一机壳;
    一挂架,形成有多边形的一垂框区段及一臂框区段,该垂框区段的顶部具有一吊挂部,该机壳枢置于垂框区段的底部,该臂框区段由垂框区段的水平侧延伸形成,且该臂框区段之中具有一水平的配重杆;
    一筒状刷轮,具有一刷轮轴,及形成于该刷轮轴的外缘的一着力轮面,该着力轮面由若干着力点围绕形成,该刷轮轴以相对配重杆的水平方向横置的枢设于该垂框区段底部的机壳内;
    两限位轮,分别枢设于该垂框区段的底部且相对邻近的坐落于该刷轮轴的双侧,所述两限位轮分别具有相同圆周直径的抗力轮面,所述两抗力轮面分别由若干抗力点围绕形成;
    其中,该配重杆经由垂框区段而对刷轮轴及两限位轮的轮心分别施加一力矩,所述若干抗力点中的至少一抗力点坐落于所述若干着力点中至少一着力点与该刷轮轴之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该配重杆挂设有至少一重物。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该机壳内形成一容置舱,该容置舱的双侧分别对应形成有一肋墙,所述两肋墙上分别形成一枢接孔,该刷轮轴枢设于机壳双侧的枢接孔而使刷轮容置于容置舱内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,所述两枢接孔分别由一公弧槽及一母弧槽交接形成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,所述公弧槽形成于肋墙上,所述肋墙上分别枢接一扣板,所述母弧槽形成于扣板上,所述扣板能在肋墙上旋摆移动而开启公弧槽及母弧槽间的枢接孔,所述扣板还能在肋墙上旋摆移动而使公弧槽及母弧槽围组成所述的枢接孔。
  6. 如权利要求1或5所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该机壳内配置有一马达,该马达轴接有一传动轮,该马达经由传动轮而驱动刷轮转动。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该容置舱一侧形成 有一开口槽,该刷轮的一部分轮面自开口槽伸探至容置舱外。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该机壳一侧活动配置有一上挡板一下挡板,该开口槽由上挡板及下挡板框围形成。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该上挡板一端的双侧同时枢接于机壳,且该上挡板的一表面与机壳的一外壁间配置有一弹簧,该上挡板经由弹簧而呈现能碰触一外墙墙面而弹性压持及复位的形态。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该垂框区段的底部双侧分别滑动配置一调整盘,所述两限位轮分别对应枢设于调整盘上,进而分别坐落于该垂框区段的底部。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该垂框区段的底部双侧分别形成有一导引栓,所述两调整盘上分别对应开设有一滑槽,所述两导引栓能穿伸于滑槽内而滑动调移所述调整盘坐落于该垂框区段底部的位置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,所述限位轮能经由所述调整盘而调整所述至少一抗力点坐落于所述至少一着力点与该刷轮轴之间的位置。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于:
    该机壳内形成一容置刷轮的容置舱,该容置舱一侧形成有一开口槽,该刷轮的一部分轮面自开口槽伸探至容置舱外;
    该机壳一侧活动配置有一上挡板一下挡板,该开口槽由上挡板及下挡板框围形成,且该下挡板具有一外表面;
    该下挡板的顶端枢设于调整盘上,且该下挡板的底端枢设于机壳的底缘,该下挡板能经由调整盘的滑动调移而调整该外表面相对于墙面的倾斜角。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的吊挂式洗墙装置,其特征在于,该机壳的底部枢设有一辅助支撑轮,该辅助支撑轮能显露于该下挡板的外表面及该机壳的底部。
