In addition, card readers 7a and 7b are provided at the common gate of the factory. The card reader 7 a is an example of the receiver 7. When the employee goes to the office, the employee holds the employee card with the tag 6 built in over the card reader 7a. FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a situation where an employee holds an employee card over the card reader 7a. The receiver 3a is arranged so that the employee can receive radio waves from the portable terminal 2 wound around the employee's wrist when the employee card is held over the card reader 7a. The card reader 7b is an example of the receiver 7. The employee holds the employee card over the card reader 7b when leaving the office.
A security gate 17 may be installed at the common gate. The security gate 17 has functions of, for example, a card reader 7a, a card reader 7b, and a receiver 3a.
The entrance / exit management system 13 includes, for example, a main controller 18 and sub-controllers 19a and 19b. The entrance / exit management system 13 may include three or more sub-controllers. The main controller 18 controls the sub controllers 19a and 19b. For example, the setting change of the sub-controllers 19a and 19b is performed based on a change command from the main controller 18. In the entrance / exit management system 13, a plurality of card readers are connected to one sub-controller. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the card readers 7a and 7b are connected to the sub controller 19a. The sub controller 19a communicates with the card readers 7a and 7b.
FIG. 2 shows an example in which the receiver 3 is connected to the entrance / exit management system 13. For example, the receiver 3a is connected to the sub controller 19a. The sub controller 19a communicates with the receiver 3a.
In the example shown in FIG. 2, a room B is formed in a building A built on the site of a factory. FIG. 4 is a view of the entrance / exit of the room B as viewed from the outside of the room B. A door 20 is provided at the entrance of the room B. The door 20 is locked by an electric lock 21. The electric lock 21 is connected to the sub controller 19b. The electric lock 21 is controlled by the sub controller 19b.
The card reader 7 c and the receiver 3 b are provided on the wall adjacent to the door 20. The card reader 7 c is an example of the receiver 7. When the employee enters the room B, the employee holds the employee card in which the tag 6 is embedded over the card reader 7c. The card reader 7c is connected to the sub controller 19b. The sub controller 19b communicates with the card reader 7c. The receiver 3b is connected to the sub controller 19b. The sub controller 19b communicates with the receiver 3b.
FIG. 2 shows an example in which the receiver 3c, the personal computer 22, and the lighting fixture 23 are provided in the room B. Hereinafter, the personal computer 22 is also referred to as a PC 22. 5 and 6 are views showing the inside of the room B. FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the receiver 3c is provided on a desk on which the PC 22 is placed. The receiver 3c is arranged so that the radio wave can be received from the portable terminal 2 wound around the wrist of the employee when the employee operates the keyboard or mouse of the PC 22. FIG. 2 shows an example in which the attendance management system 14 can control the PC 22.
As shown in FIG. 6, the receiver 3 c may be provided on the ceiling of the room B. The receiver 3 c is arranged so as to be adjacent to the lighting fixture 23. The receiver 3c is arranged so that it can receive radio waves from the portable terminal 2 wound around the employee's wrist when the employee sits on his / her seat. The lighting fixture 23 is controlled by the lighting control system 15.
FIG. 2 shows an example in which the management system 1 includes a plurality of devices 5. The electric lock 21 is an example of the device 5. For example, for employees who have their seats in room B, information for specifying the electric lock 21 is stored in the storage unit 9 as device information. The PC 22 is an example of the device 5. For example, regarding an employee who uses the PC 22, information for specifying the PC 22 is stored in the storage unit 9 as device information. The lighting fixture 23 is an example of the device 5. For employees who have their own seats in the room B, information for specifying the lighting device 23 is stored in the storage unit 9 as device information. When many lighting fixtures 23 are provided in the room B, information for specifying the fixtures on the employee's seat among the lighting fixtures 23 is stored in the storage unit 9 as device information.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing an operation example of the entrance / exit management system 13. FIG. 7 shows an example of operations performed when an employee leaves the company.
The entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the card reader 7a has received the second identification information (S101). As described above, an employee working in a factory holds an employee ID card with a built-in tag 6 over the card reader 7a when leaving the office. Thereby, the card reader 7a receives the radio wave including the second identification information from the tag 6. The card reader 7 a transmits the second identification information received from the tag 6 to the entrance / exit management system 13.
(S102)。 In the entrance / exit management system 13, information of persons who can enter the factory is registered in advance. In the following, a person who is allowed to enter the factory is also referred to as an “introductory permitter”. For example, the second identification information assigned to the tag 6 possessed by the person permitted to enter is stored in the entrance / exit management system 13. Hereinafter, this second identification information is also referred to as “second identification information of the authorized person”. When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the second identification information from the card reader 7a, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether the second identification information received by the card reader 7a matches any of the second identification information of the entry-permitted person ( S102).
If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that they match in S102, it sends office information to the building management system 16 (S103). The company entry information includes, for example, second identification information received by the card reader 7a and information on the time when the card reader 7a received the second identification information. For example, when the building management system 16 receives office work information from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 transmits the received office work information to the attendance management system 14. The attendance management system 14 records the attendance time of the employee based on the received attendance information.
(S113)。 If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that they do not match in S102, the card reader 7a notifies that the passage is not permitted (S113).
If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that they match in S102, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether the person who holds the employee card over the card reader 7a is a management subject (S104). For example, the second identification information assigned to the tag 6 possessed by the person to be managed is stored in the entrance / exit management system 13. Hereinafter, this second identification information is also referred to as “second identification information of the management subject”. In S104, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the second identification information received by the card reader 7a matches any of the second identification information of the management subject.
(S109)。 For example, a visitor to this factory receives a visitor card with a built-in tag 6 at the reception. When this visitor holds the visitor card over the card reader 7a, it is determined No in S104. When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that the person is not a management subject in S104, the card reader 7a notifies that the passage is permitted (S109).
(S106)。 When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that the person is a management subject in S104, it determines whether or not the receiver 3a has received the activity information (S105). For example, if the employee wears the portable terminal 2 on the wrist, the receiver 3a receives the first identification information and the activity information from the portable terminal 2 when the employee holds the employee card over the card reader 7a. The receiver 3 a transmits the first identification information and activity information received from the mobile terminal 2 to the entrance / exit management system 13. When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the first identification information and the activity information from the receiver 3a, the entrance / exit management system 13 transmits the received information to the building management system 16 (S106).
When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that the activity information is not received in S105, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the card reader 7a received the second identification information from the tag 6 (S110). ). The entrance / exit management system 13 may reset the timer upon determining that the person is a management subject in S104. In such a case, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S110 whether or not a fixed time has elapsed since the timer was reset. For example, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not 3 seconds have elapsed in S110.
(S112)。 When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that a certain time has passed in S110, the entrance / exit management system 13 notifies the building management system 16 that the employee is not carrying the mobile terminal 2 (S111). If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S110 that the fixed time has elapsed, the card reader 7a notifies the card reader 7a that the overtime of the day is restricted (S112).
(S107)。 The entrance / exit management system 13 transmits the activity information to the building management system 16 in S106, and determines whether or not the regulation information related to the employee has been received from the building management system 16 as a response (S107).
FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing an operation example of the building management system 16. Below, the building management system 16 demonstrates the example provided with each function of the memory | storage part 9, the detection part 10, and the specific | specification part 11. FIG. The function of the control unit 12 is realized in each subsystem. FIG. 8 shows an example of an operation performed when an employee leaves the company.
(S202)。 The building management system 16 determines whether or not office entry information has been received from the entrance / exit management system 13 (S201). As described above, when the building management system 16 receives the office information from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 transmits the received office information to the attendance management system 14 (S202).
When the building management system 16 receives the office entry information from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 determines whether or not the employee is a management subject (S203). For example, the information shown in Table 1 is stored in the building management system 16. The building management system 16 determines whether the second identification information included in the office entry information matches any of the second identification information of the management target person. If the building management system 16 determines in S203 that the person is not a management subject, the building management system 16 ends the process.
(S205)。 When the building management system 16 determines that the person is a management target in S203, it determines whether or not activity information has been received from the entrance / exit management system 13 (S204). If the first identification information and the activity information are transmitted in S106, Yes is determined in S204. When the building management system 16 receives the first identification information and the activity information from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 specifies the sleep time of the employee's previous night based on the received activity information (S205).
(S209)。 The building management system 16 determines whether or not the sleeping time specified in S205 is shorter than the specified time (S206). If the sleeping time specified in S205 is equal to or longer than the specified time, the building management system 16 notifies the employee that there is no overtime regulation (S207). For example, the building management system 16 transmits restriction information indicating that there is no overtime restriction for the employee to the entrance / exit management system 13 in S207. If the sleep time specified in S205 is shorter than the specified time, the building management system 16 performs overtime restriction processing for the employee (S209).
When the building management system 16 determines that the activity information has not been received in S204, the building management system 16 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the card reader 7a received the second identification information from the tag 6 (S208). . If the building management system 16 determines in S203 that the person is a management subject, the building management system 16 may reset the timer. In such a case, the building management system 16 determines in S208 whether or not a certain time has elapsed since the timer was reset. For example, the building management system 16 determines whether or not 3 seconds have elapsed in S208.
(S209)。 If the building management system 16 determines that the predetermined time has passed in S208, the building management system 16 performs overtime restriction processing for the employee (S209).
FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of overtime regulation processing. In the overtime restriction process, first, the employee is notified that there is an overtime restriction (S301). For example, the building management system 16 transmits restriction information indicating that there is an overtime restriction for the employee to the entrance / exit management system 13. Further, in the overtime restriction process, the leaving operation by the device 5 is performed after a prescribed working time has elapsed. The leaving operation will be described later.
(S108)。 As described above, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the restriction information is received in S107. The restriction information transmitted in S207 is received by the entrance / exit management system 13. The restriction information transmitted in S301 is received by the entrance / exit management system 13. When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the restriction information from the building management system 16, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether there is an overtime restriction for the employee based on the received restriction information (S108).
(S112)。 When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the restriction information transmitted in S207, it determines that there is no overtime restriction in S108. In such a case, the entrance / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7a that the passage is permitted (S109). When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the restriction information transmitted in S301, it determines that there is an overtime restriction in S108. In such a case, the entrance / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7a that overtime of the day is restricted (S112).
Next, an example of an operation performed after an employee leaves the office will be described. FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are flowcharts showing other operation examples of the entrance / exit management system 13. 10 and 11 show a series of operations. 10 and 11 show examples of operations performed when an employee enters the room B. FIG.
The entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the card reader 7c has received the second identification information (S401). As described above, when the employee enters the room B, the employee holds the employee ID card in which the tag 6 is embedded over the card reader 7c. Thereby, the card reader 7c receives the radio wave including the second identification information from the tag 6. The card reader 7 c transmits the second identification information received from the tag 6 to the entrance / exit management system 13.
(S402)。 In the entrance / exit management system 13, information of people who can enter each room is registered in advance. In the following, a person who is allowed to enter the room B is also referred to as a “permitted person”. For example, the second identification information assigned to the tag 6 possessed by the person permitted to enter the room is stored in the entry / exit management system 13. Hereinafter, the second identification information is also referred to as “second identification information of the person permitted to enter the room”. Upon receiving the second identification information from the card reader 7c, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether the second identification information received by the card reader 7c matches any of the second identification information of the person permitted to enter the room ( S402).
When the room entry / exit management system 13 determines that they match in S402, the room entry management system 13 transmits room entry information to the building management system 16 (S403). The room entry information includes, for example, second identification information received by the card reader 7c and information on time when the card reader 7c received the second identification information. For example, when the building management system 16 receives the entry information from the entry / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 transmits the received entry information to the attendance management system 14. The attendance management system 14 records the entry time of the employee based on the received entry information.
(S413)。 If the room entry / exit management system 13 determines that they do not match in S402, the card reader 7c notifies the entry that entry is not permitted (S413).
If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that they match in S402, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether the person holding the employee card over the card reader 7c is a management target person (S404). For example, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the second identification information received by the card reader 7c matches any of the second identification information of the management subject in S404.
(S409)。 For example, if a business traveler to this factory holds his / her employee card over the card reader 7c, it is determined No in S404. When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S404 that the person is not a management subject, the entry / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7c that the passage is permitted (S409).
(S406)。 When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that the person is a management subject in S404, it determines whether or not the receiver 3b has received the activity information (S405). For example, if the employee wears the portable terminal 2 on the wrist, the receiver 3b receives the first identification information and the activity information from the portable terminal 2 when the employee holds the employee card over the card reader 7c. The receiver 3 b transmits the first identification information and activity information received from the mobile terminal 2 to the entrance / exit management system 13. When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the first identification information and the activity information from the receiver 3b, the entrance / exit management system 13 transmits the received information to the building management system 16 (S406).
When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that the activity information is not received in S405, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the card reader 7c received the second identification information from the tag 6 (S410). ). The entrance / exit management system 13 may reset the timer upon determining that the person is a management subject in S404. In such a case, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S410 whether or not a certain time has elapsed since the timer was reset. For example, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not 3 seconds have elapsed in S410.
(S412)。 When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that the predetermined time has passed in S410, the entrance / exit management system 13 notifies the building management system 16 that the employee is not carrying the mobile terminal 2 (S411). In addition, when the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S410 that the predetermined time has elapsed, the entry / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7c that the overtime of the day is restricted (S412).
(S407)。 When the entrance / exit management system 13 transmits the activity information to the building management system 16 in S406, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the regulation information related to the employee has been received from the building management system 16 as a response (S407).
FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing another operation example of the building management system 16. FIG. 12 shows an operation example performed when an employee enters the room B.
(S502)。 The building management system 16 determines whether entry information has been received from the entry / exit management system 13 (S501). As described above, when the building management system 16 receives the room entry information from the room entry / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 transmits the received room entry information to the attendance management system 14 (S502).
When the building management system 16 receives the room entry information from the room entry / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 determines whether or not the employee is a management subject (S503). If the building management system 16 determines that the person is not a management subject in S503, the building management system 16 ends the process.
(S505)。 When the building management system 16 determines that the person is a management subject in S503, it determines whether or not activity information has been received from the entrance / exit management system 13 (S504). If the first identification information and the activity information are transmitted in S406, it is determined Yes in S504. When the building management system 16 receives the first identification information and the activity information from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 determines whether the employee has fallen asleep during the first time zone and thereafter based on the received activity information. (S505).
The first time zone is set, for example, to the regular working hours of the employee. If the prescribed working hours of the employee are, for example, from 9:00 to 17:00, the first time zone is set from 9:00 to 17:00. The first time zone may be set from a time when the employee has worked on the day to a specific time. For example, the first time zone is set from 17:00 when the card reader 7a receives the second identification information.
If the building management system 16 determines that the user has not fallen asleep in S505, the building management system 16 notifies the employee that there is no overtime restriction (S508). For example, the building management system 16 transmits restriction information indicating that there is no overtime restriction for the employee to the entrance / exit management system 13 in S508.
(S510)。 If the building management system 16 determines that it fell asleep in S505, it determines whether or not the employee fell asleep after the first time period. For example, the building management system 16 determines whether or not the employee has fallen asleep after a specified working time (S506). When the building management system 16 determines in S506 that the user fell asleep after the first time period, the building management system 16 performs overtime restriction processing for the employee (S510).
(S510)。 When the building management system 16 determines in S506 that the person has not fallen asleep after the first time period, the building management system 16 determines whether or not the number of times the employee has fallen asleep in the first time period is equal to or greater than the prescribed number. (S507). If the building management system 16 determines in S507 that the number of times of falling asleep is less than the prescribed number, the building management system 16 notifies that there is no overtime restriction for the employee (S508). When the building management system 16 determines in S507 that the number of times of falling asleep is equal to or greater than the prescribed number, the building management system 16 performs overtime restriction processing for the employee (S510).
If the building management system 16 determines that the activity information has not been received in S504, it determines whether or not a notification of non-portability has been received from the entrance / exit management system 13 (S509). If it is notified in S411 that the portable terminal 2 is not carried, it is determined Yes in S509. When the building management system 16 receives a notification of non-carriage from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 performs overtime restriction processing for the employee (S510). Even when it is notified in S111 that the mobile terminal 2 is not carried, the same processing as that performed when it is determined Yes in S509 is performed.
In the overtime regulation process, it is notified that there is an overtime regulation for the employee (S301). Further, in the overtime restriction process, the leaving operation by the device 5 is performed after a prescribed working time has elapsed.
(S408)。 As described above, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the restriction information has been received in S407. The restriction information transmitted in S508 is received by the entrance / exit management system 13. The restriction information transmitted in S301 is received by the entrance / exit management system 13. When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the restriction information from the building management system 16, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether there is an overtime restriction for the employee based on the received restriction information (S408).
When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the restriction information transmitted in S508, it determines that there is no overtime restriction in S408. In such a case, the entrance / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7c that the passage is permitted (S409). When the notification is made in S409, the entrance / exit management system 13 unlocks the electric lock 21 (S414). Thereby, the employee can open the door 20 and enter the room B.
When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the restriction information transmitted in S301, it determines that there is an overtime restriction in S408. In such a case, the entrance / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7c that overtime of the day is restricted (S412). When the notification is made in S412, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the present time is within the specified working hours (S415). When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S415 that it is within the working hours, it unlocks the electric lock 21 (S414). If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S415 that it is not within the working hours, the process ends without unlocking the electric lock 21.
As described above, the leaving operation is performed in order to remove the person who has the mobile terminal 2 from a specific area. In the example shown in the present embodiment, the specific area is a room B. The specific area may be regarded as a building A or a factory site. The process following S415 in FIG. 11 is an example of a leaving operation. That is, when the management subject is about to enter the room B, the entrance / exit management system 13 unlocks the electric lock 21 in S414 if the current time is within the specified working hours. However, the entry / exit management system 13 does not unlock the electric lock 21 after working hours for a management subject who has overtime restrictions. For example, the entrance / exit management system 13 controls the employee so that the electric lock 21 is not unlocked when a certain time has elapsed from the end time of the working hours.
The process shown in S302 of FIG. 9 is an example of a leaving operation. The attendance management system 14 may forcibly terminate the PC 22 of the management target person who has overtime restrictions after working hours. For example, the attendance management system 14 forcibly terminates the PC 22 when a predetermined time has elapsed from the end time of the working hours. After the PC 22 is forcibly terminated, the attendance management system 14 performs control so that the forcibly terminated PC 22 is not activated unless the overtime restriction for the employee is released.
The process shown in S303 of FIG. 9 is an example of a leaving operation. The lighting control system 15 may turn off the lighting fixture 23. For example, the lighting control system 15 turns off the lighting fixture 23 when a certain time has elapsed from the end time of the working hours. After the lighting fixture 23 is turned off, the lighting control system 15 performs control so that the turned off lighting fixture 23 is not turned on unless the overtime regulation of the employee is released.
FIG. 13 is a flowchart showing another operation example of the entrance / exit management system 13. FIG. 13 shows an operation example performed when an employee leaves the company.
The entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the card reader 7b has received the second identification information (S601). As described above, when the employee working in the factory leaves the office, the employee card with the tag 6 built in is held over the card reader 7b. Thereby, the card reader 7b receives the radio wave including the second identification information from the tag 6. The card reader 7 b transmits the second identification information received from the tag 6 to the entrance / exit management system 13.
When the entrance / exit management system 13 receives the second identification information from the card reader 7b, the entrance / exit management system 13 determines whether or not the second identification information received by the card reader 7b matches any of the second identification information of the authorized entry person ( S602). When the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that they match in S602, the entrance / exit management system 13 transmits exit information to the building management system 16 (S603). The leaving information includes, for example, second identification information received by the card reader 7b and information of time when the card reader 7b received the second identification information. For example, when the building management system 16 receives the leaving information from the entrance / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 transmits the received leaving information to the attendance management system 14. The attendance management system 14 records the leaving time of the employee based on the received leaving information.
(S605)。 If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines that they match in S602, the card reader 7b notifies that the passage is permitted (S604). If the entrance / exit management system 13 determines in S602 that they do not match, the entry / exit management system 13 notifies the card reader 7b that the passage is not permitted (S605).
FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing another operation example of the building management system 16. FIG. 14 shows an operation example performed when an employee leaves the company.
(S702)。 The building management system 16 determines whether or not the leaving information is received from the entrance / exit management system 13 (S701). As described above, when the building management system 16 receives the leaving information from the entry / exit management system 13, the building management system 16 transmits the received leaving information to the attendance management system 14. Further, when the leaving information is transmitted from the entrance / exit management system 13, the restriction release processing is performed (S702).
(S802)。 FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing an example of the restriction release processing. In the restriction release process, first, overtime restriction is set to “none” for the employee (S801). As a result, for employees who have overtime regulations, the regulations are lifted by holding the employee card over the card reader 7b. Further, when a certain time has elapsed since the card reader 7b received the second identification information, the leaving operation performed for the employee is ended (S802).
In the example shown in the present embodiment, management according to behavior can be performed for each member in an organization such as a company. For example, when the employee falls asleep multiple times in the first time zone, an operation for prompting the employee to leave is performed. Employees can be encouraged to improve their life rhythms, and systematic health management tailored to their physical condition is possible.
In the example shown in the present embodiment, as shown in S506 of FIG. 12, the detection unit 10 detects that the employee fell asleep in the second time zone after the first time zone. The second time zone is set, for example, from the end time of the specified working time to the time when the card reader 7b receives the second identification information. When the detection unit 10 detects that the employee has fallen asleep even once in the second time zone, the control unit 12 causes the device 5 to perform the withdrawal operation. This can encourage employees to leave the company early.
