技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息终端。
背景技术
在手机、平板等互联网电子产品发展方兴未艾的今天,越来越多的人因为长时间盯着手机等视频终端,造成人眼视觉疲劳,从而导致视力下降,影响到视觉健康。
目前,智能手机大多自带的自动亮度调整模式,通过位置设置于听筒附近的亮度传感器识别周围的光线环境进行周围环境的亮度检测,然后根据预置算法进行屏幕显示亮度的计算。
但是用户在使用中往往还是会遇到这种自动调节方式下屏幕亮度的显示并不能符合自己的视觉感知的情形,这是由于通过亮度传感器进行周围环境亮度检测与用户视角之间的误差,以及仅对于亮度进行调控的局限性造成的。同时,对于周围环境亮度相对较暗的场景,即便是进行显示屏的亮度的调整,也依然无法完全适配周围环境的亮度并同时兼顾用户的正常可视化需求。对此目前业内还没有一个很好的方式来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种信息终端,能够基于用户视角范围对背景环境的照明进行采样,并根据采样得到的背景环境的状态参数对背景环境的补光 照明进行控制,并同时相应对显示屏的亮度、色温等显示参数进行调节,使显示屏的亮度、色温等显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配,从而使得屏幕显示与使用者的视觉感知相符,从而有效减缓使用者在使用过程中的视觉疲劳,保护使用者的视觉健康。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供了一种信息终端,包括显示屏、第一通信装置和第二通信装置,其特征在于,所述信息终端还包括背景照明灯、摄像头、照片检拍单元、照片灰度分析单元、显示屏显示参数调节单元和背景照明灯照明参数调节单元;
所述背景照明灯用于对用户视角范围的背景环境进行照明;
所述摄像头用于获取用户视角范围的背景环境的照片模拟信号或照片数字信号;
所述照片检拍单元通过所述第一通信装置与所述摄像头相连接,将所述摄像头获取的所述照片模拟信号或照片数字信号转换为数字化的照片数据;
所述照片灰度分析单元对所述照片数据进行灰度分析并根据摄像头的设置参数生成所述用户视角范围的背景环境的状态参数,并分别发送到所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元和所述显示屏显示参数调节单元;
所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元通过所述第二通信装置与所述背景照明灯相连接,根据所述状态参数对所述背景照明灯的照明参数进行调节,使得所述背景环境的照明状态达到预置参数;其中所述照明参数至少包括亮度和/或色温;
所述显示屏显示参数调节单元基于预置对应关系,根据所述背景环境的状态参数对所述显示屏的显示参数进行调节,使所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围内所述调节后的背景环境的照明状态相匹配;其中所述显示参数至少包括亮度和/或色温。
优选的,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,将所述背景环境的状态参数传输到云端进行同步,存储为状态预置参数。
优选的,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,将用以所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系的参数传输到所述云端,进行同步;
所述云端保存有该用户所对应的用户习惯列表,所述用户习惯列表包括该用户对应的用户ID、显示屏的显示参数、背景灯的照明参数、照明状态、以及所述显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系。
优选的,所述显示屏显示参数调节单元包括:用于调节所述显示屏的显示参数的第一调整装置;在所述显示参数调节后,将所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的预置对应关系改变,生成第一修正对应关系;其中,所述第一调整装置具体为:
设置于所述信息终端内的硬件模块,或者设置在所述显示屏上的软件模块。
优选的,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,所述云端将来自多个所述信息终端的背景环境的预置对应关系和所述第一修正对应关系的参数进行数据分析,生成适应于第一范围的普适状态预置参数以及适应于第二范围的特质状态预置参数,用以各所述信息终端通过所述云端获取与所述背景环境相应的普适状态预置参数或特质状态预置参数。
进一步优选的,所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元包括:用于调节所述背景照明灯的照明参数的第二调整装置;在所述照明参数调节后,将所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的预置对应关系改变,生成第二修正对应关系;
其中,所述第二调整装置具体为:
设置于所述信息终端内的硬件模块,或者设置在所述显示屏上的软件模块。
优选的,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,将用以所述显示屏的显示 参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系和/或所述第二修正对应关系的参数传输到云端;所述云端将来自各信息终端的预置对应关系和所述第二修正对应关系的参数进行数据分析,生成适应于第一范围的普适预置对应关系参数以及适应于第二范围的特质预置对应关系参数,用以各个所述信息终端通过所述云端获取用于匹配所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的所述普适预置对应关系参数或所述特质预置对应关系参数。
优选的,所述背景环境的状态参数包括亮度参数和/或色温参数。
优选的,所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元通过所述第二通信装置与所述背景照明灯相连接,根据所述状态参数对所述背景照明灯的照明参数进行调节,使得所述背景环境的照明状态达到预置参数具体为:

根据所述背景环境的状态参数和所述预置对应关系确定显示屏目标亮度绝对值;
根据所述显示屏目标亮度绝对值确定所述显示屏的显示亮度百分比;
根据所述显示屏的显示亮度百分比输出与所述显示屏目标亮度绝对值相符的显示屏实际显示亮度;其中,所述显示屏实际显示亮度与所述显示屏的最大亮度绝对值之间通过显示亮度百分比进行预先标定。
本发明实施例提供的信息终端,能够基于用户视角范围对背景环境的照明进行采样,并根据采样得到的背景环境的状态参数对背景环境的补光照明进行控制,并同时相应对显示屏的亮度、色温等显示参数进行调节,使显示屏的亮度、色温等显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配,从而使得屏幕显示与使用者的视觉感知相符,从而有效减缓使用者在使用过程中的视觉疲劳,保护使用者的视觉健康。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
为了更好的理解本发明所提出的信息终端及其工作方式,首先对外界环境光线对于用户观看显示屏时的视觉影响进行说明。
在用户观看显示屏时,背景环境照明状态对显示屏的视觉效果影响很大,人眼在观看任何物体时,能根据物体的亮度调节瞳孔的大小来适应,亮度越高瞳孔调得越小,亮度越低瞳孔调得越大。我们通常观看显示屏的视觉范围只占我们眼睛的视觉范围的10%以内。
比如,在使用一个5寸显示屏的手机时,手机放在距离眼睛30cm左右的位置,我们眼睛的视觉立体角大约120度,眼睛在30cm处的视觉范围大约为8482cm 2,而5寸显示屏的手机的面积不大于100cm 2,手机显示屏占人眼的视觉范围不到2%。再比如,在使用一个20寸显示屏的电脑时,显示屏放在距离眼睛50cm左右的位置,此时眼睛在50cm处的视觉范围大约为23562cm 2,而20寸电脑显示屏的面积不大于1200cm 2,电脑显示屏占人眼的视觉范围不 到6%。所以眼睛的瞳孔大小主要受显示屏的背景环境照明状态的影响。为了让用户在使用显示屏时更加舒适,显示屏的亮度必须根据瞳孔的大小来调节,也即根据显示屏的背景环境照明状态来调节。
因此,在不同的外界环境下,信息终端的显示屏如果能根据与外界环境,尤其是用户视角的环境相符的亮暗、色温等显示参数进行调整显示,对用户的视觉健康就能起到一定的保护作用。
本发明的信息终端中显示屏亮度的调节,尤其适用于较暗环境下使用。
本发明所述的信息终端包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑(Personal Digital Assistant,PAD)、台式电脑、电视机和投影仪。
图1和图2分别为本实施例提供的信息终端的两种实现方式的示意图,如图所示,本实施例提供的信息终端包括:显示屏1、背景照明灯7、摄像头2、照片检拍单元3、照片灰度分析单元4、显示屏显示参数调节单元5以及背景照明灯照明参数调节单元9。
显示屏1用于对信息终端的输出信息进行图像显示。以智能手机为例,可以采用的显示屏1有多种,具体因液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)品质和研发技术不同而有所差异,其种类大致可以包括TFT、TFD、UFB、STN和OLED几种。
背景照明灯7用于对用户视角范围的背景环境进行补光照明。背景照明灯7可以置于信息终端的本体内与信息终端为一体,也可以是分离于信息终端的本体设置,安放在信息终端周围。例如如图2所示,可以通过第二通信装置8来实现与信息终端的本体内其他模块单元之间的数据的交互。
摄像头2,用于获取用户视角范围的背景环境的照片模拟信号或照片数字信号。在具体的实现中,可以如图2所示,通过第一通信装置6来实现与信息终端的本体内其他模块单元之间的数据的交互。为保证摄像头2所采集到的图像于用户视角范围相一致,摄像头2的镜头光轴需要垂直显示屏设置或大致垂直显示屏,在显示屏光轴垂线的±30°范围内设置。这是因为,用户在 使用信息终端时用户眼部的光轴通常是与显示屏垂直或基本垂直的。当然,这样设置的目的是为了尽量保证摄像头2的采样范围与用户视觉范围相一致。具体的应用中,摄像头2的设置可以根据用户实际使用情况进行设置。特别是关于摄像头2的安放位置,摄像头2可以一体设置于信息终端上,也可以是分离于信息终端的本体设置。
在使用智能手机或平板电脑这种信息终端时,通常用户眼部位置与信息终端之间的距离大约为30cm。由于这种信息终端是随身产品,会伴随人的活动产生位移,通常它们的背景都是空阔的,这种情形下摄像头2的合适安放位置是一体设置于信息终端上。因此在将摄像头2与用户眼部的图像采集角度设置为一致的情况下,摄像头2一体设置于信息终端上所获取的背景与用户视角范围内观察到背景的效果是相近的。
用户观看悬靠在墙壁上的电视机屏幕或者投影仪屏幕时,屏幕背后空间范围很小,背景物紧靠着屏幕背面,而用户眼部位置与屏幕之间的距离比较远,一般在2m以上甚至更远。这种情形下摄像头2合适的安放位置是将摄像头2作为外置摄像头,设置于用户头部附近,位置接近用户眼部。因此在将摄像头2与用户眼部的图像采集角度设置为一致的情况下,摄像头2安置于用户眼部相近的位置所获取的背景环境照明状态更加科学准确。
在使用台式电脑这种信息终端时,用户眼部位置与电脑屏幕之间的距离大约为50cm。但是电脑屏幕的背后空间大小要依实际情况而定,当电脑屏幕距离背景物比较远时,背后空间范围空阔,此时摄像头2适合安置在台式电脑周围;而当电脑屏幕紧靠着背景物时,背后空间范围很小,此时摄像头2适合安置于用户眼部相近的位置。因此依照实际情况合适安放摄像头2的位置,显得尤为重要。
具体的,摄像头2可以为CCD或CMOS传感器。这两种是当前被普遍采用的两种图像传感器,两者都是利用感光二极管(photodiode)进行光电转换,来采集图像信息,而其主要差异是数据传送的方式不同。CCD传感器中每一行 中每一个象素的电荷数据都会依次传送到下一个象素中,由最底端部分输出,再经由传感器边缘的放大器进行放大输出;而在CMOS传感器中,每个象素都会邻接一个放大器及A/D转换电路,用类似内存电路的方式将数据输出。
照片检拍单元3设置于信息终端内,与摄像头2之间如图1所示通过第一通信装置6有线连接,或者如图2所示通过第一通信装置6以无线方式连接。照片检拍单元3将摄像头2获取的照片模拟信号或照片数字信号转换为数字化的照片数据。
照片灰度分析单元4与照片检拍单元3相连接,对照片检拍单元3传送的照片数据进行灰度分析,并根据摄像头的设置参数生成用户视角范围的背景环境的状态参数,并发送到显示屏显示参数调节单元5以及背景照明灯照明参数调节单元9。
照片灰度分析单元4可以具体为具有数据处理功能的模块,比如处理芯片或特定的逻辑电路单元,通过对照片数据的灰度分析,来确定背景环境的照明状态,从而生成相应的状态参数。
背景照明灯照明参数调节单元9与照片灰度分析单元4和背景照明灯7分别连接,其中与背景照明灯7通过第二通信装置8有线连接或通过第二通信装置8无线连接。根据状态参数对背景照明灯7的照明参数进行调节,使得背景环境的照明状态达到预置参数。即通过改变背景照明灯7的照明参数,对背景环境的补光进行改变,使得背景环境的光线达到所需要的预置参数。这里的预置参数并不一定是一个固定的参数,而可以是根据当前背景环境的光线实际情况而定的一个目标参数。上述背景照明灯的照明参数至少包括亮度和/或色温。
显示屏显示参数调节单元5与照片灰度分析单元4和显示屏1分别连接。显示屏显示参数调节单元5基于预置对应关系,根据背景环境的状态参数对显示屏的显示参数进行调节,使显示屏的显示参数与背景照明补光调整后的用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配。上述显示屏的显示参数至少包 括亮度和/或色温。
需要特别说明的是,对于拍摄时摄像头镜头设置参数的不同,光圈、快门速度、焦距等参数都会对背景环境的采样图像产生一定的影响,有可能会导致背景的采样图像与实际还是存在一定差异。
因此在优选的方案中,可以基于预设的算法,根据镜头拍摄参数,对显示屏的显示参数进行修正计算,从而修正采样所造成的偏差,使得显示屏根据修正后的显示参数与实际用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配。
在本实施例中,对于显示屏的参数控制,是控制的实际的显示,在此过程中考虑了不同厂家的镜头型号对于图像拍摄的差异性以及对图像的自补偿的情况。
以亮度控制为例,控制的实际显示的亮度。我们采用了控制最大亮度百分比的方法,来对实际的显示亮度进行控制。具体包括:根据背景环境的状态参数和预置对应关系确定目标亮度绝对值;根据目标亮度绝对值确定显示屏的显示亮度百分比;根据显示屏的显示亮度百分比输出与目标亮度绝对值相符的显示屏实际显示亮度;其中,显示屏实际显示亮度与显示屏的最大亮度绝对值之间通过显示亮度百分比进行预先标定。
此外,还通过照片检拍单元3根据摄像头的型号参数和/或自补偿参数生成反补偿参数,基于反补偿参数将摄像头获取的所述照片模拟信号或照片数字信号转换为数字化的照片数据。
在本实施例中,背景环境的环境光条件与显示屏的显示参数之间具有预置的对应关系,该预置的对应关系的数据可以存储在信息终端本地或者存储在云端。
具体的,在本地的存储可以是存储在信息终端的存储器(图中未示出)中。存储器可以是ROM芯片或任何其他类型的固态非易失性半导体存储器。对存储器中写入的方式可以通过有线的输入方式来实现,还可以通过连接于存储器的接口,例如红外接口、蓝牙接口、USB接口等来实现。
该预置的对应关系中可以包括通过灰度分析结果得到的调节亮度的状态参数的对应关系,以及通过灰度分析结果得到调节色温的状态参数的对应关系。
对于通过灰度分析结果得到调节亮度的状态参数的确定方法,在本例中给出一种可实现的方式进行说明。
使用黑白摄像头对用户视角范围的背景环境进行拍照,获得一张黑白照片,取这一张黑白照片的图像数据,并分成MxN块,比如假设是10x10块,并确定每个区块的量化参数,比如设定黑为0,白为1。统计每块区域的级数并累加,再除以总级数10x10得出的百分比,即为该张黑白照片的亮度比值。比如在上述例子中,有50个区块为黑,50个区块为白,则亮度比值为50%。因此经过黑白分析得到的亮度比值结合黑白摄像头的设置参数即可生成用户视角范围的背景环境亮度状态参数。
使用黑白摄像头对用户视角范围的背景环境进行拍照,获得一张黑白照片,取这一张黑白照片的图像数据,并分成MxN块,比如假设是10x10块,并将每一块区域的灰度值进行量化,通常划分成0到255共256个级别,其中0最暗(全黑),255最亮(全白)。分析统计每块区域灰度值的级数并累加,再除以总级数10x10x256得出的百分比,即为该张黑白照片的亮度比值。因此经过灰度分析得到的亮度比值结合黑白摄像头的设置参数即可生成用户视角范围的背景环境亮度状态参数。
当然,也可以将其灰度划分为更少数量的级别,比如划分为8个级别等,来进行区域亮度的统计和计算。
对于通过灰度分析结果得到调节亮度和色温的状态参数的确定方法,在本例中给出一种可实现的方式进行说明。
使用彩色摄像头对用户视角范围的背景环境进行拍照,获得一张彩色照片,取这一张彩色照片的图像数据,经过RGB三基色分解功能,分解出三张分别为红、绿、蓝三种颜色分量的照片,将这三张照片的R/G/B通道分量的 均值按加权对应关系转换成灰度值。然后取红色分量这张照片的图像数据,将这张照片分成MxN块,比如假设是10x10块,并将每一块区域的灰度值进行量化,通常划分成0到255共256个级别,其中0最暗(全黑),255最亮(全白)。统计每块区域灰度值的级数并累加,再除以总级数10x10x256得出的百分比,即为该张红色分量照片的亮度比值。同理,可分析计算出绿色分量照片和蓝色分量照片的亮度比值。最后将三张照片的亮度比值进行叠加,即可得到这一张彩色照片的亮度比值。因此经过灰度分析得到的亮度比值结合彩色摄像头的设置参数即可生成用户视角范围的背景环境亮度状态参数。
再将彩色摄像头分解出的三种颜色分量的照片进行合成,分析统计每块区域合成为标准有效的白色像素点后剩余的R/G/B通道分量,如果红色分量多,照片就偏于暖色调;蓝色分量多,照片就偏于冷色调。因此分析R/G/B颜色的分量比例便可得到具体的彩色照片的色温状态参数。因此经过灰度分析得到的亮度和色温状态参数结合彩色摄像头的设置参数即可生成用户视角范围的背景环境亮度和色温状态参数。
进一步的,显示屏显示参数调节单元5包括用以改变预置对应关系以匹配显示屏的显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的第一调整装置(图中未示出)。第一调整装置(图中未示出)可以是设置于信息终端内的硬件模块,或者设置在所述显示屏上的软件模块。
进一步的,背景照明灯照明参数调节单元9包括用以调整背景照明灯7的照明参数使得背景环境的照明状态达到预置参数的第二调整装置(图中未示出)。第二调整装置(图中未示出)同样的可以是设置于信息终端内的硬件模块,或者设置在所述显示屏上用于控制背景照明灯7的软件模块。
此外,如图3所示,在接入云端的***中,各个信息终端10可以通过网络20与云端30连接,将用以显示屏1的显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系的参数传输到云端30进行同步。同样的,也可以通过云端30同步显示屏1的显示参数与用户视角范围下背景环境的状 态相匹配的预置对应关系参数。
云端保存有该用户所对应的用户习惯列表,用户习惯列表包括该用户对应的用户ID、显示屏的显示参数、背景灯的照明参数、照明状态、以及显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系。
通过信息终端上传的数据,云端可以分析得到该数据的用户ID,显示屏的显示参数、背景灯的照明参数、照明状态、以及显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系的参数,从而生成一条用户习惯记录,记录在用户习惯列表中。其中,对应关系的生成方式方法有很多,具体可以根据用户统计分析、预定算法、预定模型等来进行生成。通过对每一次用户使用调整的记录,就可以形成一个数据非常完整的用户习惯列表,从而就能够在用户使用的终端设备处于某种照明状态时,基于这个列表直接得到适于用户的显示屏的显示参数。
进一步的,在云端30还可以对预置对应关系数据进行大数据统计和分析,用以为接入云端30的多个信息终端10提供数据。云端30可以将来自多个信息终端10的显示屏背景光的预置对应关系的参数进行大数据分析,生成适应于大众和小众的预置对应关系参数,用以各个信息终端10通过云端30同步各自所需的大众或小众的用以显示屏的显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的预置对应关系参数。
各信息终端10也通过云端30同步各自所需的大众或小众的显示屏的显示参数与用户视角范围显示屏背景光,即背景环境的照明状态的状态相匹配的预置对应关系参数。
上述过程为基于云数据的显示参数与背景环境照明状态,以及与背景照明灯的照明参数之间的自适应调整过程。
进一步的,在本实施例的一个优选的方案中,还可以利用第一调整装置、第二调整装置分别在自适应调整完成之后实现用户依据自身个性化需求来进行相应的参数调节的过程。
下面以显示屏的显示参数与背景环境照明状态的个性化调整为例进行说明。对于背景照明灯的照明参数的个性化调整方法可以同样参照本例进行。
具体的,用户在自适应调整完成后的显示屏显示参数的基础上,根据自身对于背景照明和显示屏显示参数的感知,通过第一调整装置调节显示屏的显示参数。信息终端10在接收到显示参数调节后,将修正后的显示屏的显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态参数发送到云端30,并在上传数据中加载信息终端10中记录的用户的信息,比如用户的性别、年龄、职业,以便于对数据进行分类统计,云端30根据接收到的数据,将原先记录的该用户在该背景环境的照明状态参数下对应显示参数的预置对应关系进行改变,生成修正对应关系。
在一个具体的计算方法中,云端计算修正对应关系与预置对应关系的偏离程度和偏离数量,将达到第一偏离数量并且小于第一偏离阈值的修正对应关系与预置对应关系进行加权处理,从而生成第一范围的普适预置对应关系;
将达到第二偏离数量并且大于第一偏离阈值且小于第二偏离阈值的修正对应关系与预置对应关系进行加权处理,从而生成第二范围的特质预置对应关系。
也就是说,在上面提到的算法中,将偏离度小于第一偏离阈值且样本数量达到第一偏离数量的数据,用于计算第一范围的普适预置对应关系;将偏离度大于第一范围且小于第二范围,样本数量达到第二偏离数量的数据,用于计算第二范围的特质预置对应关系。
云端在生成适应于第一范围的普适预置对应关系以及适应于第二范围的特质预置对应关系时还可以考虑对不同用户属性给予不同的数据修正权重系数,通过归一化处理得到第一范围的普适预置对应关系以及适应于第二范围的特质预置。具体包括:云端确定修正对应关系对应的用户属性;根据用户属性确定数据修正权重系数;根据数据修正权重系数对修正对应关系的 参数进行数据分析处理,得到归一化的修正对应关系的参数;根据显示屏的显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系,和归一化的修正对应关系的参数进行数据分析,生成适应于第一范围的普适预置对应关系以及适应于第二范围的特质预置对应关系。
用户的个性化参数调整也会对云端的普适预置对应关系进行改变。
因为,在某个用户在某个背景环境照明状态下的显示参数对应关系进行修正时,相当于对于该背景环境照明状态下大数据统计的普适预置对应关系的统计数据也发生了改变。此时的普适计算需要考虑将来自多个信息终端的预置对应关系的参数,以及来自个性化定制用户的信息终端的修正对应关系的参数来进行数据分析,从而生成新的普适预置对应关系以及新的适应于小众的特质预置对应关系。
因而,随着众多用户在自适应参数调整后对信息终端的显示参数进行个性化调整的数据采集,普适预置对应关系会随之不断动态调整,并趋于大众都能够接受的合理范围。
同样的,对于特定小众的特质预置对应关系的动态调整也会随着用户个性化定制的显示数据相应变化。但是需要说明的是,与普适预置对应关系不同的是,因为特质预置对应关系只针对某些特定人群,比如20—30岁的女人,北京地区16岁以下的儿童等等,在将这类人群的特质预置对应关系进行修正的时候,其修改的数据采样范围仅为该特定人群,所以与普适预置对应关系的调整所基于的数据基数是不同的。因此基于用户个性化参数修正后,普适预置对应关系和特质预置对应关系的参数变化一定是不同的。
此外,第一调整装置对于用户的调整指令输入,可以进行识别,比如在进行首次调节时,当用户通过第一调整装置输入调整指令,第一调整装置可以将该输入解析为请求普适的匹配,从而通过云端获取普适预置参数。
如果是在普适配置完成之后,用户在一定时间之内输入了调整指令,可 以认为是用户的连续操作,比如用户在1秒内连续三次输入增加亮度的指令,可以被识别为该指令的作用是将亮度上调三档。
基于上述描述,本领域技术人员可知对于背景照明灯的照明参数的个性化调整方法可以同样参照本例进行。相同部分在此处不再赘述。
对于背景照明灯的照明参数的个性化调整方法,还可以包括设置背景照明灯的开关阈值。通过对环境参数的采集,确定是否达到开关阈值。比如当环境亮度低于阈值范围的下限时,检测背景照明灯是否处于开启状态,如果没处于开启状态,则自动开启,并执行上述对于背景照明灯的照明参数和显示屏显示参数的普适预置参数获取的过程进行匹配。当环境亮度高于阈值范围的上限时,检测背景照明灯是否处于开启状态,如果处于开启状态,则自动关闭,并对显示屏参数重新执行普适预置参数获取的过程进行匹配。
进一步的,当环境亮度低于阈值范围的下限时,背景照明灯自动开启,并且,基于背景光(原本的环境光)和补偿光(背景照明灯的光)的预置对应关系,根据背景环境的状态参数使背景照明灯输出相应的照明参数,使得显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围内调节后的背景环境的照明状态相匹配。
在背景照明灯对环境亮度进行补偿后,通过信息终端还持续对补偿后的环境照明进行检测,当环境照明参数变好时,背景照明灯发出的补偿光就会随着环境照明参数的变好而进行衰减,当达到环境亮度的阈值范围的上限时,就关闭背景照明灯的补偿照明。
本发明实施例提供的信息终端,能够基于用户视角范围对背景环境的照明进行采样,并根据采样得到的背景环境的状态参数对背景环境的补光照明进行控制,并同时相应对显示屏的亮度、色温等显示参数进行调节,使显示屏的亮度、色温等显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配,从而使得屏幕显示与使用者的视觉感知相符,从而有效减缓使用者在使用过 程中的视觉疲劳,保护使用者的视觉健康。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明实施例的范围。
结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的方法或算法的步骤可以用硬件、处理器执行的软件模块,或者二者的结合来实施。软件模块可以置于随机存储器(RAM)、内存、只读存储器(ROM)、电可编程ROM、电可擦除可编程ROM、寄存器、硬盘、可移动磁盘、CD-ROM、或技术领域内所公知的任意其它形式的存储介质中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息终端,包括显示屏、第一通信装置和第二通信装置,其特征在于,所述信息终端还包括背景照明灯、摄像头、照片检拍单元、照片灰度分析单元、显示屏显示参数调节单元和背景照明灯照明参数调节单元;
    所述背景照明灯用于对用户视角范围的背景环境进行照明;
    所述摄像头用于获取用户视角范围的背景环境的照片模拟信号或照片数字信号;
    所述照片检拍单元通过所述第一通信装置与所述摄像头相连接,将所述摄像头获取的所述照片模拟信号或照片数字信号转换为数字化的照片数据;
    所述照片灰度分析单元对所述照片数据进行灰度分析,并根据摄像头的设置参数生成所述用户视角范围的背景环境的状态参数,并分别发送到所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元和所述显示屏显示参数调节单元;
    所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元通过所述第二通信装置与所述背景照明灯相连接,根据所述状态参数对所述背景照明灯的照明参数进行调节,使得所述背景环境的照明状态达到预置参数;其中所述照明参数至少包括亮度和/或色温;
    所述显示屏显示参数调节单元基于预置对应关系,根据所述背景环境的状态参数对所述显示屏的显示参数进行调节,使所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围内所述调节后的背景环境的照明状态相匹配;其中所述显示参数至少包括亮度和/或色温。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,将所述背景环境的状态参数传输到云端进行同步,存储为状态预置参数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,将用以所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系的参数传输到所述云端,进行同步;
    所述云端保存有该用户所对应的用户习惯列表,所述用户习惯列表包括该用户对应的用户ID、显示屏的显示参数、背景灯的照明参数、照明状态、以及所述显示参数与用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏显示参数调节单元包括:用于调节所述显示屏的显示参数的第一调整装置;在所述显示参数调节后,将所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的预置对应关系改变,生成第一修正对应关系;
    其中,所述第一调整装置具体为:设置于所述信息终端内的硬件模块,或者设置在所述显示屏上的软件模块。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,所述云端将来自多个所述信息终端的背景环境的预置对应关系和所述第一修正对应关系的参数进行数据分析,生成适应于第一范围的普适状态预置参数以及适应于第二范围的特质状态预置参数,用以各所述信息终端通过所述云端获取与所述背景环境相应的普适状态预置参数或特质状态预置参数。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元包括:用于调节所述背景照明灯的照明参数的第二调整装置;在所述照明参数调节后,将所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的预置对应关系改变,生成第二修正对应关系;
    其中,所述第二调整装置具体为:设置于所述信息终端内的硬件模块,或者设置在所述显示屏上的软件模块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述信息终端通过网络与云端连接,将用以所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态相匹配的预置对应关系和所述第二修正对应关系的参数传输到云端;所述云端将来自各信息终端的预置对应关系和所述第二修正对应关系 的参数进行数据分析,生成适应于第一范围的普适预置对应关系参数以及适应于第二范围的特质预置对应关系参数,用以各个所述信息终端通过所述云端获取用于匹配所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围的背景环境的照明状态的所述普适预置对应关系参数或所述特质预置对应关系参数。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述背景环境的状态参数至少包括亮度参数和/或色温参数。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元通过所述第二通信装置与所述背景照明灯相连接,根据所述状态参数对所述背景照明灯的照明参数进行调节,使得所述背景环境的照明状态达到预置参数具体为:
    所述背景照明灯照明参数调节单元根据所述用户视角范围的背景环境的状态参数确定环境照明参数是否低于设定照明参数下限;如果不低于所述设定照明参数下限,则不开启所述背景照明灯;
    如果低于所述设定照明参数下限,基于背景光和补偿光的预置对应关系,根据所述背景环境的状态参数使所述背景照明灯输出相应的照明参数,使所述显示屏的显示参数与所述用户视角范围内所述调节后的背景环境的照明状态相匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的信息终端,其特征在于,所述根据所述背景环境的状态参数对所述显示屏的显示参数进行调节具体包括:
    根据所述背景环境的状态参数和所述预置对应关系确定显示屏目标亮度绝对值;
    根据所述显示屏目标亮度绝对值确定所述显示屏的显示亮度百分比;
    根据所述显示屏的显示亮度百分比输出与所述显示屏目标亮度绝对值相符的显示屏实际显示亮度;其中,所述显示屏实际显示亮度与所述显示屏的最大亮度绝对值之间通过显示亮度百分比进行预先标定。
