传统售货机的工作原理如下:用户在售货机相对应的售货格子上单击购买按钮,售货机根据该购买按钮产生的触发信号确定该售货格子的商品,当用户输入的付款足够支付该商品的价格时,售货机吐出该商品,用户便可以提走该商品。此处,补货员已预先建立商品与售货格子的之间对应关系,亦即:售货格子“11”对应矿泉水。
发明人在实现本申请的过程中,发现传统技术至少存在以下问题:传统售货格子缺乏灵活针对不同类型商品的商品信息进行记录,仅能够依靠人工预先记录,并且记录商品信息效率不高。

该标签可以是射频标签(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)、条形码等等。相应的,该标签扫描设备11可以RFID扫描器,条形码扫描器等等。
如前所述,粘贴有标签的商品321放置在售货格子31内时,标签扫描模块34持续扫描该商品321的标签,以此监控该商品321的售卖情况。当用户把商品从售货格子31内取走,此时,标签扫描模块34未能够扫描到该商品的标签,于是,标签扫描模块34向控制模块发送“商品被取走”的指令,紧接着,控制模块根据该指令从对应用户的账号上扣除该商品的费用。同理可得,当标签扫描模块34一直能够扫描到该商品321的标签,而未向控制模块发送指令,或者向控制模块发送“商品未被取走”的指令,控制模块便不会对用户的账号进行扣费。
有卖就有补货。如前所述,补货员往售货格子31补充商品时,补货员往往未能够使商品的标签放置在标签扫描模块34的扫描范围内,导致标签扫描模块34未能够扫描到商品的标签,而将商品的商品信息记录下。一旦用户取走商品时,由于标签扫描模块34未能够扫描到商品的标签而记录该商品的商品信息,因此无法触发后台***对该商品进行计费。于是,本实施例提供了如下结构:当补货员往售货格子31补充商品时,驱动机构33在控制模块的控制下,驱动转动盘32转动,进而带动商品321转动。此时,若标签扫描模块34扫描到商品321的标签时,标签扫描模块34向控制模块反馈标签信息,于是,控制模块便控制该驱动机构33暂停对转动盘32的转动。由于商品321的标签处于标签扫描模块34的扫描范围内,因此其避免补货员放置商品的标签的位置不当而无法准确地记录商品信息的问题出现。
请再参阅图4,在一些实施例中,驱动机构33包括电机331、第一齿轮332、第二齿轮333及第一传动件334,第一齿轮332与电机331的转动轴3311连接,第一齿轮332与第二齿轮333啮合连接,第一传动件334一端与第二齿轮333连接,第一传动件334另一端与转动盘32连接,电机331 与控制模块连接。
当需要转动转动盘32以使商品的标签出现在标签扫描模块34的扫描范围内时,控制模块向电机331发送驱动信号,使电机331的转动轴3311带动第一齿轮332转动,第一齿轮332带动第二齿轮333转动,第二齿轮333带动第一传动件334转动,从而带动转动盘32转动。当商品的标签出现在标签扫描模块34的扫描范围内,标签扫描模块34向控制模块发送标签信息,于是,控制模块向电机331发送暂停转动指令,进而暂停电机的转动。
本领域技术人员应当明白:上述实施例所示的第一齿轮332、第二齿轮333及第一传动件334可以上位为传动单元来表述,亦即,任何人皆可以根据本实施例所训导的内容,采用其它传动机构以实现本实施例的目的,然而,任何替代的传动机构皆可以理解为传动单元的另一种变换,无论任何的变换方式,应当落入本申请的保护范围之内。
如前所述,当第一齿轮332、第二齿轮333及第一传动件334上位为传动单元时,其一端与电机331的转动轴3311连接,另一端与转动盘32连接。
上述各个实施例阐述自动控制转动盘转动的一种方式,在一些实施例中,其还可以是手动控制转动盘。具体的,如图4所示,驱动机构33还包括:第三齿轮335与第二传动件336,第三齿轮335与第二齿轮333啮合连接,第二传动件336与第三齿轮335连接。
当需要转动转动盘32以使商品的标签出现在标签扫描模块34的扫描范围内时,用户手拧第二传动件336的一端使第二传动件336转动,于是,第二传动件336的另一端带动第三齿轮335转动,第三齿轮335带动第二齿轮333转动,第二齿轮333带动第一传动件334转动,从而带动转动盘32转动。当商品的标签出现在标签扫描模块34的扫描范围内,标签扫描模块34向控制模块发送标签信息,于是,控制模块向电机331发送暂停转动指令,进而暂停电机的转动。
如上述各个实施例所述的第一齿轮332、第二齿轮333及第三齿轮335可以是锥齿轮,第一传动件334与第二传动件336可以是杆状。
为了便于用户转动第二传动件336,在一些实施例中,第二传动件336 的一端设置有旋转件337,另一端与第三齿轮335连接。于是,用户可以手持旋转件337节省力地转动第二传动件336。
在一些实施例中,旋转件337为圆柱形,当然,旋转件337还可以为其它形状构造的组件。
请再参阅图3与图4,为了便于手动转动转动盘32,旋转件337可以设置于售货格子31的外侧。并且,在手动转动时,为了使标签扫描模块34能够更加精确地扫描到商品的标签,售货格子31的侧板外表面设置有若干刻度,用户可以根据刻度的量程转动该旋转件337,以使商品的标签逐渐正对着标签扫描模块34的读头。
与上述各个实施例的不同点在于,每个售货单元122还包括提示模块(图未示),提示模块与控制模块连接。在商品321的标签位于标签扫描模块34的扫描范围时,提示模块产生提示信号,该提示信号可以为闪灯,亦可以为语音。相对应的,在一些实施例中,提示模块为LED模组。当补货员看到提示信号时,便可以知悉品321的标签位于标签扫描模块34的扫描范围了。
本实施例提供的控制模块可以为通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、单片机、ARM(Acorn RISC Machine)或其它可编程逻辑器件、分立门或晶体管逻辑、分立的硬件组件或者这些部件的任何组合。还有,控制模块还可以是任何传统处理器、控制器、微控制器或状态机。处理器也可以被实现为计算设备的组合,例如,DSP和微处理器的组合、多个微处理器、一个或多个微处理器结合DSP核、或任何其它这种配置。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种售货机,包括箱体与设置于所述箱体内的若干售货单元,其特征在于:
    每个所述售货单元包括:
    售货格子;
    用于放置商品的转动盘,其设置于所述售货格子内;
    用于驱动所述转动盘转动的驱动机构,其与所述转动盘连接;
    用于扫描所述商品的标签的标签扫描模块;
    用于根据所述标签扫描模块反馈的标签信息控制所述驱动机构的转动的控制模块,其与所述驱动机构和所述标签扫描模块连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括:电机与传动单元,所述电机与所述控制模块连接,所述电机的转动轴与所述传动单元的一端连接,所述传动单元的另一端与所述转动盘连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述传动单元包括第一齿轮、第二齿轮及第一传动件,所述第一齿轮与所述电机的转动轴连接,所述第一齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合连接,所述第一传动件一端与所述第二齿轮连接,所述第一传动件另一端与所述转动盘连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括:第三齿轮与第二传动件,所述第三齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合连接,所述第二传动件与所述第三齿轮连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述售货格子的侧板外表面设置有若干刻度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述第二传动件的一端设置有旋转件,另一端与所述第三齿轮连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述旋转件为圆柱形。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的售货机,其特征在于,每个所述售货单元还包括:
    用于在所述商品的标签位于所述标签扫描模块的扫描范围时,产生提示信号的提示模块,所述提示模块与所述控制模块连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的售货机,其特征在于,所述提示模块为LED模组。
  10. 一种售货***,其特征在于,包括服务器以及如权利要求1至9任一项所述的售货机,所述服务器与所述售货机的控制模块通讯连接。
