In the packaging box of Patent Document 1, the second side plate is broken by the breaking portion, the outer flap is broken by the breaking line, and the first side plate is bent along the folding line, thereby opening the packaging box to both the left and right ( Can be opened. However, in the packaging box, when all the items inside are taken out, the outwardly opened portion is elastically returned in the closing direction, so that workability is poor.
An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can improve the workability of taking out articles in an opened state.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a first side plate, an outer flap that is connected to a pair of opposing first sides of the first side plate, and is bent with respect to the first side plate; A second side plate that is connected to a pair of second sides that intersect with the first side and is bent in the same direction as the outer flap with respect to the first side plate, and intersects the second side of the first side plate. An inner flap that is connected to the third side of the second side plate and is bent with respect to the second side plate so as to be located on the inner surface of the outer flap, and is provided on the first side plate, and the first side plate is An operating portion for performing a breaking operation; a first breaking line provided on the first side plate; extending from the operating portion to the first side; provided on the outer flap; continuous with the first breaking line; A second break line extending toward the front end of the outer flap and the pair of second side plates A third breaking line provided on at least one of the pair of third sides and extending from one to the other of the pair of third sides; provided on the outer flap; and on the outer flap from the first side of the first side plate. A packaging box is provided that includes an outer flap folding line that extends toward a tip and bends the outer flap when the outer flap breaks along the second breaking line.
According to this packaging box, the first side plate is broken along the first break line, the outer flap is broken along the second break line, and the second side plate is broken along the third break line. Thereby, the 2nd side plate above the 3rd fracture line containing the 1st side plate can be separated from the 2nd side plate below the 3rd fracture line. In this opened state, since the upper part of the packaging box is removed, the workability of taking out the articles stored in the packaging box can be improved.
Further, when the outer flap is broken along the second breaking line, the outer flap is bent along the outer flap folding curve, so that the operation force for breaking can be concentrated on the second breaking line. Therefore, the workability of the outer flap can be improved.
The inner flap is provided with a notch having a side extending along the outer flap folding curve. When the dimension from the base end of the inner flap to the tip is long and the back side of the outer flap folding curve is covered with the inner flap, it is difficult to bend the outer flap along the outer flap folding curve. However, according to this aspect, since the notch is provided in the inner flap, the side along the outer flap folding curve can be used as a guide, and the bending of the outer flap along the outer flap folding curve can be promoted. Therefore, the workability of the outer flap can be effectively improved.
Alternatively, the inner flap is provided with an inner flap folding curve that extends along the outer flap folding curve and bends the inner flap. According to this aspect, since the inner flap bends along the inner flap folding curve, the bending of the outer flap along the outer flap folding curve can be promoted. Therefore, the workability of the outer flap can be effectively improved.
The second side plate extends from the third break line toward the second side of the first side plate, and bends the second side plate when the second side plate breaks along the third break line. A two-side plate folding curve is provided. According to this aspect, when the second side plate is broken along the third breaking line, the second side plate is bent along the second side plate folding curve, so that the operation force for breaking is concentrated on the third breaking line. Can be made. Therefore, the workability of breaking the second side plate can be improved.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a first side plate, an outer flap that is connected to a pair of opposing first sides of the first side plate and is bent with respect to the first side plate, and the first side plate. A second side plate that is connected to a pair of second sides intersecting with the first side and is bent in the same direction as the outer flap with respect to the first side plate, and the second side of the first side plate, An inner flap that is connected to a pair of third sides of the intersecting second side plate and is bent with respect to the second side plate so as to be positioned on an inner surface of the outer flap; and provided on the first side plate, An operating portion for breaking the first side plate; a first breaking line provided on the first side plate extending from the operating portion to the first side; provided on the outer flap; and the first breaking line; A second break line that is continuous and extends toward the tip of the outer flap; A third break line provided on at least one of the second side plates and extending from one side to the other of the pair of third sides of the second side plate, and provided on the second side plate, the third break A packaging box comprising: a second side plate folding curve extending from the line toward the second side of the first side plate and bending the second side plate when the second side plate is broken along the third breaking line. provide.
The inner flap is provided with a fourth break line extending from the tip side of the inner flap so as to be continuous with the third break line. In this case, it is preferable that a notch for breaking the inner flap along the fourth breaking line is formed at the tip of the inner flap. According to this aspect, it is possible to improve the break workability of the inner flap along the fourth break line.
In the packaging box of the present invention, the upper side portion of the packaging box is removed by breaking the first side plate, the outer flap, and the second side plate along each breaking line. Can be improved. Further, when the outer flap breaks, the outer flap is bent along the outer flap folding curve, so that the workability of breaking along the second breaking line can be improved.

The cutting line is provided in such a posture that the bifurcated branch is positioned on the operation unit 30 side.
The second break line 40 is provided on the outer flap 22. The second break line 40 extends from the folding line 24 toward the tip of the outer flap 22 so as to be continuous with the first break line 35. The second break line 40 is formed so as to bend or incline toward the side plate 15A. The curvature or inclination angle of the second break line 40 is set to a size that passes through the front end side of the outer flap 22 in the hot melt 70. The 2nd fracture | rupture line 40 is comprised by the linear 1st cutting line and the Y-shaped 2nd cutting line. The second cutting line is provided in such a posture that the bifurcated branch is located on the top plate 14 side.
The end of the first break line 35 and the end of the second break line 40 may be positioned at the same point on the folding line 24, or may be positioned at a predetermined interval. That is, the second break line 40 provided so as to be continuous with the first break line 35 means that the outer flap 22 is formed along the second break line 40 following the break of the top plate 14 along the first break line 35. It means a form that can be broken, and the first break line 35 and the second break line 40 may be strictly continuous or may be substantially continuous.
The third break line 45 is provided on each of the side plates 15A and 15B. The 2nd fracture | rupture part 47 is comprised by the several linear cutting line formed at predetermined intervals in the Y direction. The end in the Y direction of the second breakage portion 47 is disposed at a distance from the inner end in the Y direction of the pair of first breakage portions 46, 46. The 2nd fracture | rupture part 47 of this embodiment is comprised by 2 types of linear cutting lines from which the full length of a Y direction differs.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fourth break line 50 is provided on each of the four inner flaps 23. The fourth break line 50 extends in the X direction from the tip of the inner flap 23 to the folding line 25 so as to be continuous with the third break line 45. The end of the third break line 45 and the end of the fourth break line 50 may be positioned at the same point on the folding line 25, or may be positioned at a predetermined interval. That is, the fourth break line 50 provided so as to be continuous with the third break line 45 is the side plates 15A and 15B along the third break line 45 following the break of the inner flap 23 along the fourth break line 50. The third break line 45 and the fourth break line 50 may be strictly continuous or may be substantially continuous. The 4th broken line 50 of this embodiment is comprised by the 1st fracture | rupture part 51 and the 2nd fracture | rupture part 52, and is formed in the substantially V shape as a whole.
The first fracture portion 51 is composed of a first cutting line and a second cutting line that are inclined downward from the inner side (front end) in the X direction of the inner flap 23 toward the outer side (base end). The first cutting line is linear and extends in the X direction from the center in the Z direction at the tip of the inner flap 23. The second cutting line has a curved shape curved downward, and three lines are provided at predetermined intervals.
The second break portion 52 includes a first cut line and a second cut line that are inclined upward from the outer end in the X direction of the first break portion 51 toward the intersection of the second break portion 47 and the folding line 25. It is configured. The first cutting line is straight and extends in the X direction from the outer end of the first breakage portion 51 in the X direction. The second cutting line has a curved shape curved downward, and is provided between the first fracture portion 51 and the folding line 25.
When opening the packaging box 10, first, the inside of the operation unit 30 surrounded by the folding line 31, the first breaking part 32, and the second breaking part 33 shown in FIG. 1 is pushed from the outside. Thereby, the top plate 14 is broken along the first breakage portion 32 and the second breakage portion 33, and the operation portion 30 is opened.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, a hand is inserted into the packaging box 10 from the opening of the operation unit 30, and the side where the second break line 40 of the outer flap 22 extends, that is, the side plate 15 </ b> A side of the top plate 14 is gripped. Pull up. Thereby, the top plate 14 is broken along the first break line 35.
After the top plate 14 is completely broken, the pair of outer flaps 22 and 22 are broken along the second break line 40 by continuously performing the opening operation that holds the operation unit 30. Further, the inner flaps 23, 23 attached to the outer flaps 22, 22 are broken along the fourth break lines 50, 50. Further, the side plate 15 </ b> A is broken along the first break portion 46 of the third break line 45, and the side plate 15 </ b> A is valley-folded along the second break portion 47.
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the side plate 15B side of the top plate 14 is gripped and pulled up. As a result, the inner flaps 23, 23 continuing to the side plate 15 </ b> B are broken along the fourth break lines 50, 50. Further, the side plate 15B is broken along the first broken portion 46 of the third broken line 45, and the side plate 15B is valley-folded along the second broken portion 47.
This allows the packaging box 10 to be in a first opened state where it is opened on both the left and right sides. In the first opened state, the top plate 14 side can be opened and closed with the second broken portion 47 of the third broken line 45 as a hinge. Therefore, when only a part of the articles in the packaging box 10 is taken out and the remaining articles are not taken out from the packaging box 10, it can be resealed, which is preferable.
By breaking the side plates 15A and 15B along the second breaking portion 47 of the third breaking line 45 from the first opened state shown in FIG. 6, the top plate 14 side is separated as shown in FIG. Can be in the second opened state. In the second opened state, a part of the side plates 15A, 15B above the third break line 45 including the top plate 14 is part of the remaining side plates 15A, 15B below the third break line 45 including the bottom plate 13. Separated from. That is, by removing the upper portion, the packaging box 10 can be made into a tray shape, so that the workability of taking out articles stored in the packaging box 10 can be improved.
As shown in FIG. 8, the packaging box 10 is brought into the third opened state by removing only the side plate 15 </ b> A side including a part of the top plate 14 without removing the side plate 15 </ b> B side including a part of the top plate 14. You can also. In the third opened state, a part of the top plate 14 on the side plate 15B side remains, so that another packaging box 10 can be stacked thereon. Therefore, it is suitable when selling at a store or the like.
(Packing box opening assist structure)
In order to break the packaging box 10 along the breaking lines 40 and 45, a large operating force is required. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the packaging box 10 has an outer flap folding curve 60 and a side plate folding curve (second side folding curve) 65 in order to improve the breaking workability along the breaking lines 40 and 45. Is provided.
The outer flap folding line 60 is provided on the outer flap 22. The outer flap folding line 60 concentrates the opening operation force on the second breaking line 40 by folding the outer flap 22 when the outer flap 22 breaks along the second breaking line 40. The outer flap folding line 60 is formed of a general ruled line, and extends from the folding line 24 in an inclined manner toward the tip of the outer flap 22.
Specifically, the outer flap fold curve 60 extends from the intersection of the fold curve 24 and the fold curve 25 toward the tip of the second break line 40. The inclination angle of the outer flap folding line 60 is set to a size that passes between the hot melt 70 and the folding line 24 without intersecting the hot melt 70. One end of the outer flap folding line 60 located on the folding line 24 side and the intersection of the folding line 24 and the folding line 25 are located at a predetermined interval. The other end of the outer flap folding line 60 located on the front end side of the outer flap 22 and the front end of the second break line 40 are located at a predetermined interval.
As described above, when the outer flap 22 is subsequently broken along the second breaking line 40 after the top plate 14 is broken, the direction of the opening operation is on the same ZX plane as the direction in which the outer flap 22 extends. That is, when the outer flap folding line 60 is not provided, the outer flap 22 is torn along the second breaking line 40, so that the breaking operation is difficult.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, when the outer flap 22 breaks along the second break line 40, the outer flap 22 folds along the outer flap folding curve 60. Therefore, since a shearing force acts on the outer flap 22 along the second break line 40, the workability of the outer flap 22 along the second break line 40 can be improved.
Further, the outer flap folding curve 60 also has a function of promoting the breaking of the inner flap 23 along the fourth breaking line 50. Specifically, when the outer flap 22 is bent along the outer flap folding curve 60, the operating force is transmitted to the inner flap 23 via the hot melt 70, and the inner flap 23 is pulled upward in the Z direction. Thereby, since a pulling force acts on the fourth break line 50, the break workability of the inner flap 23 along the fourth break line 50 can be improved.
Side plate folding curves 65 are provided on both sides of the side plates 15A and 15B, respectively. The side plate folding curve 65 concentrates the opening operation force on the third breaking line 45 by bending the side plates 15A and 15B when the side plates 15A and 15B break along the third breaking line 45. The side plate folding curve 65 consists of a general ruled line, and it inclines and extends from the 3rd broken line 45 toward the folding curve 17 of the boundary of the top plate 14 and side plate 15A, 15B.
Specifically, the pair of side plate folding curves 65 are inclined toward the folding curve 17 from the center in the Y direction of the first fracture portion 46 of the third fracture line 45 in a direction approaching gradually. One end of the side plate folding curve 65 located on the first breakage portion 46 side is located at a predetermined interval with respect to the first breakage portion 46. The other end of the side plate folding curve 65 located on the folding curve 17 side is located at a predetermined interval with respect to the folding curve 17.
As described above, when the side plates 15A and 15B are subsequently broken along the third fracture line 45 after the inner flap 23 is broken, the opening operation is performed by using the third fracture line 45 as a fulcrum for the upper portion of the side plates 15A and 15B. It becomes the direction to rotate as. That is, when the side plate folding curve 65 is not provided, the force due to the opening operation hardly acts on the front liner 2 of the side plates 15A and 15B, so that the breaking operation is difficult.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, when the side plates 15A and 15B are broken along the third break line 45, the side plates 15A and 15B are bent along the side plate folding curve 65. Therefore, since a shearing force outward in the X direction acts on the front liner 2 of the side plates 15A and 15B, the workability of the side plates 15A and 15B along the third break line 45 can be improved.
As described above, in the packaging box 10 of the present embodiment, when the outer flap 22 is broken along the second breaking line 40, the outer flap 22 is bent along the outer flap folding curve 60. Can be concentrated on the second breaking line 40. At this time, the operating force of the outer flap 22 can be transmitted to the inner flap 23 via the hot melt 70, and the operating force for breaking can be concentrated on the fourth breaking line 50. Further, when the side plates 15A and 15B are broken along the third breaking line 45, the side plates 15A and 15B are bent along the side plate folding curve 65, so that the operating force for breaking is changed to the third breaking line 45. Can concentrate. Therefore, the opening workability | operativity of the packaging box 10 can be improved.

(Modification of the fourth break line)
As a typical form of the folding line 31 formed on the inner flap 23, the first embodiment of FIG. The fourth break line 50 is formed in a V shape so as to continue from the tip of the inner flap 23 to the third break line 45. The same configuration as the third break line 45 is used in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 17 and the modifications shown in FIGS. 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 30, and 33.
In the second embodiment of FIG. 11, the fourth break line 50 is formed in a straight line shape. The configuration similar to the fourth breaking line 50 of the second embodiment is the same as that of the third embodiment of FIG. 14, the fifth embodiment of FIG. 21, and the modifications of FIGS. 23, 25, 28, 31, and 32. Used in examples. Also, the second embodiment of FIG. 11, the third embodiment of FIG. 14, the fifth embodiment of FIG. 21, and the modifications of FIGS. 22 to 24, 26, 28, 29, 31, and 32. Then, a notch 53 is provided at the tip of the inner flap 23.
Thus, the shape and inclination angle of the fourth break line 50 may be changed as necessary. Further, the inner flap 23 may be easily broken along the fourth breaking line 50 by the notch 53.
(Adding a top plate folding curve)
The top plate 14 may also be provided with a top plate folding curve 55 that promotes breakage of the top plate 14 along the first break line 35. An example of the top plate folding curve 55 is shown in FIG. The top plate folding curve 55 concentrates the opening operation force on the first breaking line 35 by bending the top plate 14 when the top plate 14 breaks along the first breaking line 35. The top plate folding curve 55 is provided on both sides of the first breaking line 35. Each top plate folding curve 55 includes a pair of first bent portions 55a and 55a extending from the first breaking line 35 toward the side plates 15A and 15B. A pair of 1st bending part 55a consists of a general ruled line, and inclines in the direction which leaves | separates gradually toward the side walls 15A and 15B from the operation part 30. As shown in FIG.
One end of the first bent portion 55a located on the operation unit 30 side is located at a predetermined interval from the operation unit 30. A folding line 55c made of a general ruled line is constructed at one end of the pair of first bent portions 55a. The other end of the first bent portion 55 a located on the folding line 17 side is located at a predetermined interval from the folding line 17.
When the top plate 14 on the side plate 15A side is gripped through the operation unit 30 and the top plate 14 is pulled up, the first bent portion 55a and the folding line 55c are broken. Thereby, since the operating force can be applied to the first break line 35 with the top plate folding curve 55 as a fulcrum, labor for breaking the top plate 14 along the first break line 35 can be saved. Therefore, the workability of breaking the top plate 14 can be improved.
Further, the top plate folding curve 55 may be as shown in a modification shown in FIG. The top plate folding curve 55 of this modification is provided on both sides with the first break line 35 in between. Each top plate folding curve 55 includes a pair of second bent portions 55b made of reverse ruled lines. The pair of second bent portions 55b are inclined toward the side plates 15A and 15B from both ends of the first break line 35 so as to gradually approach each other. One end of the second bent portion 55b located on the first break line 35 side is located at a predetermined interval from the intersection of the first break line 35 and the folding line 24. The other end of the second bent portion 55b located on the folding line 17 side is located at a predetermined interval from the folding line 17.
Both the first bent portion 55a shown in FIG. 28 and the second bent portion 55b shown in FIG. The first bent portion 55 a is not limited to the configuration inclined outward from the operation unit 30, and may be provided in parallel along the folding line 25. Further, the inclination angle of the second bent portion 55b can be changed as necessary. Further, the top plate folding curve 55 may be provided on only one of the pair of side plates 15A and 15B in the first breaking line 35.
(Variation of notch)
A typical form of the notch 72 formed in the inner flap 23 is the fifth embodiment of FIG. The cutout 72 includes a first side 72 a extending along the outer flap folding curve 60 and a second side 72 b extending from the upper end of the first side 72 a toward the upper end of the inner flap 23. A configuration similar to this notch 72 is used in the modified examples of FIGS. 22, 28, 30, and 32. The cutout 72 may be configured only by the first side 72a.
(Inner flap fold curve added)
Instead of the cutout 72, the inner flap 23 may be provided with an inner flap folding curve 85 that extends along the outer flap folding curve 60 and bends the inner flap 23. An example of the inner flap folding curve 85 is shown in the modified examples of FIGS.
The inner flap fold curve 85 is provided for promoting breakage of the outer flap 22 along the second break line 40 and for promoting breakage of the inner flap 23 along the third break line 45. The inner flap fold curve 85 is a general ruled line, and is provided from the intersection of the fold curves 17 and 25 to the tip of the inner flap 23. The inclination angle of the inner flap folding curve 85 is the same as the inclination angle of the outer flap folding curve 60 located outside in the assembled state.
After breaking the top plate 14 along the first break line 35, the outer flap 22 is broken along the second break line 40 and the inner flap 23 is broken along the fourth break line 50. The outer flap 22 bends along the curve 60, and the inner flap 23 bends along the inner flap fold curve 85. Therefore, bending of the outer flap 22 along the outer flap folding curve 60 can be promoted. Therefore, the breaking workability of the outer flap 22 can be effectively improved, and the breaking workability of the inner flap 23 can be effectively improved by the bending of the inner flap 23.
As described above, the shapes of the first break line 35, the second break line 40, the third break line 45, and the fourth break line 50 can be changed as necessary. Further, the shape of the cutting line constituting each of the breaking lines 35 to 50 can be changed as necessary. Moreover, the shape and inclination angle of the top plate folding curve 55, the outer flap folding curve 60, the side plate folding curve 65, and the notch 72 or the inner flap folding curve 85 can be changed as necessary.
And the packaging box 10 has the 1st broken line 35, the 2nd broken line 40, the 3rd broken line 45, the 4th broken line 50, the top plate folding curve 55 and the outer flap folding curve 60 besides the form shown in each figure. The side plate folding curve 65 and the notch 72 or the inner flap folding curve 85 can be combined as necessary.
34, the inner flap 23 may be provided with a horizontal J-shaped cutting line 82 in place of the fourth breaking line 50. In this way, when a load is applied to the packaging box 10 from above, when the tip portion of the upper outer flap 22 overlaps the tip portion of the lower outer flap 21, the cutting line 82 The cutting edge of the inner flap 23 can overlap. Therefore, when the packaging boxes 10 are stacked, the lower packaging box 10 can be prevented from buckling due to the load of the upper packaging box 10.
The packaging box is not limited to a wraparound case, and may be a general-purpose packaging box having open ends at the top and bottom of the outer peripheral wall, and closing the open ends with flaps. The material of the packaging box 10 is not limited to a paper cardboard sheet, and may be a resin cardboard sheet.
