具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例中所提供的活动信息推送方法可以应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。其中,服务器102通过网络与多个客户终端104进行连接。服务器102通过网络与管理终端106进行连接。活动组织方通过管理终端106向服务器上传计划组织的活动。对于预设时间段内将要组织的活动,服务器102获取相应的活动信息,活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题。服务器根据活动地址查询举行活动的区域。服务器102获取该区域内的保单数据,保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件等。服务器102对该区域内的多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,筛选出该区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识。服务器102将筛选出的客户标识记录为邀 请对象,将活动信息发送至多个邀请对象的客户终端104。由于邀请对象的感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配,因此将活动信息推送给邀请对象,能够有效提高活动邀请的成功率。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种活动信息推送方法,以该方法应用于服务器为例进行说明,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤202,获取活动信息,活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题。
步骤204,查询活动地址对应的区域,获取区域内的保单数据,保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件。
对于预设时间段内将要组织的活动,活动组织方通过管理终端上的应用程序将相应的活动信息上传给服务器。预设时间段可以是一个月,也可以是半个月等。预设时间段内将要组织的活动可以是一项也可以是多项。活动信息包括活动地址、活动主题和活动时间等。活动主题中包括了活动信息的关键字,例如,健康或车辆等。
服务器根据活动地址查询举行活动的区域。区域可以是行政区域层级下的预设级别的行政区域,例如街道、社区和村等。服务器在数据库中获取保单数据,根据保单数据获取客户地址,识别客户地址落入的区域。对于落入活动地址对应的区域内的客户地址,服务器将该客户地址对应的保单数据标记为该区域内的保单数据,由此可以获取到一个活动地址对应的区域内所有的保单数据。保单数据除了客户地址之外,还包括保单标识、险种、客户年龄、客户性别、客户感兴趣事件。感兴趣事件可以包括教育、意外、灾害、疾病、健康、贷款以及车辆等。
步骤206,对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,得到区域内的客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识。
步骤208,将活动信息发送至多个客户标识对应的客户终端。
服务器对该区域内的多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析。具体的,服务器可以提取客户感兴趣事件的关键字进行聚类分析。聚类分析可以采用K-means聚类算法等。通过对客户感兴趣事件的关键字进行聚 类分析,得到该区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识。由此可以在本区域内众多客户中筛选出对本次活动感兴趣的多个客户。服务器在筛选出客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的客户标识之后,将活动信息分别发送至多个客户标识对应的客户终端。由于筛选出的客户对本次活动是感兴趣的,而且是活动举办区域内的客户,因此将其视为活动邀请对象可以有效提高邀请成功率。
本实施例中,根据活动信息中的活动地址来查询举办活动的区域,继而获取该区域内的保单数据。通过对保单数据中的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,可以得到该区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识。由此在一个区域内众多客户中能够精准的筛选出活动的邀请对象。由于邀请对象的感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配,因此将活动信息推送给邀请对象,能够有效提高活动邀请的成功率。
进一步的,为了便于客户能及时查看活动信息,客户终端接收到服务器推送的活动消息后在界面上进行展示。在其中一个实施例中,客户终端在安装完应用程序之后,通过应用程序向服务器发送注册请求,注册请求中携带了客户标识、客户终端标识和应用程序标识。服务器接收到注册请求后,将客户标识、客户终端标识和应用程序标识对应存储在客户信息表中。当服务器筛选出邀请对象时,服务器根据邀请对象在客户信息表中读取客户终端标识和应用程序标识,根据客户终端标识和应用程序标识将活动消息推送至客户终端。客户终端在接收到活动消息之后,当应用程序的界面打开之后,在界面上展示该活动信息。由此可以使得客户能及时了解活动消息。
应该理解的是,虽然图2的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是 可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
在一个实施例中,在对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析的步骤之后,还包括:将区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的客户标识记录为邀请对象;对邀请对象进行统计,得到邀请对象数量;判断邀请对象数量是否小于预期参与人数;若是,则生成提示信息。
为了达到举办活动的目的,每场活动都会有相应的预期参与人数。服务器对本区域内的客户进行大数据分析之后,会得到该区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的客户标识。服务器将客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的客户标识记录为邀请对象,并且对邀请对象进行统计,得到邀请对象数量。由于邀请对象中还可能会存在部分拒绝参加活动的客户,当邀请对象数量小于预期参与人数时,假设活动如期举行,但是由于实际参与人数较少,也很难达到活动的预期目的。因此,当服务器判定邀请对象数量小于预期参与人数时,会生成提示信息。以便活动组织方能够及时对活动进行调整。
进一步的,当活动地址对应的区域内的邀请对象数量小于预期参与人数时,服务器还可以计算与该区域相邻的多个区域内的邀请对象数量。若某个相邻区域中的邀请对象数量大于预期参与人数,服务器可以生成提示信息。例如,提示信息可以是建议更改活动地址到某区域等,以便活动组织方能及时对活动进行调整,避免活动失败的情形。
在一个实施例中,获取区域内的保单数据的步骤包括:获取活动地址对应的区域在电子地图中的区域边界;获取数据库中的保单数据,保单数据包括客户地址;将客户地址转换为地理坐标,根据区域边界和地理坐标识别落入区域内的客户地址;将落入区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为区域内的保单数据。
本实施例中,为了确保能够提取到活动地址对应的区域内所有的保单数据,可以借助于电子地图来提取保单数据。电子地图可以是第三方提供的电子地图,例如,百度地图等。服务器获取该区域在电子地图中的区域边界。 区域边界包括多个地理坐标。地理坐标可以包括经度和纬度。数据库中存储了区域边界的多个地理坐标。数据库中可以存储多个区域边界的地理坐标。
服务器在数据库中获取保单数据,保单数据中包括客户地址。服务器根据客户地址中的文字描述将客户地址转换为电子地图中的地理坐标。服务器可以利用闭合的区域边界作为单独的对象,建立地理位置索引。服务器利用地理位置索引检索客户地址所落入的区域,得到客户地址与区域的对应关系。服务器利用该对应关系,识别出落入活动地址对应的区域内所有的客户地址。服务器将落入该区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为该区域内的保单数据。由此可以快速准确的提取到该区域内所有的保单数据。由于保单数据时根据区域边界来提取的,因此能够有效避免区域内的保单数据被遗漏的情形。
在一个实施例中,该方法还包括:根据客户地址对应的地理坐标查询预设范围内的生活服务信息;根据客户感兴趣事件对生活服务信息进行筛选;将筛选后的生活服务信息推送至客户终端。
服务器除了向客户推送活动消息之外,还可以向客户推送生活服务信息,例如,商场优惠信息和餐厅折扣信息等。服务器可以利用网络爬虫技术在多个论坛中提取生活服务信息,对提取到的生活服务信息进行聚类分析。例如,服务器可以按照生活服务信息的类型进行聚类分析。服务器将客户地址的文字描述转换为电子地图中的地理坐标,识别出客户地址对应的多项生活服务信息。服务器还可以利用客户感兴趣事件对聚类后的生活服务信息进行筛选,将筛选后的生活服务信息推送至客户终端。由此能够为客户提供更精准的生活服务信息。
活动信息和生活服务信息可以统称为服务信息。面对海量的服务信息,为了有效避免发送延迟的问题,服务器可以采用服务器集群,数据库可以采用数据库集群,数据库集群包括多个数据库。服务器可以为不同的应用程序配置不同的数据。服务器还可以根据应用程序使用者的分布情况,对不同地区配置不同的数据库。客户终端发送的注册信息以及需要推送给客户终端的服务信息可以按照应用程序标识分别存储在不同的数据库中。服务器集群获 取不同数据库中的服务信息分别发送至多个客户终端。
进一步的,服务器集群还可以对服务信息进行批量发送。服务器集群获取多个客户标识、客户终端标识和应用程序标识,服务器集群按照客户标识的数量对服务信息进行复制,将复制后的服务信息根据客户终端标识和应用程序标识批量推送至客户终端。由此能够有效提高服务信息的推送效率。
在一个实施例中,在将活动信息发送至多个客户标识对应的客户终端的步骤之后,还包括:在客户参加活动后,接收客户终端上传的客户运动数据;若存在与客户运动数据对应的预设规则,则根据预设规则获取保费折扣,根据保费折扣计算客户标识对应的保费。
本实施例中,服务器向客户终端推送活动消息之后,客户终端可以根据活动消息向服务器上传报名信息。客户参加活动后,可以根据活动内容进行运动,客户终端通过运行的应用程序采集客户运动数据,并且将客户运动数据上传至服务器。服务器根据客户标识获取客户已投保的保单险种。若客户已投保的保单险种包括与健康、疾病或死亡等相关的保险类型,则服务器将接收到的客户运动数据与预先存储的多项预设规则进行比对。如果存在与客户运动数据项对应的预设规则,则服务器根据该预设规则获取对应的保费折扣。服务器根据保费折扣计算客户标识对应的下一期保费。由于客户运动越多,身体会越健康,上述保险类型的保单发生理赔的几率就会下降,从而可以有效降低保险公司的理赔风险。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,提供了一种活动信息推送***,包括:服务器302和客户终端304,其中:
服务器302,用于获取活动信息,活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题;查询活动地址对应的区域名称,获取区域名称对应的保单数据,保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件;对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,得到区域内的客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识;将活动信息发送至多个客户标识对应的客户终端。
客户终端304,用于接收活动信息,根据活动信息向服务器上传报名信息。
在一个实施例中,服务器302还用于获取活动地址对应的区域在电子地图中的区域边界;获取数据库中的保单数据,保单数据包括客户地址;将客户地址转换为地理坐标,根据区域边界和地理坐标识别落入区域内的客户地址;将落入区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为区域内的保单数据。
在一个实施例中,服务器302还用于根据客户地址对应的地理坐标查询预设范围内的生活服务信息;根据客户感兴趣事件对生活服务信息进行筛选;将筛选后的生活服务信息推送至客户终端304。
在一个实施例中,客户终端304还用于通过应用程序向服务器302发送注册请求;注册请求中携带了客户终端标识和应用程序标识;服务器302还用于根据客户终端标识和应用程序标识将活动信息推送至多个客户标识对应的客户终端304。
在一个实施例中,客户终端304还用于在客户参加活动之后采集客户运动数据,将客户运动数据上传至服务器302;服务器302还用于获取多项预设规则,若存在与客户运动数据对应的预设规则,则根据预设规则获取保费折扣,根据保费折扣计算客户标识对应的保费。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种服务器,如图4所示,该服务器包括通过***总线连接的处理器、存储器、存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令以及网络接口等。其中,处理器用于提供计算和控制能力。该服务器的存储器包括非易失性存储介质、内存储器。该非易失性存储介质存储有操作***、计算机可读指令和数据库。该内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作***和计算机可读指令的运行提供环境。非易失性存储介质可以是非易失性计算机可读存储介质。处理器执行计算机可读指令时实现一种活动信息推送方法。网络接口用于据以与客户终端通过网络连接通信。该服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。本领域技术人员可以理解,图4中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构 的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的服务器的限定,具体的服务器可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种服务器,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行上述各个方法实施例中的步骤。

  1. 一种活动信息推送方法,包括:
    获取活动信息,所述活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题;
    查询所述活动地址对应的区域,获取所述区域内的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件;
    对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,得到所述区域内的客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识;及
    将所述活动信息发送至所述多个客户标识对应的客户终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述区域内的保单数据包括:
    获取所述活动地址对应的区域在电子地图中的区域边界;
    获取数据库中的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户地址;
    将所述客户地址转换为地理坐标,根据所述区域边界和地理坐标识别落入所述区域内的客户地址;及
    将落入所述区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为所述区域内的保单数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述客户地址对应的地理坐标查询预设范围内的生活服务信息;
    根据所述客户感兴趣事件对所述生活服务信息进行筛选;及
    将筛选后的生活服务信息推送至客户终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的客户标识记录为邀请对象;
    对所述邀请对象进行统计,得到邀请对象数量;
    当所述邀请对象数量是否小于预期参与人数时,生成提示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述活动信息发 送至所述多个客户标识对应的客户终端之后,所述方法还包括:
    在客户参加活动后,接收客户终端上传的客户运动数据;及

  6. 一种活动信息推送***,包括:
    服务器,用于获取活动信息,所述活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题;查询所述活动地址对应的区域名称,获取所述区域名称对应的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件;对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,得到所述区域内的客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识;将所述活动信息发送至所述多个客户标识对应的客户终端;及
    客户终端,用于接收所述活动信息,根据所述活动信息向所述服务器上传报名信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的***,其特征在于,所述服务器还用于获取所述区域名称在电子地图中的区域边界;获取数据库中的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户地址;将所述客户地址转换为地理坐标,根据所述区域边界和地理坐标识别落入所述区域内的客户地址;及将落入所述区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为所述区域内的保单数据。

  11. 一种服务器,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取活动信息,所述活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题;
    查询所述活动地址对应的区域,获取所述区域内的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件;
    对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,得到所述区域内的客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识;及
    将所述活动信息发送至所述多个客户标识对应的客户终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
    获取所述活动地址对应的区域在电子地图中的区域边界;
    获取数据库中的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户地址;
    将所述客户地址转换为地理坐标,根据所述区域边界和地理坐标识别落入所述区域内的客户地址;及
    将落入所述区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为所述区域内的保单数据。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
    根据所述客户地址对应的地理坐标查询预设范围内的生活服务信息;
    根据所述客户感兴趣事件对所述生活服务信息进行筛选;及
    将筛选后的生活服务信息推送至客户终端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令 被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
    将所述区域内客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的客户标识记录为邀请对象;
    对所述邀请对象进行统计,得到邀请对象数量;
    当所述邀请对象数量是否小于预期参与人数时,生成提示信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:

  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取活动信息,所述活动信息包括活动地址和活动主题;
    查询所述活动地址对应的区域,获取所述区域内的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户标识和客户感兴趣事件;
    对多个客户标识对应的客户感兴趣事件进行大数据分析,得到所述区域内的客户感兴趣事件与活动主题相匹配的多个客户标识;及
    将所述活动信息发送至所述多个客户标识对应的客户终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
    获取所述活动地址对应的区域在电子地图中的区域边界;
    获取数据库中的保单数据,所述保单数据包括客户地址;
    将所述客户地址转换为地理坐标,根据所述区域边界和地理坐标识别落入所述区域内的客户地址;及
    将落入所述区域内的客户地址对应的保单数据标记为所述区域内的保单数据。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器还执行以下步骤:
