Description

一种定子绕线机出线固定装置及其方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电机定子绕线机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种定子绕线机出线固定装置及其方法。
背景技术
定子绕线机在对电机定子缠绕漆包线过程中,经常需要停顿,然而停顿时导线轮会因惯性继续转动,带动漆包线出线;目前大都采用夹持装置对漆包线进行夹持固定,易损伤漆包线且自动化程度低。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种定子绕线机出线固定装置;
还提供了一种定子绕线机出线固定方法。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种定子绕线机出线固定装置,包括安装板;其中,所述安装板上设置有纵向的第一支杆和第二支杆;所述第一支杆上端转动连接有第一过线轮;所述第二支杆上转动连接有第二过线轮;所述安装板上倾斜设置有气缸,所述气缸活动端设置有与所述第一过线轮轮槽配合的硅胶转盘;绕线时,漆包线由下而上搭设在所述第二过线轮上,再由上而下搭设在所述第一过线轮上;所述安装板上设置有控制所述气缸通断电的控制开关;所述控制开关包括位于安装板上所述第二过线轮进线一侧的两金属支杆;两个所述金属支杆,其一上端通过金属扭力弹簧连接有金属弹片,另一上端设置有与所述金属弹片对应的凹槽;所述漆包线位于所述金属弹片正上方。
本发明所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其中,所述金属弹片呈弧形,且弧形开口朝上。
本发明所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其中,所述安装板上设置有第三支杆,所述第三支杆上端设置有导线环。
本发明所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其中,所述第二支杆上位于所述第二过线轮下方设置有由所述第二过线轮带动的从动轮。
本发明所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其中,所述硅胶转盘与所述气缸活动端转动连接设置;所述气缸活动端还设置有对所述硅胶转盘刹车的刹车片。
一种定子绕线机出线固定方法,根据上述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其实现方法如下,正常绕线时,所述漆包线受力绷紧,停止时,所述漆包线下落使得所述金属弹片下行,两个所述金属支杆之间导通,进而所述气缸活动端伸出,带动所述硅胶转盘抵紧所述第一过线轮轮槽,防止所述第一过线轮因惯性继续转动。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:正常绕线时,漆包线受力绷紧,停止时,漆包线下落使得金属弹片下行,两个金属支杆之间导通,进而气缸活动端伸出,带动硅胶转盘抵紧第一过线轮轮槽,防止第一过线轮因惯性继续转动出线,避免了损伤漆包线,自动化程度高;整体结构简单,成本低。

为了使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明较佳实施例的定子绕线机出线固定装置如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括安装板1,安装板1上设置有纵向的第一支杆10和第二支杆11;第一支杆10上端转动连接有第一过线轮100;第二支杆11上转动连接有第二过线轮110;安装板1上倾斜设置有气缸12,气缸12活动端设置有与第一过线轮100轮槽配合的硅胶转盘120;绕线时,漆包线2由下而上搭设在第二过线轮110上,再由上而下搭设在第一过线轮100上;安装板1上设置有控制气缸12通断电的控制开关13;控制开关13包括位于安装板1上第二过线轮110进线一侧的两金属支杆130;两个金属支杆130,其一上端通过金属扭力弹簧131连接有金属弹片132,另一上端设置有与金属弹片132对应的凹槽(图中未显示);漆包线2位于金属弹片132正上方;正常绕线时,漆包线2受力绷紧,停止时,漆包线2下落使得金属弹片132下行,两个金属支杆130之间导通,进而气缸12活动端伸出,带动硅胶转盘120抵紧第一过线轮100轮槽,防止第一过线轮100因惯性继续转动出线,避免了损伤漆包线2,自动化程度高;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1和图2所示,金属弹片132呈弧形,且弧形开口朝上,保障漆包线2下落时能快速准确的落在金属弹片132上。
如图1和图2所示,安装板1上设置有第三支杆14,第三支杆14上端设置有导线环140,在绕线停止时增加一个支撑点,避免漆包线2与其他部件接触受污染。
如图1所示,第二支杆11上位于第二过线轮110下方设置有由第二过线轮110带动的从动轮111;漆包线2在停止绕线后下落搭设在从动轮111上,恢复绕线时能快速搭设在第二过线轮110上,避免了额外的手动搭线操作,提高整体运行效率。
如图1所示,硅胶转盘120与气缸12活动端转动连接设置;气缸12活动端还设置有对硅胶转盘120刹车的刹车片121;停止时,第一过线轮与硅胶转盘之间可转动卸力,同时通过刹车片对第一过线轮进行刹车,即使第一过线轮运转速度较快时也能进行快速制动,同时保护了设备。
一种定子绕线机出线固定方法,根据上述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,如图1所示,其实现方法如下,正常绕线时,漆包线受力绷紧,停止时,漆包线下落使得金属弹片下行,两个金属支杆之间导通,进而气缸活动端伸出,带动硅胶转盘抵紧第一过线轮轮槽,防止第一过线轮因惯性继续转动。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种定子绕线机出线固定装置,包括安装板;其特征在于,所述安装板上设置有纵向的第一支杆和第二支杆;所述第一支杆上端转动连接有第一过线轮;所述第二支杆上转动连接有第二过线轮;所述安装板上倾斜设置有气缸,所述气缸活动端设置有与所述第一过线轮轮槽配合的硅胶转盘;绕线时,漆包线由下而上搭设在所述第二过线轮上,再由上而下搭设在所述第一过线轮上;所述安装板上设置有控制所述气缸通断电的控制开关;所述控制开关包括位于安装板上所述第二过线轮进线一侧的两金属支杆;两个所述金属支杆,其一上端通过金属扭力弹簧连接有金属弹片,另一上端设置有与所述金属弹片对应的凹槽;所述漆包线位于所述金属弹片正上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其特征在于,所述金属弹片呈弧形,且弧形开口朝上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其特征在于,所述安装板上设置有第三支杆,所述第三支杆上端设置有导线环。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二支杆上位于所述第二过线轮下方设置有由所述第二过线轮带动的从动轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其特征在于,所述硅胶转盘与所述气缸活动端转动连接设置;所述气缸活动端还设置有对所述硅胶转盘刹车的刹车片。
  6. 一种定子绕线机出线固定方法,根据权利要求1-5任一所述的定子绕线机出线固定装置,其特征在于,实现方法如下,正常绕线时,所述漆包线受力绷紧,停止时,所述漆包线下落使得所述金属弹片下行,两个所述金属支杆之间导通,进而所述气缸活动端伸出,带动所述硅胶转盘抵紧所述第一过线轮轮槽,防止所述第一过线轮因惯性继续转动。
