自动分切机 技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶以及孰料条的切割设备技术领域,特别是涉及自动分切机。
背景技术
橡胶分为天然橡胶和合成橡胶。天然橡胶主要来源于三叶橡胶树,当这种橡胶树的表皮被割开时,就会流出乳白色的汁液,称为胶乳,胶乳经凝聚、洗涤、成型、干燥即得天然橡胶。合成橡胶是由人工合成方法而制得的,采用不同的原料可以合成出不同种类的橡胶。橡胶制品(rubber product)指以天然及合成橡胶为原料生产各种橡胶制品的活动,还包括利用废橡胶再生产的橡胶制品。橡胶行业是国民经济的重要基础产业之一。它不仅为人们提供日常生活不可或缺的日用、医用等轻工橡胶产品,而且向采掘、交通、建筑、机械、电子等重工业和新兴产业提供各种橡胶制生产设备或橡胶部件。可见,橡胶行业的产品种类繁多,后向产业十分广阔。目前的橡胶制品在生产过程中要对橡胶原料进行切条,在切条中要使用到橡胶切条机,现有的橡胶切条机切料不均,结构复杂,使用不方便。
胶条产品需要带胶带生产,在胶带行业,因使用情况不同,需要每卷胶带的宽度也不一样,所以需要用到胶带分切装置,胶带有纸质离型纸胶带和塑料离型纸胶带,一般情况下,滚切机对纸质离型纸胶带有良好的分切效果,但是对塑料离型纸胶带不能完全分切,往往会造成后续成卷工序的卷与卷之间黏连,这样就需要人工检验产品,当出现分切不完全时需要手动修补,严重影响产品的一致性和产品的生产效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种将分条机和切条机科学地整合在一体,将两道工序一次完成,生产效率高,自动化程度高,并且可以仍可以实现单独分条或单独切条单工序操作。,同时保证切割得到的橡胶条和塑料条具有较为均匀的切口和精确的尺寸,提高橡胶以及孰料制品分条或切条之后的质量。

分条机构,包括分条切刀梁、切刀轴、若干把并列的圆盘分条刀和传动机构,切刀轴两端穿过分条切刀梁并且固定在立柱上,分条切刀梁通过分条调高动力源带动其沿两根立柱在竖直方向可调整,切刀轴通过传动机构连接在PLC控制装置;
每一个把圆盘分条刀包括一个圆柱切刀和一个调整支架,其中每一个调整支架的一端通过支撑杆连接在两根立柱上,另一端连接圆盘分条刀,并且若干圆盘分条刀贯穿地连接在切刀轴上;
切割机构,包括切刀固定轴和若干把切刀,每一把切刀靠近切刀固定轴的一端通过套环套接在切刀固定轴上,其中切刀固定轴的两端分别通过连接在立柱内的切割升降机构带动其升降,并且每一把切刀对应一把圆盘分条刀;
切割升降机构和分条调高动力源均连接PLC控制装置,自动同步送料切割。
进一步地,分条切刀梁与两根立柱之间通过滑轨付配合连接进行调高,并且分条调高动力源为伺服气缸或者伺服电机。
进一步地,分条切刀梁的顶部设有吊挂环。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动分切机,其特征在于:切割机构(4)的切刀固定轴(41)的顶部位置设有一个L型透明挡板(11),L型透明挡板一面遮挡切刀固定轴(41)的顶部位置另一面朝向切刀(42)的刀刃方向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的自动分切机,其特征在于:工作台(1)位于分条机构(3)和切割机构(4)的末端位置处还连接有倾斜向下的出料缓冲板(12),该出料缓冲板(12)的左、右两侧还设有防测漏的折弯边缘结构(121)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动分切机,其特征在于:PLC控制装置(5)连接在其中一根立柱(6)的一侧,并且PLC控制装置(5)包括液晶显示屏(51)、输入按钮(52)和启动、停止及急停控制按钮(53)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的自动分切机,其特征在于:L型透明挡板(11)的与切刀平行的一面上还贴有禁止手靠近的标识(13)。
