为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高频焊机的自动控制***,包括自动模块,自动模块包含自动作业开关;所述自动作业开关连接温控曲线输入模块;所述温控曲线输入模块连接至中央处理器,中央处理器还连接有存储器、数据查询模块、温度曲线查询模块、报警查询模块、高频加热模块和报警模块。
优选的,所述存储器内设有温度曲线存储模块、数据存储模块和报警信息存储模块。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种高频焊机的自动控制***,使高频焊机具有多种工作状态,且控制方便。自动作业开关连接温控曲线输入模块,方便中央处理器根据温控曲线来自动控制高频加热模块的温度、功率输出。中央处理器还连接有存储器、数据查询模块、温度曲线查询模块、报警查询模块、高频加热模块和报警模块。使得***能存储各种工况数据,能对异常工况进行报警,还能提供数据查询、温度曲线查询、报警查询。
