Description

一种隔音杀菌PVC复合板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,具体涉及一种隔音杀菌PVC复合板。
背景技术
PVC板材作为新型材料,具有耐磨、耐高温、防滑等特性,因其优越的性能,PVC板材适用的领域比较广泛;尤其是当前房地产行业发展迅猛,家装行业PVC板材的需求量比较大,一般具有防滑、防水等优点的PVC板可用作地板材料;而起装饰作用的PVC板可用作墙体装饰板。PVC板材的性能比较稳定,复合板材通过多层PVC板材拼装而成。
目前市场上使用的PVC板材不具备杀菌、、防潮、防噪音等特性,在家庭使用的过程中会产生许多问题,且因其只能起到装饰的效果,使其功能比较单一,不利于在市场中广泛推广。因为不隔音,导致夜间严重影响到家庭成员的正常作息,带来不良的影响;而且现有的人造板材虽然具有耐磨、阻止甲醛气体释放的功能,但实际上由于装饰层材料的原因,材料表面在潮湿的空气中容易滋生细菌,从而产生发霉等问题,严重影响到家庭的健康环境。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其具有防潮杀菌、隔音减噪、结构牢固的优点,适用于家庭装修用作墙体装饰板。
一种隔音杀菌PVC复合板,依次包括PVC层、粘合层和基板层,所述粘合层两侧分别与PVC层和基板层覆盖粘合;所述PVC层表面上还覆盖有一层隔音层,所述隔音层包括底板和均匀密布在底板表面上的多个半球形的隔音壳,所述底板背面覆盖于所述PVC层;还包括一光催化纳米层,所述光催化纳米层覆 盖于所述隔音层的表面并填充所述隔音壳之间的间隙。
由此,本发明的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,通过设置在PVC层表面的隔音层,并利用弧线原理设置隔音层表面均匀覆盖有多个半球形的隔音壳,从而起到降低声音的分贝的功能;另外,在隔音层表面上还覆盖有一层光催化纳米层,该光催化纳米层具有高附着力、高耐磨度和亲水的特性,而且在有光照的情况下还能有效分解室内空间的有害气体,从而起到防潮杀菌的功能。此外,本发明的隔音杀菌PVC复合板还具有成本较低,市场推广价值高的优点,更加适用于目前家庭装饰中的墙体装饰板。
进一步地,所述多个隔音壳内均填充有隔音棉花。通过此处限定,有利于提高隔音壳的隔音功能,能够将声音分贝降得更低。
进一步地,所述隔音壳的半径小于所述光催化纳米层的厚度。通过此处限定,能够有利于所述光催化纳米层的材料覆盖并填充所述隔音壳之间的间隙。
进一步地,所述隔音层的底板为防火底板。通过此处限定,有利于所述复合板具有防火的功能,使得复合板所起的功能更加完善。
进一步地,所述光催化纳米层包括光催化纳米颗粒。通过此处限定,有利于所述光催化纳米层具有光催化杀菌防潮的功能。
进一步地,所述的光催化纳米颗粒的粒径为10-18nm。通过此处限定,能有有效地提高光催化纳米颗粒的催化效率。
进一步地,所述基板层为纤维板层、刨花板层或实木板层。通过此处限定,有利于提高基板层结构的牢固性以及降低基板层的制造成本。
进一步地,所述粘合层为PVR热熔胶层。通过此处限定,有利于增加粘合层的粘合度,使得其粘合力更大。

一种隔音杀菌PVC复合板,依次包括PVC层10、粘合层20和基板层30,所述粘合层20两侧分别与PVC层10和基板层40覆盖粘合。所述PVC层10表面上还覆盖有一层隔音层40,所述隔音层40包括底板41和均匀密布在底板41表面上的多个半球形的隔音壳42,所述底板41背面覆盖于所述PVC层10。还包括一光催化纳米层50,所述光催化纳米层50覆盖于所述隔音层40的表面并填充所述隔音壳42之间的间隙。
具体地,所述隔音壳42的半径小于所述光催化纳米层50的厚度。本实施例中,所述隔音壳42的半径为所述光催化纳米层50的厚度的一半。另外,为了提高隔音层40的隔音效果,所述隔音壳42内还填充有隔音棉花或隔音泡沫。此外,所述底板41为防火底板,本实施例中,优选地,所述底板41的材料为氢氧化镁粉末层。
所述光催化纳米层50包括光催化纳米颗粒,本实施例中,优选地,所述光催化纳米颗粒的粒径为10-18nm。为了更好地提高复合板的装饰效果,所述光催 化纳米层50的表面上还设有一层图案层。所述图案层可根据装饰需求来设计图案的样式。
另外,为了提高所述粘合层20的粘合度,本实施例中,所述粘合层20为PVR热熔胶层。而为了提高基板层30结构的牢固性以及降低基板层30的制造成本,本实施例中,所述基板层30为纤维板层、刨花板层或实木板层。
本发明的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,采用压合、粘合以及烘干固定等生产工艺将所述不同材料的板层依次结合在一起,其结构牢固,不易造成板层的脱离。使用时,根据实际场地安装固定,然后在日常生活中,所述光催化纳米层50利用其纳米颗粒在光照的情况下对室内的有害气体进行消毒杀菌处理,并将空气中较多的水分吸附过来,降低室内的潮湿度,并改善室内的空气环境。另外,所述隔音层40能够起到隔音减噪的功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,通过设置在PVC层表面的隔音层,并利用弧线原理设置隔音层表面均匀覆盖有多个半球形的隔音壳,从而起到降低声音的分贝的功能;另外,在隔音层表面上还覆盖有一层光催化纳米层,该光催化纳米层具有高附着力、高耐磨度和亲水的特性,而且在有光照的情况下还能有效分解室内空间的有害气体,从而起到防潮杀菌的功能。此外,本发明的隔音杀菌PVC复合板还具有成本较低,市场推广价值高的优点,更加适用于目前家庭装饰中的墙体装饰板。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种隔音杀菌PVC复合板,依次包括PVC层、粘合层和基板层,所述粘合层两侧分别与PVC层和基板层覆盖粘合;其特征在于:所述PVC层表面上还覆盖有一层隔音层,所述隔音层包括底板和均匀密布在底板表面上的多个半球形的隔音壳,所述底板背面覆盖于所述PVC层;还包括一光催化纳米层,所述光催化纳米层覆盖于所述隔音层的表面并填充所述隔音壳之间的间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述多个隔音壳内均填充有隔音棉花。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述隔音壳的半径小于所述光催化纳米层的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述隔音层的底板为防火底板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述光催化纳米层包括光催化纳米颗粒。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述的光催化纳米颗粒的粒径为10-18nm。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述基板层为纤维板层、刨花板层或实木板层。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的隔音杀菌PVC复合板,其特征在于:所述粘合层为PVR热熔胶层。
