Description

Sheet-like sticking aid for patch and method for sticking patch using the same
The present invention relates to a sheet-like sticking aid for a patch and a method for sticking a patch using the same.
The patch is a preparation used by mixing a medicinal component with an adhesive, applying it to a cloth, etc., and applying it to the skin, and is used for treatment of back pain, bruise, sprains and the like. Normally, cover the adhesive with a release sheet, make a cut or perforation in the center of the release sheet, peel off a part of the release sheet from the cut or perforation, expose the adhesive, and apply it to the skin. Then, peel off the remaining release sheet and apply it to the skin.
As an example of the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool of the patch, there is an auxiliary paper piece for peeling paper peeling of the patch described in Patent Document 1, for example. This release paper peeling auxiliary paper piece forms an adhesive layer in a strip shape along the opposing short sides of a pair of auxiliary paper pieces, and in use, on both sides of the boundary line of the two release papers on the surface of the patch Adhesive layers are applied symmetrically across the boundary. Pull the open end of the auxiliary paper piece slightly diagonally upward to peel off the release paper of the patch slightly, stick the exposed plaster surface to the skin, and further pull the open end of the auxiliary paper piece to further peel off the release paper. While applying the patch. Paste the other side in the same way. In this way, the patch with release paper can be assisted to be applied to a part that is not visible or difficult to reach.

By folding, the adhesive layer 11-1 adheres to the opposite end of the release sheet 13a-1, and the adhesive layer 11-2 adheres to the opposite end of the release sheet 13a-3. At this time, the three peaks 11m-1 of the adhesive layer 11-1 are adhered to the three peaks 13m-1 of the release sheet 13a-1, and the three peaks 11m-2 of the adhesive layer 11-2 are Adheres to the three peaks 13m-2 of the release sheet 13a-3. With the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 being on the outer surface side when folded at the second folds C2-1 and C2-2, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are Removably adheres to the release sheets 13a-1 and 13a-3. Here, the two first folds C1-1 and C1-2 and the two second folds C2-1 and C2-2 are folded at the time of use, but may be folded at the time of shipment or sale. The folded sheet-like sticking aid 1 is opened and the patch 13 is placed, and then the sheet-like sticking aid 1 is folded so that the adhesive layers 11-2 and 11-2 are peeled off from the release sheets 13a-1 and 13a. Adhere to the opposite end of -3.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the peeling sheet 13a-2 having two corrugated opposite sides is peeled off. Then, the surface of the paste 13b of the patch 13 is exposed. And the exposed plaster body 13b is affixed on the site | part of the body which is going to affix the patch 13, and as shown in FIG.6 and FIG.9, the folding | turning part of the support sheet 10 is pulled outside (right and left). Then, the release sheet 13a-1 is peeled off from the inner end of the release sheet 13a-1 adhered to the adhesive layer 11-1, and the release sheet 13a-3 is adhered to the adhesive layer 11-2. The sheet 13a-3 is peeled off from the inner end of the sheet 13a-3, and the area of the exposed plaster 13b is increased, so that the patch 13 is attached to the body part to be applied. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the support sheet 10 is fully extended, and as shown in FIG. 10, when the support sheet 10 is pressed against a body part, the patch 13 can be adhered and adhered to the body.
Thus, the sheet-like sticking assisting tool 1 of the present embodiment can easily stick the patch 13 to the body even in parts that are difficult to see, such as the back and waist, and parts that are difficult to reach. Further, since the support sheet 10 is applied while applying tension to the support of the patch 13 by pulling the support sheet 10 outward, the patch 13 is not wrinkled, and the surface of the plaster is gradually exposed during application. Since it sticks to the body, the surfaces of the plaster do not stick to each other. Further, since the patch 13 is attached to the body while being covered with the support sheet 10 from the outside, the plaster is not attached to the clothes. In addition, when the support sheet is pressed against a body part in a state where the support sheet is fully extended, the patch can be adhered and adhered to the body. Furthermore, two release sheets can be peeled off simultaneously.
After sticking the patch 13 on the body, the sheet-like sticking aid 1 returns to the state shown in FIG. When it is desired to reuse the sheet-like sticking aid 1, if the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are stored while being exposed, the adhesive force may be reduced due to the adhesion of dust or the like.
In this embodiment, the sheet-like sticking aid 1 is folded as shown in FIG. 8 in the storage state so that the adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are attached to the release agent layers 12-1 and 12-2, respectively. . In order to realize this, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11-1 and the release agent layer 12-1 are arranged symmetrically with the first crease C1-1 as the center line, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11-2 and the release agent layer 12-2 is arranged so as to be symmetric with respect to the first fold line C1-2 as the center line. Similarly, at the time of shipment, if the adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are attached to the release agent layers 12-1 and 12-2, a release paper is attached to the adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2. You don't have to put it on.
As shown in FIG. 8, the sheet-like sticking aid 1 is stored in a folded state so that the adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are attached to the release agent layers 12-1 and 12-2. In addition to preventing dust and the like from adhering to the agent layers 11-1 and 11-2, the storage space can be reduced by folding.
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B, the release sheet of the patch 13 is divided into three at the central portion by the corrugated boundary line and is composed of release sheets 13a-1 to 13a-3. It is an example of composition of a sheet pasting auxiliary tool, and an example of a pasting method. However, the patch is not limited to the configuration of the patch 13, and the patch has a release sheet of the patch 14 divided by two linear boundaries as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 13, the release sheet of the patch 15 is divided by one linear boundary line, and as shown in FIG. 13, the release sheet of the patch 16 is divided by one waveform boundary line. There is something. FIG. 14 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a sheet-like sticking aid used for the patch shown in FIG. FIG. 15 is a plan view showing a state in which the patch is placed on the sheet-like sticking aid shown in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool used for the patch 14 shown in FIG. 11 is not provided with the openings H <b> 1 and H <b> 2 and the V-shaped cut portion of the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 1. The adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are formed into strips having no peaks, and the adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 adhere to the inner ends of the release sheets 14a-1 and 14a-3 of the patch 14, respectively. What should I do?
The sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool used for the patch 15 shown in FIG. 12 is provided with the openings H1 and H2 and the V-shaped cut portion of the sheet-like sticking aid 1 like the sheet-like sticking aid shown in FIG. First, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are formed into strips without peaks, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 are adhered to the inner end portions of the release sheets 15a-1 and 15a-2, respectively. You can do it. The sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool used for the patch 15 shown in FIG. 12 includes a length L2 between the first fold line C1-1 and the second fold line C2-1, the first fold line C1-2, and the second fold line C2-1. The sum of the length L3 between the first fold line C2-2 and the first fold line C1-2 is equal to or substantially equal to the length L1 between the first fold line C1-1 and the first fold line C1-2.
In the sheet-like sticking aid 1 used for the patch 16 shown in FIG. 13, the opening H1 of the sheet-like sticking aid 1 is provided corresponding to the position of the corrugated valley of the release sheet 16a-1, and the hole H2 is peeled off. It is provided corresponding to the position of the corrugated valley of the sheet 16a-2. The three crests of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11-1 adhere to the three crests of the release sheet 16a-1, and the four crests of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11-2 are the four crests of the release sheet 16a-2. It is sufficient to make it stick. Since the peak portions at both ends of the four peak portions of the release sheet 16a-2 are half the size, it is not necessary to provide the peak portions of the adhesive layer 11-2 corresponding to these portions.
When the patch 15 or the patch 16 is used, since there is no release sheet in the center, the release sheet 15a-1 and the release sheet 15a-2 or the release sheet 16a-1 and the release sheet 16a-2 are opposed to each other. When the end portion to be lifted is pulled up by the sheet-like sticking aid and a part of the paste of the patch 15 or 16 is exposed, a part of the exposed paste is stuck to the body.
(Second Embodiment)
The sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 1 of the first embodiment is formed by peeling two sheets of the patch placed in the center of the support sheet 10 by the adhesive layers 11-1 and 11-2 provided on the support sheet 10. The sheet was peeled off at the same time. However, in order to peel off one release sheet, the sheet-like pasting aid of this embodiment may be used.
16 (A) and 16 (B) are a plan view and a side view showing a second embodiment of the patch-like sticking aid 2 according to the present invention. 17A and 17B are a plan view and a side view showing a state in which the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool is folded at the crease D. FIG. FIG. 18 is a plan view showing the sheet-like sticking aid 2 with the release paper removed. 19A and 19B are a plan view and a side view showing a state in which the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2 from which the release paper is removed is folded at a crease D. FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 16 (A) and 16 (B), the sheet-like sticking aid 2 of the present embodiment is a support sheet made of synthetic paper, a resin film, or the like having a corner at one end of R. 20, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 provided on the other end of the support sheet 20, and a release paper 22 provided on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21. The sheet-like sticking assisting tool 2 assists in peeling off at least one release sheet that covers the surface of the plaster of the patch so that the patch is stuck to the body. In FIG. 16A, the length of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is the same as the width of the short side of the support sheet 20, but may be shorter than the width of the short side of the support sheet 10. The length of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is preferably the same as or shorter than the short side of the patch (for example, the vertical direction of the patch 13 in FIG. 3). The length of the support sheet 20 is not particularly limited as long as the length excluding the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be grasped by hand. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is formed on the support sheet 20 so as to extend from the fold line D in one longitudinal direction of the support sheet 20. Here, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is formed at the end of the support sheet 20.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive used for the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is a material that can be bonded with a small pressure at room temperature and can be re-peeled among adhesives. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, rubber-based, acrylic-based, silicone-based, urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesives can be used.
As shown in FIG. 18, the support sheet 20 is provided with a crease D for folding so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is disposed on the outer surface at the inner end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21. The fold line D is provided in parallel to the width direction of the support sheet 20 (vertical direction in the figure). Along the crease D, two openings H21 and two V-shaped cut portions are formed. 17A and 17B show a state where the adhesive layer 21 covered with the release paper 22 is folded at the fold line D so as to be disposed on the outer surface. When the sheet-like sticking aid 2 is not used, for example, during storage, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is covered with the release paper 22, and the release paper 22 is illustrated when the sheet-like sticking aid 2 is used. After being folded as in 19A and 19B, it is peeled off. The reason for covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 with the release paper 22 is that when the sheet-like sticking aid 2 is stored while the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is exposed, the adhesive strength is reduced due to the adhesion of dust or the like to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21. This is because there is a case where it ends up. As the release paper 22, polyethylene, paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like can be used. It is preferable that the release paper 22 has the same planar shape as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 (the length and width are the same) or that the width of the release paper 22 is wider than the width of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21.
As shown in FIG. 18, at the inner end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21, three ridges 21m are formed by two openings H21 and two V-shaped cut portions. These peak portions 21m have the same shape as the three peak portions 11m-1 or the three peak portions 11m-2 shown in FIG. When the support sheet 20 is folded at the crease D, as shown in FIG. 19A, the three peak portions 21 m are arranged at the end of the sheet-like sticking aid 2. The reason why the crest is formed in the adhesive layer 21 is that the crest adheres corresponding to the crest of the release sheet 13a-1 or 13a-3 of the patch 13 shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B. It is to do.
The number of crests 21m of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 is provided to be the same as the number of crests of the release sheet 13a-1 or the release sheet 13a-3. Here, two openings H21 are provided in order to form the three peak portions 21m. The position of the opening H21 is provided corresponding to the position of the corrugated valley of the release sheet 13a-1 or 13a-3.
In addition, the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2 of this embodiment is folded at the fold line D at the use stage here. Therefore, the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2 is not folded at the crease D in the shipping stage and the sales stage. However, it may be shipped in a state of being folded at the fold line D, or may be folded at the sales stage. The fold line D may be indicated by printing or the like so that it can be easily folded.
As is apparent from the shapes shown in FIGS. 18, 19A and 19B, the sheet-like sticking aid 2 has a shape obtained by cutting out a part of the regions 10a and 10b of the sheet-like sticking aid 1 shown in FIG. . For example, when the sheet-like sticking aid 1 is cut off at the end opposite to the side where the opening H-2 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11-2 in FIG.
Next, a method of sticking a patch to the body using the sheet-like sticking aid 2 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 20 is a diagram showing a state where the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool of the present embodiment is stuck on the release sheet of the patch. FIG. 21 is a view showing a state in which a pair of sheet-like sticking aids of the present embodiment are stuck to two release sheets of the patch. FIG. 22 is a diagram showing a state where the release sheet at the center of the patch has been peeled off. FIG. 23 is a diagram illustrating a state where the pair of sheet-like sticking assisting tools of the present embodiment are pulled up. FIG. 24 is a diagram showing a state where two release sheets are peeled off by a pair of sheet-like sticking aids of the present embodiment.
First, prepare sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 that are folded at the crease. The sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 respectively correspond to the sheet-like sticking aids 2 shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 19A and 19B, the release paper 22 of the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 is peeled off to expose the adhesive layer 21. After that, as shown in FIG. 20, the three crests 21m of the exposed adhesive layer 21 of the sheet-like sticking aid 2-1 are the three crests 13m at the inner end of the release sheet 13a-3 of the patch 13. Adhere to -2. Similarly, in the sheet-like sticking aid 2-2, the three crests 21m of the exposed adhesive layer 21 adhere to the three crests 13m-2 at the inner end of the release sheet 13a-3 of the patch 13. Paste together. Thus, as shown in FIG. 21, the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 are stuck to the patch 13.
Next, as shown in FIG. 22, the peeling sheet 13a-2 having two corrugated opposite sides is peeled off. Then, the surface of the paste 13b of the patch 13 is exposed. And the exposed plaster 13b is affixed on the part of the body to which the patch 13 is to be affixed. As shown in FIG. 23, with the plaster 13b of the patch 13, the open ends of the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 are oblique to the outside (left and right) of the patch 13. Pull upward. Then, as shown in FIG. 24, the release sheets 13a-1 and 13a-3 are peeled off from the inner ends. Then, when the release sheets 13a-1 and 13a-3 are gradually peeled off, the area of the exposed plaster 13b increases, and the adhesive sheet 13 is pasted on the body part to be pasted.
Thus, the sheet-like sticking aid 2 of the present embodiment can easily stick the patch 13 to the body even at sites that are difficult to see, such as the back and waist, and parts that are difficult to reach. In addition, by applying the tension to the support of the patch 13 by pulling the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 outward, the patch 13 is not wrinkled. Since the surface of the plaster is gradually exposed and sticks to the body, the surfaces of the plaster do not stick to each other.
In the method of applying the patch described above, the case where the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 are attached to the body by simultaneously pulling the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 is explained. It is not necessary to pull 2 at the same time, after one of the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 is partially stuck on the body, the other sheet-like sticking aid You may stick it on your body.
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B, the release sheet of the patch 13 is divided into three at the central portion by the corrugated boundary line and is composed of release sheets 13a-1 to 13a-3. It is an example of composition of a sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2-1, 2-2, and a sticking method. However, the patch is not limited to the configuration of the patch 13, and as described in the first embodiment, the patch has a release boundary of the patch 14 as shown in FIG. 12 is divided by a line, the release sheet of the patch 15 is divided by one linear boundary line as shown in FIG. 12, and the release sheet of the patch 16 is 1 as shown in FIG. Some are divided at the boundary of the waveform of the book.
The sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 used for the patch 14 shown in FIG. 11 are not provided with the opening H21 and the V-shaped cut part, and the adhesive layer 21 is formed in a belt-like shape having no peaks. The adhesive layer 21 may be adhered to the inner end portions of the release sheets 14a-1 and 14a-3 of the patch 14 respectively.
The sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 used for the patch 15 shown in FIG. 12 do not have the opening H21 and the V-shaped cut part, and the adhesive layer 21 has a belt-like shape with no peaks. The agent layer 21 may be adhered to the inner ends of the release sheets 15a-1 and 15a-2.
In the sheet-like sticking aids 2-1 and 2-2 used for the patch 16 shown in FIG. 13, the opening H21 of the sheet-like sticking aid 2-1 corresponds to the corrugated valley position of the release sheet 16a-2. The opening H21 of the sheet-like sticking assisting tool 2-2 is provided corresponding to the position of the corrugated valley of the release sheet 16a-1. Then, the four peaks of the adhesive layer 21 of the sheet-like sticking aid 2-1 adhere to the four peaks of the release sheet 16a-2, and the adhesive layer 21 3 of the sheet-like sticking aid 2-2 What is necessary is just to make it the one peak part adhere | attach with the three peak parts of the peeling sheet 16a-1. Since the peak portions at both ends of the four peak portions of the release sheet 16a-2 are half the size, the peak portions of the adhesive layer 21 corresponding to these portions need not be provided.
In the first embodiment, if there is a change in the length of the patch or the position of the boundary between the plurality of release sheets, it is required to change the position of at least one of the first and second folds correspondingly. . In this embodiment, even if the length of the patch or the position of the boundary between the plurality of release sheets is changed, the sheet-like application aids 2-1 and 2-2 are separately adhered to the release sheet. It is not affected by the change of the length or the position of the boundary.
(Example of application to a patch whose entire surface is covered with a single release sheet)
The example described above is an example in which two release sheets among a plurality of release sheets covering the plaster surface of the patch are peeled off and the patch is attached to the body. 16A and FIG. 16B and FIG. 17A and FIG. 17B, the sheet-like sticking aid 2 does not provide the opening H21 and the V-shaped cut portion, so that the entire plaster surface of the patch can be obtained. It can also be used when the covering sheet is peeled off and the patch is attached to the body.
FIG. 25 is a plan view showing a sheet-like sticking aid 2a which is a modification of the patch-like sticking aid 2 of the patch. 26A and 26B are a plan view and a side view showing a state where the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2a is bent at the fold line D. FIG. 25, FIG. 26A, and FIG. 26B show the sheet-like pasting aid 2a from which the release paper is removed, and correspond to FIG. 18, FIG. 19A, and FIG. 19B. When the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2a is not used, for example, at the time of storage, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 31 is covered with release paper, and the release paper is used as shown in FIGS. 26A and 26B when the sheet-like sticking aid 2a is used. It is peeled off after being folded.
25, 26A and 26B is different from the sheet-like sticking aid 2a shown in FIGS. 18, 19A and 19B in that the corners of the four corners are R as shown in FIG. The support sheet 30 which consists of synthetic paper, a resin film, etc. which have these, and the adhesive layer 31 of the same shape as the shape of the one edge part of the support sheet 30 are provided. Unlike the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 21 shown in FIG. 18, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 31 does not have an opening H <b> 21 on the inner side and is provided with an R at a V-shaped cut portion.
Next, with reference to FIGS. 27 to 29, a method of sticking a patch to the body using the sheet-like sticking aid 2a will be described. FIG. 27 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2 a is stuck on the release sheet of the patch 17. FIG. 28 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2a attached to one release sheet is pulled up. FIG. 29 is a diagram showing a state where one release sheet is peeled off by the sheet-like sticking aid 2a.
The patch 17 is a patch in which the entire surface of the plaster is covered with a single release paper. As shown in FIG. 28, the patch 17 has a medicinal component on a support 17C such as a nonwoven fabric or paper. The adhesive plaster body 17b is applied, and the entire surface of the plaster body 17b is covered with a release sheet 17a such as a resin film, paper, or nonwoven fabric. The shape of the patch 17 is generally a rectangle and a rectangle with corners R, but the shape of the patch that can be used for the sheet-like sticking aid 2a is not particularly limited.
First, a sheet-like sticking aid 2a folded at a crease is prepared. As shown in FIG. 26A and FIG. 26B, the release paper of the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2a is peeled off to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 31. Then, as shown in FIG. 27, it bonds together so that the adhesive layer 31 which the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2a exposed may stick to one edge part of the peeling sheet of the patch 17. In this way, the sheet-like sticking aid 2a is stuck on the patch 17.
Next, as shown in FIG. 28, the open end portion of the sheet-like sticking aid 2a is slightly pulled obliquely upward in the end direction opposite to the end portion where the adhesive layer 31 of the patch 17 is adhered. Then, as shown in FIG. 29, a part of the surface of the paste 17b of the patch 17 is exposed. Then, a part of the exposed plaster 17b is pasted on the body part where the patch 13 is to be pasted. In a state where the adhesive layer 31 is pasted with the plaster body 17b of the patch 17, the release sheet 17a is peeled off from the end as shown in FIG. And if the open end part of the sheet-like sticking auxiliary tool 2a is further pulled diagonally upward, the release sheet 17a is gradually peeled off, and the area of the exposed plaster 17b increases to try to stick the patch 17. Affixed to body parts.
Thus, the sheet-like sticking assisting tool 2a can easily stick the patch 17 to the body even in parts that are difficult to see, such as the back and waist, and parts that are difficult to reach. In addition, since the adhesive is applied while applying tension to the support of the patch 17 by pulling the sheet-like application aid 2a, the patch 17 is not wrinkled, and the surface of the plaster is gradually exposed during application. Since it sticks to the body, the surfaces of the plaster do not stick to each other.
When the sheet-like sticking aids 2, 2-1, 2-2 and 2a of the second embodiment described above are peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 21 and 31 after sticking the patch to the body, The pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 21 and 31 are exposed. If stored with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 21 and 31 exposed, the adhesive force may be reduced due to adhesion of dust or the like. Therefore, when it is desired to reuse the sheet sticking aids 2, 2-1, 2-2 and 2a, it is preferable to cover the adhesive layers 21 and 31 with release paper.
