本发明涉及光学薄膜领域,尤其涉及一种装饰薄膜。
背景技术
装饰薄膜常用于各种物品表面的装饰中,起到美化装饰物表面的作用。特别是在电子产品和家电行业,各个厂家在不断寻求技术创新和功能创新来迎合环保、节能和差异化的发展趋势,很多设计者已经将目光投向于外观的设计。
举例一种装饰薄膜,其包括依次叠加的着色层、反射层和柱面镜层。该装饰薄膜通过对着色层和反射层进行调色达到理想的颜色,并通过柱面镜层,实现光柱等光学效果,从而使该装饰薄膜颜色不单调,效果生动,符合现行流行趋势。然而,该种装饰薄膜的颜色通过着色层和反射层的调色形成,工艺复杂。
鉴于此,本发明通过改善装饰薄膜以解决所存在的技术问题。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种装饰薄膜以解决上述的技术问题。
本发明的一个技术方案是:一种装饰薄膜,其包括有色聚合物薄膜层及位于所述有色聚合物薄膜层的一层面上的微纳结构层,所述微纳结构层包括多个有色聚合物微纳结构。
在其中一实施例中,所述多个有色聚合物微纳结构为多个凸起结构和/或凹陷结构。
在其中一实施例中,所述有色聚合物微纳结构和所述有色聚合物薄膜层为一体设置,或者所述多个有色聚合物微纳结构形成于所述有色聚合物薄膜层上且与所述有色聚合物薄膜层具有相同或不同的颜色。
在其中一实施例中,所述有色聚合物薄膜层相对于所述微纳结构层的另一层面具有基材层。

请参图2至图5,有色聚合物薄膜层1相对于微纳结构层的另一层面12具有基材层2。基材层2主要起到支撑的作用,可以选用柔性的基材,比如PET、PC、PMMA等柔性材料,也可以为硬质的基材,比如玻璃等。
优选的,请参图2至图4,所述基材层2为透明层,比如玻璃材质。具有有色聚合物微纳结构的一侧贴附于物品表面,比如手机后盖上,基材层2即为手机的盖板玻璃。此种手机后盖显示出有色聚合物薄膜层1和有色聚合物微纳结构13的颜色,并且由于有色聚合物微纳结构13的原因,从不同角度看,具有不同的光影效果,颜色更加绚烂。

请参图8和图9,装饰薄膜的另一种实施方式,基材层2与有色聚合物薄膜层1之间具有反射层3’。反射层3’与基材层2之间具有着色层4’。此实施方式中,基材层2可以是透明的,也可以不透明。反射层3’对有色聚合物薄膜层1的颜色具有增亮作用。反射层3’和/或着色层4’调色后对有色聚合物薄膜层1的颜色显示起辅助的作用。光线从图9中箭头所示的方向进入,显示的是有色聚合物薄膜层1和有色聚合物微纳结构13的颜色,并通过有色聚合物微纳结构13的作用,能显示出动感的变化,具有很好的装饰效果。而反射层3’以及着色层4’将使显示的颜色更加丰满漂亮。并且弱化了调色,工艺更加简单。
请参图2至图4,本发明的装饰薄膜的有色聚合物微纳结构有很多的形状,可以为微透镜、柱面镜、菲涅尔透镜、CD纹、蛾眼结构或拉丝纹等。而有色聚合物微纳结构的剖面为三角形、半圆形、矩形、梯形、凹形或不规则形等,且有色聚合物微纳结构为连续或间隔设置。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,上面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在上面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于上面描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受上面公开的具体实施例的限制。并且,以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于 本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种装饰薄膜,其特征在于,其包括有色聚合物薄膜层及位于所述有色聚合物薄膜层的一层面上的微纳结构层,所述微纳结构层包括多个有色聚合物微纳结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述多个有色聚合物微纳结构为多个凸起结构和/或凹陷结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物微纳结构和所述有色聚合物薄膜层为一体设置,或者所述多个有色聚合物微纳结构形成于所述有色聚合物薄膜层上且与所述有色聚合物薄膜层具有相同或不同的颜色。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物薄膜层相对于所述微纳结构层的另一层面具有基材层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为透明层。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述微纳结构层上覆盖有反射层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述反射层为涂覆在所述微纳结构层上的金属层、金属氧化物层或非金属氧化物层,或者所述反射层为镀设于所述微纳结构层上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述反射层上覆盖有着色层。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述着色层为有色胶层或者有色油墨层。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述基材层与所述有色聚合物薄膜层之间具有反射层。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述反射层与所述基材层之间具有着色层。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11项任一项所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物微纳结构为微透镜、柱面镜、菲涅尔透镜、CD纹、蛾眼结构或拉丝纹。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装饰薄膜,其特征在于,所述有色聚合物微纳结构的剖面为三角形、半圆形、矩形、梯形、凹形或不规则形,有色聚合物微纳微纳结构为连续或间隔设置。
