背景技术

由于水质变差,人们已经无法直接取用自然界中的水,普遍使用经过处理的自来水,但是经过处理后的自来水中仍含有较高含量的重金属并且含有余氯,在用作洗衣机的洗衣用水时,会污染衣物,长期穿着被污染的衣物会对人体健康造成危害。
现有技术已经采用净水装置对自来水进行过滤、净化,但是目前的净水装置一般设置在洗衣机的外部,占用额外的空间,用户安装使用比较麻烦;洗衣机运行过程中伴随较大的振动,设置于洗衣机外部的净水装置也随之振动,不利于净水装置自身结构的保护,容易损坏净水装置、缩短其使用寿命,同时洗衣机的整体结构也不够美观。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有净水装置的洗衣机,所述洗衣机的净水装置安装于洗衣机的内部结构中,充分利用了洗衣机框架内的闲置空间,不会占据洗衣机外部的空间,避免客户安装使用的过程中可能出现的麻烦。并且所述的净水装置安装于洗衣机内部,有利于净水装置自身结构的保护,使用寿命更长,节省成本,洗衣机的整体结构美观大方。
为了解决上述的技术问题,达到所述的技术效果,本发明采用技术方案的基本思路如下:
一种具有净水装置的洗衣机,包括注水盒,净水装置安装于洗衣机内部,并且与注水盒连接,洗衣机进水经过净水装置处理后进入注水盒,再由注水盒进入到洗涤桶内部。
优选地,洗衣机内部设有控制进水的电磁阀,净水装置设置在电磁阀和注水盒之间,洗衣机进水经过电磁阀、净水装置并进入注水盒,再由注水盒进入到洗涤桶内部。
优选地,电磁阀具有多个出水口,并且至少一个出水口与净水装置的进水口连接,净水装置的出水口与注水盒的至少一个进水口连接。
电磁阀设置有多个出水口,每个出水口对应不同洗涤程序的水路,赋予洗衣机更多的清洗功能和模式。电磁阀的出水口与净水装置连接,确保进入注水盒的水被净化处理、使衣物的清洗卫生健康。
在具体设计时可以根据洗衣机的具体功能进行灵活的选择,使洗衣机使用水量较大的水路与净水装置连接,一方面达到清洁卫生的效果,另一方面也可以降低净水装置的工作强度、延长其使用寿命,可以适用于不同的洗衣机型号,拓展其应用范围,而且还可以精简洗衣机内的安装管路,提高洗衣机运行安全性能。优选地,净水装置包括壳体和置于壳体内的滤芯,所述滤芯的内部填充有KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒。填充有KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒的滤芯可以有效地去除水中的余氯、重金属,并且抑制微生物的繁殖,避免衣物受到污染,洗衣卫生健康。

为了解决所述的技术问题,达到所述的技术效果,本发明采用的技术方案的基本设计思路如下:
一种净水装置,包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯,滤芯包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网,滤芯网将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
所述的滤芯可以有效地去除余氯、重金属并抑制微生物的繁殖,经其净化后的水洁净卫生、健康安全,提升用户的生活品质。
滤芯网一方面可以对将要进入滤芯的水起到基础过滤的作用,降低杂质对KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层的污染和损耗,延长过滤层的使用寿命,降低净水装置的更换、维修频次,节省开支;另一方面,滤芯网将KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层限制在一定的空间中,不仅可以避免KDF与亚硫酸钙的流失,而且还可以使过滤层维持一定的有利于保持较好净化效果的层结构。
该净水装置的结构简单,在确保净水效果的同时尽可能地简化过滤单元的结构,降低了净水装置出现故障的几率,提高净水装置的使用寿命。优选地,滤芯本体与壳体之间设置有过滤网,过滤网套装于滤芯本体的外部。

滤芯本体与过滤网之间设置有使过滤网与滤芯本体之间形成多重流道的结构的结构单元,水在多重流道上盘旋流动,延长了过滤的时间,并且防止进水未经过滤而从净水装置的壳体其他部位流出,确保净化的可靠性,进一步提高净化效果。在滤芯本体的外表面上分布有环形加强筋,环形加强筋的结构简单,并且可以有效地引导水流在过滤网和滤芯本体之间迂回盘旋流动,经过过滤网的多次重复过滤后再进入到滤芯本体中,另外,还可以进一步加强滤芯的结构,一举多得。优选地,滤芯本体包括滤芯筒和滤芯上盖,滤芯筒为一端密闭的筒状结构、滤芯上盖为覆盖滤芯筒开口端的端盖板;滤芯筒的底部设有进口、并且滤芯筒内的底部设有覆盖进口的滤芯网,滤芯上盖设有出口、且滤芯上盖的下部设有覆盖出口的滤芯网。优选地,滤芯筒底部的滤芯网与滤芯筒的底部、滤芯上盖下部的滤芯网与滤芯上盖以及滤芯上盖与滤芯筒之间均采用超声波焊接的方式连接。
超声波焊接方式使各个部件之间连接宛如一体设置,确保滤芯本体具有更好的密封性,使进水能够充分地与过滤层接触反应,保证处理彻底充分,提高净化效果。优选地,滤芯的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
滤芯外部的圆周固定结构和与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构可以使滤芯本体与壳体之间安装固定更加紧密稳固,防止滤芯晃动或偏移,使进入的水可以充分地被净化,提高净化效果。优选地:壳体包括壳体筒和壳体上盖,壳体筒设有进水口,壳体上盖设有出水口;滤芯本体套装于壳体筒内,并且壳体筒与滤芯本体之间设有一个或多个密封圈;滤芯本体的出口与壳体上盖的出水口相套合,并且两者的匹配处设有一个或多个密封圈。

所述的橡胶垫圈可以防止壳体筒和壳体上盖在低温的条件发生显著的形变而导致壳体整体结构不紧密,漏气或漏水而影响净水装置的净化效果。优选地,KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种,并且KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1;优选地,KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
选用上述组成和质量比例的过滤层可以优化净水装置的去除余氯和重金属的效果。
本发明的又一重要目的在于提供一种净水方法,使用如上所述的任意一种净水装置对洗衣机的进水进行处理。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种净水装置,所述的净水装置在低温的条件下也不易发生形变,装置的密封性能优异,能够确保较好的净水效果。并且该净水装置的结构简单,在确保净水效果的同时尽可能地简化了结构,降低了净水装置出现故障的几率,提高净水装置的使用寿命和净水效率。另外,该净水装置生产成本低,适用范围广,可以与多种需要净水的装置或设备组装使用,市场前景广阔。
为了解决上述技术问题中的至少一种,本发明技术方案采用的基本设计思路如下:
一种净水装置,包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯:壳体包括壳体筒,壳体筒的一端密闭、另一端开口,壳体筒的开口设有可开闭密封连接的壳体上盖,滤芯套装于壳体筒内,并且滤芯的出口与壳体上盖的出水口相套合,壳体筒和壳体上盖的连接界面处设置有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的橡胶垫圈。
在壳体筒和壳体上盖的连接界面处设有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件,即使在低温冷冻结冰的情况下,净水装置的密封性也不会因为壳体筒、壳体上盖发生形变而受到破坏。壳体筒和壳体上盖分体设置可以便于拆卸更换滤芯,方便快捷,节省成本,而且净水装置在组装完成后密封性能优异,确保水净化的效果,并且安全可靠。优选地,壳体筒的开口处设有向外水平径向弯折的第一延展边,壳体上盖设有与第一延展边相对设置的第二延展边,橡胶垫圈设置在第一延展边和第二延展边之间;橡胶垫圈的两侧分别与第一延展边、第二延展边相互匹配并且紧密贴合。
设置上述的第一、第二延展边可以使壳体筒、壳体上盖和缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件之间接触更加紧密,提高净水装置的密封性,确保水在净水装置中与滤芯充分地接触并得到净化。橡胶垫圈的结构简单并且有效,可以达到较好的密封效果,便于更换并且可以节省成本。三元乙丙橡胶材料使橡胶垫圈具有 更好的低温耐受性,在低温条件下仍可以保持较好的弹性,利于保证净水装置的密封性。而且其耐老化,使用寿命长,进而提高净水装置的整体寿命。优选地,净水装置的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件与洗衣机箱体加强件连接并固定。优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置的壳体外表面一体。
该安装部件可以使净水装置的安装更加牢固,不易在洗衣机运行过程中发生振动而发生移动,确保净水装置1更加牢固可靠,洗衣机运行更加安全。
安装部件和净水装置的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置的壳体外表面一体。优选地,第一延展边、第二延展边和橡胶垫圈上设有相互匹配、对应重合的通孔,通过螺栓连接三者上设置的通孔以进行固定连接。优选地,滤芯的出口***壳体上盖的出水口内,且滤芯的出口外壁与壳体上盖出水口的内壁相对应密封贴合,滤芯的出口与壳体上盖的出水口相贴合接触面上设置有两个或者两个以上O型密封圈。优选地,壳体筒的开口端外壁上设有第一螺纹结构,壳体上盖的内周设有与第一螺纹结构相配合的第二螺纹结构,令壳体上盖与壳体筒的开口相螺纹密封连接;优选地,壳体筒和壳体上盖之间的连接处设有多个密封结构,密封结构优选为O型密封圈。
滤芯的出口与壳体上盖的出水口相套合,并且两者套合处设有多个密封结构,确保出水口的密封性,防止水溢出,并确保水被充分地被净化,采用O型密封圈的技术方案简单并且密封效果也好。优选地,滤芯套装于壳体筒内,并且壳体筒与滤芯之间设有一个或多个密封圈。

滤芯外部设置的圆周方向上固定的结构和壳体在轴线方向限位的结构可以使滤芯与壳体之间安装固定更加紧密稳固,防止滤芯晃动或偏移,使进入的水可以充分地被净化,提高净化效果。优选地,滤芯内设有KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层,过滤层由KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒混合均匀并一体填充,或者KDF、亚硫酸钙的颗粒分别逐层填充;优选地,KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
选用上述组成和质量比例的过滤层可以优化净水装置的去除余氯和重金属的效果。优选地,净水装置设在洗衣机外部、水源和洗衣机的进水控制电磁阀之间,水依次经过净水装置、进水控制电磁阀;或者,净水装置设在洗衣机内部、进水控制电磁阀和注水盒之间,水依次经过进水控制电磁阀、净水装置和注水盒。
将所述的净水装置设在洗衣机设置在水源和洗衣机的进水控制电磁阀之间,可以统一地将进入洗衣机中的水一体进行净化,简单方便、有效。
将所述的净水装置设在洗衣机设置在洗衣机内部、进水控制电磁阀和注水盒之间,净水装置集成于洗衣机的内部结构中,充分利用了洗衣机框架内的闲置空间,不会占据洗衣机外部的空间,避免客户安装使用的过程中可能出现的麻烦,而且更利于净水装置自身结构的保护,使用寿命更长,节省成本,洗衣机的整体结构美观大方。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种注水槽,所述的注水槽具有净化自来水的功能,可以有效除去洗衣用水中的重金属、余氯,还可以抑制微生物,避免污染衣物,保护用户的健康。并且该注水槽的结构简单,利用了洗衣机的内部闲置空间,可适用于现有的洗衣机结构。
为了解决所述的技术问题,达到所述的有益效果,本发明采用的技术方案的基本思路如下:
一种带过滤功能的注水槽,包括注水槽本体,注水槽本体的进水侧安装有净水腔室,净水腔室中设有KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的滤芯,注水槽的进水管路直接与净水腔室相连通;
所述的净水腔室中的KDF和亚硫酸钙的滤芯不仅可以有效地去除水质中的浮尘、不溶解固体杂质,而且特别能去除水中的重金属离子和余氯,抑制微生物的繁殖,真正达到彻底净化洗衣用水的效果,洗衣卫生健康。
本发明所述的KDF为高纯的铜、锌合金,现在可以获得的KDF有两种型号KDF55、KDF85,其中,KDF55是指50%铜和50%锌的合金;KDF85,它是85%的铜和15%锌的合金。优选地,KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的滤芯可取出更换的设置于净水腔室中。
现有技术的净水装置中结构复杂,并且其中的滤芯不能更换,而本发明注水槽的净水腔室中的滤芯可以被简单地取出并进行更换,而不需要购买新的净水腔室,适用性高且可以节省开支。优选地,注水槽具有多个进水管路,并且各个进水管路分别与净水腔室连接,进水经过净水腔室后进入到注水槽本体内部。
所述的注水槽的各个水路中的水均经过净水腔室的净化处理,真正确保洗衣机运行过程的全方位洁净洗涤效果,降低衣物被污染的几率,更加卫生健康。优选地,滤芯由KDF和亚硫酸钙混合均匀再一体填充而成,或者由KDF、亚硫酸钙逐层交替分层填充而成,且KDF层设置于滤芯的进水口侧。

将净水腔室的滤芯设置在单独的腔室中,保持各个不同水路的独立性,使水路更加顺畅。另外,由于洗衣机的不同水路的使用频次不同,对应的净水腔室的净水频次也不同,设置在单独的腔室还可以便于针对各个腔室中净水腔室的实际使用情况,局部地、针对性地更换滤芯,而不必一体更换,节省滤芯材料,节省开支。优选地,KDF和亚硫酸钙的滤芯的外部设有壳体结构,壳体结构将KDF和亚硫酸钙包覆并且允许水流通过。优选地,壳体结构为不锈钢滤网,不锈钢滤网分布有200目或200目以上的孔洞结构。
上述设置可以避免滤芯材料的流失,并且可以保持净水腔室水流的顺畅,避免降低净水腔室的净化效果。优选地,KDF和亚硫酸钙分别为60~115目的颗粒物。
选用该粒径范围的KDF和亚硫酸钙可以提高净水腔室除去重金属、余氯和不溶杂质以及抑制微生物生长的效果,净化效果更好。优选地,KDF为KDF55,并且KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1。更优选地,KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,最优选为20:1。
采用上述物质和质量比例的滤芯,可以进一步提高净水腔室的净化效果,洗衣卫生健康。优选地,多个单独的净水腔室一体设置在注水槽本体的后端部,净水腔室的上部开口设置,净水腔室的开口上方依次设置有密封结构和盖板,盖板经螺纹连接作用和腔室相连接。
所述后端部是指以洗涤剂盒推入注水槽的方向为参照的后方。
设置在注水槽本体的后端部可以节约洗衣机的内部空间、管路短,避免繁杂盘绕的管路连接;密封结构和盖板可以确保净水腔室在净化水时有足够的水压,提高净化效果。
本发明的另一重要目的在于提供一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机的内部设置有如上内容所述的任意一种注水槽。
本发明所述的洗衣机在洗衣整个过程中使用的水得到高度纯化,不含余氯、重金属和微生物,更加健康安全。优选地,设有检测净水腔室的滤芯的使用次数的检测单元。
检测单元可以检测净水腔室的滤芯实际使用的次数,用户可以根据所得的测试数据判断是否需要对滤芯进行更换,确保净水腔室的运行更加可靠。优选地,具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,主洗、预洗和喷淋程序分别对应单独的进水管路,各个进水管路的进水由电磁阀上设置的不同阀门分别控制;各个进水管路分别与设置有滤芯的各个腔室连接,净化后的水由各个腔室的出水口进入到注水槽内。
本发明所述的洗衣机可以避免重金属、余氯和微生物污染衣物,更加卫生健康,符合用户需求,另外,只需要在洗衣机的结构上进行简单的改造,节省研发和生产成本,市场前景可观。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种带净水装置的进水结构,所述带净水装置的进水结构安装于洗衣机框架内的闲置空间,不会占据洗衣机外部的空间,安装便捷,而且只需要在现有洗衣机的框架下进行改造即可实现,节省成本。另外,该带净水装置的进水结构可以有效地去除水中的余氯、重金属并抑制微生物的生长,卫生健康并且其净水装置结构简单、净化效果显著,使用寿命更长。
为了解决所述的技术问题,本发明的技术方案采用的基本设计思路如下:
一种带净水装置的进水结构,包括注水盒和净水装置:净水装置的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件上设有第一安装孔和挂钩,洗衣机箱体加强件上设有第二安装孔和挂钩孔,挂钩与挂钩孔连接,第一安装孔和第二安装孔经螺纹连接将净水装置固定于洗衣机内部。
所述进水装置的净水装置利用自身设置的结构特点和洗衣机的现有部件,可以简便、牢固地被安装于 洗衣机箱体的内部,充分地利用了洗衣机内部的闲置空间,避免额外的安装辅助零件,有利于提高洗衣机整体结构的稳定性和安全性,并且使洗衣机的整体更加美观且提高洗衣机内部的洁净度,洗衣机卫生健康。优选地,洗衣机内部设有控制进水的电磁阀,净水装置设在电磁阀和注水盒之间,洗衣机进水经过电磁阀、净水装置并进入注水盒,再由注水盒进入到洗涤桶内部。优选地,注水盒、净水装置和电磁阀均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧,且自洗衣机前侧向后侧依次设置;净水装置水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置的进水口向后设置并与电磁阀的至少一个出水口相连通,净水装置的出水口向洗衣机前侧设置并与注水盒的至少一个进水口相连通。
上述的设置可以充分地利用洗衣机内部的空间,避免更改洗衣机整体框架设置,且可以尽可能地精简洗衣机内部的部件和管路设置,且可以确保洗衣机进水得到充分的净化。优选地,净水装置包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯,滤芯包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网,滤芯网将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。

本发明的另一重要目的在于提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机的内部设有如上所述的任意一种带净水装置的进水结构。优选地,所述洗衣机具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀对应设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;主洗阀的出水口与净水装置的进水口连接,净水装置的出水口与注水盒的主洗水路进口连接;预洗阀的出水口与注水盒的预洗水路进口连接;喷淋阀的出水口经管路连接至注水盒上盖顶部;优选地,设有调节洗衣机的补水过程由主洗阀进行补水的控制程序。
上述的设置可以使洗衣机进水的大部分都得到净水装置的净化,有利于保证洗衣机的内部卫生,避免衣物受到余氯、重金属或微生物的污染。
本发明所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,具有下列有益效果:
1、所述洗衣机的净水装置安装于洗衣机的内部结构中,充分利用了洗衣机框架内的闲置空间,不会占据洗衣机外部的多余空间,安装使用方便;

实施例一
如图1至图13所示,本实施例中介绍了一种具有净水装置的洗衣机,包括注水盒2,净水装置1安装于洗衣机内部,并且与注水盒2连接,洗衣机进水经过净水装置1处理后进入注水盒2,再由注水盒2进入到洗涤桶内部。
洗衣机内部设有控制进水的电磁阀200,净水装置1设置在电磁阀200和注水盒2之间,洗衣机进水经过电磁阀200、净水装置1并进入注水盒2,再由注水盒2进入到洗涤桶内部。
电磁阀200具有多个出水口,并且至少一个出水口与净水装置1的进水口01连接,净水装置1的出水口(第一出水口021或第二出水口022,择一使用这两个出水口中的任意一个)与注水盒2的至少一个进水口连接。
净水装置1包括壳体和置于壳体内的滤芯13,所述滤芯13的内部填充有KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒。
本实施例的洗衣机具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀200对应设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;主洗阀的出水口与净水装置1的进水口01连接,净水装置1的第一出水口021与注水盒2的主洗水路进口连接;预洗阀的出水口与注水盒2的预洗水路进口连接;喷淋阀的出水口经管路连接至注水盒2的上盖顶部。
所述的主洗、预洗和喷淋与目前洗衣机的一般理解相同,在此不予赘述。
为了使该洗衣机运行中使用的大部分水得到净化处理,结合洗衣机的结构,还可以配合软件控制设置,使洗衣机的注水盒运行过程中使用水量较大的过程均切换至主洗阀进行多次补水,进一步降低衣物被污染的几率,更加洁净卫生。
电磁阀200设置多个出水口,每个出水口对应不同的水路,赋予洗衣机更多的清洗功能。电磁阀200的出水口与净水装置1连接,确保进入注水盒2的水被净化处理、使衣物的清洗卫生健康。在具体设计时可以根据洗衣机的具体功能进行灵活的选择,使洗衣机使用水量较大的水路与净水装置连接,一方面达到清洁卫生的效果,另一方面也可以降低净水装置的工作强度、延长其使用寿命,可以适用于不同的洗衣机型号,拓展其应用范围,而且还可以精简洗衣机内的安装管路,提高洗衣机运行安全性能。
所述的洗衣机除了可以解决所述的基本技术问题外,还进一步优化了净水装置的性能,使其具有多重有益的效果,能够解决更多的技术问题。
KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒混合均匀并一体填充于滤芯13的内部;或者,KDF、亚硫酸钙的颗粒分别逐层填充,且靠近滤芯13的进水口01的第一层为KDF颗粒层。
KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种。
本发明所述的KDF为高纯的铜、锌合金,现在可以获得的KDF有两种型号KDF55、KDF85,其中,KDF55是指50%铜和50%锌的合金;KDF85,它是85%的铜和15%锌的合金。
净水装置1的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件与洗衣机箱体加强件连接并固定。
注水盒2、净水装置1和电磁阀200均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧,且自洗衣机前侧向后侧依次设置;净水装置1水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置1的进水口向后设置并与电磁阀200的至少一个出水口相连通,净水装置1的出水口向洗衣机前侧设置并与注水盒2的至少一个进水口相连通。
该安装部件可以使净水装置1的安装更加牢固,不易在洗衣机运行过程中发生振动而发生移动,确保净水装置1更加牢固可靠,洗衣机运行更加安全。
安装部件和净水装置1的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;
所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置的壳体外表面一体。
所述的结构加强部件可以使净水装置1更加牢固,有效延长净水装置1的使用寿命。其中,类三角形的加强筋的加强效果较好并且结构简单、节省材料,特别当类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置的壳体外表面一体时,净水装置1在与洗衣机箱体加强件连接更加牢固稳定,提供洗衣机的整体结构稳定性,并且避免净水装置对洗衣机其他结构的碰撞。
本实施例的KDF层选择用KDF55填充,并且KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1;
作为优选地,KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
滤芯本体与壳体之间设置有过滤网133,过滤网套133装于滤芯本体的外部。滤芯本体与过滤网133之间设有一定间隙空间,滤芯本体的外部分布有均匀交错排布的多段环形加强筋,环形加强筋使壳体与过滤网133之间的腔室中形成弯曲流道。
在滤芯筒132的外部设置环形加强筋,环形加强筋在过滤网133与滤芯本体之间形成多重流道,水在多重流道上盘旋流动,延长了过滤的时间,并且防止水未经过过滤而从净水装置的壳体其他部位流出,确保净化的可靠性。另外,环形加强筋还可以进一步加强滤芯13的结构,一举多得。
过滤网133套装于滤芯本体的外部,在水进入滤芯13前先经过预净化处理,减少水中的杂质,减轻滤芯13内部的过滤的工作负载,延长过滤层的使用寿命,确保去除余氯、重金属和抑制微生物繁殖的效果。
滤芯本体包括滤芯上盖131和滤芯筒132,滤芯筒132为一端密闭的筒状结构、滤芯上盖131为覆盖滤芯筒132开口端的端盖板;滤芯筒132的底部设有进口、并且滤芯筒132内的底部设有覆盖进口的滤芯网135,滤芯上盖131设有出口、且滤芯上盖131的下部设有覆盖出口的滤芯网135。
滤芯筒132底部的滤芯网135与滤芯筒132的底部、滤芯上盖131下部的滤芯网135与滤芯上盖131以及滤芯上盖131与滤芯132筒之间均采用超声波焊接的方式连接。
超声波焊接使可以使滤芯的各个结构部分连接浑然一体,滤芯的结构更加牢固,气密封性更好,并且使滤芯在净水过程中保持强的水压,确保净化效果。
滤芯本体上设置有至少一个用于与壳体圆周固定的结构;作为优选地,滤芯本体上还设置有至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
在本实施中,圆周固定的结构为自滤芯本体底部圆周向下延伸出的中空圆筒,中空圆筒与壳体筒底部 设置的圆环形凹槽嵌合固定;中空圆筒的上部设有自滤芯本体向四周延伸的圆环,该圆环起到上下限位的作用。
滤芯上盖131靠近出口的部位设有圆周固定结构,并且该圆周固定结构的四周设置有支脚,滤芯上盖与壳体上盖圆周固定,并且结合过盈配合作用,从而使滤芯与壳体连接的更加紧密,进一步提高净水装置的密封性,增强净水效果。
滤芯本体上的圆周固定结构和与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构可以使滤芯本体与壳体之间安装固定更加紧密稳固,防止滤芯晃动或偏移,使进入的水可以充分地被净化,提高净化效果。
壳体包括壳体筒11和壳体上盖15,壳体筒11的底部设有进水口,壳体上盖15设有出水口;滤芯本体套装于壳体筒11内,并且壳体筒11与滤芯本体之间设有一个或多个第一密封圈12;滤芯本体的出口与壳体上盖的出水口相套合,并且两者的匹配处设有一个或多个第二密封圈134。
壳体筒11和壳体上盖15之间设有橡胶垫圈14,橡胶垫圈14的形状与壳体筒11和壳体上盖15组装连接的界面形状一致;
作为优选地,壳体筒11、壳体上盖15和橡胶垫圈14上设置有匹配一致的孔,通过螺纹连接三者上设置的孔连接一体。
壳体筒11的开口设有第一延展边,壳体上盖15设有第二延展边,第一延展边和第二延展边之间设有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件——橡胶垫圈14(材料为三元乙丙橡胶),第一延展边、缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件以及第二延展边三者相互匹配并且紧密贴合。
第一延展边、第二延展边的横截面为正八边形,在正八边形的各个端点处设有通孔,橡胶垫圈14与第一延展边、第二延展边的横截面的大小和形状一致,也为正八边形,在正八边形的各个端点处也对应设有通孔,第一延展边、第二延展边和橡胶垫圈14上设有相互匹配的通孔,通过螺纹连接三者上设置的通孔连接一体。
设置上述的延展边可以使壳体筒11、壳体上盖15和橡胶垫圈14之间接触更加紧密,提高净水装置的密封性,确保进水得到充分的净化。
采用上述物质和质量比例可以进一步提高净水装置的净化效果,余氯残留量更少,重金属含量显著下降,并且避免残留微生物,洗衣机内部的整体清洁度更好,洗衣卫生健康。
所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,具有下列有益效果:
1、所述洗衣机的净水装置安装于洗衣机的内部结构中,充分利用了洗衣机框架内的闲置空间,不会占据洗衣机外部的多余空间,安装使用方便;
并且所述的净水装置安装于洗衣机内部,有利于净水装置自身结构的保护,使用寿命更长,节省成本,并且洗衣机的整体结构美观大方;
2、净水装置设有KDF与亚硫酸钙,能够高效地去除余氯、重金属并且抑制微生物的繁殖,避免污染衣物,卫生健康;
3、净水装置的密封性能好,不会出现漏水渗水的情况,洗衣机运行更加安全可靠;
4、净水装置即使在低温条件下也不会发生严重的形变,避免净水装置损坏或工作失常;
5、洗衣机的结构简单,便于在现有洗衣机的结构框架下进行改造,降低研究和生产制造成本,节省开支。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:
洗衣机的内部设有控制进水的电磁阀200,电磁阀200具有三个出水口,三个出水口分别与洗衣机不同洗涤程序的水路连通;净水装置1具有进水口01和出水口(第一出水口021或第二出水口022,择一使用这两个出水口中的任意一个),净水装置1的进水口01与电磁阀200的出水口连接,净水装置1的出水口(第一出水口021或第二出水口022,择一使用这两个出水口中的任意一个)与注水盒2连接,进水依次经过电磁阀200、净水装置1,然后进入注水盒2,再由注水盒2进入到洗衣机的洗涤桶。
所述洗衣机具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀200对应设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;
主洗阀的出水口与净水装置1的进水口01连接,净水装置的出水口与注水盒的主洗水路进口连接;

所述洗衣机的主要洗涤程序的水路,即主洗和预洗均与净水装置连接,洗涤衣物的用水得到了净水装置的净化,余氯、重金属和微生物含量降低,洗衣卫生健康。
该洗衣机是仅借助其自身的结构设置特点,达到进一步提高洁净卫生的水平,不需要改变现有洗衣机的软件控制***。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:

实施例四
如图1至图13所示,本实施例中介绍了一种净水装置及净水方法,所述净水装置1包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯13,滤芯13包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网135,滤芯网135将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网135之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
滤芯本体与壳体之间设置有过滤网133,过滤网套133装于滤芯本体的外部。
滤芯本体与过滤网133之间设有一定间隙空间,滤芯本体的外部分布有均匀交错排布的多段环形加强筋,环形加强筋使壳体与过滤网133之间的腔室中形成弯曲流道。

KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种,并且KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1;

KDF和亚硫酸钙分别为80~100目的颗粒物。
选用该粒径范围的KDF和亚硫酸钙可以提高净水装置除去重金属、余氯和不溶杂质以及抑制微生物生长的效果,净化效果更好。
滤芯13的制造过程为:将滤芯网135以超声波焊接的方式连接到滤芯筒132的底部,然后再依次灌装第二KDF层138、亚硫酸钙层137和第一KDF层136,再将另一个滤芯网135放置于亚硫酸钙层137的上部,并以超声波焊接的方式将该滤芯网135与滤芯上盖131焊接一体。
超声波焊接方式使各个部件之间宛如一体设置,确保滤芯本体具有更好的密封性,防止漏气、漏水或渗水,使水流进入时能够被充分地与过滤层接触反应,保证处理彻底充分,提高净化效果。
该滤芯可以有效地去除余氯、重金属并抑制微生物的繁殖,经其净化后的水洁净卫生、健康安全,提升用户的生活品质。滤芯网一方面可以起到基础过滤的作用,降低对KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层的污染损耗,延长过滤层的使用寿命,降低净水装置的更换、维修频次,节省开支;另一方面,滤芯网将KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层限制在一定的空间中,避免KDF与亚硫酸钙的流失,并且使过滤层维持一定的利于保持净水装置的净化效果的层结构。
所述净水装置的结构简单,在确保净水效果的同时尽可能地简化过滤单元的结构,降低了净水装置出现故障的几率,提高净水装置的使用寿命。
滤芯本体的外周设置有过滤网133,过滤网133套装于滤芯本体的外部,在滤芯筒132的外部设置环形加强筋,环形加强筋在过滤网133与滤芯本体之间形成多重流道,水在多重流道上盘旋流动,延长了过滤的时间,并且防止水未经过过滤而从净水装置的壳体其他部位流出,确保净化的可靠性。过滤网133套装于滤芯本体的外部,在水进入滤芯13前先经过预净化处理,减少水中的杂质,减轻滤芯13内部的过滤的工作负载,延长过滤层的使用寿命,确保去除余氯、重金属和抑制微生物繁殖的效果。
另外,环形加强筋还可以进一步加强滤芯13的结构,一举多得。
滤芯筒132的底部设有突出的圆周固定结构,该圆周固定部件可与壳体筒11的底部设置的凹槽嵌合固定,并且滤芯筒132的底部、圆周固定结构的上部还设有圆环状的上下方向限位结构,圆周固定与限位作用相互配合,使滤芯筒132与壳体筒11之间的安装更加牢固可靠,避免滤芯本***置偏移,确保净水装置的密封性,提高净水效果。
滤芯本体套装于壳体筒11内部,并且壳体筒11与滤芯本体之间设有两个密封圈,确保滤芯本体与壳体之间安装可靠牢固,避免滤芯本体经常晃动而影响净水装置的气密封、降低净化效果。
滤芯本体的出口与壳体上盖15的出水口相套合,并且两者的套合处设有两个O型的密封圈,保证出水口的密封性,防止水溢出,并确保洗衣机进水可以充分地被净化。
壳体筒11的开口设有第一延展边,壳体上盖15设有第二延展边,第一延展边和第二延展边之间设有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件——橡胶垫圈14(材料为三元乙丙橡胶),第一延展边、缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件以及第二延展边三者相互匹配并且紧密贴合。
第一延展边、第二延展边的横截面为正八边形,在正八边形的各个端点处设有通孔,橡胶垫圈14与第一延展边、第二延展边的横截面的大小和形状一致,也为正八边形,在正八边形的各个端点处也对应设有通孔,第一延展边、第二延展边和橡胶垫圈14上设有相互匹配的通孔,通过螺纹连接三者上设置的通孔连接一体。
设置上述的延展边可以使壳体筒11、壳体上盖15和橡胶垫圈14之间接触更加紧密,提高净水装置的密封性,确保进水得到充分的净化。
另外,橡胶垫圈14可以防止壳体筒11和壳体上盖15在低温的条件发生显著的形变而导致净水装置的整体结构不紧密,漏气或漏水而影响净化效果,有助于提高净水装置在低温条件下的稳定性和可靠性。
壳体筒11的开口外壁设有第一螺纹结构,壳体上盖15的内周设有与第一螺纹结构相配合的第二螺纹结构,并且第一螺纹和第二螺纹结构之间设有O型密封圈,使壳体筒11和壳体上盖15之间连接更加紧密,密封性好,利于提高净化效果。
滤芯13的滤芯上盖131上靠近出口的部位设有圆周固定结构和过盈配合结构,从而使滤芯13与壳体连接的更加紧密,进一步提高净水装置的密封性,增强净水效果。
所述的净水装置可以应用于洗衣机、水槽、洗碗机、饮水机等等各类器件或者设备,但不限于所列举 的这些器件或者设备。
净水装置的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件与洗衣机箱体加强件连接并固定。安装部件上设有第一安装孔和挂钩011,洗衣机箱体加强件上设有第二安装孔和挂钩孔,挂钩011与挂钩孔连接,第一安装孔和第二安装孔螺纹连接。
所述的洗衣机箱体加强件012可以是如洗衣机箱体上设置的加强横梁之类的结构,但并限于这一种。
进一步地,安装部件具有至少一个与洗衣机箱体加强件012相互贴合的面,这样可以进一步加固净水装置与洗衣机之间的连接。
净水装置的上述结构特征可以使其更简便、牢固地被安装到洗衣机箱体的内部,充分地利用了洗衣机内部的闲置空间,避免额外的安装辅助零件,有利于提高洗衣机整体结构的稳定性和安全性,并且使洗衣机的整体更加美观并具有很好的净水功能。
另外,安装部件和净水装置壳体的外表面之间设有结构加强部件,作为优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置壳体外表面一体。
上述的安装部件可以使净水装置的安装更加牢固,不易在洗衣机运行过程中发生振动而发生移动,确保净水装置更加牢固可靠,洗衣机运行更加安全。
本实施例还提供一种净水方法,该方法使用如上所述的任意一种净水装置对洗衣机的进水进行处理。
实施例五
本实施例与实施例四的区别在于:
将KDF55和亚硫酸钙一起混合均匀,将其中一个滤芯网135以超声波焊接的方式连接到滤芯筒132的底部,然后将KDF55和亚硫酸钙均匀混合物一起灌装至滤芯筒132内、得到过滤层,再将另一个滤芯网135放置于过滤层的上部,并以超声波焊接的方式将该滤芯网135与滤芯上盖131焊接一体。
KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,作为优选为20:1。
选用上述组成和质量比例的过滤层可以优化净水装置去除余氯和重金属的效果。
实施例六
本实施例与实施例四的区别在于:
滤芯13的制造过程为:将滤芯网135以超声波焊接的方式连接到滤芯筒132的底部,然后再依次灌装第二KDF层138、第一KDF层136和亚硫酸钙层137,再将另一个滤芯网135放置于亚硫酸钙层137的上部,并以超声波焊接的方式将该滤芯网135与滤芯上盖131焊接一体。其中,第二KDF层138的组成为KDF55,第一KDF层136的组成为KDF85,并且滤芯13中的KDF55与KDF85的质量比为3~5:1。
实施例七
如图1至图13所示,本实施例中介绍了另一种净水装置,净水装置1包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯13,壳体包括壳体筒11,壳体筒11的一端密闭、另一端开口,壳体筒11的开口端设有可开闭密封连接的壳体上盖15,滤芯13套装于壳体筒11内,并且滤芯13的出口与壳体上盖15的出水口相套合,壳体筒11和壳体上盖15的连接界面处设置有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的橡胶垫圈14。
在壳体筒11和壳体上盖15的连接界面处设有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的橡胶垫圈14,即使在低温冷冻结冰的情况下,净水装置1的密封性也不会因为壳体筒11、壳体上盖15发生形变而受到破坏。壳体筒11和壳体上盖15分体设置可以便于拆卸更换滤芯,方便快捷,节省成本,而且净水装置1在组装完成后密封性能优异,确保水净化的效果,并且安全可靠。
壳体筒11的开口处设有向外水平径向弯折的第一延展边,壳体上盖15设有与第一延展边相对设置的第二延展边,橡胶垫圈14设置在第一延展边和第二延展边之间;橡胶垫圈14的两侧分别与第一延展边、第二延展边相互匹配并且紧密贴合。
第一延展边、第二延展边和橡胶垫圈14上设有相互匹配、对应重合的通孔,通过螺栓连接三者上设置的通孔以进行固定连接。
橡胶垫圈14的结构简单并且有效,可以达到较好的密封效果,便于更换并且可以节省成本。尤其,三元乙丙橡胶材料的橡胶垫圈具有更好的低温耐受性,在低温条件下仍可以保持较好的弹性,利于保证净水装置1的密封性。而且其耐老化,进而提高净水装置1的整体寿命。
滤芯13的出口***壳体上盖15的出水口内,且滤芯13的出口外壁与壳体上盖15的出水口内壁相对 应密封贴合,并且滤芯13的出口与壳体上盖15的出水口相贴合接触面上设置有两个或者两个以上O型密封圈。
壳体筒11的开口外壁上设有第一螺纹结构,壳体上盖15的内周设有与第一螺纹结构相配合的第二螺纹结构,令壳体上盖15与壳体筒11的开口相螺纹密封连接;
作为优选地,壳体筒11和壳体上盖15之间的连接处设有多个密封结构,密封结构优选为O型密封圈。
滤芯13的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。圆周固定的结构为自滤芯本体底部圆周向下延伸出的中空圆筒,中空圆筒与壳体筒底部设置的圆环形凹槽嵌合固定;中空圆筒的上部设有自滤芯本体向四周延伸的圆环,该圆环起到上下限位的作用。
滤芯上盖131靠近出口的部位设有圆周固定结构,并且该圆周固定结构的四周设置有支脚,滤芯上盖131与壳体上盖15圆周固定,并且结合过盈配合作用,从而使滤芯13与壳体连接的更加紧密,进一步提高净水装置的密封性,增强净水效果。
上述的滤芯本体上的圆周固定结构和与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构可以防止滤芯晃动或偏移,使进入的水可以充分地被净化,提高净化效果。
滤芯内设有KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层,过滤层由KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒混合均匀并一体填充,或者KDF、亚硫酸钙的颗粒分别逐层填充;
作为优选地,KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
净水装置1设在洗衣机外部、水源和洗衣机的进水控制电磁阀200之间,水依次经过净水装置1、电磁阀200和注水盒2;
或者,净水装置1设在洗衣机内部、电磁阀200和注水盒2之间,水依次经过电磁阀200、净水装置1和注水盒2。
所述的净水装置在低温的条件下也不易发生形变,密封性能优异,能够确保较好的净水效果。并且该净水装置的结构简单,在确保净水效果的同时尽可能地简化了结构,降低了净水装置出现故障的几率,提高净水装置的使用寿命和净水效率。另外,该净水装置生产成本低,适用范围广,可以与多种需要净水的装置或设备组装使用,市场前景广阔。
实施例八
本实施例与实施例七的区别在于:
壳体筒11的开口处设有第一延展边,壳体上盖15设有第二延展边,第一延展边和第二延展边之间设有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形橡胶垫圈4(材料为三元乙丙橡胶),第一延展边、缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的部件以及第二延展边三者相互匹配并且紧密贴合。
第一延展边、第二延展边的横截面为正八边形,在正八边形的各个端点处设有通孔,橡胶垫圈14与第一延展边、第二延展边的横截面的大小和形状一致,也为正八边形,在正八边形的各个端点处也对应设有通孔,第一延展边、第二延展边和橡胶垫圈14上设有相互匹配的通孔,通过自攻螺钉16连接三者上设置的通孔连接一体。
上述的延展边使壳体筒11、壳体上盖15和橡胶垫圈14之间接触更加紧密,提高净水装置的密封性,确保进水与滤芯13充分地接触并得到净化。
橡胶垫圈14的结构简单并且有效,可以达到较好的密封效果,便于更换并且可以节省成本。三元乙丙橡胶材料使橡胶垫圈具有更好的低温耐受性,在低温条件下仍可以保持较好的弹性,利于保证净水装置的密封性。而且其耐老化,使用寿命长,进而提高净水装置的整体寿命。自攻螺钉16连接可靠有效,并且节省额外的连接部件,可以保证净水装置的密封性。
实施例九
如图1至图13所示,本实施例中介绍了一种带净水装置的进水结构及洗衣机,带净水装置的进水结构包括注水盒2和净水装置1:净水装置1的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件上设有第一安装孔和挂钩,洗衣机箱体加强件上设有第二安装孔和挂钩孔,挂钩与挂钩孔连接,第一安装孔和第二安装孔经螺纹连接将净水装置固定于洗衣机内部。
该进水结构安装于洗衣机的内部的闲置空间,充分利用净水装置1和洗衣机箱体加强件的自身结构进 行安装,接近于一体设置的牢固程度,并且不需要过多的额外安装附件,结构更加简单可靠,不会占据洗衣机外部的空间。并且带净水装置的进水结构的净水装置结构简单,净水装置不易受到损坏,使用寿命更长,节省成本。
洗衣机内部设有控制进水的电磁阀200,净水装置1设在电磁阀200和注水盒2之间,洗衣机进水经过电磁阀200、净水装置1并进入注水盒2,再由注水盒2进入到洗涤桶内部。
注水盒2、净水装置1和电磁阀200均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧,且自洗衣机前侧向后侧依次设置;净水装置1水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置1的进水口01向后设置并与电磁阀200的至少一个出水口相连通,净水装置1的出水口(第一出水口021、或者第二出水口022)向洗衣机前侧设置并与注水盒2的至少一个进水口相连通。
净水装置1包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯13,滤芯13包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网135,滤芯网135将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网135之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
上述的结构设置更利于滤芯13保持利于提高净化效果的更好、更稳定的结构。滤芯网135将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,可以强化净水效果。
所述的壳体包括壳体筒11和壳体上盖15。
滤芯本体与壳体之间设置有过滤网133,过滤网133套装于滤芯本体的外部,滤芯本体的外部分布有均匀交错排布的多段环形加强筋,环形加强筋使壳体与过滤网133之间的腔室中形成弯曲流道。
环形加强筋在过滤网133与滤芯本体之间形成多重流道,水在多重流道上盘旋流动,延长了过滤的时间,并且防止水未经过过滤而从净水装置1的壳体其他部位流出,确保净化的可靠性。另外,环形加强筋还可以进一步加强滤芯13的结构,一举多得。
滤芯13的内部填充有KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒,KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种。
滤芯13的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
安装部件和净水装置1的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;
所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置1的壳体外表面一体。
本实施例还提供一种洗衣机,该洗衣机的内部设有如上所述的带净水装置的进水结构。
该洗衣机具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀对应设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;
主洗阀的出水口与净水装置的进水口连接,净水装置的出水口与注水盒的主洗水路进口连接;
预洗阀的出水口与注水盒的预洗水路进口连接;
喷淋阀的出水口经管路连接至注水盒上盖顶部;
作为优选地,设有调节洗衣机的补水过程由主洗阀进行补水的控制程序。
实施例十
如图14所示,本实施例中介绍了另一种具有净水装置的洗衣机,具有净水装置的洗衣机包括注水盒2,净水装置1安装于洗衣机内部,洗衣机进水口与净水装置1的进口相连接,净水装置1的出口处设有控制出水流向的电磁阀200,电磁阀200具有多个可控制对应开闭的出水口,各出水口与注水盒2上的多个水路相一一对应连通,以使洗衣机进水经注水盒2上的对应水路流入洗涤桶内部。
该洗衣机的进水全部得到净水装置1的净化处理,并且净化后的水可以根据洗衣机的不同功能设置分别由电磁阀200控制出水状况,确保洗衣机进行多种洗涤模式时进入洗涤桶或洗衣机内部的水均高度清洁,避免污染衣物和洗衣机内部环境,更加卫生健康。
注水盒2设有至少两条水路,各水路与电磁阀200的出水口相一一对应连通,至少其中一条水路经过注水盒2进入洗涤桶内部。
注水盒2设有与电磁阀200的多个出水口相对应的水路使洗衣机具有多种洗涤模式可供选择,并且各个洗涤模式的进水均得到了充分地净化处理,确保洗衣机内部或衣物的洁净卫生。
电磁阀200设有一个进水口和三个并列的出水口,出水口分别与注水盒2的不同进口对应连接,洗 衣机选择控制进水口与至少一个出水口连通;作为优选地,洗衣机选择控制进水口与至少一个出水口连通或者不与任何一个出水口连通。
通过上述的电磁阀可以配合洗衣机的不同洗涤模式灵活地选择进水的水路,避免繁琐的管路和连接设置,减少洗衣机的内部结构。尤其,当洗衣机可以通过电磁阀不与任何一个出水口连通时,可以达到控制洗衣机进水开关的效果,减少控制洗衣机进水口的开关状态的阀门,一举多得。
净水装置1的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件上设有第一安装孔和挂钩,洗衣机箱体加强件上012设有第二安装孔和挂钩孔,挂钩与挂钩孔连接,第一安装孔和第二安装孔经螺纹连接将净水装置1固定于洗衣机内部。
净水装置1的外壳上设有安装固定电磁阀200的结构,令电磁阀200水平安装固定于其外壳上。
净水装置1利用自身设置的结构特点和洗衣机的现有部件,可以简便、牢固地被安装于洗衣机箱体的内部,充分地利用了洗衣机内部的闲置空间,避免额外的安装辅助零件,有利于提高洗衣机整体结构的稳定性和安全性,并且使洗衣机的整体更加美观且提高洗衣机内部的洁净度,卫生健康。
将电磁阀安装于净水装置1的外壳上,不仅安装牢固,而且可以充分利用洗衣机的内部空间,不需要单独设置用于安装固定电磁阀200的结构或装置,简化洗衣机的内部结构和管路设置,更加安全可靠。
注水盒2、净水装置1、电磁阀200和单进水电磁阀201均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧,净水装置1水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置1的进口向后设置并与单进水电磁阀201出水口相连通,净水装置1的出口向洗衣机前侧设置并与电磁阀200的进水口相连通,电磁阀200的各个出水口分别与注水盒2的多个进水口连通。
上述的设置可以充分地利用洗衣机内部的空间,避免更改洗衣机整体框架设置,且可以尽可能地精简洗衣机内部的部件和管路设置,且可以确保洗衣机进水得到充分的净化,并且各个部件的安装固定更加牢固可靠,洗衣机安全性能更有保障。
净水装置1包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯13,滤芯13包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网135,滤芯网135将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网135之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
滤芯网一方面可以对进入滤芯的水起到基础过滤的作用,降低杂质对KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层的污染和损耗,延长过滤层的使用寿命,降低净水装置的更换、维修频次,节省开支;另一方面,滤芯网将KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层限制在一定的空间中,不仅可以避免KDF与亚硫酸钙的流失,而且还可以使过滤层维持一定的有利于保持较好净化效果的层结构。
滤芯13的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
滤芯13外部的圆周方向上固定的结构和壳体在轴线方向限位的结构可以防止滤芯13晃动或偏移,使进入的水可以充分地被净化,提高净化效果。
安装部件和净水装置1的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件,作为优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置1的壳体外表面一体。
所述的结构加强部件可以使净水装置1更加牢固,有效延长净水装置1的使用寿命。其中,类三角形的加强筋的加强效果较好并且结构简单、节省材料,特别当类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置1的壳体外表面一体时,净水装置1在与洗衣机箱体加强件连接更加牢固稳定,提供洗衣机的整体结构稳定性,并且避免净水装置1对洗衣机其他结构的碰撞。
具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀200对应设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;
主洗阀出水口、预洗阀出水口分别与注水盒2的主洗水路、预洗水路连通,并进入到洗涤桶内部;
喷淋阀的出水口经管路连接至注水盒2的上盖顶部用于喷洗玻璃和窗垫。
上述的设置可以使洗衣机的进水都得到净水装置1的净化处理,进入洗衣机内部或洗涤桶的水得到了充分地净化处理,有利于保证洗衣机的内部卫生,避免衣物受到余氯、重金属或微生物的污染,赋予洗衣机高度洁净化的多种洗涤模式,具有更多选择,满足符合客户的多种需求。
KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种,并且KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1,作为优选地, KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
选用上述组成和质量比例的过滤层可以优化净水装置的去除余氯和重金属、抑制微生物繁殖的效果。

Claims (60)

  1. 一种具有净水装置的洗衣机,包括注水盒(2),其特征在于,净水装置(1)安装于洗衣机内部,并且与注水盒(2)连接,洗衣机进水经过净水装置(1)处理后进入注水盒(2),再由注水盒(2)进入到洗涤桶内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机内部设有控制进水的电磁阀(200),净水装置(1)设置在电磁阀(200)和注水盒(2)之间,洗衣机进水经过电磁阀(200)、净水装置(1)并进入注水盒(2),再由注水盒(2)进入到洗涤桶内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,电磁阀(200)具有多个出水口,并且至少一个出水口与净水装置(1)的进水口连接,净水装置(1)的出水口与注水盒(2)的至少一个进水口连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,净水装置(1)包括壳体和置于壳体内的滤芯(13),所述滤芯(13)的内部填充有KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒混合均匀并一体填充于滤芯(13)的内部;或者,KDF、亚硫酸钙的颗粒分别逐层填充,且靠近滤芯(13)的进水口的第一层为KDF颗粒层。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,净水装置(1)的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件与洗衣机箱体加强件(012)连接并固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,注水盒(2)、净水装置(1)和电磁阀(200)均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧,且自洗衣机前侧向后侧依次设置;净水装置(1)水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置(1)的进水口向后设置并与电磁阀(200)的至少一个出水口相连通,净水装置(1)的出水口向洗衣机前侧设置并与注水盒(2)的至少一个进水口相连通。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,安装部件和净水装置(1)的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置(1)的壳体外表面一体。
  10. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,KDF为KDF55,并且KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1;优选地,KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
  11. 一种净水装置,包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯(13),其特征在于:滤芯(13)包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网(135),滤芯网(135)将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网(135)之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯本体与壳体之间设置有过滤网(133),过滤网(133)套装于滤芯本体的外部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯本体与过滤网(133)之间设有一定间隙空间,滤芯本体的外部分布有均匀交错排布的多段环形加强筋,环形加强筋使壳体与过滤网(133)之间的腔室中形成弯曲流道。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯本体包括滤芯筒(132)和滤芯上盖(131),滤芯筒(132)为一端密闭的筒状结构、滤芯上盖(131)为覆盖滤芯筒(132)开口端的端盖板;滤芯筒(132)的底部设有进口、并且滤芯筒(132)内的底部设有覆盖进口的滤芯网(135),滤芯上盖(131)设有出口、且滤芯上盖(131)的下部设有覆盖出口的滤芯网(135)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯筒(132)底部的滤芯网(135)与滤芯筒(132)的底部、滤芯上盖(131)下部的滤芯网(135)与滤芯上盖(131)以及滤芯上盖(131)与滤芯筒(132)之间均采用超声波焊接的方式连接。
  16. 根据权利要11-15任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯(13)的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
  17. 根据权利要11-16任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:壳体包括壳体筒(11)和壳体上盖(15),壳体筒(11)设有进水口,壳体上盖(15)设有出水口;滤芯本体套装于壳体筒(11)内,并且壳体筒(11)与滤芯本体之间设有一个或多个密封圈;滤芯本体的出口与壳体上盖(15)的出水口相套合,并且两者的匹配处设有一个或多个密封圈。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的净水装置,其特征在于:壳体筒(11)和壳体上盖(15)之间设有橡胶垫圈(14),橡胶垫圈(14)的形状与壳体筒(11)和壳体上盖(15)组装连接的界面形状一致;优选地,壳体筒(11)、壳体上盖(15)和橡胶垫圈(14)上设置有匹配一致的孔,通过螺纹连接三者上设置的孔连接一体。
  19. 根据权利要11-18任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种,并且KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1;优选地,KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
  20. 一种净水方法,其特征在于:使用如权利要求11-19任一项所述的净水装置对洗衣机的进水进行处理。
  21. 一种净水装置,包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯(13),其特征在于:壳体包括壳体筒(11),壳体筒(11)的一端密闭、另一端开口,壳体筒(11)的开口端设有可开闭密封连接的壳体上盖(15),滤芯(13)套装于壳体筒(11)内,并且滤芯(13)的出口与壳体上盖(15)的出水口相套合,壳体筒(11)和壳体上盖(15)的连接界面处设置有缓冲或防止热胀冷缩变形的橡胶垫圈(14)。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的净水装置,其特征在于:壳体筒(11)的开口端设有向外水平径向弯折的第一延展边,壳体上盖(15)设有与第一延展边相对设置的第二延展边,橡胶垫圈(14)设置在第一延展边和第二延展边之间;橡胶垫圈(14)的两侧分别与第一延展边、第二延展边相互匹配并且紧密贴合。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的净水装置,其特征在于:净水装置(1)的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件与洗衣机箱体加强件(012)连接并固定。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的净水装置,其特征在于:安装部件和净水装置(1)的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置(1)的壳体外表面一体。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的净水装置,其特征在于:第一延展边、第二延展边和橡胶垫圈(14)上设有相互匹配、对应重合的通孔,通过螺栓连接三者上设置的通孔以进行固定连接。
  26. 根据权利要求21-25任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯(13)的出口***壳体上盖(15)的出水口内,且滤芯(13)的出口外壁与壳体上盖(15)出水口的内壁相对应密封贴合,滤芯(13)的出口与壳体上盖(15)的出水口相贴合接触面上设置有两个或者两个以上O型密封圈。
  27. 根据权利要求21-26任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:壳体筒(11)的开口端外壁上设有第一螺纹结构,壳体上盖(15)的内周设有与第一螺纹结构相配合的第二螺纹结构,令壳体上盖(15)与壳体筒(11)的开口相螺纹密封连接;优选地,壳体筒(11)和壳体上盖(15)之间的连接处设有多个密封结构,密封结构优选为O型密封圈。
  28. 根据权利要求21-27任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯(13)的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
  29. 根据权利要求21-28任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:滤芯(13)内设有KDF与亚硫酸钙的过滤层,过滤层由KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒混合均匀并一体填充,或者KDF、亚硫酸钙的颗粒分别逐层填充;优选地,KDF与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,更优选为20:1。
  30. 根据权利要求21-29任一项所述的净水装置,其特征在于:净水装置(1)设在洗衣机外部、水源和洗衣机的进水控制的电磁阀(200)之间,水依次经过净水装置(1)、电磁阀(200)和注水盒(2);或者,净水装置(1)设在洗衣机内部、进水控制的电磁阀(200)和注水盒(2)之间,水依次经过电磁阀(200)、净水装置(1)和注水盒(2)。
  31. 一种带过滤功能的注水槽,包括注水槽本体(5),其特征在于:注水槽本体(5)的进水侧安装有净水腔室(8),净水腔室(8)中设有KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的滤芯(4),注水槽的进水管路直接与净水腔室(8)相连通;优选地,KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的滤芯(4)可取出更换的设置于净水腔室(8)中。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的一种注水槽,其特征在于:注水槽具有多个进水管路,并且各个进水管路分别与净水腔室(8)连接,进水经过净水腔室(8)后进入到注水槽本体(5)内部。
  33. 根据权利要求31或32所述的一种注水槽,其特征在于:滤芯(4)由KDF和亚硫酸钙混合均匀再一体填充而成,或者由KDF、亚硫酸钙逐层交替分层填充而成,且KDF层设置于滤芯(4)的进水口侧。
  34. 根据权利要求32或33所述的一种注水槽,其特征在于:注水槽本体(5)的进水侧设置有多个单独的净水腔室(8)中,多个进水管路分别与单独的净水腔室(8)相一一对应连接,多个单独的净水腔室(8)的出水口分别与注水槽内部的多条水路相一一对应连通。
  35. 根据权利要求31-34任一项所述的一种注水槽,其特征在于:KDF和亚硫酸钙的滤芯的外部设有壳体结构,壳体结构将KDF和亚硫酸钙包覆并且允许水流通过;优选地,壳体结构为不锈钢滤网,不锈钢滤网分布有200目或200目以上的孔洞结构。
  36. 根据权利要求31-35任一项所述的一种注水槽,其特征在于:KDF和亚硫酸钙分别为60~115目的颗粒物;优选地,KDF为KDF55,并且KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为10~30:1;更优选地,KDF55与亚硫酸钙的质量比为15~23:1,最优选为20:1。
  37. 根据权利要求34所述的一种注水槽,其特征在于:多个单独的净水腔室(8)一体设置在注水槽本体(5)的后端部,净水腔室(8)的上部开口设置,净水腔室(8)的开口上方依次设置有密封结构和盖板(2),盖板(2)经螺纹连接作用和净水腔室(8)相连接。
  38. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:洗衣机的内部设置有如权利要求31-37任一项所述的注水槽。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:设有检测净水腔室腔室的滤芯(4)的使用次数的检测单元。
  40. 根据权利要求38或39所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,主洗、预洗和喷淋程序分别对应单独的进水管路,各个进水管路的进水由电磁阀上设置的不同阀门分别控制;各个进水管路分别与设置有滤芯(4)的各个净水腔室(8)连接,净化后的水由各个净水腔室(8)的出水口进入到注水槽内。
  41. 一种带净水装置的进水结构,其特征在于,包括净水装置(1)和注水盒(2):净水装置(1)的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件上设有第一安装孔和挂钩,洗衣机箱体加强件上(012)设有第二安装孔和挂钩孔,挂钩与挂钩孔连接,第一安装孔和第二安装孔经螺纹连接将净水装置(1)固定于洗衣机内部。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的进水结构,其特征在于,洗衣机内部设有控制进水的电磁阀(200),净水装置(1)设在电磁阀(200)和注水盒(2)之间,洗衣机进水经过电磁阀(200)、净水装置(1)并进入注水盒(2),再由注水盒(2)进入到洗涤桶内部。
  43. 根据权利要求41或42所述的进水结构,其特征在于,注水盒(2)、净水装置(1)和电磁阀(200)均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧,且自洗衣机前侧向后侧依次设置;净水装置(1)水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置(1)的进水口向后设置并与电磁阀(200)的至少一个出水口相连通,净水装置(1)的出水口向洗衣机前侧设置并与注水盒(2)的至少一个进水口相连通。
  44. 根据权利要求41-43任一项所述的进水结构,其特征在于,净水装置(1)包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯(13),滤芯(13)包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网(135),滤芯网(135)将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网(135)之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的进水结构,其特征在于,滤芯本体与壳体之间设置有过滤网(133),过滤网(133)套装于滤芯本体的外部,滤芯本体的外部分布有均匀交错排布的多段环形加强筋,环形加强筋使壳体与过滤网(133)之间的腔室中形成弯曲流道。
  46. 根据权利要求44或45所述的进水结构,其特征在于,滤芯(13)的内部填充有KDF和亚硫酸钙的颗粒,KDF选自KDF55或者KDF85中的一种或两种。
  47. 根据权利要求44-46任一项所述的进水结构,其特征在于,滤芯(13)的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
  48. 根据权利要求41-47任一项所述的进水结构,其特征在于,安装部件和净水装置(1)的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置(1)的壳体外表面一体。
  49. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于:内部设有如权利要求41-48任一项所述的带净水装置的进水结构。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀(200)对应 设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;主洗阀的出水口与净水装置(1)的进水口连接,净水装置(1)的出水口与注水盒的主洗水路进口连接;预洗阀的出水口与注水盒(2)的预洗水路进口连接;喷淋阀的出水口经管路连接至注水盒(2)上盖顶部;优选地,设有调节洗衣机的补水过程由主洗阀进行补水的控制程序。
  51. 一种具有净水装置的洗衣机,包括注水盒(2),其特征在于:净水装置(1)安装于洗衣机内部,洗衣机进水口与净水装置(1)进口相连接,净水装置(1)的出口处设有控制出水流向的电磁阀(200),电磁阀(200)具有多个可控制对应开闭的出水口,各出水口与注水盒(2)上的多个水路相一一对应连通,以使洗衣机进水经注水盒(2)上的对应水路流入洗涤桶内部。
  52. 根据权利要求51所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:注水盒(2)设有至少两条水路,各水路与电磁阀(200)的出水口相一一对应连通,至少其中一条水路经过注水盒(2)进入洗涤桶内部。
  53. 根据权利要求51或52所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:电磁阀(200)设有一个进水口和三个并列的出水口,出水口分别与注水盒(2)的不同进口对应连接,洗衣机选择控制进水口与至少一个出水口连通;作为优选地,洗衣机能选择控制电磁阀(200)的进水口与至少一个出水口连通或者不与任何一个出水口连通。
  54. 根据权利要求51-53任一项所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:洗衣机进水口与净水装置(1)进口经设有单进水电磁阀(201)的管路相连接,以控制对应管路的通断。
  55. 根据权利要求51-54任一项所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:净水装置(1)的壳体向外延伸设有安装部件,安装部件上设有第一安装孔和挂钩,洗衣机箱体加强件上(012)设有第二安装孔和挂钩孔,挂钩与挂钩孔连接,第一安装孔和第二安装孔经螺纹连接将净水装置(1)固定于洗衣机内部;净水装置(1)的外壳上设有固定电磁阀(200)的结构,令电磁阀(200)水平固定于其外壳的一侧。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:注水盒(2)、净水装置(1)、电磁阀(200)和单进水电磁阀(201)均安装于洗衣机顶部的同一侧;净水装置(1)水平安装于洗衣机箱体一侧的上加强件上,净水装置(1)的进口向后设置并与单进水电磁阀(201)出水口相连通,净水装置(1)的出口向洗衣机前侧设置并与电磁阀(200)的进水口相连通,电磁阀(200)的各个出水口分别与注水盒(2)的多个进水口连通。
  57. 根据权利要求51-56任一项所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:具有主洗、预洗和喷淋程序,电磁阀(200)对应设有主洗阀、预洗阀和喷淋阀;主洗阀出水口、预洗阀出水口分别与注水盒(2)的主洗水路、预洗水路连通,并进入到洗涤桶内部;喷淋阀的出水口经管路连接至注水盒(2)的上盖顶部用于喷洗玻璃和窗垫。
  58. 根据权利要求51-57任一项所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:净水装置(1)包括壳体以及置于壳体内部的滤芯(13),滤芯(13)包括滤芯本体,滤芯本体的相对两端分别设有进口和出口,进口与出口之间设有至少两个沿滤芯本体轴线间隔设置的滤芯网(135),滤芯网(135)将滤芯本体内部分隔为多个独立的腔室,相邻两个滤芯网(135)之间的腔室中填充有由KDF和/或亚硫酸钙构成的过滤层。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:滤芯(13)的外部设有至少一个与壳体在圆周方向上固定的结构和/或至少一个与壳体在轴线方向限位的结构。
  60. 根据权利要求55-59任一项所述的具有净水装置的洗衣机,其特征在于:安装部件和净水装置(1)的壳体的外表面之间设有至少一个结构加强部件;优选地,所述的加强部件为类三角形的加强筋,类三角形的其中一边与安装部件一体,另一边与净水装置(1)的壳体外表面一体。
