Abstract
본 발명은 탈세포화 조직의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 탈세포화 조직에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 탈세포화 조직의 제조방법은 탈세포화 과정에서 세포외기질 단백질의 손실을 방지하고 조직의 구조 특성을 유지하며, 조직의 종류에 관계없이 효율적으로 조직 내 세포를 제거할 수 있고, 이로부터 제조된 탈세포화 조직은 세포 배양용 지지체, 조직 이식용 소재, 수복재 또는 인공 장기용 소재로 이용될 수 있다.
