目前3D影视都是先专门双镜拍摄制作3D影视频,播放时用拍摄技术对应的眼镜来解析成3D立体图像的,通过物理学光学分析,确定了2D影视频画面中3D立体元素的存在,并根据人体工学分析研究出了从2D影视频画面中捕获3D立体元素的理论和方法。打破了现在的所有3D影视技术概念,把物体拍摄源从拍摄实物移到已拍好的2D影视面上。戴该眼镜拍摄(看)画面时,通过该眼镜的分解4维视频元素群和视觉差等光学处理就看到了还原的3D影视频画面。可以使得所有2D影视片源均成为3D片源,实现了戴眼镜就能看普通电影电视为3D电影电视。

发明专利详细说明:
1技术领域:
当前使用在3D影视技术领域的3D眼镜都是针对事先拍摄好的3D片源来观看的,针对普通2D影视还无法通过该类眼镜看到3D视频,在这一技术领域中,之所以人们至今没有发明出一种有效的2D视频转3D视频的眼镜及装置,理论上讲是由于对人双眼对物景产生的”立体视觉感”的物理学’光学和人体工学的研究分析和深入认识不准确造成的.在这种从2D视频直接地准确地全方位获3D视频的技术领域仍是空白.
2背景技术
目前,2D视频是采用单摄像头拍摄的,3D视频是采用双摄像头拍摄的.单镜头拍摄出来的影视,我们用单眼看时是立体的,用双眼看是平面的2D视频.当用两个摄影头拍摄时得到了同一画面的两个”不同”拍摄视频”.通过后期制作将两个视频合成,戴眼镜观看时左右镜片分别解析出合成的两个视频,我们就看到的是还原的3D视频.。但由于现有的3D视频拍摄受镜头角度制约,不能拍出全景3D画面。
3发明内容
发明内容包含发明理论和眼镜装置.
1)发明理论
首先依据物理学’光学和人体工学基本原理论证单镜头拍摄视频获得信息的完整性,即单镜头拍摄时视频里的”立体”元素信息就被完整记录了.进而依据人体工学分析了两眼不能直接看到2D视频立体元素信息的原因,指出:我们用双眼直接看2D视频时,由于看到的是同一立体4维元素信息群,其互相”干扰”作用,破坏了两眼中的立体元素的”生成”,我们只能看到平面2D视,也就是说.两眼对同一立体元素群会产生’干扰”.我们看不到3D的立体视频.由上述分析研究得出发明理论核心内容:分解2D视频立体元素信息转换为同信息的两个等量的不同的4 维元素群,人们就能看到3D视频.
2)发明装置----3D眼镜
如图1所示:3D眼镜基本外型和原理演示图图展示了2D视频元素A通过眼镜时被光学分解成左镜片的A1元素和右镜片的A2元素,A1和A2是同一信息群A里分解出来的等量的不同光学信息.依据1)发明理论,该眼镜产生3D视频效果.

3.具体实施方式
本发明专利是以光学方式实施的,是以本发明基本理论为基础的诸多实施方式中最简单最实用的方式.根据使用场合’环境和范围,也可用电子学方式实施,得到更完整的全景深的3D视频.眼镜实施方式图1已展示并说明,本眼镜方式为光学方式,也可电子方式,方式细节另论.。

  1. 权力基本要求:
    依据本发明理论的所有发明方式,依该发明方式所有发明装置,都含盖在本发明理论专利权的保护范围内。
    1发明理论具体内容:
    1)人眼立体成像元素是4维空间成像元素构成,2D视频已存在;
    2)两眼的立体感是由于进两眼的4维空间成像元素的不同而产生;
    3)等量分解2D视频中同一个4维空间成像元素群为两个不同要素群,可获得3D视频信息;
    2专利权的保护范围
    1)依据1.中所列1)2)3)发明理论发明的所有光学’电子学分解方式;
    2)依据光学电子学分解方式首创发明的该眼镜装置(图1)及各类眼镜实用新型;
    3)依据电子分解方式设计出来的相关不同技术层面的实用新型.,包括3D电影和视频;
