参照图1所示,为本公开第一实施例的移动网络控制终端进行WLAN测量的方法流程图,本实施例引入参数Unknown WLAN Indication(未知无线接入点测量指示)的使用。本实施例的方法可应用于终端,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101,终端接收基站发送的测量配置信息,所述测量配置信息包含执行未知WLAN接入点测量的测量目标信息;
步骤102,终端根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的参数设置本地测量配置参数;
步骤103,终端根据本地测量配置参数确定测量目标;
步骤104,终端根据确定的测量目标执行WLAN接入点测量。
在本实施例中,步骤101中所述执行未知WLAN接入点测量的测量目标信息,可包含以下参数中的一个或两个以上的组合:
未知无线接入点测量指示(Unknown WLAN Indication):用于指示是否执行未知WLAN接入点的测量,一种实施方式为,其值为真“true”或假“false”,其中当该参数的值为“true”,指示终端测量未知WLAN接入点,当该参数的值为“false”,指示终端不测量未知WLAN接入点;
待增加的无线接入点列表(WLAN-To Add Mod List):用于指示需要增加为测量目标的WLAN接入点,其值为WLAN接入点的标识;
待删除的无线接入点列表(WLAN-To Remove List):用于指示需要从测量目标里删除的WLAN接入点,其值为WLAN接入点的标识。
载波频率(Carrier Freq):用于指示WLAN的载波或波段信息。当指示载波信息,则值是一个或多个载波的频率,当指示波段信息,则值为一个或多个以下值{2.4,5,60},分别代表{2.4GHZ波段,5GHZ波段和60GHZ波段}。
在本实施例中,步骤102中终端根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的参数设置本地测量配置参数;可选的设置方式为:
当判断到接收到的配置参数在本地测量配置参数存在时,终端根据接收到的配置参数更新本地配置参数,例如:当终端接收到的参数中包含“WLAN-To Add Mod List”,并且终端判断到本地配置参数中也有“WLAN-To AddMod List”,则终端将接收到的参数“WLAN-To Add Mod List”中的WLAN接入点的标识(id)添加到本地的参数“WLAN-To Add Mod List”中;或,

第二实施例:
参照图2所示,为本公开第二实施例的移动网络控制终端进行WLAN 测量的方法流程图,本实施例在第一实施例的基础上引入针对未知WLAN测量的事件参数,终端接收基站发送的报告配置信息,按照报告配置信息中的事件参数值进行测量结果的上报。
本实施例的方法可包括以下步骤:
步骤201,当终端被基站配置使用LWA(LTE WLAN Aggregation)时,本地保存基站配置的参数:无线接入点移动集(WLAN mobility Set),该参数维护一个WLAN接入点的列表,用于指示终端在使用LWA期间可以连接的WLAN接入点;终端接收基站发送的测量配置信息,所述测量配置信息包含测量目标信息和报告配置信息;
可选地,所述测量目标信息中包含以下参数中的一个或两个以上的组合:
未知无线接入点测量指示(Unknown WLAN Indication):用于指示是否执行未知WLAN接入点的测量,一种实施方式为,其值为“true”或“false”,其中“true”指示终端测量未知WLAN接入点,“false”指示终端不测量未知WLAN接入点;
待增加的无线接入点列表(WLAN-To Add Mod List):用于指示需要增加为测量目标的WLAN接入点,其值为WLAN接入点的标识;

载波频率(Carrier Freq):用于指示WLAN的载波或波段信息。当指示载波信息,则值是一个或多个载波的频率,当指示波段信息,则值为一个或多个以下值{2.4,5,60},分别代表{2.4GHZ波段,5GHZ波段和60GHZ波段}。
可选地,所述报告配置信息包含以下参数中的一种或者两种以上的组合:
测量报告类型(Trigger Type):用于指示测量报告的类型为事件触发报告或周期性报告。当值设置为“event”(事件)时表示终端需要执行事件触发报告,当值设置为“periodical”(周期)时表示终端需要执行周期性报告。当Trigger Type是event时,所述报告配置信息包含后面的参数Hysteresis,TimeTo Trigger和Event-id以及对应的门限值。
滞后值(Hysteresis):用于事件触发条件判断,滞后值是基站根据应用 需求进行设定。为了避免测量结果不稳定,通过滞后值设定一个波动空间。
触发时间(Time To Trigger):事件触发和上报之间的时间段。
事件参数:在本实施例中,所述报告配置消息中至少包含下面的其中一套事件参数,每套事件参数包括以下事件标识(event-id)和相应的门限值其中之一:
第一事件标识(Event-id):X1,表示WLAN接入点的测量结果(信号强度,信道利用率等)高于第一门限值。
在本实施例中,基站通过设置门限值,可以使得测量的目的更加明确。
X1事件门限值(X1-Threshold):触发X1事件上报所需要的第一门限值。基站可以根据实际应用需求设置相应的门限值,并将门限值添加进报告配置信息,下发给终端;
第二事件标识(Event-id):X2,表示所有WLAN mobility Set中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第二门限值X2-threshold1,同时,不在WLANmobility Set中的其他WLAN接入点的测量结果高于第三门限值X2-threshold2。
第二门限值X2-threshold1:触发X2事件上报所需要的第二门限值。
第三门限值X2-threshold2:触发X2事件上报所需要的第三门限值。
第三事件标识(Event-id):X3,表示所有WLAN mobility Set中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第四门限值。
第四门限值X3-threshold:触发X3事件上报所需要的第四门限值。
步骤202,终端根据接收到的测量配置信息所包含的参数设置本地测量配置参数;
可选的设置方式可以是:
当接收到的配置参数在本地测量配置参数存在时,根据接收到的配置参数更新本地配置参数,例如:当接收到的参数中包含“WLAN-To Add ModList”时,并且终端判断到本地配置参数中也有“WLAN-To Add Mod List”,则将接收到的参数“WLAN-To Add Mod List”中的WLAN接入点的id添加到 本地的参数“WLAN-To Add Mod List”中。

在本实施例中,作为一种可选的实施方式,步骤204中当Trigger Type为event,且event-id为X1时,如果WLAN mobility Set中不包含任何WLAN接入点的标识,假设某一WLAN接入点的测量结果值为Ms,该WLAN接入点不包含在该次测量任务对应的测量报告中,且满足事件触发条件:
Ms–Hysteresis>X1-Threshold,
且测量结果持续Time To Trigger时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则将该WLAN接入点添加到与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中。如果没有与该次测量任务对应的测量报告,则创建与该次测量任务对应的测量报告。
当Trigger Type为event,且event-id为X1时,如果上述的WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
Ms+Hysteresis<X1-Threshold,
且测量结果持续Time To Trigger时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则将该WLAN接入点从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中删除。
如果测量报告中不包含任何WLAN接入点,则删除与该次测量任务对应的测量报告。
在本实施例中,作为一种实施方式,步骤204当Trigger Type为event,且event-id为X2时,假设WLAN mobility Set中的WLAN接入点测量结果是Ms,WLAN mobility Set之外的WLAN接入点的测量结果是Mn,如果测量结果满足事件触发条件:
WLAN mobility Set中列出的所有WLAN接入点的测量结果都满足条件Ms+Hysteresis<X2-Threshold1,并且存在WLAN mobility Set之外的至少一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Mn-Hysteresis>X2-Threshold2,该WLAN接入点不包含在该次测量任务对应的测量报告中,

且测量结果持续Time To Trigger时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中删除所有的WLAN接入点。

当Trigger Type为event,且event-id为X2时,如果已添加到该次测量任务对应的测量报告中的WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
Mn+Hysteresis<X2-Threshold2,
且测量结果持续Time To Trigger时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则将该 WLAN接入点从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中删除。
当测量报告中不包含任何WLAN接入点,则删除从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告。

在本公开实施例中,通过基站设置一个indication(指示信息)给终端,终端根据所述indication来设置测量目标、设置测量触发条件和上报测量结果。可选地,基站发送测量配置信息给终端,其中包含参数“执行未知WLAN测量”。该参数可取值为“true”或者“false”。其中值为“true”时,表示指示终端执行未知WLAN测量。其中值为“false”时,表示指示终端不执行未知WLAN测量,而是按照测量目标中给定的WLAN列表进行测量。终端接收到基站发送的测量配置信息后,保存到本地,如果测量配置信息中包含参数“执行未知WLAN测量”,并且其值设置为“true”时,则终端测量所有指定频率上的WLAN接入点,如果测量配置中不包含参数“执行未知WLAN测量”,或者包含该参数,但值设置为“false”时,则终端测量给定的WLAN列表中给出的WLAN接入点。采用本公开实施例的方法及装置、***,使得终端可以在基站的控制下,通过配置相应的参数执行对WLAN的测量。

工业实用性
本公开实施例实现了终端可以在基站的控制下,通过配置相应的参数执行对WLAN的测量,在本公开的实施例中,还实现了对测量结果进行报告。通过本公开的实施例,可以使基站获得更多的WLAN的测量结果,基于这些结果能更加合理的配置终端是否可以继续使用LWA技术,并且根据测量结果,及时的对移动集进行调整,以保证终端总能从移动集中找到合适的WLAN接入点收发数据,减少从WLAN掉线的概率。

Claims (43)

  1. 一种移动网络控制终端进行无线局域网络WLAN测量的方法,包括:
    接收基站发送的测量配置信息,所述测量配置信息包含执行未知WLAN接入点测量的测量目标信息;
    根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的配置参数设置本地测量配置参数;
    根据本地测量配置参数确定测量目标;
    根据确定的测量目标执行WLAN接入点测量。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述测量目标信息,包含以下参数中的一个或一个以上的组合:
    未知无线接入点测量指示、待增加的无线接入点列表、待删除的无线接入点列表、载波频率。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的配置参数设置本地测量配置参数,包括:
    当判断到接收到的配置参数在本地测量配置参数存在时,根据接收到的配置参数更新本地测量配置参数;当判断到接收到的配置参数在本地测量配置参数中没有时,保存接收到的配置参数到本地测量配置参数。

    表示所有无线接入点移动集中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第二门限值,同时,不在无线接入点移动集中的其他WLAN接入点的测量结果高于第三门限值的第二事件标识,及对应的第二门限值及第三门限值;
    表示所有无线接入点移动集中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第四门限值的第三事件标识,以及对应的第四门限值。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述接收终端根据所述报告配置信息生成的测量报告,包括:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第一事件标识,当无线接入点移动集中不包含任何WLAN接入点的标识,当终端判断到一WLAN接入点的测量结果值Ms满足事件触发条件:
    Ms与滞后值之差大于第一门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则该WLAN接入点在与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第一事件标识,当终端判断到上述WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    Ms与滞后值之和小于第一门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则该WLAN接入点不在测量报告中。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述接收终端根据所述报告配置信息生成的测量报告,包括:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当无 线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果是Ms,无线接入点移动集之外的WLAN接入点的测量结果是Mn,当终端判断到测量结果满足事件触发条件:
    无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点的测量结果都满足条件Ms与滞后值之和小于第二门限值,并且存在无线接入点移动集之外的至少一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Mn与滞后值之差大于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则该无线接入点移动集之外的WLAN接入点在与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当终端判断到测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    无线接入点移动集中至少有一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Ms与滞后值之差大于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则基站未收到测量报告;或,
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当终端判断到已添加到该次测量任务对应的测量报告中的WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    Mn与滞后值之和小于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则该WLAN接入点不在该次测量任务对应的测量报告中。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述接收终端根据所述报告配置信息生成的测量报告,包括:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第三事件标识时,当终端判断到无线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果Ms满足事件触发条件:
    无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点的测量结果都满足条件Ms与滞后值之和小于第三门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点都在测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第三事件标识时,当终端判断到无线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果Ms满足事件离开条件:
    无线接入点移动集中至少有一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Ms与滞后值之差大于第三门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则基站未收到测量报告。
  20. 一种移动网络控制终端进行无线局域网络WLAN测量的装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为:接收基站发送的测量配置信息,所述测量配置信息包含执行未知WLAN接入点测量的测量目标信息;
    处理模块,设置为:根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的配置参数设置本地测量配置参数,并根据本地测量配置参数确定测量目标,根据确定的测量目标执行WLAN接入点测量。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述第一接收模块接收的测量目标信息,包含以下参数中的一个或一个以上的组合:
    未知无线接入点测量指示、待增加的无线接入点列表、待删除的无线接入点列表、载波频率;
    其中,所述未知无线接入点测量指示的值为:真,或假;所述待增加的无线接入点列表的值为WLAN接入点的标识;所述待删除的无线接入点列表的值为WLAN接入点的标识。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的配置参数设置本地测量配置参数,包括:
    当判断到接收到的配置参数在本地测量配置参数存在时,根据接收到的配置参数更新本地测量配置参数;当判断到接收到的配置参数在本地测量配置参数中没有时,保存接收到的配置参数到本地测量配置参数。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块根据本地测量配置参数确定测量目标,包括:
    当本地测量配置参数中包括未知无线接入点测量指示,并且该参数的值为:真,
    当本地测量配置参数中还包括参数:载波频率,则确定参数载波频率指定的频率或波段上的WLAN接入点为测量目标;当本地测量配置参数中不包括参数载波频率,则确定所有频率或波段上的WLAN接入点为测量目标;或者,当本地测量配置参数中包含未知无线接入点测量指示,并且该参数的值为:真,则测量所有频率或波段上的WLAN接入点。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块根据本地测量配置参数确定测量目标,包括:
    当本地测量配置参数中不包括未知无线接入点测量指示,或者包括参数未知无线接入点测量指示,且其值为:假,
    当本地测量配置参数中还包括参数:载波频率,则确定参数载波频率指定的频率或波段上与待增加的无线接入点列表中的标识相匹配的WLAN接入点为测量目标;当本地测量配置参数中不包括参数载波频率,则确定所有频率或波段上与待增加的无线接入点列表中的标识相匹配的WLAN接入点为测量目标。
  25. 如权利要求23或24所述的装置,所述第一接收模块接收的测量配置信息还包括:报告配置信息,所述装置还包括:
    获取模块,设置为:获取基站发送的无线接入点移动集。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述第一接收模块接收的报告配置信息包含以下参数中的一种或者一种以上的组合:
    测量报告类型、滞后值、触发时间、事件参数;
    其中,所述测量报告类型的值为:事件,或者周期;所述事件参数包括事件标识。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的装置,其中,所述第一接收模块接收的报告配置信息包含的事件参数,包括以下事件标识及相应门限值其中之一:
    表示WLAN接入点的测量结果高于第一门限值的第一事件标识,及对应的第一门限值;
    表示所有无线接入点移动集中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第二门限值,同时,不在无线接入点移动集中的其他WLAN接入点的测量结果高于第三门限值的第二事件标识,及对应的第二门限值及第三门限值;
    表示所有无线接入点移动集中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第四门限值的第三事件标识,以及对应的第四门限值。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第一发送模块,设置为:根据所述报告配置信息的参数将测量结果生成测量报告,进行上报。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块是设置为:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第一事件标识,当无线接入点移动集中不包含任何WLAN接入点的标识,当一WLAN接入点的测量结果值Ms满足事件触发条件:
    Ms与滞后值之差大于第一门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则将该WLAN接入点添加到与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第一事件标识,当上述WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    Ms与滞后值之和小于第一门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则将该WLAN接入点从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中删除。
  30. 如权利要求28所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块是设置为:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识,当无线 接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果是Ms,无线接入点移动集之外的WLAN接入点的测量结果是Mn,当测量结果满足事件触发条件:
    无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点的测量结果都满足条件Ms与滞后值之和小于第二门限值,并且存在无线接入点移动集之外的至少一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Mn与滞后值之差大于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则将该无线接入点移动集之外的WLAN接入点添加到与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    无线接入点移动集中至少有一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Ms与滞后值之差大于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中删除所有的WLAN接入点,并删除与该次测量任务对应的测量报告;或,
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当已添加到该次测量任务对应的测量报告中的WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    Mn与滞后值之和小于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则将该WLAN接入点从与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中删除。
  31. 如权利要求28所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块根据报告配置信息的参数将测量结果生成测量报告,包括:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第三事件标识时,当无线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果Ms满足事件触发条件:
    无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点的测量结果都满足条件Ms与滞后值之和小于第三门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则生成测量报告;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第三事件标识时,当无线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果Ms满足事件离开条件:
    无线接入点移动集中至少有一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Ms与滞后值之差大于第三门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则删除与该次测量任务对应的测量报告。
  32. 一种移动网络控制终端进行无线局域网络WLAN测量的装置,包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为:预先配置无线接入点移动集到终端,并设置为:发送测量配置信息给终端,所述测量配置信息包含执行未知WLAN接入点测量的测量目标信息、或报告配置信息、或测量目标信息和报告配置信息;
    第二接收模块,设置为:接收终端根据所述报告配置信息生成的测量报告。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的装置,其中,所述第二发送模块发送的所述测量目标信息,包含以下参数中的一个或一个以上的组合:
    未知无线接入点测量指示、待增加的无线接入点列表、待删除的无线接入点列表、载波频率;
    所述未知无线接入点测量指示的值为:真,或假;所述待增加的无线接入点列表的值为WLAN接入点的标识;所述待删除的无线接入点列表的值为WLAN接入点的标识;或,
    所述第二发送模块发送的所述报告配置信息包含以下参数中的一种或者一种以上的组合:
    测量报告类型、滞后值、触发时间、事件参数;
    其中,所述测量报告类型的值为:事件,或者周期;所述事件参数包括事件标识;或,
    所述第二发送模块发送的所述测量目标信息,包含以下参数中的一个或一个以上的组合:
    未知无线接入点测量指示、待增加的无线接入点列表、待删除的无线接入点列表、载波频率;
    所述未知无线接入点测量指示的值为:真,或假;所述待增加的无线接入点列表的值为WLAN接入点的标识;所述待删除的无线接入点列表的值为WLAN接入点的标识;
    所述第二发送模块发送的所述报告配置信息包含以下参数中的一种或者一种以上的组合:
    测量报告类型、滞后值、触发时间、事件参数;
    其中,所述测量报告类型的值为:事件,或者周期;所述事件参数包括事件标识。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的装置,其中,第二发送模块发送的所述报告配置信息包括的事件参数,包括以下事件标识及相应门限值其中之一:
    表示WLAN接入点的测量结果高于第一门限值的第一事件标识,及对应的第一门限值;
    表示所有无线接入点移动集中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第二门限值,同时,不在无线接入点移动集中的其他WLAN接入点的测量结果高于第三门限值的第二事件标识,及对应的第二门限值及第三门限值;
    表示所有无线接入点移动集中的WLAN的接入点测量结果都低于第四门限值的第三事件标识,以及对应的第四门限值。
  35. 如权利要求34所述的装置,其中,所述第二接收模块是设置为:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第一事件标识时,当无线接入点移动集中不包含任何WLAN接入点的标识,当终端判断到一WLAN接入点的测量结果值Ms满足事件触发条件:
    Ms与滞后值之差大于第一门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则该WLAN接入点在与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第一事件标识时,当终 端判断到上述WLAN接入点的测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    Ms与滞后值之和小于第一门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则该WLAN接入点不在测量报告中。
  36. 如权利要求34所述的装置,其中,所述第二接收模块是设置为:
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当无线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果是Ms,无线接入点移动集之外的WLAN接入点的测量结果是Mn,当终端判断到测量结果满足事件触发条件:
    无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点的测量结果都满足条件Ms与滞后值之和小于第二门限值,并且存在无线接入点移动集之外的至少一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Mn与滞后值之差大于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则该无线接入点移动集之外的WLAN接入点在与该次测量任务对应的测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第二事件标识时,当终端判断到测量结果满足事件离开条件:
    无线接入点移动集中至少有一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Ms与滞后值之差大于第二门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则基站未收到测量报告;或,

    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件触发条件,则无线接入点移动集中列出的所有WLAN接入点都在测量报告中;
    当测量报告类型为事件触发报告,且事件标识为第三事件标识时,当终端判断到无线接入点移动集中的WLAN接入点测量结果Ms满足事件离开条件:
    无线接入点移动集中至少有一个WLAN接入点的测量结果满足条件Ms与滞后值之差大于第三门限值,
    且测量结果持续触发时间一直满足该事件离开条件,则基站未收到测量报告。

    终端接收基站发送的测量配置信息;
    终端根据接收到测量目标信息所包含的配置参数设置本地测量配置参数;
    终端根据本地测量配置参数确定测量目标;
    终端根据确定的测量目标执行WLAN接入点测量。

    终端根据所述报告配置信息的参数将测量结果生成测量报告;
    基站接收终端根据所述报告配置信息生成的测量报告。
