进一步地,由于为坞站设计了额外的数据接口,用于与其它电脑连接,也就是说通过坞站实现了集成部作为电脑主机工作,或者其它电脑作为电脑主机工作,通过设置在壳体上的触摸感应按键,可以切换显示设备显示集成部的内容或其它电脑的内容。由此,本发明的分体式电脑可与其他电脑设备兼容、具有较优的可扩展性。此外,本发明的分体式电脑体积小、结构简单、成本较低。
同时,本发明还在集成部的散热性能方面、集成部与坞站的连接固定方面进行了一系列的改进。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的示例性的实施例。另外,在下面的详细描述中,为便于解释,阐述了许多具体的细节以提供对本披露实施例的全面理解。然而明显地,一个或多个实施例在没有这些具体细节的情况下也可以被实施。在其他情况下,公知的结构和装置以图示的方式体现以简化附图。
根据本发明的总体发明构思,提供了一种分体式电脑,所述分体式电脑包括集成部1和坞站3,其中所述集成部1以能够插拔的方式与坞站3连接。集成部1优选地为卡片形状或块状。
图1为根据本发明的实施例的分体式电脑的立体示意图,如图1所示,分体式电脑包括集成部1和坞站3,集成部1可沿图中所示的箭头方向***坞站3中,图1中还示出了显示设备6,显示设备6可以通过连接线与坞站3连接。其中,所述坞站3上设置有电源接口34、数据输入接口32和数据输出接口33。
在一个实施例中,如图2和3所示,所述集成部1包括插接部11,并且所述坞站3包括插槽部31,所述插接部11能够***插槽部31内。
下面参照附图4详细描述集成部1的结构组成,所述集成部1包括后壳体13、主板14和前壳体15,所述后壳体13和前壳体15接合在一起使得主板14被夹持在后壳体13和前壳体15之间,所述主板14上设置有运算单元21、数据存储单元和WIFI天线20,所述运算单元21包括CPU和GPU,所述数据存储单元包括闪存22和硬盘存储器23,WIFI天线20用于实现无线连接,此外,主板14上还可以设置有对于实现相关功能来说是公知的组件和模块。在一个实施例中,在后壳体13上设置有定位槽24,在前壳体15上设置有定位突起25,通过定位槽24和定位突起25的结合可以实现前壳体15和后壳体13的相对定位,然后固定螺栓17穿过前壳体15上的通孔啮合在后壳体13上的固定孔18中,从而实现前后壳体的固定。虽然图4中示出了采用定位槽和定位突起方式的固定,然而本发明并不局限于该固定方式,前壳体15和后壳体13也可以通过其它方向相互固定。优选地,在所述主板14上设置有凹槽19,用于使固定螺栓17穿过主板,而不影响主板14。
本发明的集成部1优选地被设计为具有较小的体积,因此考虑采用省略散热风扇的设计,而省去散热风扇必然带来工作组件(如CPU等)温度较高的问题。为此,本发明在所述后壳体13和/或前壳体15的与运算单元21相面对的位置上设置有凹入部12,所述凹入部12的底表面与运算单元21直接或间接接触,进一步优选地,在所述凹入部12的底表面与运算单元21之间设置有导热硅脂。本发明的前壳体15和后壳体13可以采用铝合金材料,这样,通过CPU和GPU与金属材料直接接触或通过导热硅脂,有利于热量散失。其中,可以通过在前壳体15的模制成型之后模压前壳体15的中心部位而形成凹入部12。
需要说明的是,本发明的集成部1的主板14上的部件的布局并不局限于图示的情况,主板14上的部件可以以其它位置设置在主板14上,而且集成部1可以内置安卓版本的操作***或者Windows版本的操作***。
如图4所示,所述后壳体13和前壳体15上设置有支撑部26,使得主板14与后壳体13之间和主板14与前壳体15之间分别形成有空气流通路 径,在这种情况下,凹槽19用于使固定螺栓17穿过主板并且使主板14与后壳体13之间的空间和主板14与前壳体15之间的空间连通。通过上述设计,可以实现主板14与后壳体13之间的空间和主板14与前壳体15之间的空间的流体连通,因此,热量可以通过对流的方式散失。
在通常情况下,本发明的分体式电脑不使用散热风扇,然而为增强散热效果,也可以设置散热风扇。具体地,坞站3包括印刷电路板40(参见图5),所述印刷电路板40上设置有散热风扇,所述散热风扇设置在插槽部31的下方、与主板14和后壳体13之间的空间或主板14和前壳体15之间的空间对应的位置处,并且所述散热风扇被配置为朝向上方吹送气流。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,所述集成部1被配置为能够通过锁定孔27和锁定钩28与盖部16结合,并且所述坞站3的插槽部31包括与集成部1的锁定孔27或锁定钩28配合的锁定钩或锁定孔。在图4所示的实施例中,集成部1的后壳体13上设置有锁定孔27,盖部16上设置有锁定钩28,盖部16可以盖在集成部1的插接部11上,保护主板14上的插脚。而且,通过在坞站3上设置锁定钩或锁定孔,集成部1可以与坞站3实现锁定配合,以保证连接稳固性,确保分体式电脑在工作过程中的可靠性。
通过将集成部1插接入坞站3,能够为集成部1供电,并且通过插接能够实现集成部1与坞站3的数据传输,插接中具体的数据传输方式是例如通过在印刷电路板40的卡座上设计一个识别集成部1的插拔的检测脚,当集成部1插上时,印刷电路板40给卡座的电源脚和印刷电路板40上的其它部件供电,集成部1中的芯片启动工作,集成部1的数据通过卡座同印刷电路板40进行传输;当集成部1拔下时印刷电路板40给卡座的电源脚和印刷电路板40上的其它部件关电。
下面参照附图5详细描述坞站3的结构组成,概略地,所述坞站3包括印刷电路板40和容纳所述印刷电路板40的壳体,所述印刷电路板40上设置有显示接口、数据接口和触摸板42,所述显示接口用于连接显示设备6,所述数据接口用于与其它电脑(例如外部PC)连接,所述壳体上设置有与触摸板42协作的触摸感应按键39,所述印刷电路板40被配置为通过操作触摸感应按键39切换显示设备显示集成部1的内容或其它电脑的内容。
当坞站3同时接集成部1和外部PC时,通过触摸感应按键可实现PC端和集成部端的***之间的切换,同时可以将坞站USB接口上连接的键盘、鼠标同时对应地切换为与PC端和集成部端连接,即还可实现键盘、鼠标同时对应地切换。上述切换可以通过如下方式实现,即图像在印刷电路板40上设计了一颗芯片,PC端和集成部端图像同时接到芯片上,芯片有一路输出接到显示设备6,即二进一出原理;与键盘、鼠标连接的USB接口也在印刷电路板40上设计了一颗芯片,键盘和鼠标输入到该芯片,该芯片两路输出到PC端和集成部端,即一进二出原理;感应按键有设计一个手指感应检测IC,当检测到有按操作的指令传出给集成部1的CPU,CPU再发出指令给图像和键鼠相应的芯片切换到相应的连接状态。
具体地,在图5所示的实施例中,坞站3的壳体由主壳体36和两个侧面板37通过螺钉固定而成,在壳体内设置有固定支架38,固定支架38通过螺钉固定在主壳体36的下底面上,优选地,在下底面上的螺钉上设置有胶垫41,用于支撑坞站3,胶垫41起到增大摩擦力和增大缓冲作用。所述印刷电路板40通过螺钉固定在固定支架38上。在主壳体36的一侧设置有按键孔43,用于安装触摸感应按键39。所述印刷电路板40上设置有电源接口34、HDMI接口35、USB接口44、网口45、DVI接口46、音频接口47和SD卡插槽48等。其中HDMI接口35作为上述显示接口,DVI接口46作为上述数据接口。
本发明的实施例提供了一种包括集成部和坞站的分体式电脑,其中所述集成部1以能够插拔的方式与坞站3连接,集成部集成有运算单元和数据存储单元,坞站集成有电源接口34、数据输入接口32和数据输出接口。在使用时,集成部能够与坞站连接,同时坞站能够连接显示设备、键盘、鼠标等,由此形成完整的个人电脑***;而在不使用时,集成部可以从坞站上拔下,由于集成部与坞站可分离,并且它们都没有与显示设备直接结合在一起,因此具有较小的体积,特别是集成部,其可以容易地被携带,因此具有本发明的分体式电脑具有较高的便携性和移动性。
本发明的分体式电脑可以具有两种使用场景:一、个人拥有自己的集成部,在不同时间,实现多人共用同一个坞站及显示设备、键盘、鼠标,却拥有完全个人的电脑***;二、某人使用自己的卡片,在不同场所,使 用不同的坞站及显示设备、键盘、鼠标,却拥有完全个人的电脑***。因此,本发明的分体式电脑是开放性的,是可以共享的,并且并不影响每个操作***的个性化和数据资料的私密性。
进一步地,由于为坞站设计了额外的数据接口,用于与其它电脑连接,也就是说通过坞站实现了集成部作为电脑主机工作,或者其它电脑作为电脑主机工作,通过设置在壳体上的触摸感应按键,可以切换显示设备显示集成部1的内容或其它电脑的内容。由此,本发明的分体式电脑可与其他电脑设备兼容、具有较优的可扩展性。此外,本发明的分体式电脑体积小、结构简单、成本较低。
本发明的分体式电脑还可以被称为万核卡片式电脑,集成部1作为万核卡片,坞站3作为扩展坞,万核卡片***扩展坞即形成一台完整的PC主机,其具有体积小、结构简单、方便携带等特点,在本发明中,设备的外壳可以由高强度PC塑料和铝合金组成,铝合金表面喷砂、阳极氧化,以增加设备耐磨损性能。设备可以无风扇工作,实现零噪音运行状态,通过铝合金热传导散热和自然对流散热的方式,实现设备芯片高效散热。同时由于对材料没有什么特殊要求,普通的工程材料(如PC、铝合金等)都可以满足设计要求,使得材料的成本也很低,利于大面积推广。
万核卡片集成数据运算部(包括CPU、GPU、内存等),数据存储部(闪存、固态硬盘等)和数据输出部。扩展坞包括数据输入部、电源接口和数据输出接口。万核卡片式电脑具备多种使用场景。卡片内置电脑***,可通过多张卡片与同一坞站的切换使用,实现不同的***使用和存储。当扩展坞和卡片在使用时接入外部PC,通过扩展坞正面的触摸按键点触感应可实现外部PC端和万核卡片端的***之间的快速相互切换。
此外,万核卡片式电脑有极简的使用操作方法:接入外部电源和输出显示线材(HDMI线)和显示器,将万核卡片***扩展坞上对应的卡槽中,设备即通电运行。当有外部PC接入时,只需将外部PC的DVI线和坞站相连,通过坞站正面的触摸按键点触感应识别,即可实现快速的双***之间的自如切换的使用场景。
进一步地,作为对本发明的改进,可以在集成部1上设置摄像头,用于采集图像,该摄像头可以被配置为采集显示设备6的标识,例如二维码, 并被配置为当显示设备6的标识被识别后集成部1能够与显示设备6建立无线连接。在坞站3的主壳体36的背侧可以设置投影装置,由此可以将显示内容投影在幕布上,从而可以在没有显示设备6的情况下使用本发明的分体式电脑。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行变化。本发明的适用范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述分体式电脑包括集成部(1)和坞站(3),其中所述集成部(1)以能够插拔的方式与坞站(3)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述集成部(1)包括插接部(11),并且所述坞站(3)包括插槽部(31),所述插接部(11)能够***插槽部(31)内;
    其中,所述坞站(3)上设置有电源接口(34)、数据输入接口(32)和数据输出接口(33);并且
    所述坞站(3)包括印刷电路板(40)和容纳所述印刷电路板(40)的壳体,所述印刷电路板(40)上设置有显示接口、数据接口和触摸板(42),所述显示接口用于连接显示设备(6),所述数据接口用于与其它电脑连接,所述壳体上设置有与触摸板(42)协作的触摸感应按键(39),所述印刷电路板(40)被配置为通过操作触摸感应按键(39)切换显示设备显示集成部(1)的内容或其它电脑的内容。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述集成部(1)包括后壳体(13)、主板(14)和前壳体(15),所述后壳体(13)和前壳体(15)接合在一起使得主板(14)被夹持在后壳体(13)和前壳体(15)之间,所述主板(14)上设置有运算单元(21)和数据存储单元,并且在所述后壳体(13)和/或前壳体(15)的与运算单元(21)相面对的位置上设置有凹入部(12),所述凹入部(12)的底表面与运算单元(21)直接或间接接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,在所述凹入部(12)的底表面与运算单元(21)之间设置有导热硅脂。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述后壳体(13)和前壳体(15)上设置有支撑部(26),使得主板(14)与后壳体(13) 之间和主板(14)与前壳体(15)之间分别形成有空气流通路径,并且所述主板(14)上设置有凹槽(19),用于使固定螺栓(17)穿过主板并且使主板(14)与后壳体(13)之间的空间和主板(14)与前壳体(15)之间的空间连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述印刷电路板(40)上设置有散热风扇,所述散热风扇设置在插槽部(31)的下方、与主板(14)和后壳体(13)之间的空间或主板(14)和前壳体(15)之间的空间对应的位置处,并且所述散热风扇被配置为朝向上方吹送气流。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述集成部(1)被配置为能够通过锁定孔(27)和锁定钩(28)与盖部(16)结合,并且所述坞站(3)的插槽部(31)包括与集成部(1)的锁定孔(27)或锁定钩(28)配合的锁定钩或锁定孔。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7中任一项所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述集成部(1)的主板(14)上还设置有WIFI天线(20),并且所述运算单元(21)包括CPU和GPU,所述数据存储单元包括闪存(22)和硬盘存储器(23)。
  9. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述显示接口包括HDMI接口(35),和/或所述数据接口包括DVI接口(46)。
  10. 根据权利要求2-7中任一项所述的分体式电脑,其特征在于,所述印刷电路板(40)上设置有USB接口(44)、网口(45)、DVI接口(46)、音频接口(47)和/或SD卡插槽(48)。
