- 一种彩色太阳能模块(1),包含有一个太阳能电池模块(200)与一个彩色图案层(100),其特征在于:该彩色图案层(100)包含有一个白色油墨层(110)与一个多色油墨层(120);该白色油墨层(110)形成于该太阳能电池模块(200)的表面,该多色油墨层(120)形成于该白色油墨层(110)的表面,该白色油墨层(110)包含由多个白色墨点(111)规则排列的所构成的一个网格状图案,该白色墨点(111)之间形成有第一透光间隙(112)可供光线穿透,该第一透光间隙(112)的宽度为0.002微米~0.015微米;该多色油墨层(120)包含由多种颜色的多个有色墨点(121)规则排列的所构成的一个网格状多色图案,该有色墨点(121)之间形成有第二透光间隙(122)可供光线穿透,该第二透光间隙(122)的宽度为0.002微米~0.015微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩色太阳能模块(1),其特征在于,该白色油墨层(110)的厚度为0.01微米~0.015微米。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩色太阳能模块(1),其特征在于,该白色油墨层(110)包含第一厚度(115)与第二厚度(116),该第一厚度(115)为0.01微米~0.015微米,该第二厚度(116)至少为第一厚度(115)的2倍。
- 根据权利要求1所述的彩色太阳能模块(1),其特征在于,该白色油墨层(110)包含有二氧化钛微粒(113),且该第一透光间隙(112)的宽度为0.004微米~0.014微米,该第二透光间隙(122)的宽度为0.004微米~0.014微米。
- 根据权利要求1至4其中任一项所述的彩色太阳能模块(1),其特征在于,该太阳能电池模块(200)的表面更具有一个粗糙层(210),该白色油墨层(110)形成于该粗糙层(210)上。
- 一种彩色太阳能模块的制造方法,其特征在于包含下列步骤:S610:提供一个太阳能电池模块(200);S620:提供一个符合该太阳能电池模块(200)的尺寸的彩色图案;S630:在该太阳能电池模块(200)的表面以UV喷墨打印出一层白色油墨层(110),该白色油墨层(110)包含由多个白色墨点(111)规则排列的所构成的一个网格 状图案,各个白色墨点(111)之间形成有第一透光间隙(112)可供光线穿透;S640:以UV固化该白色油墨层(110);S650:在该白色油墨层(110)的表面以喷墨打印出一个多色油墨层(120),该多色油墨层(120)包含由多种颜色的多个有色墨点(121)规则排列的所构成的一个网格状多色图案,各个有色墨点(121)之间形成有第二透光间隙(122)可供光线穿透;以及S660:以UV固化该多色油墨层(120),藉此,在该太阳能电池模块(200)的表面形成一个彩色图案层(100)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的彩色太阳能模块的制造方法,其特征在于,更包含,S615:在该太阳能电池模块(200)的表面形成一个粗糙层(210);以及S630:在该太阳能电池模块(200)的粗糙层(210)表面以UV喷墨打印出一层白色油墨层(110)。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的彩色太阳能模块的制造方法,其特征在于,该第一透光间隙(112)的宽度为0.002微米~0.015微米,,该第二透光间隙(122)的宽度为0.002微米~0.015微米,该多色油墨层(120)的厚度为0.01微米~0.015微米。
- 根据权利要求8所述的彩色太阳能模块的制造方法,其特征在于,该白色油墨层(110)包含第一厚度(115)与第二厚度(116),该第一厚度(115)为0.01微米~0.015微米,该第二厚度(116)至少为第一厚度层(115)的2倍。
- 根据权利要求8所述的彩色太阳能模块的制造方法,其特征在于,该白色油墨层(110)包含有二氧化钛微粒(113)。
