背景技术
吸烟、被动吸烟会导致各种疾病,易患咽喉炎、气管炎、肺炎、肺气肿、哮喘及肺癌等恶性病变。因此戒烟百利而无一害,但是戒烟对于烟民来说是十分困难的事,所以有电子产品公司就模拟香烟发明了电子烟,来帮助烟民戒烟。电子烟是由中国人发明及生产,2004年由北京中医师韩力取得发明专利,于2005年正式面向中国市场。在韩力发明电子烟前,美国人HerbertA.Gilbert在1963年曾取得一款“无烟、非烟草香烟”的专利设计,该装置把液态尼古丁加热,产生蒸气,模仿吸烟感觉。最初电子烟是应国外的要求,因为国外有很多法律法规禁止在公共场所吸烟,而且国外人的生活水准普遍较高,对生活质量要求严格。所以,最初就是设计用来外贸出口的。主要销售途径在国外欧美市场。
电子烟一般由烟嘴、端盖、油舱、雾化芯、底座和电池仓组成,雾化芯通过油道与油舱连通,通过烟道排出烟雾。现有技术中,电子烟的雾化芯的发热丝是沿一轴线方向螺旋延伸的发热丝,发热丝外面包导油棉或内部装导油棉,安装麻烦,之后再将发热丝装到支架上,因不同的人操作不同,所装的棉松紧度也不同误差大、成本高,容易产生异味或口感差的问题;在支架尺寸一定的时候,导油棉本身的误差会导至发热丝与导油棉之间产生过紧或过松的配合关系,容易导至漏油或导油不畅而引起糊芯。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,具有结构简单,安装方便,烟雾量大,口感稳定,使用成本低的优点,如图1、图2、图3所示,特别设置成下述结构:包括水平放置的雾化芯外罩5,雾化芯外罩5的内腔内自下而上依次设置有相互抵触或贴合的导油棉1、发热丝2、支架4,电极3穿过支架4的电极通孔与发热丝2的顶部的线脚连接,导油棉1的形状与雾化芯外罩的内腔匹配,且导油棉1的截面形状与发热丝2的盘面形状相同,导油棉1的底部与雾化芯外罩5的内腔底部贴合;雾化芯外罩5的顶部通过卡接结构可拆卸的套接有雾化芯固定圈6,雾化芯固定圈6与支架4相抵,并将支架4、发热丝2和导油棉1压紧在雾化芯外罩5的内腔中,因电极3与发热丝2的线脚固定连接,电极3也固定在该内腔中;其中雾化芯外罩5上套接有密封圈,密封圈用于密封连接处放置跑烟和漏油的现象发生;其中雾化芯的底部开设有用于与油舱7连通的油道9和用于排烟的烟道8,烟道8位于雾化芯外罩的底部的中部位置且与导油棉1中部的通孔和电极3的进气通孔连通,油道9有多个,多个油道9均匀分布在烟道8的周围。
优选的,支架4上设置有具有一定高度的肋条,肋条与发热丝2相抵,形成能够通过气流的间隙。该间隙能够通过气流,能够形成一空气隔层,进一步的阻碍了发热丝的热量传递,起到隔热的作用。
其中,发热丝2为将一316不锈钢丝或铁铬合金丝根据阿基米德螺旋线的轨迹盘绕而成的扁平圆盘形状的电发热丝,发热丝2的横截面形状为圆形或方形或其他几何图形,发热丝2的具体的截面形状的选择应根据实际的使用情况和用户要求进行选择。为了适应不同的工艺要求和使用要求,发热丝2也可以 通过对板材去除多余材料的方式制作而成,比如切割或蚀刻板材的加工工艺。
为了进一步的提高发热丝2的发热量,优选的,发热丝2在其长度方向上的延伸轨迹为连续S型即连续的弯折形状,增加了发热丝2的整体长度,提高了发热量,进一步的增加了雾化芯的烟雾浓度和出烟速度,提高了口感。
实施例2:
本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上进一步优化,进一步的为更好的实现本发明,特别采用下述设置结构:发热丝2在其长度方向上的延伸轨迹呈螺旋状,增加了发热丝2的整体长度,提高了发热量,进一步的增加了雾化芯的烟雾浓度和出烟速度,提高了口感。
安装时,先将雾化芯外罩5水平放置在平面上,然后将导油棉1装入雾化芯外罩5的内腔内部,并使导油棉1的底部与油道8贴合,同时使导油棉1的通孔与烟道8对接以保持连通状态,之后将发热丝2的底面贴合在导油棉1的顶部,再将电极3穿过支架4的电极通孔并与发热丝2的顶面的线脚连接,然后将支架4的肋条抵在发热丝2的顶面上,最后将雾化芯固定圈6卡在雾化芯外罩5的顶部以将电极3、支架4、发热丝2和导油棉1紧紧的压在雾化芯外罩5内,使它们彼此紧密的接触,防止松动;此时组成一扁平发热丝的雾化芯。雾化芯的烟道8与导油棉1的通孔和电极3的进气通孔形成一完整的气流通道,气体和烟雾能够通过烟道8排出雾化芯。
将雾化芯的雾化芯外罩5的烟道8通过螺纹与油舱7连接,烟道8与集成在油舱7内的通道连通以对烟雾进行导流,油道9与油舱7连通,其中,雾化芯外罩5的外壁与油舱7通过密封圈进行密封。之后再连接上上盖、底座和电池仓便可以进行使用。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:包括具有油道(9)的雾化芯壳体,雾化芯壳体内部具有与外部连通的内腔,该内腔内依次设置有导油棉(1)、发热丝(2)和电极(3);所述发热丝(2)为围绕一中心盘绕的扁平盘状的发热丝,所述导油棉(1)的一端面与发热丝(2)的一侧盘面贴合连接,所述导油棉(1)与发热丝(2)相贴合的一端面的形状与发热丝(2)的盘面形状匹配,所述导油棉(1)的另一端面与油道(9)的端口贴合连接;所述电极(3)位于发热丝(2)的另一侧盘面并与发热丝(2)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述雾化芯壳体包括相互连接的雾化芯外罩(5)和雾化芯固定圈(6);所述雾化芯外罩(5)上开设有烟道(8),所述电极(3)上开设有与烟道(8)连通的进气通孔;所述油道(9)开设在雾化芯外罩(5)上;所述雾化芯固定圈(6)套接在雾化芯外罩(5)上并形成所述内腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:还包括设置在雾化芯外罩(5)内的支架(4),所述支架(4)的中部具有能够容纳电极的电极通孔,所述支架(4)的一端面与发热丝(2)的另一侧盘面相抵,所述电极(3)穿过所述通孔而与发热丝(2)连接,所述雾化芯固定圈(6)与支架(4)的另一端面相抵并将支架(4)、电极(3)、发热丝(2)和导油棉(1)压在雾化芯外罩(5)内部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述支架(4)与发热丝(2)相抵的一端面上设置有肋条,所述肋条与发热丝(2)相抵使发热丝(2)与支架(4)之间形成能够通过气流的间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述扁平盘状的发热丝(2)按照阿基米德螺旋线的轨迹盘绕而成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述发热丝(2)的横截面的形状为圆形或矩形。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于: 所述发热丝(2)在其长度方向上呈连续S型延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述发热丝(2)在其长度方向上呈螺旋状延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述发热丝(2)的材料为铁铬合金。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扁平发热丝的雾化芯,其特征在于:所述发热丝(2)的材料为316不锈钢。
