Description

一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种婴儿背带，尤其指一种可收合的腰凳式婴儿背带。
背景技术
目前，婴儿背带的使用，让越来越多为人父母的双手从抱孩子的状况中解放出来，这不仅帮父母省力，幼儿也能与父母有更多的身体接触，这会使幼儿很有安全感，父母也可以随时观察幼儿的情况，做到心中有数。目前，一种适合6个月后婴儿的腰凳式婴儿背带越来越受人们的欢迎。如图10、11所示的现有的腰凳式婴儿背带包括一连接在背垫1下方的座垫2，座垫2是直接由一块状的坐垫21构成的。坐垫21包裹在婴儿背带本体中，虽然实现了座垫的功能，但占满了空间，不仅体积过大不便于携带，且使整个婴儿背带显得笨拙。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带。该婴儿背带结构简约，体积小，安全可靠；折叠形态变换自如，不仅提供使用时的物件收纳空间，也大大减小了不使用时的收藏空间，携带极为轻便。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案为：
一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，包括一连接在背带本体上的座垫，所述座垫包括一可拆卸安装在背带本体上的腰凳，该腰凳包括一支撑部和一承托部，所述的支撑部和承托部通过一开关按钮转动连接成一折叠体，所述折叠体套设在一衬套内，以形成坐垫形状安装在背带本体上；所述开关按钮包括设置在支撑部两侧的左、右开关按钮；所述的左、右开关按钮包括一连接轴，该连接轴依序穿过承托连接座、开关控制锁和弹簧后，固定在支撑部的侧部上；所述的开关控制锁，一端左右移动插置在支撑部的侧部上，另一端设有两个以上的限位凹槽；所述的弹簧抵顶在开关控制锁和支撑部侧部上；所述的承托连接座连接承托部，并对应开关控制锁的限位凹槽凸设有一卡凸点；该腰凳还包括有一按钮件，该按钮件左右移动卡在承托连接座上，并与开关控制锁相抵触。
如上所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，所述支撑部为一板面状，所述承托部为一中空开口环状。
如上所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，当承托连接座的卡凸点卡入开关控制锁的其中一限位凹槽时，所述支撑部与承托部之间形成90-140度夹角。
如上所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，所述支撑部的侧部设有多个安装孔，所述开关控制锁设有多个卡齿，该卡齿对应插置于安装孔中，以使开关控制锁左右移动插置在支撑部上。。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于：
本实用新型背带的座垫摒弃现有技术中一整块的坐垫，改为折叠形态变换自如的腰凳。使用时，轻触按钮件，形成90-140度最舒适的夹角，并通过左、右开关按钮牢固锁定的支撑部与承托部配合衬套形成一舒舒服服的腰凳，托着幼儿享受在大人怀中的感觉。而且板面状的支撑部和中空开口环状的承托部形成的腰凳为座垫留出大部分的空间，不使用时，轻触按钮件，支撑部贴近承托部收合并通过左、右开关按钮牢固锁定，大大减小了不使用时的收藏空间，携带更为轻便，为使用者带来诸多的便利。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白，以下结合附图和实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1所示的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，背带本体40上设有一连接肩带41的背垫42和一连接腰带43的座垫50，座垫50连接在背垫42下方。所述座垫50包括一可拆卸安装在背带本体40上的腰凳，该腰凳包括包括一支撑部10和一承托部20，所述的支撑部10和承托部20通过一开关按钮30转动连接成一折叠体，所述折叠体套设在一衬套内，以形成坐垫形状安装在背带本体40上。
如图2-6所示的腰凳包括一支撑部10和一承托部20，所述的支撑部10和承托部20通过一开关按钮30转动连接。所述支撑部10为一板面状，为婴儿提供足够的支撑面积和支撑力。所述承托部20为一中空开口环状，以充分减轻腰凳的重量及体积，为座垫留出大部分的空间。
请结合图7-9所示，所述开关按钮30包括设置在支撑部两侧的左、右开关按钮30A、30B，在开关操作该开关按钮30时，必需同时按压左、右开关按钮30A、30B才生效，按压左、右开关按钮30A、30B其中的一个将导致操作失效。所述的左、右开关按钮30A、30B的具体结构如图6、7所示，左、右开关按钮30A、30B均包括有一连接轴34，该连接轴34为一螺丝，该螺丝先后依序穿过一承托连接座33、一开关控制锁32和一弹簧31后，螺接固定在支撑部10的侧部上。
本实用新型开关控制锁32的一端设有多个卡齿323，对应的，于所述支撑部10的侧部设有多个安装孔11，开关控制锁32上设有的多个卡齿323对应插置于多个安装孔11中，以使开关控制锁32在弹簧31伸缩方向上左右弹性移动插置在支撑部20的侧部上。所述开关控制锁32的另一端设有两个以上的限位凹槽，本实施例的限位凹槽设有两个，为收合限位凹槽321和打开限位凹槽322。
本实用新型弹簧31套设在连接轴34上，并抵顶在开关控制锁32和支撑部10的侧部上。
如图9所示，本实用新型承托连接座33为一连接承托部20的转动体，其以连接轴34为旋转中轴。该承托连接座33对应开关控制锁32设有一卡凸点331，该卡凸点331与收合限位凹槽321和打开限位凹槽322相适配，以使该卡凸点331卡设在其中的一个限位凹槽中。在本实施例中，请结合图2、3所示，当卡凸点331卡上收合限位凹槽321时，承托连接座33指向下方，也就是承托部20贴近支撑部10呈折叠关上的状态；如图产4、5所示，当卡凸点331卡上打开限位凹槽322时，承托连接座33指向前方，也就是承托部20相对支撑部10张开呈被打开的使用状态。最佳的，如图5所示，当承托连接座33的当卡凸点331卡上开关控制锁32的打开限位凹槽322时，所述支撑部10与承托部20之间形成水平90度至仰角140度的夹角。
本实用新型腰凳还包括有一按钮件35，该按钮件35具有两个卡脚351，两个卡脚351左右移动穿设在承托连接座33上，并利作卡卡脚351上凸设的钩部卡在承托连接座33上，以保证该按钮件35不会脱出承托连接座33。当操作承托连接座33转动时，必需先将承托部20往支撑部10伸张的反方向压下，以达到解锁的状态。在承托部20往支撑部10相对静止的状态下，按钮件35的两个卡脚351是与开关控制锁32相抵触的。因此，当按压按钮件35时，便同时推动承托部20以至解锁，承托连接座33因此可以自由转动，进行承托部20的开、关动作。

  1. 一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，包括一连接在背带本体上的座垫，其特征在于：所述座垫包括一可拆卸安装在背带本体上的腰凳，该腰凳包括一支撑部和一承托部，所述的支撑部和承托部通过一开关按钮转动连接成一折叠体，所述折叠体套设在一衬套内，以形成坐垫形状安装在背带本体上；所述开关按钮包括设置在支撑部两侧的左、右开关按钮；所述的左、右开关按钮包括一连接轴，该连接轴依序穿过承托连接座、开关控制锁和弹簧后，固定在支撑部的侧部上；所述的
    开关控制锁，一端左右移动插置在支撑部的侧部上，另一端设有两个以上的限位凹槽；
    弹簧，抵顶在开关控制锁和支撑部侧部上；
    承托连接座，连接承托部，并对应开关控制锁的限位凹槽凸设有一卡凸点；
    该腰凳还包括有一按钮件，该按钮件左右移动卡在承托连接座上，并与开关控制锁相抵触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，其特征在于：所述支撑部为一板面状，所述承托部为一中空开口环状。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，其特征在于：当承托连接座的卡凸点卡入开关控制锁的其中一限位凹槽时，所述支撑部与承托部之间形成90-140度夹角。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，其特征在于：所述支撑部的侧部设有多个安装孔，所述开关控制锁设有多个卡齿，该卡齿对应插置于安装孔中，以使开关控制锁左右移动插置在支撑部上。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种座垫可折叠的婴儿背带，其特征在于：所述支撑部的侧部设有多个安装孔，所述开关控制锁设有多个卡齿，该卡齿对应插置于安装孔中，以使开关控制锁左右移动插置在支撑部上。
