技术领域
本发明涉及一种洁齿、护齿的清洁用具,尤其涉及一种水的运行管道与需要保护的对水敏感的电子元件,马达等相隔离的器具,且水壶不用取下装水,喷嘴的拔出轻松的冲牙器,喷嘴有位置放置,感应充电的冲牙器。
背景技术
现有的普通的冲牙器上需要保护的电子元件、马达与水运行的管道在一个腔室里面,没有密封隔开,容易出现水泵一旦漏水、渗水,立即渗入电子元件、马达损坏,无法使用。普通的冲牙器都是接触式充电,机身上有接触端子,接触端子与水接触后容易生锈老化,导致接触不良无法充电的现象。充电座上有放置喷嘴的两个位置,方便喷嘴的拿取放置。往水壶中装水时,需要取下水壶才能装水,使用不方便;喷嘴拔出困难,需要很大的力,喷嘴容易随水流喷出。雅玺冲牙器在技术上改进装水方便,可直接打开水壶盖装水.喷嘴装拆方便,固定可靠,利用水泵原理,产生高压和脉冲水流,冲刷口腔牙齿牙龈,清除牙齿牙龈上粘附的细小食物残屑和有害细菌,斑渍,牙垢,达到口腔保健和护理的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种在使用冲牙器的过程中,水泵即使漏水也不会导致冲牙器损坏,感应式充电方便可靠,喷嘴放置拿取方便,水流流畅,不会漏水,装水方便,喷嘴装拆方便,固定可靠的这样一种冲牙器,实现上述目的的技术方案如下:
冲牙器,其结构包括喷嘴、机身组件、无线感应充电座组件。喷嘴连接机身组件,喷嘴与机身组件连接端为出水端,水壶连接在手柄组件上,吸管的一端固定在手柄组件上,另一端悬空于水壶内,吸管的悬空端为进水端,吸管上套有过滤嘴,过滤水中的杂质,避免水中的杂质对冲牙器的寿命使用造成不良影响。机身组件垂直放置在无线感应充电座上面。机身组件包括手柄组件、吸管、水壶。手柄组件包括手柄,内上件组件,内下件组件,内上件组件、内下件组件都连接在手柄的空腔内。
优选的,所述手柄内腔分成上下两个空腔,上部空腔内放置内上件组件,下部空腔放置内下件组件,内下件组件的一端有一硅胶垫圈,内下件组件的另一端固定在手柄的空腔内,内下件组件的上端、硅胶垫圈、手柄、隔板挤压,硅胶垫圈受挤压后压缩贴紧手柄隔板、内下件组件的上端,这样把上下两个空腔分隔成两个独立的空腔,互不连通,上部空腔里的水不会流入下部空腔内。内下件组件的上端有一马达,马达的输出轴上装有齿轮二,所述齿轮为铜齿轮,铜齿轮穿过手柄隔板的漏孔伸入内上件组件的冠齿轮的齿条中,马达运转,带动铜齿轮运转,铜齿轮带动冠齿轮运转,冠齿轮带动连杆运转,连杆带动活塞运转,活塞开启闭合进、出水阀片,喷出持续的高压水流。
优选的,所述手柄后端上具有凹槽,凹槽的形状、大小与水壶形状相适应,水壶放置在手柄凹槽内与手柄连接,手柄的轴向一端连接有顶盖,顶盖上具有一顶盖孔,顶盖上具有一释放开关4,弹簧4-1,喷嘴1的进水端1-1穿过顶盖孔与机身组件2连接,手柄的下部空腔内放置内下件组件,手柄的轴向另一端连接电池门。按下释放开关,水泵顶部的左卡和右卡在释放开关的推动下,向外旋转张开,可以轻松取出喷嘴;松开释放开关,释放开关在弹簧4-1的推动下复位,左卡和右卡在弹簧5-9的作用下复位,卡住喷嘴的凹槽,固定稳定可靠,喷嘴不会被高压水流喷出。

所述水泵端盖15-1-1通过螺丝15-1-3与水泵出水连接部件15-1-2连接,水泵出水连接部件15-1-2与泵身15-4连接,出水连接件上15-1-2的凹槽里装有防水圈15-5,水泵出水连接部件15-1-2与泵身15-4空腔连接处具有出水阀片15-6-1,与水泵出水连接部件15-1-2相对的泵身一端的空腔内具有活塞15-3-1、连杆15-3,活塞15-3-1连接连杆15-3,连杆15-3推动活塞15-3-1在泵身15-4空腔内上、下直线运动,泵身上还连接有水泵进水连接部件15-2,水泵进水连接部件5-5的空腔与泵身的空腔也相通,水泵进水连接部件15-2的另一端与水壶的出水端口连接,水泵进水连接部件15-2与泵身连接处的空腔处具有进水阀片15-6。
优选的,水泵出水连接端15-1与泵身15-4连接处设有防水圈15-5,水泵进水连接端15-2与泵身连接处设有防水圈15-5。
优选的,活塞15-3-1的结构为圆柱型,前端小,尾端大,尾端的尺寸稍大,起导向定位的作用,活塞内腔为台阶式结构,前端内腔直径小于尾端内腔的直径,前端内腔与尾端内腔连接处的形状为弧状结构;连杆的前端为球头,球头为球形,球头的形状与内腔连接处的弧形结构相适应。

本发明能够预防蛀牙,进行牙缝清洁、矫牙清洁、美白牙齿、祛牙渍、祛牙菌斑、牙垢,达到口腔保健和护理的的效果,且本发明的冲牙器,结构小巧,使用方便。
同时本冲牙器是无线感应充电,不需要连接线与手柄直接接触,充电电压为直流5V,充电安全、方便可靠;充电座上留有喷嘴固定放置小孔,喷嘴可以放置在充电座上,方便使用。按下喷嘴释放开关,左右卡松开,喷嘴可以轻松拔出。本冲牙器结构体积轻巧,喷水压力大,且喷水水流连续,使用方便。

具体的,所述水泵包括泵身15-4、水泵端盖15-1-1、水泵出水连接部件15-1-2、水泵进水连接部件15-2,所述上述部件内部都具有空腔,用来水流的流出、流入。
出水道的顶部对称的安装左卡15-1-5和右卡15-1-7,左卡15-1-5和右卡15-1-7分别通过销轴固定,左卡15-1-5和右卡15-1-7能够沿着销轴转动,紧邻销轴位置端、在左卡15-1-5和右卡15-1-7之间顶抵有弹簧15-1-6。

活塞15-3-1的结构为圆柱型,前端小,尾端大,尾端的尺寸稍大,起导向定位的作用,活塞内腔为台阶式结构,前端内腔直径小于尾端内腔的直径,前端内腔与尾端内腔连接处的形状为弧状结构;连杆的前端为球头,球头为球形,球头的形状与内腔连接处的弧形结构相适应,球头的尺寸略大于活塞的入口处的尺寸,球头强行压入活塞的内腔里面,球头进入后与活塞的内腔尺寸相适应,防止连杆在活动的过程中脱出活塞,连杆的球头可以自由活动。
内下件组件11的上端安装马达22,下端插接电池门35,马达22的输出轴穿过漏孔,其中穿过漏孔的输出轴上安装齿轮二22-1,齿轮二22-1与齿轮一啮合连接,马达带动齿轮二22-1运转,齿轮二22-1带动齿轮一运转,齿轮一带动连杆运转,连杆带动活塞运转,活塞的上下运动开启阀片;
其中,吸管2-2的一端***水壶内,吸管2-2的另一端与进水道的进水口连通,当活塞向上运动时,活塞推动进水道内的水从出水道持续喷出高压水流。
吸管2-2的一端连接在水泵的进水道的进水口上,吸管2-2另一端***在水壶2-3内,吸管2-2吸取水壶中的水;手柄的柄身上具有一凹槽,水壶容置在凹槽内。采用这样的结构,可以减小本产品整体的体积与重量。
顶盖5通过螺丝固定在手柄上,将释放开关4套上弹簧4-1并压入顶盖5中,内上件组件6、内下件组件11安装好后,最后在手柄的另一端装上电池门12,并通过螺丝将电池门12锁紧在手柄上,一方面使内件组件固定,不会倒出来,一方面使冲牙器的电路形成一个完整的充、放电回路。
水壶的顶端具有一凸出的出水口,出水口与水壶的内腔相通,吸管2-2通过出水口***水壶内部,吸管2-2与水泵的进水道15-2连接,出水口上连接有防水圈一2-3-1;水壶下部有一凸出的进水口,进水口上安装水壶转动盖2-3-4,进水口与水壶转动盖2-3-4之间具有防水圈二2-3-3,当需要往水壶内灌水时,打开水壶转动盖2-3-4,将水倒进壶内即可,水壶的底部安装水壶下盖2-3-5,水壶上部安装水壶上盖2-3-2,水壶上盖2-3-2与水壶下盖2-3-5之间超声连接,确保不会漏水。
所述水壶转动盖2-3-4的一端通过转轴与水壶活动连接,另一端可以自由开合,活动连接端称为水壶转动盖的尾端,自由开合端称为前端,当需要掀起水壶盖进行注水时,捏住水壶转动盖的前端略用力,使水壶盖后端以转轴为基点进行转动,向上掀起水壶盖,就可以将水注入水壶内。
所述内上件组件6包括内上件上盖14、内上件下盖18、内上件下盖18内放置水泵15、冠齿轮16,内上件上盖14与内上件下盖18内具有两个对应的空腔槽,依次为水泵槽18-1、冠齿轮槽18-2,各空腔槽与对应放置在其内的部件的形状、大小相适应,水泵15放置在水泵槽18-1内,位于内上件下盖18的一端,紧邻水泵槽18-1的是冠齿轮槽18-2,冠齿轮16的中心具有一固定轴17,固定轴17连接在内上件下盖18上,冠齿轮16放置在冠齿轮槽18-2内,固定轴17、冠齿轮16、内上件下盖18之间有运动接触的地方涂有润滑油,减小摩擦。
所述的内下件组件11包括内下件上盖26、内下件下盖25,内下件下盖25内放置马达22、电池23。内下件下盖25与内下件上盖26内具有两个对应的空腔槽,依次为马达槽25-1、电池槽25-2,各空腔槽与对应放置在其内的部件的形状、大小相适应,马达22放置在马达槽25-1内,马达22的输出轴上套接有硅胶垫圈22-2、硅胶垫圈的前端、在输出轴上套接齿轮二22-1,内下件下盖25的末端为电池槽25-2,电池23放置在电池槽25-2内,内下件上盖26对应的安装在内下件下盖25上,内下件上盖26的外表面覆盖有手柄PCB线路板20,通过螺丝19将PCB线路板连接在内下件上盖26上,PCB线路板20与马达22通过焊接连接起来, PCB线路板20与电池门上的充电线圈33的两极通过焊接连接起来给电池充电。内下件上盖26与马达配合的地方有镂空,马达上的两极伸出来,***到PCB的连接孔中,再焊接。电池门上的充电线圈33的两极先***PCB相对应的焊孔中,再焊接。
由于手柄空腔内有隔板30-1,如图7所示,隔板30-1把手柄分成上下两个空腔,隔板30-1上有一个圆形小孔30-2,圆形小孔30-2为用于输出轴穿过的漏孔,上部空腔内放置内上件组件6,下部空腔内放置内下件组件11,内下件组件11的马达轴端有一垫圈22-2,内下件组件11与垫圈22-2、隔板30-1形成挤压密封,水不会经过垫圈30-2流入下腔体内,水泵进水道15-2的进水口与手柄通过固定片8,用螺丝7压紧连接,内下件组件11的尾部有方形卡柱,卡柱***手柄对应的方形卡槽内,马达齿轮(即齿轮二22-1)穿过手柄的圆形小孔30-2***冠齿轮槽18-2里,马达齿轮与冠齿轮16的齿与齿之间形成啮合,电源启动,马达转动,马达输出轴带动马达齿轮转动,马达齿轮带动冠齿轮转动,冠齿轮带动连杆转动,连杆带动活塞作直线运动,这样形成一副运动副。
所述的手柄上具有开关29,开关的旁边具有灯孔,灯孔内安装灯珠28,灯珠28为LED灯,电源开关29相对应的手柄位置为软胶,用手按下开关29,开关带动软胶向下移动,触发PCB线路板28上的开关,启动电池,对外放电,冲牙器开始工作;另一方面,电池启动后,点亮PCB线路板28上相对应的LED灯,LED灯发出的光透过对应的灯珠28发光,给人提示工作档位、充电状态。为了保护手柄上的开关、灯帽等的使用寿命,增强美观,在安装开关等的位置放置装饰盖27。电池23是可充电电池,需要充电时,把机身组件放置在充电座对应的空腔内,充电连接线的micro USB一端***充电座的方形小孔中,另一端***充电器,充电器***电源插座,就可以给充电电池充电。
所述的电池门组件包括电池门35、手柄充线圈31,手柄充线圈31的两极先焊接在手柄PCA线路板28上,电池门35上连接有防水圈34,充电线圈34中心有一个圆形通孔,电池门35的中心有一圆柱状的柱子,把充电线圈***电池门中心的园柱子底部,再用硅胶套32压入电池门中心的圆柱子底部,压紧线圈31。电池门***手柄底部的空腔里,电池门上的两个塑胶园柱对准内下件组件的两个塑胶孔,用螺丝9锁紧,胶塞10***上述的两个螺丝孔,盖住螺丝,防止螺丝生锈。
所述的充电座组件3包括充电座3-2、电源连接线3-3,充电座形成有凹槽,凹槽形成半包围空腔,电源连接线3-3的一端为micro USB,另一端为USB,整个机身2放入充电座3的半包围空腔里,电源线的micro USB端***充电座3-2一端的方形小孔里3-1-2,另一端USB***充电器,充电器***电源插座,可以对机身里面的电池充电。充电座上面有两个圆形孔3-1-1,喷嘴1-2的底部圆柱可以***充电座上的圆形孔3-1-1里,方便拿取使用,不使用时放置喷嘴1-2。
所述的充电座3-2包括充电座下盖41、充电座上盖37,充电座上盖37与充电座线圈38相连,充电座线圈38的中心有一圆形通孔,充电座上盖37有一圆柱形的柱子,充电座线圈38的通孔对准充电座下盖的柱子压入圆柱的根部,充电座PCB线路板39放置在充电座上盖的空腔里,对准相应的位置,用螺丝40固定,充电线圈38的两极***充电座PCB线路板39对应的孔里焊接连接,充电座下盖对准充电座上盖相应的定位柱,***并压紧,最后充电座装饰盖36压入充电座上盖37里。
插上喷嘴,将喷嘴对准口腔(不要对准电器等)按下电源开关,然后用Mode选择自己需要的模式(Normal,Soft,Pulse三种中的一种)就可以使用,简单方便。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)水泵里水的运行管道与易损失的零件分隔成两个独立的腔室。
(2)无线感应充电,低压、安全、可靠。
(3)有三种适合人体工程的工作模式 ,舒适可靠。
(4)独立的电源充电指示,不易混淆。

Claims (9)

  1. 冲牙器,包括喷嘴、机身组件,喷嘴用于喷水,所述机身组件包括水壶、手柄组件、吸管,其中水壶与手柄组件连接,手柄组件包括手柄,手柄内安装水泵,所述水泵包括进水道、出水道,活塞腔,进水道和出水道的端口内分别安装阀片,阀片控制水的流入或流出,活塞腔内安装活塞,活塞的底端连接推杆,推杆的底端安装齿轮一,进水道分别与出水道、活塞腔连通,进水道、出水道,活塞腔形成三通的通道,其特征在于:所述手柄的长度方向具有空腔,空腔的顶部安装顶盖,空腔内设置有一隔板,隔板把手柄的空腔分隔成上下两个空腔,同时隔板上具有一漏孔;
    所述喷嘴穿过顶盖与手泵的出水道连通;
    其中,上部空腔内放置内上件组件,下部空腔内放置内下件组件,其中内上件组件包括水泵,上部空腔形成密封空间,所述密封空间形成挤压密封,水泵内的水不会流入下部腔体内;
    内下件组件的上端安装马达,下端插接电池门组件,马达的输出轴穿过漏孔,其中穿过漏孔的输出轴上安装齿轮二,齿轮二与齿轮一啮合连接,马达带动齿轮二运转,齿轮二带动齿轮一运转,齿轮一带动连杆运转,连杆带动活塞运转,活塞的上下运动带动阀片开启或闭合;
    电池门组件包括电池、充电线圈,电池分别与马达、充电线圈电连接,内下件组件外表面覆盖有PCB线路板, PCB线路板与充电线圈的两极连接,用于给电池充电;
    其中,吸管的一端***水壶内,吸管的另一端与进水道的进水口连通,当活塞向上运动时,活塞推动进水道内的水从出水道持续喷出高压水流。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:还包括充电座,所述机身组件的底部坐落在充电座内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:顶盖上具有一顶盖孔,顶盖上具有一推扭。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述手柄上设置开关按键,开关按键的旁边设置灯孔,灯孔内安装灯珠,所述开关与灯孔上覆盖有装饰盖,所述灯珠与电池电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述内上件组件包括内上件上盖、内上件下盖,内上件下盖内放置水泵、齿轮一;内上件下盖与内上件上盖内具有数个对应的空腔槽,依次为水泵槽、冠齿轮槽,水泵、齿轮一适配的放置在各空腔槽内,齿轮一的中心具有一固定轴,固定轴连接在内上件下盖上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述水壶的顶端具有一凸出进水口,凸出进水口与水壶的内腔相通,凸出进水口用于***吸管或进水,水壶下部也有一凸出进水口,凸出进水口上连接有水壶盖。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述充电座为无线感应充电座,无线感应充电座包括充电座,充电座上挖制凹槽,凹槽形成一半包围空腔,充电座上设置有数个插孔,插孔用于喷嘴的***;同时充电座上还设置有Micro USB、USB插口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:吸管上套有过滤嘴,过滤水中的杂质。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:出水道的顶部对称的安装左卡和右卡,左卡和右卡分别通过销轴固定,左卡和右卡能够沿着销轴转动,紧邻销轴位置端、在左卡和右卡之间顶抵有弹簧;
    顶盖上具有一顶盖孔,喷嘴从顶盖孔内***,顶盖孔的下方、在顶盖上设置一开关孔,开关孔内安装大体呈U型的释放开关,释放开关的两端分别连接左卡和右卡,同时释放开关与左卡和右卡之间分别安装弹簧;
    喷嘴的下部设置有凹槽,左卡和右卡分别卡入凹槽内,释放开关能够推动左卡和右卡向外旋转张开,取出喷嘴;松开释放开关,释放开关在弹簧的推动下使左卡和右卡复位,卡住喷嘴的凹槽。
