具体的,目前常用的色轮组件包括马达组件,而马达的供电需要使用FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit,柔性线路板)软排线或其他类型软排线与外部的供电模块电连接;其中,色轮组件与固定支架之间固定连接,且软排线自固定支架上的出线通孔穿过,以与外界的供电模块连接,因而,在出线通孔处易进入灰尘而影响色轮组件。

一种电子装置,包括电子部件和与所述电子部件固定设置的封装基板,所述封装基板设置有一出线通孔,其中,一导线的连线部分位于所述电子部件和封装基板之间、且与所述电子部件电连接,以及,所述导线的出线部分自所述出线通孔穿过向外延伸,所述电子装置还包括:
设置于所述封装基板背离所述电子部件一侧、且设置于所述出线部分延伸方向上的第一密封垫;
设置于所述第一密封垫背离所述封装基板一侧的第二密封垫,其中,所述出线部分位于所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫之间,且所述第二密封垫覆盖所述出线通孔;
以及,压置于所述第二密封垫背离所述第一密封垫一侧的密封压板,其中,所述密封压板与所述封装基板之间固定连接。
可选的,所述密封压板与所述封装基板之间通过至少一个螺钉连接;
其中,所述螺钉穿过所述密封压板和第二密封垫。
可选的,所述封装基板背离所述电子部件一侧还设置有一凹槽;
其中,所述第一密封垫位于所述凹槽内。

电子部件10和与所述电子部件10固定设置的封装基板20,所述封装基板20设置有一出线通孔21,其中,一导线30的连线部分位于所述电子部件10和封装基板20之间、且与所述电子部件10电连接,以及,所述导线30的出线部分自所述出线通孔21穿过向外延伸,所述电子装置还包括:
设置于所述封装基板20背离所述电子部件10一侧、且设置于所述出线部分延伸方向上的第一密封垫40;
设置于所述第一密封垫40背离所述封装基板20一侧的第二密封垫50,其中,所述出线部分位于所述第一密封垫40和第二密封垫50之间,且所述第二密封垫50覆盖所述出线通孔21;
以及,压置于所述第二密封垫50背离所述第一密封垫40一侧的密封压板60,其中,所述密封压板60与所述封装基板20之间固定连接。优选的,所述密封压板60覆盖所述出线通孔21。
由上述内容可知,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,在出线通孔处设置由第一密封垫、第二密封垫和密封压板组成的防尘结构,以将出线通孔完全密封而达到防尘效果,进而使得电子部件完全密封,保证电子装置的使用效果高;并且,本申请实施例提供的防尘结构的结构简单、制作方便及成本低廉。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的第一密封垫40的具体形状不做具体限制。其中,第一密封垫40可以为一条形结构,其设置在出线部分的延伸方向上。或者,参考图1b所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种第一密封垫的结构示意图,在本申请一实施例中,第一密封垫40还可以为设置于出线部分延伸方向上的一块状结构,且在块状结构的第一密封垫40覆盖出线通孔21,且在第一密封垫40的中心区域具有一镂空区域41,且镂空区域41与出线通孔21位置相对应。
以及,在本申请一实施例中,电子部件可以限定为电路板等具体器件,对此需要根据实际需要进行具体选取。此外,在本申请一实施例中,导线可以为软排线或数据线等,具体如柔性线路板软排线,对此本申请同样不做具体限制。
在本申请一实施例中,为了拆卸方便,参考图1所示,本申请提供的所述密封压板60与所述封装基板20之间通过至少一个螺钉70连接;
其中,所述螺钉70穿过所述密封压板60和第二密封垫50。
需要说明的是,在本申请其他实施例中,螺钉70还可以穿过第一密封垫40、第二密封垫50和密封压板60,对此本申请不做具体限制。
在本申请一实施例中,为了避免导线在第一密封垫40处弯折,参考图1所示,本申请实施例提供的所述封装基板20背离所述电子部件10一侧还设置有一凹槽;
其中,所述第一密封垫40位于所述凹槽内。优选的,本申请实施例提供的所述第一密封垫40的厚度与所述凹槽的深度相同。
在本申请一实施例中,参考图1所示,本申请提供的所述第一密封垫40的相对所述封装基板20的一侧和相对所述第二密封垫50的一侧均设置有粘结层。其中,两个粘结层的设置,保证了第一密封垫40在封装基板20上不发生错位;以及,保证了将导线30固定在第一密封垫40上时能够不发生翘曲,且不会再后续组装时发生错位的情况。
以及,在本申请一实施例中,本申请提供的所述第一密封垫40和第二密封垫50均为柔性密封垫;
以及,所述密封压板60为刚性密封压板。其中,通过柔性的第一密封垫40和第二密封垫50将导线30夹于其中,避免对导线30造成损坏;以及,通过刚性的密封压板60压置于第二密封垫50上,保证压置的效果更加紧密,提高密封防尘效果。
其中,本申请实施例提供的第一密封垫40和第二密封垫50具体可以为硅胶材质的密封垫,或者可以为泡棉材质的密封垫,或者还可以为其他材质的柔性密封垫,对此本申请不做具体限制。以及,本申请实施例提供的密封压板60可以为金属材质的密封压板,或者为其他材质的刚性密封压板,对此本申请不做具体限制。
相应的,本申请实施例还提供了一种色轮结构,具体结合图2和图3所示,图2本申请实施例提供的一种色轮结构所包括的色轮结构的结构示意图,图3为图2中沿AA’轴向的结构示意图。其中,色轮结构包括:
色轮组件100和与所述色轮组件100固定设置的固定支架200,所述固定支架200设置有一出线通孔210,其中,一导线300的连线部分位于所述色轮组件100和固定支架200之间、且与所述色轮组件100电连接,以及,所述导线300的出线部分自所述出线通孔210穿过向外延伸,所述色轮结构还包括:
设置于所述固定支架200背离所述色轮组件100一侧、且设置于所述出线部分延伸方向上的第一密封垫400;
设置于所述第一密封垫400背离所述固定支架200一侧的第二密封垫500,其中,所述出线部分位于所述第一密封垫400和第二密封垫500之间,且所述第二密封垫500覆盖所述出线通孔210;
以及,压置于所述第二密封垫500背离所述第一密封垫400一侧的密封压板600,其中,所述密封压板600与所述固定支架200之间固定连接。优选的,所述密封压板600覆盖所述出线通孔210。
由上述内容可知,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,在出线通孔处设置由第一密封垫、第二密封垫和密封压板组成的防尘结构,以将出线通孔完全密封而达到防尘效果,进而使得色轮组件完全密封,保证色轮结构的使用效果高;并且,本申请实施例提供的防尘结构的结构简单、制作方便及成本低廉。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的第一密封垫400的具体形状不做具体限制。其中,第一密封垫400可以为一条形结构,其设置在出线部分的延伸方向上。或者,在本申请一实施例中,第一密封垫400还可以为设置于出线部分延伸方向上的一块状结构,且在块状结构的第一密封垫400覆盖出线通孔210,且在第一密封垫400的中心区域具有一镂空区域,且镂空区域与出线通孔210位置相对应。
在本申请一实施例中,为了拆卸方便,结合图2和图3所示,本申请提供的所述密封压板600与所述固定支架200之间通过至少一个螺钉700连接;
其中,所述螺钉700穿过所述密封压板600和第二密封垫500。
需要说明的是,在本申请其他实施例中,螺钉700还可以穿过第一密封垫400、第二密封垫500和密封压板600,对此本申请不做具体限制。
在本申请一实施例中,为了避免导线在第一密封垫400处弯折,结合图2和图3所示,本申请实施例提供的所述固定支架200背离所述色轮组件100一侧还设置有一凹槽;

可选的,所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫均为柔性密封垫;
以及,所述密封压板为刚性密封压板。其中,通过柔性的第一密封垫400和第二密封垫500将导线300夹于其中,避免对导线300造成损坏;以及,通过刚性的密封压板600压置于第二密封垫500上,保证压置的效果更加紧密,提高密封防尘效果。

本申请实施例提供了一种电子装置、色轮结构及投影装置,包括电子部件和与所述电子部件固定设置的封装基板,所述封装基板设置有一出线通孔,其中,一导线的连线部分位于所述电子部件和封装基板之间、且与所述电子部件电连接,以及,所述导线的出线部分自所述出线通孔穿过向外延伸,所述电子装置还包括:设置于所述封装基板背离所述电子部件一侧、且设置于所述出线部分延伸方向上的第一密封垫;设置于所述第一密封垫背离所述封装基板一侧的第二密封垫,其中,所述出线部分位于所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫之间,且所述第二密封垫覆盖所述出线通孔;以及,压置于所述第二密封垫背离所述第一密封垫一侧的密封压板,其中,所述密封压板与所述封装基板之间固定连接。
由上述内容可知,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,在电子装置中,在出线通孔处设置由第一密封垫、第二密封垫和密封压板组成的防尘结构,以将出线通孔完全密封而达到防尘效果,保证电子装置的使用效果高;以及,在色轮结构中,在出线通孔处设置由第一密封垫、第二密封垫和密封压板组成的防尘结构,以将出线通孔完全密封而达到防尘效果,保证色轮结构的使用效果高;以及,在投影装置中设置上述色轮结构,可以保证色轮结构的使用效果高,从而投影装置的投影质量高;并且,本申请实施例提供的防尘结构的结构简单、制作方便及成本低廉。

Claims (11)

1、一种电子装置,包括电子部件和与所述电子部件固定设置的封装基板,所述封装基板设置有一出线通孔,其中,一导线的连线部分位于所述电子部件和封装基板之间、且与所述电子部件电连接,以及,所述导线的出线部分自所述出线通孔穿过并向外延伸,其特征在于,所述电子装置还包括:
设置于所述封装基板背离所述电子部件一侧、且设置于所述出线部分延伸方向上的第一密封垫;
设置于所述第一密封垫背离所述封装基板一侧的第二密封垫,其中,所述出线部分位于所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫之间,且所述第二密封垫覆盖所述出线通孔;
以及,压置于所述第二密封垫背离所述第一密封垫一侧的密封压板,其中,所述密封压板与所述封装基板之间固定连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述密封压板与所述封装基板之间通过至少一个螺钉连接;
其中,所述螺钉穿过所述密封压板和第二密封垫。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述封装基板背离所述电子部件一侧还设置有一凹槽;
其中,所述第一密封垫位于所述凹槽内。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一密封垫的相对所述封装基板的一侧和相对所述第二密封垫的一侧均设置有粘结层。
5、根据权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫均为柔性密封垫;
以及,所述密封压板为刚性密封压板。
6、一种色轮结构,包括色轮组件和与所述色轮组件固定设置的固定支架,所述固定支架设置有一出线通孔,其中,一导线的连线部分位于所述色轮组件和固定支架之间、且与所述色轮组件电连接,以及,所述导线的出线部分自所述出线通孔穿过向外延伸,其特征在于,所述色轮结构还包括:
设置于所述固定支架背离所述色轮组件一侧、且设置于所述出线部分延伸方向上的第一密封垫;
设置于所述第一密封垫背离所述固定支架一侧的第二密封垫,其中,所述出线部分位于所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫之间,且所述第二密封垫覆盖所述出线通孔;
以及,压置于所述第二密封垫背离所述第一密封垫一侧的密封压板,其中,所述密封压板与所述固定支架之间固定连接。
7、根据权利要求1所述的色轮结构,其特征在于,所述密封压板与所述固定支架之间通过至少一个螺钉连接;
其中,所述螺钉穿过所述密封压板和第二密封垫。
8、根据权利要求1所述的色轮结构,其特征在于,所述固定支架背离所述色轮组件一侧还设置有一凹槽;
其中,所述第一密封垫位于所述凹槽内。
9、根据权利要求1所述的色轮结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封垫的相对所述固定支架的一侧和相对所述第二密封垫的一侧均设置有粘结层。
10、根据权利要求1所述的色轮结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封垫和第二密封垫均为柔性密封垫;
以及,所述密封压板为刚性密封压板。
11、一种投影装置,其特征在于,所述投影装置包括权利要求6~10任意一项所述的色轮结构。
