本申请要求了申请日为2016年12月30日,申请号为201611256793.9发明名称为“来电处理方法及***、机车互联装置”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其设计一种来电处理方法、***、车机互联装置、设备和计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,各种智能电子设备的出现,大大地方便了用户的使用。例如随着移动终端的使用普及,为了便于用户在驾车出行的同时,使用电话,现有技术开发出一种与移动终端通过蓝牙连接的车载设备。用户在驾车过程中,可以通过蓝牙与车载设备连接。当用户拨打或者接听电话时,直接使用车载设备拨打或者接听电话即可,可以大大地增强用户驾驶的安全性。
现有技术中,车载设备与移动终端之间可以通过蓝牙和通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus;USB)连接,当移动终端有来电时,车载设备通过蓝牙接收到移动终端的来电信息,并在车载设备的显示页面上显示来电信息;且直接覆盖掉车载设备接收到来电信息之前正在使用的应用页面。
但是,如果车载设备在接收到来电信息之前,用户正在使用车载设备的显示页面显示的导航信息进行驾驶。而车载设备接收到来电信息之后,直接覆盖掉之前所显示的导航页面或者其他页面。因此,现有技术 对此种情形下的页面处理效果较差,严重影响了用户的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种来电处理方法及***、车机互联装置,用于提高页面的处理效果,保证用户的正常使用。
本发明提供一种来电处理方法,所述方法包括:
车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到所述移动终端接收到来电时,阻止所述车载设备的来电页面弹出;
向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;
接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,所述融合页面包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面;
显示所述融合页面。
进一步可选地,如上所述方法中,阻止所述车载设备的来电页面弹出之前,所述方法还包括:
接收所述车载设备发送的所述移动终端的来电信息;所述车载设备发送的所述移动终端的来电信息为所述车载设备通过蓝牙接收所述移动终端发送的。
进一步可选地,如上所述方法中,向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息,具体包括:
通过通用串行总线向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;

生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面;
向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面,以供所述车载设备的车机互联装置显示所述融合页面。
进一步可选地,如上所述方法中,生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面之前,所述方法还包括:

接收模块,用于在供车载设备的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,所述移动终端接收到来电时,接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;
获取模块,用于获取所述车载设备的车机互联装置正在使用所述移动终端上的所述应用的当前页面;
生成模块,用于生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面;
发送模块,用于向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面,以供所述车载设备的车机互联装置显示所述融合页面。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图1为本发明的来电处理方法实施例一的流程图。如图1所示,本实施例的来电处理方法,具体可以包括如下步骤:
100、车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到移动终端接收到来电时,阻止车载设备的来电页面弹出;
101、向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息;
102、接收移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,融合页面包括应用的当前页面和来电信息的页面;

本实施例的来电处理方法的应用场景为:在车载设备与移动终端的互联通信中,车载设备与移动终端之间不仅通过蓝牙连接,同时还通过车载设备中的车载设备的车机互联装置与移动终端中的移动终端的车机 互联装置之间的有线连接实现互联通信,如车载设备的车机互联装置与移动终端的车机互联装置通过通用串行总线(通用串行总线;USB)连接。车载设备与移动终端之间的蓝牙连接可以实现在车载设备上播放移动终端的音乐,和接听/拨打移动终端的电话。移动终端中的车机互联装置可以访问移动终端中所有对移动终端的车机互联装置开放的应用,车载设备的车机互联装置通过与移动终端的车机互联装置连接,可以访问移动终端中的所有对移动终端的车机互联装置开放的应用,从而将移动终端中的应用投射至车载设备的显示屏上,实现在车载设备中对移动终端的访问。
在该应用场景下,移动终端通过移动终端的车机互联装置与车载设备的车机互联装置互联通信,使用移动终端中的某些应用。例如车载设备可以通过该方式使用移动终端中的导航应用,这样用户也不用给车载设备上安装导航,直接使用移动终端中的导航即可,使用非常方便。另外,通过该方式,同样,还可以使用移动终端的购物、新闻、多媒体播放器等等各种应用。当车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,当移动终端接收到来电时,如果移动终端与车载设备通过蓝牙连接,移动终端的操作***可以将该来电信息通过蓝牙发送给车载设备,其中该来电信息可以包括来电的号码,如果来电的号码为通讯录中的联系人来电还可以包括来电人的标识如来电人名称。如果来电的号码为某注册的公司的电话号码,来电信息还可以包括该公司的名称,如10086,可以显示名称为“***”等等。图2为现有技术的一种移动终端与车载设备的页面显示图。如图2所示,现有技术中,车载设备通过蓝牙接收到移动终端的来电信息之后,会立 即弹出车载设备自带的来电页面,此时将车载设备正在使用的应用的当前页面覆盖。如果用户正在使用的是导航页面,来电页面的弹出,导致用户使用电话期间,无法查看车载装置上的导航页面,若用户正在进行重要路段的导航,却因为忽然的来电错过了查看某个高速路口。
本实施例的来电处理方法的执行主体为车载设备的车机互联装置。该车载设备的车机互联装置可以为车载设备中的一个独立部件,具体也可以通过软件的形式集成在车载设备中,例如该车载设备的车机互联装置可以为安装在车载设备中的一个应用。同理移动终端中的车机互联装置也可以为移动终端中的一个独立部件,具体也可以通过软件的形式集成在移动终端中,例如该移动终端的车机互联装置可以为安装在移动终端中的一个应用。
图3为本实施例的一种移动终端与车载设备的页面显示图。如图3所示,本实施例中,当检测到移动终端接收到来电时,车载设备的车机互联装置阻止车载设备的来电页面弹出;同时向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息;然后移动终端的车机互联装置可以获取车载设备的车机互联装置正在使用移动终端上的应用的当前页面;并生成包括应用的当前页面和来电信息的页面的融合页面;并向车载设备的车机互联装置发送融合页面,即图3所示的融合页面。具体地,如图3所示,该融合页面为一个页面,可以通过车载设备的屏幕一次性整体显示出来。该融合页面也可以理解为一个拼接页面,既包括应用的当前页面又包括此时的来电页面。例如可以将应用的当前页面设置在融合页面的下半部分,又可以将来电页面设置在融合页面的上半部分,应用的当前页面和来电页面不会相互覆盖。最后,车载设备的车机互联装置接收移动终端的车 机互联装置发送的融合页面,并显示该融合页面。这样,可以使得车辆内的用户在该融合页面中既能看到当前正在使用的应用的当前页面,如导航的页面,同时还能够看到来电信息的页面,使用非常方便。本实施例的融合页面时通过移动终端的车机互联装置对电话进行操作,而不是使用车载设备的自带的电话页面来进行电话操作,从而达到电话页面和导航页面的自由融合。
本实施例的来电处理方法,车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到移动终端接收到来电时,阻止车载设备的来电页面弹出;向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息;接收移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,融合页面包括应用的当前页面和来电信息的页面;显示融合页面。通过采用本实施例的技术方案,车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,即使移动终端收到来电,也不会覆盖正在使用的应用的当前页面,因此,本实施例中对页面的处理效率非常高,处理效果非常好,时刻保证用户的正常使用,从而还能够有效地提高用户的体验度。
进一步可选地,在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,其中步骤100“阻止车载设备的来电页面弹出”之前,还可以包括如下步骤:接收车载设备发送的移动终端的来电信息;该车载设备发送的移动终端的来电信息为车载设备通过蓝牙接收移动终端发送的。
本实施例中,由于移动终端中普通的应用如移动终端中的车机互联装置通常不具有直接访问和操作电话的权利,通常手机***的应用才有这个权利。因此,本实施例中,当移动终端接收到来电时,是移动终端 通过蓝牙发送给车载设备,而车载设备通过蓝牙接口检测到移动终端的来电信息,并发送给车载设备的车机互联装置。再由车载设备的车机互联装置发送给移动终端的车机互联装置,由移动终端的车机互联装置对当前正在使用的应用的当前页面和来电信息的页面进行页面融合,得到融合页面,并投射到车载设备的车机互联装置中,并由车载设备的车机互联装置显示该融合页面。
进一步可选地,在上述实施例的技术方案的基础上,车载设备的车机互联装置与移动终端的车机互联装置之间的有线通讯可以采用USB的方式进行通讯。此时对应地,步骤101“向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息”,具体可以包括:通过USB向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息;
步骤102“接收移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面”,具体可以包括:通过USB接收移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面。

本实施例的来电处理方法,与上述图1所示实施例的区别在于:上述图1所示实施例在车载设备的车机互联装置一侧描述本发明的技术方案,本实施例在移动终端的车机互联装置一侧描述本发明的技术方案,具体实现方式与上述图1所示实施例相同,详细可以参考上述图1所示实施例的记载,在此不再赘述。

进一步可选地,在上述图4所示实施例的技术方案的基础上,其中步骤202“生成包括应用的当前页面和来电信息的页面的融合页面”之 前,还可以包括:生成来电信息的页面。本实施例的来电信息的页面的生成与普通的来电信息的页面方式的原理相同,但是本实施例的来电信息的页面的大小需要远小于普通的来电信息的页面,不能覆盖整个屏幕,要给正在使用的应用的当前界面留够足够的空间。
进一步可选地,在上述图4所示实施例的技术方案的基础上,步骤200“接收车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息”,具体可以包括:通过USB接收车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;

其中控制模块10用于当通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到移动终端接收到来电时,阻止车载设备的来电页面弹出;控制模块10可以触发发送模块11启动,发送模块11用于向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息;接收模块12用于接收移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,融合页面包括应用的当前页面 和来电信息的页面;显示模块13用于显示接收模块12接收的融合页面。
本实施例的车载设备的车机互联装置,通过采用上述模块实现来电处理与上述相关方法实施例的实现原理以及技术效果与上述相关方法实施例的实现相同,详细可以参考上述相关方法实施例的记载,在此不再赘述。
进一步可选地,上述实施例的车载设备的车机互联装置中,接收模块12还用于接收车载设备发送的移动终端的来电信息;车载设备发送的移动终端的来电信息为车载设备通过蓝牙接收移动终端发送的。
进一步可选地,上述实施例的车载设备的车机互联装置中,发送模块11具体用于通过通用串行总线向移动终端的车机互联装置发送来电信息;

图6为本发明的移动终端的车机互联装置实施例的结构图。如图6所示,本实施例的移动终端的车机互联装置,具体可以包括:接收模块20、获取模块21、生成模块22和发送模块23。
其中接收模块20用于在供车载设备的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,移动终端接收到来电时,接收车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;接收模块20可以触发获取模块21启 动,获取模块21用于获取车载设备的车机互联装置正在使用移动终端上的应用的当前页面;生成模块22用于生成包括应用的当前页面和接收模块20接收的来电信息的页面的融合页面;发送模块23用于向车载设备的车机互联装置发送生成模块22生成的融合页面,以供车载设备的车机互联装置显示融合页面。
本实施例的移动终端的车机互联装置,通过采用上述模块实现来电处理与上述相关方法实施例的实现原理以及技术效果与上述相关方法实施例的实现相同,详细可以参考上述相关方法实施例的记载,在此不再赘述。
进一步可选地,上述实施例的移动终端的车机互联装置中,生成模块22还用于生成来电信息的页面。
进一步可选地,上述实施例的移动终端的车机互联装置中,接收模块20具体用于通过USB接收车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;发送模块23具体用于通过USB向车载设备的车机互联装置发送融合页面。
上述实施例的车载设备的车机互联装置,通过采用上述模块实现来电处理与上述相关方法实施例的实现原理以及技术效果与上述相关方法实施例的实现相同,详细可以参考上述相关方法实施例的记载,在此不再赘述。
图7为本发明的来电处理***实施例的结构图。如图7所示,本实施例的来电处理***,具体可以包括车载设备的车机互联装置30和移动终端的车机互联装置40,车载设备的车机互联装置30和移动终端的车机互联装置40通信连接;
本实施例的车载设备的车机互联装置具体可以采用如上图5所示的车载设备的车机互联装置;移动终端的车机互联装置具体可以采用如上图6所示的移动终端的车机互联装置。并具体可以采用如上图1和图4所示实施例的来电处理方法进行来电处理,详细可以参考上述相关实施例的记载,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的上述方法和装置可以以设置并运行于电子设备中的计算机程序体现。如图8中所示,该电子设备可以包括一个或多个处理器800,还包括存储器801和一个或多个程序,图8所示实施例一包括一个处理器800为例来描述本发明的技术方案。其中该一个或多个程序存储于存储器801中,被上述一个或多个处理器800执行以实现本发明上述实施例中所示的方法流程和/或装置操作。例如,被上述一个或多个处理器800执行的方法流程,可以包括:
车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到所述移动终端接收到来电时,阻止所述车载设备的来电页面弹出;
向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;
接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,所述融合页面包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面;
显示所述融合页面。
或者,被上述一个或多个处理器800执行的方法流程,还可以包括:
移动终端的车机互联装置在供车载设备的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,所述移动终端接收到来电时,接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;
获取所述车载设备的车机互联装置正在使用所述移动终端上的所述应用的当前页面;
生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面;
向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面,以供所述车载设备的车机互联装置显示所述融合页面。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的***,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory, RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种来电处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    车载设备的车机互联装置通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到所述移动终端接收到来电时,阻止所述车载设备的来电页面弹出;
    向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;
    接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,所述融合页面包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面;
    显示所述融合页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,阻止所述车载设备的来电页面弹出之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述车载设备发送的所述移动终端的来电信息;所述车载设备发送的所述移动终端的来电信息为所述车载设备通过蓝牙接收所述移动终端发送的。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息,具体包括:
    通过通用串行总线向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;
    接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面,具体包括:
    通过所述通用串行总线接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的所述融合页面。
  4. 一种来电处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    移动终端的车机互联装置在供车载设备的车机互联装置使用移动终 端上的应用的过程中,所述移动终端接收到来电时,接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;
    获取所述车载设备的车机互联装置正在使用所述移动终端上的所述应用的当前页面;
    生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面;
    向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面,以供所述车载设备的车机互联装置显示所述融合页面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面之前,所述方法还包括:
    生成所述来电信息的页面。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息,具体包括:
    通过通用串行总线接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;
    向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面,具体包括:
    通过所述通用串行总线向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面。
  7. 一种车载设备的车机互联装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    控制模块,用于当通过移动终端的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,检测到所述移动终端接收到来电时,阻止所述车载设备的来电页面弹出;
    发送模块,用于向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;
    接收模块,用于接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的融合页面, 所述融合页面包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面;
    显示模块,用于显示所述融合页面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,还用于接收所述车载设备发送的所述移动终端的来电信息;所述车载设备发送的所述移动终端的来电信息为所述车载设备通过蓝牙接收所述移动终端发送的。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,具体用于通过通用串行总线向所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送所述来电信息;
    所述接收模块,具体用于通过所述通用串行总线接收所述移动终端的车机互联装置发送的所述融合页面。
  10. 一种移动终端的车机互联装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于在供车载设备的车机互联装置使用移动终端上的应用的过程中,所述移动终端接收到来电时,接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;
    获取模块,用于获取所述车载设备的车机互联装置正在使用所述移动终端上的所述应用的当前页面;
    生成模块,用于生成包括所述应用的当前页面和所述来电信息的页面的融合页面;
    发送模块,用于向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面,以供所述车载设备的车机互联装置显示所述融合页面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成模块,还用于生成所述来电信息的页面。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,具体用于通过通用串行总线接收所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送的移动终端的来电信息;
    发送模块,具体用于通过所述通用串行总线向所述车载设备的车机互联装置发送所述融合页面。
  13. 一种来电处理***,其特征在于,所述***包括车载设备的车机互联装置和移动终端的车机互联装置,所述车载设备的车机互联装置和所述移动终端的车机互联装置通信连接;
    所述车载设备的车机互联装置采用如上权利要求7-9任一所述的车载设备的车机互联装置;所述移动终端的车机互联装置采用如上权利要求10-12任一所述的移动终端的车机互联装置。
  14. 一种设备,包括
    存储器,包括一个或者多个程序;
    一个或者多个处理器,耦合到所述存储器,执行所述一个或者多个程序,以实现如权利要求1至3任一权项所述方法中车载设备的机车互联装置执行的操作。
  15. 一种设备,包括
    存储器,包括一个或者多个程序;
    一个或者多个处理器,耦合到所述存储器,执行所述一个或者多个程序,以实现如权利要求4至6任一权项所述方法中移动终端的机车互联装置执行的操作。
  16. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质被编码有计算机程序,所述程序在被一个或多个计算机执行时,使得所述一个或多个计算 机执行如权利要求1至3任一权项所述方法中车载设备的机车互联装置执行的操作。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质被编码有计算机程序,所述程序在被一个或多个计算机执行时,使得所述一个或多个计算机执行如权利要求4至6任一权项所述方法中移动终端的机车互联装置执行的操作。
