背景技术
传统数据采集箱,又可称为展位地面配电箱,主要用于展览现场,为展位提供多种能源如电源、信息源、压缩空气源、水源等,将线路和管道送入每个展位。
目前随着全球会展业的不断发展,中国也正处于传统经济向互联网经济过度升级的时代,会展行业对全球经济带动作用也愈发明显,而传统数据采集箱的基础功能也越发地不能满足当下会展行业的发展需求了。在这样的前提背景条件下,一种由传统数据采集箱升级而成的新型“数据采集箱”顺势诞生。
“数据采集箱”最主要的特色在于,集合了物联网传感技术于一身,以“数据”为核心,通过各种内置的传感设备,通过系列技术算法,可实时获取会展期间的人流密度、人群分布、空气质量、噪音污染、水、电、气和网络的流量等等以及更多其他动态数据,利用数据采集箱分布均匀,高频使用的特点,再通过数据的挖掘能力,可分析出每次会展期间场馆的人流、物流、资金流、信息流等等,分析结果可服务于包括物流、仓储、餐饮、酒店、办公、商业等会展经济的方方面面。
然而采集箱的发展必定带来许多的技术及难点,比如一般采集箱铁板为全封闭结构,安装在地下,允许汽车走动,喷水冲洗等操作。这就使得在全封闭的铁箱里,要播放音频信号是很大的难题。
传统的纸盆喇叭装在里面,如果没有出气孔,就不能推动周围空气振动, 在外面也就无法听到音频播放的声音。但如果增加出气孔,那就使得后期使用时容易出现液体流入或者灰尘落入的问题,影响采集箱的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,采用共振音箱结构通过铁板介质面把音频穿过介质,达到介质的另一面,从而可以在外面听到播放的声音,实现360度周率传播。

为了改善音质,我们采取加内置分频器,使用2组共振喇叭达到合理的分频、音质得到大大提高,且两组共振音箱呈斜对角布置在背板的H型加强筋上,使介质面共振均衡,效果更好。
共振单元通过铁板平面发音,为使音质不失真,我们采取振动法兰的定位方式,将法兰固定在盖板背面,使得音箱下部处于悬挂状态,同时确保音响振动平面与硬件平面紧密接触。
为了提高共振单元发声强度,并尽可能降低因振动而消耗的能量,从而提高单元效率,本发明确认音频与波长的关系、音频波长与声音的关系,波长λ=声音速度v/频率f,在满足这个条件时发声强度高,能量消耗低。
此外本发明所揭示的数据采集箱集成了当下智能设备很多前沿实用的功能,包括支持无线AP功能,提供所有观众无线网络连接的体验;支持视频直播接口,为新的互联网传播开辟渠道;支持远程控制开关通断,方便场馆方维护管理设备;支持音频传输及播放功能,让紧急广播遍布场馆每个角落;另外通过实时采集的数据,搭建服务平台,通过地图应用提供观众导航获取信息、线上线下相结合的观展体验等等。
与现有技术相比,本发明所揭示的一种嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,具有如下有益效果:在数据采集箱这种全封闭的箱体结构中采用共振音箱作为发声单元,利用箱体盖板作为传音介质,充分利用展馆内的数据采集箱即可实现广播或者音乐播放等声音传输,无需额外布置喇叭设备,同时共振音箱不仅传播声音效果好,其失真度相对喇叭有所降低,同时声音清晰。
增加无线AP,使得每一个数据采集箱都可以作为一个无线热点,从而使得整个展馆内覆盖无线网络,为参展商以及参观者提供方便;
增加了智能电表,可以对数据采集箱接出的每一路电路的用电参数进行单独计量,并存储在存储单元内,同时上传至展馆的服务器,参展商通过移动终端利用无线网访问展馆服务器就可获取自己展位的用电情况,同时展馆也可根据不同展位的用电情况针对性的收费,对于一些欠费不交的展位,可以远程操控继电器对每一路电路进行通断控制;
增加的控制***结合展联网平台的功能,不仅实现了无线网络的覆盖,智能电表电量的统计,还可以实现对展会中音视频设备的数据交互,还可以实现对数据采集箱的远程控制;
该数据采集箱打破传统数据采集箱的功能,增加其功能性,使其更为符合展联网平台下对展馆的要求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1~5所示,本发明所揭示的一种嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,包括箱体1,所述箱体1内具有承载板2,所述承载板2上安装有竖直的屏蔽板3将箱体内分为弱电控制区及强电控制区,所述箱体1的四个侧面设有多个散热口,两侧上端设有提手4,所述提手4所在的箱体1两个侧面上分别安装有输入接口 5,音频接口15和输出接口6,所述输入接口5通过电缆连接到市电,所述输出接口6通过电缆连接到各个展位,所述箱体1上方铰接有盖板7,所述盖板7背面设有H型加强筋17,所述H型加强筋的对角线上贴合安装有两个共振音箱12并连接音频接口15。
所述共振音箱12包括壳体121,磁铁122,线圈123,振膜支架124,振膜125,法兰支架126及法兰127,所述线圈内置在壳体内,所述磁铁122设置在线圈123上方,所述振膜支架124环设在线圈123四周,其上方的振膜125将磁铁及线圈形成的整体包覆在内部,同时所述振膜支架124上端通过含磷的钢皮128连接到壳体上表面,所述法兰支架126通过螺丝固定在振膜125上,所述法兰127安装在所述法兰支架126上并贴合安装在盖板7背面。
所述磁铁122的上端为N极下端为S极,自身形成一个由上向下的静磁场,所述线圈123上缠绕的导线通过音频放大器连接音频接口15,随着交流音频信号的输入,线圈上产生变化的磁场,而该变化磁场与静磁场之间产生一对作用力和反作用力相互作用,同时驱动上方的振膜振膜辐射声波,随着振膜的振动,声波通过法兰以及与法兰连接的盖板扩散出去形成声音,此外线圈上为双向磁路方式,加大了线圈的移动长度,是的音圈在N/S极之间移动距离加长,加大磁场切换空间。
当盖板7选用玻璃钢时,法兰127采用胶水粘合在盖板7背面与盖板无缝贴合,当盖板7为钢板时,所述法兰127采用螺钉与盖板螺纹紧固,当盖板盖合后,共振音箱悬挂与盖板下方,由于法兰与盖板紧密贴合固定,而法兰又与振膜固定从而使得磁动部分处于悬挂状态,从而保证了音响振动是通过盖板发声时音质不会出现音质失真现象。
本发明中振膜125选用Terfenol-D磁性伸缩材料,其是一种含锡量不超过8%的锡青铜材料,且青铜中还加入了磷,铝,锌等合金化合物,使得该振膜收缩系数小,无磁性,弹性能力好,具备良好的导电性及导热性,易于焊接且可以电弧喷涂,采用Terfenol-D作为振膜材料,在晶体中由于磁场作用,磁畴旋转是以微秒的速度进行和可重复扩展,从而使得共振单元满足特定频率要求。
所述强电控制区的承载板2上安装有总开关8,多个分路开关9,漏电保护器10,多个熔断器11,智能电表16及多个继电器,所述电缆从输入接口5接入,通过总开关,漏电保护器接入到不同子线路中,每条子电路中都有一个熔断器进行保护,分路开关进行开启断开,所述继电器分别安装在总开关及分路开关的后端,其控制端连接控制器,并且在控制器的控制下实现对总输入断电,或者对单个子电路进行通断控制。
此外还可以根据功能需要,在弱电控制区设有无线AP13及控制器14,其中无线AP通过网线与有线网络连接,使其成为一个网络热点,所述控制器包括主控模块,存储模块,视频接口,网络通信模块及电源模块,其中存储模块,视频接口,网络通信模块以及电源模块均连接主控模块,所述智能电表输出端通过RS-485与主控模块连接,将统计的电量值传输给主控模块,然后通过存储模块进行数据存储,所述网络通信模块通过有线网络与展馆服务器连接,用于主控模块与展馆服务器之间进行数据交互,所述视频接口用于连接展会内的音视频设备(每个展位的麦克风,摄像头)。
本发明所揭示的展联网数据采集箱,其原理为:
共振发音原理:利用交流音频输入信号在线圈上产生变化的磁场,与线圈上方的静磁场产生交替变化的作用力及反作用力,这交替变化的作用力驱动振膜振动辐射音波,由于振膜采用特殊材质的Terfenol-D磁性伸缩材料,其作为振子与 法兰板支架村子也固有频率,信号品频率,在频率满足条件是产生共振,带动上方箱盖作为传声介质发出声音。
弱电控制原理:增加无线AP,使得每一个数据采集箱都可以作为一个无线热点,从而使得整个展馆内覆盖无线网络,为参展商以及参观者提供放方便;增加了智能电表,可以对数据采集箱接出的每一路电路的用电量进行单独计量,并存储在存储单元内,参展商通过移动终端利用无线网访问数据采集箱内的控制单元即可获取自己展位的用电情况,展馆也可根据不同展位的用电情况针对性的收费,公平合理;增加的控制***结合展联网平台的功能,不仅实现了无线网络的覆盖,智能电表电量的统计,还可以实现对展会中音视频设备的数据交互,还可以实现对数据采集箱的远程控制;打破传统数据采集箱的功能,增加其功能性,使其更为符合展联网平台下对展馆的要求。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,包括箱体及盖板,所述箱体内具有承载板,所述承载板上安装有竖直的屏蔽板将箱体内分为弱电控制区与强电控制区,所述箱体一侧设有输入接口以及音频接口连接到展馆配电间,所述箱体另一侧设有多个输出接口连接到各个展位,其特征在于:所述箱盖背面设有H型加强筋,所述H型加强筋对角线上紧密安装有两个共振音箱,所述共振音箱包括壳体,磁铁,线圈,振膜支架,振膜,法兰支架及法兰,所述线圈内置在壳体内,其表面缠绕的导线通过音频放大器连接到音频接口,输入的音频信号在线圈表面产生交替变化的磁场,所述磁铁设置在线圈上方,且上端为N极下端为S极,在线圈上部形成静磁场,所述振膜支架环设在线圈四周,其上方的振膜将磁铁及线圈形成的整体包覆在内部,两个磁场形成的作用力驱动振膜振动,所述法兰支架通过螺丝固定在振膜上,所述法兰安装在所述法兰支架上并紧贴在安装在盖板背面,振膜带动法兰及盖板振动产生声音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:所述强电控制区内的承载板上安装有总开关,多个分路开关,漏电保护器,多个熔断器,输入接口接近的输入电路通过总开关分为多条子电路后连接输出接口,所述分路开关,熔断器安装在子电路上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的嵌有的广播喇叭展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:所述强电控制区内还安装有智能电表与多个继电器,所述智能电表输入端连接分路开关,用于检测每条子线路的电参数,所述继电器分别安装在总开关及分路开关后端,用于控制总电路及子电路的通断。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌有的广播喇叭展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:所述弱电控制区的承载板上安装有控制器及无线AP,所述控制器包括主控模块,存储模块,视频接口,网络通信模块及电源模块,所述存储模块,视频接口,网 络通信模块及电源模块均连接所述主控模块,所述网络通信模块通过以太网连接展馆服务器,用于实现控制器与展馆服务器之间的数据交互,所述视频接口用于连接展会内音视频设备,所述无线AP连接有线网络。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:箱体两侧设有提手及多个散热口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:所述振膜选用Terfenol-D磁性伸缩材料,其中含锡量不超过8%。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:所述盖板为玻璃钢,所述法兰采用胶水粘合在盖板背面与盖板无缝贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌有广播喇叭的展会数据采集箱,其特征在于:所述盖板为钢板,所述法兰采用螺钉与盖板螺广播喇叭纹紧固。
