本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种网络通信功能异常的处理方法及处理装置、终端设备、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
移动互联网的高速发展使数据业务占据绝对的比重,手机中的调制解调器的作用和地位日益重要。在手机所处的移动网络环境十分复杂,手机经常会在不同的通信制式之间进行切换,或者尝试某个问题小区或者驻留在某个信号较弱的小区。调制解调器在这些场景下经常会发生网络通信功能异常,手机无法正常连网通信或者死机。
在现有技术中,当手机的调制解调器无法连网引起的通信异常或者死机时,手机无法自动规避问题和恢复正常,只能自动关闭无线接入技术(Radio Access Technology,RAT)或者由用户手动关闭出现问题的RAT,或者手机需要反馈厂商,通过厂商进行问题分析和解决,操作不灵活,适用性低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种网络通信功能异常的处理方法及处理装置、终端设备、计算机存储介质,可提高网络通信异常的恢复效率。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种网络通信功能异常的处理方法,包括:
检测调制解调器的网络通信功能;
当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区;
搜索所述调制解调器支持的无线接入技术RAT对应的小区,所述小区不包括所述禁止小区;
若搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区,则建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种网络通信功能异常的处理装置,包括:
检测模块,用于检测调制解调器的网络通信功能;
连接模块,用于当所述检测模块检测得到所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接;
设置模块,用于将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区;
搜索模块,用于搜索所述调制解调器支持的无线接入技术RAT对应的小区,所述小区不包括所述禁止小区;
连接模块,还用于在所述搜索模块搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区时,建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
第三方面,本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备,其可包括:存储器和处理器;
所述存储器用于存储一组程序代码;
所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码执行第一方面提供的方法。
在本发明实施例中,当调制解调器的网络通信功能出现异常时,可直接断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将当前小区设置为禁止小区,以避免调制解调器反复尝试建立与当前小区的通信连接,消耗资源。进一步的,可重新搜索调制解调器支持的无线接入技术对应的其他小区,从其他小区中选择目标小区,建立调制解调器与目标小区的通信连接,恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能,提高了网络通信功能恢复的效率。

参见图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种网络通信功能异常的处理方法的流程示意图,在本发明实施例中,所述方法包括步骤:
S101,检测调制解调器的网络通信功能。
在一些可行的实施方式中,本发明实施例提供的网络通信功能异常的处理方法的执行主体可为应用处理器(英文:Application Processor,简称AP)和调制解调器,即应用处理器和调制解调器协作完成。其中,上述AP用于在低功耗CPU的基础上扩展音视频功能和专用接口的超大规模集成电路,是智能手机中的重要部件。AP和基带处理器(或称基带芯片)可以是独立的两个芯片,基带芯片中包含调制解调器等多个模块。AP和基带处理器也可以是集成在一起的一个芯片,具体可根据实际应用场景确定,在此不做限制。调制解调器用于将基带信号转换为射频信号、将射频信号转换为基带信号、处理接入层(AS)和非接入层(NAS)的信令、以及与AP进行接口等。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器支持多种协议栈。调制解调器出现异常时,可通过其支持的多种协议栈进行网络注册,以恢复通信功能。当调制解调器检测到发生网络通信功能异常之后;如死机/assert,调制解调器会发生崩溃crash/dump;又如上/下行信道解调CRC高概率失败等;无法正常进行数据处理,导致用户不能上网和打电话等。为了恢复正常网络,调制解调器则需要对网络通信功能异常的原因进行判断,进而可根据具体原因进行规避/自动恢复。进一步的,调制解调器出现网络通信功能异常之后,也可向AP发送网络通信功能异常的指示消息,并由AP执行网络通信功能异常的处理过程。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器处理网络功能异常的原因可包括终端被叫(Mobile Terminating,简称MT)呼叫失败或者终端主叫(Mobile Original,简称MO)呼叫失败、信道解码失败、专用承载激活失败或者专用承载修改失败、公用数据网(Public Data Network,PDN)连接建立失败、传输数据失败、位置更新失败以及网络注册失败等,在此不做限制。
在一些可行的实施方式中,无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,简称RRC)连接建立的原因分为MT发起的RRC建立和MO发起的RRC建立。MT/MO呼叫失败的原因有:呼叫阻塞(用户设备(User Equipment,UE)发起MO或MT的RRC连接建立前根据 ***消息块(System Information Block,简称SIB)的呼叫阻塞参数进行接入阻塞检测,若检测接入被阻塞,不发送RRC连接建立请求消息)、在定时器T300超时之前收到RRC连接拒绝消息(基站收到RRC连接建立请求后进行接入控制或负载控制的结果是不允许RRC连接建立,则基站向UE发送RRC连接拒绝消息)、T300定时器超时前未收到基站发送的RRC连接建立或RRC连接拒绝消息、UE发送RRC连接建立请求消息失败(包括随机接入过程的失败)、call建立过程中的任一个信令流程失败(如网络对寻呼响应消息paging response不响应、鉴权失败等)。UE发起MT/MO呼叫失败时,将导致调制解调器的网络通信异常,调制解调器可以检测到网络通信异常的原因为MT/MO呼叫失败。
在一些可行的实施方式中,由于某些网络原因,合法的UE注册网络有时候也会被网络拒绝导致无服务,必须由用户手动重启再重试注册。其中,UE注册网络失败的原因包括网络鉴权流程失败、国际漫游时运营商之间签约问题等。例如:UE发送附着请求(Attach Request或LAU)消息后,在定时器T3410超时之前接收到网络发送的附着拒绝(Attach Reject)消息,附着拒绝消息里携带网络拒绝UE附着的原因,例如,非法UE(Illegal ME)、EPS服务不被允许(EPS services not allowed)、PLMN不被允许(PLMN not allowed)以及跟踪区域不被允许(Tracking area not allowed)等。当UE收到附着拒绝后进入无服务(Out of Service,OOS)状态,调制解调器可检测到网络通信功能异常的原因为网络注册失败等。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器在UE的网络注册或网络使用过程中一般需要进行专用承载处理,包括专用承载激活或专用承载修改。专用承载激活或专用承载修改可以由UE或者网络侧发起。网络侧具体可以通过向移动终端发送专用承载激活请求(ACTIVATE DEDICATED EPS BEARER CONTEXT REQUEST)或专用承载修改请求(MODIFY EPS BEARER CONTEXT REQUEST)发起专用承载激活或专用承载修改。UE的调制解调器具体通过发送承载资源分配请求消息(BEARER RESOURCE ALLOCATION REQUEST)或承载资源修改请求消息(BEARER RESOURCE MODIFICATION REQUEST)发起专用承载激活或专用承载修改。而在专用承载激活或专用承载修改的过程中,如果在UE侧出现以下情况,专用承载处理将产生异常,例如:专用承载激活失败或专用承载修改失败。这些情况包括:欲激活的专用承载标识与已存在的默认承载标识冲突、欲激活的专用承载标识与已存在的专用承载标识冲突、欲激活的专用承载所关联的默认承载未建立、发送专用承载激活完成消息(ACTIVATE DEDICATED EPS BEARER CONTEXT ACCEPT)或发送专用承载修改完成消息(MODIFY EPS BEARER CONTEXT ACCEPT)时RRC层指 示消息发送失败。调制解调器可通过检测在专用承载激活或专用承载修改的过程中是否存在上述情况,以此来判断专用承载激活或专用承载修改是否失败,以确定调制解调器的专用承载处理是否发生异常。若检测得到专用承载激活失败或者专用承载修改失败,则可确定调制解调器的网络通信功能异常。
在一些可行的实施方式中,公用数据网(Public Data Network,PDN)是一种由电信运营商组建的广域网,提供接入广域网的服务与技术,为用户提供高质量数据传输服务。PDN是由局域或长途电信局提供的一种分组交换或电路交换服务,提供的分组交换服务通常包括X.25、帧中继、交换式多兆位数据服务或异步传送模式,电路交换服务包括拨号线、交换56线路和综合业务数字网络。移动终端通过接入点名称(Access Point Name,APN)访问PDN,不同的APN也对应不同的PDN网络,由运营商定义。APN指一种网络接入技术,是通过UE上网时必须配置的一个参数,它决定了UE通过哪种接入方式来访问网络。对于UE用户来说,可以访问的外部网络类型有很多,例如:Internet、WAP网站、集团企业内部网络、行业内部专用网络。而不同的接入点所能访问的范围以及接入的方式是不同的。PDN通过调制解调器,将网络控制中心和用户入网设备互连起来进行数据通信,从而达到上网的目的。当UE与PDN成功建立连接时,用户才能通过手机正常上网,一旦所述PDN连接建立失败,手机将无法正常上网。
调制解调器在运行过程中实时检测PDN连接是否成功建立,当检测到PDN连接失败时,可以确定此时调制解调器与PDN之间的连接建立失败。UE通过发送PDN连接请求消息发起建立新的PDN连接,网络侧为新的PDN连接建立新的默认承载。引起PDN连接建立失败的原因包括网络侧拒绝PDN连接建立、UE发送的PDN连接建立请求消息超时或无线资源控制协议RRC层指示PDN连接建立请求发送失败。网络侧拒绝PDN连接建立请求的原因包括:运营商阻塞、APN未知、PDN类型未知、鉴权失败、不允许PDN类型IPv4、不允许PDN类型IPv6、指定APN不允许多个PDN或资源受限等。调制解调器检测到PDN连接失败,则可确定调制解调器的网络通信功能异常。
在一些可行的实施方式中,UE通过发送位置更新请求消息(如LOCATION UPDATE REQUEST、TRACKING AREA UPDATE REQUEST等)发起位置注册过程,在UE完成位置更新之前,协议栈异常或网络侧拒绝位置更新都可以导致UE位置更新失败。导致位置更新失败的异常原因还包括:信号覆盖差或信号干扰大导致RRC无线链路建立失败、NAS层收到RRC层的错误指示或者收到RRC层的NAS信令连接释放指示、UE进入了一个新 的跟踪区域(TA)、RRC层指示位置更新请求消息发送失败、UE发送位置更新完成消息(TRACKING AREA UPDATE COMPLETE)时RRC层指示消息发送失败、定时器T3430超时之前未收到网络侧发送的位置更新允许消息(TRACKING AREA UPDATE ACCEPT)位置更新拒绝(TRACKING AREA UPDATE REJECT)消息、位置更新拒绝(TRACKING AREA UPDATE REJECT)消息中的原因字段检测失败、位置更新过程和其他过程冲突、UE鉴权失败或安全激活失败等。如果检测到UE的位置注册失败,此时可确定调制解调器的网络通信功能异常。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器可在检测到网络通信功能异常时,判断引起网络通信功能异常的原因是否为信道解码失败,若是则可进行网络修复。上述信道解码失败可包括:paging寻呼信道等公共信道解码失败,或者Broadcast广播信道解码失败等,在此不做限制。
S102,当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器(或者应用处理器,本发明实施例将以调制解调器为例进行说明)检测到调制解调器的网络通信功能异常之后,则可断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将当前小区设置为禁止小区。具体实现中,调制解调器断开与当前小区的网络连接并将当前小区设置为禁止小区,可避免调制解调器重新搜索网络时反复尝试建立与当前小区的网络连接,进而可避免反复出现网络通信功能异常,可节省功耗。
S103,搜索所述调制解调器支持的无线接入技术RAT对应的小区。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器断开与当前小区的网络连接之后,则可重新搜索可接入的网络。具体实现中,调制解调器可搜索其支持的无线接入技术(Radio Access Technology,RAT)对应的小区服务。此时,由于调制解调器出现网络通信异常时接入的网络已经被设置为禁止小区,因此重新搜网时禁止小区不包含的搜索对象中,可避免再次接入禁止小区,进而避免反复出现相同的网络通讯功能异常故障。
S104,若搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区,则建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
在一些可行的实施方式中,若搜索得到调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区(即目标小区),则可建立调制解调器与目标小区的网络连接,通过目标小区实行调制解调器的网络通信。调制解调器建立与目标小区的通信连接,可快速恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能。
进一步的,在一些可行的实施方式中,若搜索不到调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区,也可重启调制解调器,以恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能,操作简单,网络通信功能的恢复效率高。
在本发明实施例中,当调制解调器的网络通信功能出现异常时,可直接断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将当前小区设置为禁止小区,以避免调制解调器反复尝试建立与当前小区的通信连接,消耗资源。进一步的,可重新搜索调制解调器支持的无线接入技术对应的其他小区,从其他小区中选择目标小区,建立调制解调器与目标小区的通信连接,恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能,提高了网络通信功能恢复的效率。

S201,检测调制解调器的网络通信功能。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器(或者AP)检测调制解调器的网络通信功能,以确定调制解调器的网络通信功能是否出现异常的实现方式可参见上述步骤S101中描述的实现方式,在此不再赘述。
S202,当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器(或者AP)在调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接的具体实现方式可参见上述实施例中的步骤S102,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器也可预先设定调制解调器的网络通信功能的监测时长。若在该监测时长内,调制解调器多次出现网络通信功能异常,则可断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将当前小区设置为禁止小区。在监测时长内多次出现网络通信功能异常的情况下,再断开与当前小区的网络连接,可避免在其他因素导致调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的情况下,将当前小区错误地禁止,影响调制解调器的网络通信功能的恢复。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器可预先建立一个禁止小区信息列表并将该列表存储至指定存储空间(例如UE的非易失存储空间)中。调制解调器将当前小区设置为禁止小区之后,可在上述禁止小区信息列表中记录当前小区的标识信息,以将禁止小区的标 识信息存储至上述指定存储空间中。其中,上述当前小区的标识信息可为当前小区的位置信息。上述位置信息表示移动通信网络中预先规划的逻辑位置的标识。上述位置信息可包括小区号(Cell Identity,CID)、位置区域码(location area code,LAC)以及跟踪区域码(Tracking area code,TAC)等,具体可根据实际应用场景需求确定,在此不做限制。
S203,搜索所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区,若搜索得到目标小区,则执行步骤S204,否则执行步骤S205。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述调制解调器搜网的实现方式可参见上述实施例中的步骤S103,在此不再赘述。
S204,建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器搜索得到目标小区,则可建立调制解调器与目标小区的网络连接,以快速恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能,操作简单,调制解调器的网络通信功能恢复效率高。
S205,释放所述禁止小区以将所述禁止小区加入重新搜索的小区中,并执行步骤S203。
在一些可行的实施方式中,若调制解调器搜索网络的时候,搜索完调制解调器支持的所有RAT之后,若还没搜索得到目标小区,则可释放上述禁止小区,将上述禁止小区加入搜网的搜索对象中。具体实现中,释放禁止小区时,可将上述禁止小区的标识信息从上述禁止小区信息列表中清除。调制解调器释放上述禁止小区之后,则可重新搜索其支持的RAT对应的小区。此时,在当前场景中,禁止小区此前出现的问题若已经修复好,若调制解调器搜索得到此前的禁止小区,则可再次尝试接入该小区,以恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能。
S206,判断网络通信功能异常的异常原因是否上报。
具体的,如果网络通信功能异常的异常原因上报过,继续执行S209,否则,执行S207。
S207,获取所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因和日志。
在一些可行的实施方式中,上述网络通信功能异常的原因可参见上述实施例中步骤S101所描述的实现方式,在此不再赘述。上述日志表示调制解调器访问内存的操作信息,操作信息包括:操作指令、操作时间和返回结果等。
S208,将所述异常原因、日志和所述调制解调器的当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
在一些可行的实施方式中,调制解调器可将异常原因、当前位置信息和日志上报给网络侧。具体的,调制解调器可扫描周围的WiFi热点并与WiFi热点建立连接。调制解调器 可以在移动终端连接上WiFi热点的情况下,通过WiFi热点将上述信息上报给网络侧,以节省流量。或者调制解调器也可以将异常原因显示在移动终端的显示屏上,供用户进行查看。
S209,网络通信功能异常处理结束。
在本发明实施例中,当调制解调器的网络通信功能出现异常时,可在监测时长内多次发生网络通信功能异常的情况下,断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将当前小区设置为禁止小区,即可避免由于其他问题导致调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时错误地将当前小区禁止,又可避免在当前小区的服务异常时调制解调器反复尝试建立与当前小区的通信连接,消耗资源。进一步的,可重新搜索调制解调器支持的无线接入技术对应的其他小区,从其他小区中选择目标小区,建立调制解调器与目标小区的通信连接,恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能,提高了网络通信功能恢复的效率。若搜索不到其他小区,则可释放禁止小区,以将禁止小区接入搜网对象中,以进一步保障调制解调器的网络通信功能,增强调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的恢复的灵活性。
参见图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种网络通信功能异常的处理装置的结构示意图。在本发明实施例中,上述网络通信功能异常的处理装置可为调制解调器,也可为AP。上述调制解调器可为AP中的一个功能模块,也可为外置于AP并与AP建立通信连接的功能模块,在此不做限制。本发明实施例提供的网络通信功能异常的处理装置,包括:
检测模块10,用于检测调制解调器的网络通信功能。

扫描周围的wifi热点并在与wifi热点建立通信连接后,通过建立通信连接的wifi热点将所述异常原因、日志和所述当前位置信息上报给网络侧。

参见图5,为本发明实施例的一种终端设备的结构示意图。在本发明实施例中,上述终端设备可为调制解调器,也可为AP。上述调制解调器可为AP中的一个功能模块,也可为外置于AP并与AP建立通信连接的功能模块,在此不做限制。在本发明实施中,终端设备(调制解调器或者AP)用于实现上述本发明实施例提供的网络通信功能异常的处理方法。上述终端设备包括CPU501、存储器502和通信接口503,上述终端设备中的CPU501的数 量可以是一个或多个,图5以一个CPU为例。本发明的一些实施例中,CPU501、存储器502和通信接口503可通过总线或其他方式连接,图5中以总线连接为例。
其中,存储器502中存储一组程序代码,且CPU501用于调用存储器502中存储的程序代码执行以下操作:
检测调制解调器的网络通信功能;
当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区;
搜索所述调制解调器支持的无线接入技术RAT对应的小区,所述小区不包括所述禁止小区;
若搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区,则建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上述CPU501还用于执行:
若搜索不到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区,则释放所述禁止小区以将所述禁止小区加入重新搜索的小区中;
重新搜索所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上述CPU501还用于执行:
在预设的禁止小区信息列表中记录所述禁止小区的标识信息,并将所述禁止小区信息列表存储至指定存储空间。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上述CPU501还用于执行:将所述禁止小区信息列表中包含的禁止小区的标识信息清除。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上述CPU501还用于执行:
若所述调制解调器网络通信功能异常的异常原因未上报,则获取所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因和日志;
将所述异常原因、日志和所述调制解调器的当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上述CPU501还用于执行:
扫描周围的wifi热点并在与wifi热点建立通信连接后,通过建立通信连接的wifi热点将所述异常原因、日志和所述当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
具体实现中,上述终端设备(调制解调器或者AP)的各个模块的具体实现过程可参见上述方法的第一实施例和第二实施例中各个步骤所描述的内容,在此不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中,当调制解调器的网络通信功能出现异常时,可在监测时长内多次发生网络通信功能异常的情况下,断开调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将当前小区设置为禁止小区,即可避免由于其他问题导致调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时错误地将当前小区禁止,又可避免在当前小区的服务异常时调制解调器反复尝试建立与当前小区的通信连接,消耗资源。进一步的,可重新搜索调制解调器支持的无线接入技术对应的其他小区,从其他小区中选择目标小区,建立调制解调器与目标小区的通信连接,恢复调制解调器的网络通信功能,提高了网络通信功能恢复的效率。若搜索不到其他小区,则可释放禁止小区,以将禁止小区接入搜网对象中,以进一步保障调制解调器的网络通信功能,增强调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的恢复的灵活性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种包括上述调制解调器或者AP的移动终端,移动终端包括但不限于搭载

或者其它操作***的移动终端,诸如移动电话。也可以是其它移动终端,诸如具有触敏表面(例如,触摸屏显示器和/或触控板)的膝上型计算机或平板电脑或台式计算机。
在下面的讨论中,介绍了一种包括显示器和触敏表面的移动终端。然而应当理解,移动终端可以包括一个或多个其他物理用户接口设备,诸如物理键盘、鼠标和/或操作杆。
移动终端通常支持多种应用程序,诸如以下中的一种或多种:画图应用程序、呈现应用程序、文字处理应用程序、网页创建应用程序、盘编辑应用程序、电子表格应用程序、游戏应用程序、电话应用程序、视频会议应用程序、电子邮件应用程序、即时消息应用程序、锻炼支持应用程序、相片管理应用程序、数字相机应用程序、数字视频摄像机应用程序、网络浏览应用程序、数字音乐播放器应用程序、和/或数字视频播放器应用程序。
可在移动终端上执行的各种应用程序可使用至少一个共用的物理用户接口设备,诸如触敏表面。触敏表面的一种或多种功能以及显示在移动终端上的相应信息可从一种应用程序调整和/或变化至下一种应用程序和/或在相应应用程序内被调整和/或变化。这样,移动终端的共用物理架构(诸如触敏表面)可利用对于用户而言直观清楚的用户界面来支持各种应用程序。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access  Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种网络通信功能异常的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测调制解调器的网络通信功能;
    当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区;
    搜索所述调制解调器支持的无线接入技术RAT对应的小区,所述小区不包括所述禁止小区;
    若搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区,则建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若搜索不到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区,则释放所述禁止小区以将所述禁止小区加入重新搜索的小区中;
    重新搜索所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区;
    若搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区,则建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区之后,所述方法还包括:
    在预设的禁止小区信息列表中记录所述禁止小区的标识信息,并将所述禁止小区信息列表存储至指定存储空间;
    所述释放所述禁止小区包括:
    将所述禁止小区信息列表中包含的禁止小区的标识信息清除。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接之后,所述方法还包括:
    若所述调制解调器网络通信功能异常的异常原因未上报,则获取所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因和日志;
    将所述异常原因、日志和所述调制解调器的当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述异常原因、日志和所述调制解调器的当前位置信息上报给网络侧包括:
    扫描周围的wifi热点并在与wifi热点建立通信连接后,通过建立通信连接的wifi热点将所述异常原因、日志和所述当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区包括:
    若在预设时长内,判断所述调制解调器的网络通信功能的状态为异常状态,则断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述调制解调器的网络通信功能的状态为异常状态包括:
    当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的次数大于预设阈值时,确定所述调制解调器的网络通信功能的状态为异常状态。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时所述方法还包括:
    判断引起所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的原因是否为信道解码失败;
    若判断为是,则对所述调制解调器的网络通信功能进行网络修复,当所述网络修复失败时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区;
    若判断为否,则断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因和日志之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因提供给移动终端进行显示。
  10. 一种网络通信功能异常的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测模块,用于检测调制解调器的网络通信功能;
    连接模块,用于当所述检测模块检测得到所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常时,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接;
    设置模块,用于将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区;
    搜索模块,用于搜索所述调制解调器支持的无线接入技术RAT对应的小区,所述小区不包括所述禁止小区;
    所述连接模块,还用于在所述搜索模块搜索得到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的目标小区时,建立所述调制解调器与所述目标小区的网络连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的处理装置,其特征在于,
    所述设置模块,还用于在所述搜索模块搜索不到所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区时,释放所述禁止小区以将所述禁止小区加入所述搜索模块重新搜索的小区中;
    所述搜索模块,还用于重新搜索所述调制解调器支持的RAT对应的小区。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理装置还包括:
    存储模块,用于在预设的禁止小区信息列表中记录所述禁止小区的标识信息,并将所述禁止小区信息列表存储至指定存储空间;
    所述设置模块,用于将所述禁止小区信息列表中包含的禁止小区的标识信息清除。
  13. 如权利要求10-12任一项所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述处理装置还包括:
    上报模块,用于在所述检测模块检测到的所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因未上报时,获取所述网络通信功能异常的异常原因和日志,并将所述异常原因、日志和所述调制解调器的当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述上报模块用于:
    扫描周围的wifi热点并在与wifi热点建立通信连接后,通过建立通信连接的wifi热点将所述异常原因、日志和所述当前位置信息上报给网络侧。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于:
    在预设时长内,记录所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的次数。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于:
    当所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的次数大于预设阈值时,确定所述调制解调器的网络通信功能的状态为异常状态。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述连接模块还用于:
    判断引起所述调制解调器的网络通信功能异常的原因是否为信道解码失败;
    若判断为是,则对所述调制解调器的网络通信功能进行网络修复。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述连接模块还用于:
    当所述网络修复模块对所述调制解调器的网络通信功能进行网络修复失败后,断开所述调制解调器与当前小区的网络连接,并将所述当前小区设置为禁止小区。
  19. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储一组程序代码;
    所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有程序,所述程序执行时包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
