技术领域
本实用新型涉及化学填料技术领域,具体为一种矩鞍环填料。
背景技术
填料塔是一种流体接触设备,主要用于气体、液体等之间接触实现质量传递或化学反应。填料塔的内部往往需要装有一层或多层填料,为气体其他气、液两相提供充分的接触面,并为提高其湍动程度 ( 主要是气相 ) 创造条件,以利于传质 ( 包括传热 )。它们应能使气、液接触面大、传质系数高,同时通量大而阻力小,所以要求填料层空隙率高、比表面积大、表面湿润性能好,并在结构上还要有利于两相密切接触,促进湍流,以及吸附烟气中的杂质等,多在炼油、冶金、煤气、制氧等行业的干燥塔、吸收塔、冷却塔、洗涤塔、再生塔中使用。
矩鞍环填料是常用的一种填料,材料为金属,美国 Nonton 公司生产的矩鞍环颗粒型填料,由于采用翻边结构和大窗口的通道,使液—液间的传质效率不高和液滴的分散度不够,影响效率。此外,上述结构的矩鞍环总体的比表面积较小,空隙率较低,生产能力与传质效率仍受到一定限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种矩鞍环填料,具备增大气液反应面积的功能,解决了背景技术提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种矩鞍环填料,包括弧形本体,弧形本体中间设有条形孔,所述弧形本体两端分别延伸出的两个大舌型片,所述大舌型片为两个位于弧形本体上端和下端,所述大型舌片分别为上端大型舌片和下端大型舌片,所述上端大型舌片和下端大型舌片为圆弧状,所述上端大舌型片和下端大型舌片均连接着弧形本体的两端,所述上端大型舌片上固定设有上端小型舌片,所述下端大型舌片固定设有下端小型舌片。
优选的,所述上端小型舌片和下端小型舌片也为不规则长条形
优选的,所述弧形本体中段固定设有搅动小型舌片
优选的,所述弧形本体、大型舌片以及小型舌片均为陶瓷材料制成
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:不仅增大了液液、气液反应面积,同时采用了陶瓷材料使得更加持久耐用。

请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种矩鞍环填料,包括弧形本体,弧形本体1中间设有条形孔7,所述弧形本体1两端分别延伸出的两个大舌型片,所述大舌型片为两个位于弧形本体1上端和下端,所述大型舌片分别为上端大型舌片6和下端大型舌片5,所述上端大型舌片6和下端大型舌片5为圆弧状,所述上端大舌型片6和下端大型舌片5均连接着弧形本体1的两端,所述上端大型舌片6上固定设有上端小型舌片3,所述下端大型舌片5固定设有下端小型舌片4。
工作原理:通过弧形本体1内设置条形孔和大型舌片上设置小型舌片,增大了气液和液液的反应面积,填料采用陶瓷材料构成的结构轻,耐腐蚀,不易老化。

  1. 一种矩鞍环填料,包括弧形本体,弧形本体(1)中间设有条形孔(7),所述弧形本体(1)两端分别延伸出的两个大舌型片,所述大舌型片为两个位于弧形本体(1)上端和下端,所述大型舌片分别为上端大型舌片(6)和下端大型舌片(5),所述上端大型舌片(6)和下端大型舌片(5)为圆弧状,所述上端大舌型片(6)和下端大型舌片(5)均连接着弧形本体(1)的两端,所述上端大型舌片(6)上固定设有上端小型舌片(3),所述下端大型舌片(5)固定设有下端小型舌片(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矩鞍环填料,其特征在于:所述上端小型舌片(3)和下端小型舌片(4)也为不规则长条形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矩鞍环填料,其特征在于:所述弧形本体(1)中段固定设有搅动小型舌片(2)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矩鞍环填料,其特征在于:所述弧形本体(1)、大型舌片以及小型舌片均为陶瓷材料制成。
