本发明涉及吸引管连接接头设备技术领域,尤其是一种防滴漏吸引管连接接头。
背景技术
吸引管连接接头广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产中,可以说无处不在,传统的吸引管连接接头普遍采用直插式结构,直插式结构依靠过盈配合来固定,但是,如果过盈量过大则容易造成安装困难,过盈量太小则造成固定不可靠,特别是在换装吸引管连接接头时,管中的水对安装造成了很大的麻烦,引管连接接头的两端接头都是常开状态,工作结束后拔除接头时,导管中残留的液体容易会有泄露造成不便;固定在收集装置上的接头也需要塞上塞子才能保证装置中的液体不会泄露,安装显得特别麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防滴漏吸引管连接接头,具有安装快捷并且连接可靠,具有定位就位自锁功能,能有效的避免管路中残液的滴漏,以解决上述背景技术中提出安装困难,安装的固定性不可靠,导管中的液体容易泄露造成不便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防滴漏吸引管连接接头,包括接头本体、固定端、90°接口端、弹性密封体、阀芯和弹簧;所述接头本体于固定端密封固定连接,90°接口端与固定端旋转密封连接,所述固定端的下端设置有导向槽,阀芯包括柱塞和与导向槽数量相同的导向翼边,阀芯的导向翼边与导向槽滑动配合,所述弹簧的一端与固定端相抵,弹簧的另一端与导向翼边上的弹簧卡槽相抵,弹性密封体包括环状本体,环状本体的下端具有向上延伸的锥形环;锥形环上开有流体通孔,弹性密封体的下端与本体内的台阶相抵,弹性密封体上的环状本体与锥形环之间形成翼状容液槽,所述柱塞通过弹簧与弹性密封体的流体通孔密封相抵。
本发明的翼状容液槽轴中心流体通孔在非工作状态时由弹簧驱动阀芯呈关闭状态。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述90°接口端外径具有环状凸台,固定端内径也具有环状限位凸台,具有环状凸台段的接口端插装在固定端内。这样90°接口端具有绕轴线转动 360°的自由度。能保证任一位置都能连接接头。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述接头本体外侧开有导向槽与定位槽,且导向槽与定位槽相通。这样能方便与接口进行连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果:本防滴漏吸引管连接接头,在连接时只需要通过导向槽和定位槽能很方便的对接口进行连接,在抽吸流体后由于具有翼状容液槽使得接头内剩余的液体可以回流到翼状容液槽内,这样拿出接头后不会造成滴漏,对于有污染特别是医用上具有传染性体液的回收非常实用,不会造成二次污染的问题。

请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种防滴漏吸引管连接接头,其特征在于:包括接头本体1、固定端2、90°接口端3、弹性密封体4、阀芯5和弹簧6;所述接头本体1于固定端2密封固定连接,90°接口端3与固定端2旋转密封连接,所述固定端2的下端设置有导向槽2-1,阀芯5包括柱塞5-1和与导向槽2-1数量相同的导向翼边5-2,阀芯5的导向翼边5-2与导向槽2-1滑动配合,所述弹簧6的一端与固定端2相抵,弹簧6的另一端与导向翼边5-2上的弹簧卡槽5-3相抵,弹性密封体4包括环状本体4-1,环状本体4-1的下端具有向上延伸的锥形环4-2;锥形环4-2上开有流体通孔4-3,弹性密封体4的下端与本体1内的台阶1-1相抵,弹性密封体4上的环状本体4-1与锥形环4-2之间形成翼状 容液槽4-4,所述柱塞5-1通过弹簧6与弹性密封体4的流体通孔4-3密封相抵。
所述90°接口端3外径具有环状凸台3-1,固定端2内径也具有环状限位凸台2-2,具有环状凸台3-1段的接口端3插装在固定端2内。本发明中,90°接口端3外径上最下端的环状凸台3-1与固定端2内径上最下端的环状限位凸台2-2是紧靠在一起的,这样可以防止90°接口端3的上下串动。
所述接头本体1外侧开有导向槽1-2与定位槽1-3,且导向槽1-2与定位槽1-3相通。

  1. 一种防滴漏吸引管连接接头,其特征在于:包括接头本体(1)、固定端(2)、90°接口端(3)、弹性密封体(4)、阀芯(5)和弹簧(6);所述接头本体(1)于固定端(2)密封固定连接,90°接口端(3)与固定端(2)旋转密封连接,所述固定端(2)的下端设置有导向槽(2-1),阀芯(5)包括柱塞(5-1)和与导向槽(2-1)数量相同的导向翼边(5-2),阀芯(5)的导向翼边(5-2)与导向槽(2-1)滑动配合,所述弹簧(6)的一端与固定端(2)相抵,弹簧(6)的另一端与导向翼边(5-2)上的弹簧卡槽(5-3)相抵,弹性密封体(4)包括环状本体(4-1),环状本体(4-1)的下端具有向上延伸的锥形环(4-2);锥形环(4-2)上开有流体通孔(4-3),弹性密封体(4)的下端与本体(1)内的台阶(1-1)相抵,弹性密封体(4)上的环状本体(4-1)与锥形环(4-2)之间形成翼状容液槽(4-4),所述柱塞(5-1)通过弹簧(6)与弹性密封体(4)的流体通孔(4-3)密封相抵。
