Abstract

Selon l'invention, un dispositif de fibrolyse permet la libération de restrictions superficielles au niveau du système musculaire squelettique, au moyen de l'élimination des adhérences fibreuses et/ou des corpuscules fibreux produits par dépôts calciques dans les plans tissulaires profonds et comprend au moins trois composants: un manche formé d'un élément cylindrique principal ouvert à une extrémité, et présentant un orifice sur sa surface latérale qui permet d'interchanger des éléments longitudinaux au moyen d'un mécanisme de clip à ressort; des accouplements longitudinaux qui ont une partie commune cylindrique s'introduisant dans le manche par l'extrémité ouverte de ce dernier, coïncidant avec ses axes longitudinaux et qui comprennent un système de clip pour leur fixation et leur substitution. Les accouplements peuvent être du type agrafes, pointeur ou bras. Le dispositif comprend aussi une poignée qui enveloppe le manche, avec un forme ergonomique et une perforation pour s'adapter au clip d'accouplement longitudinal.
