Definitions
- the present invention belongs to the Area of Physical Medicine, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
- the object of the present invention is an analgesic material that allows the release of superficial restrictions at the level of the skeletal muscle system.
- Fibroiisis with hooks is an adaptation to the XXS century of the technique developed by Kur ⁇ Ekman for the release of soft tissues acting, with the help of a hook, the small fibrous corpuscules that form between different tissues making it possible to make the correct sliding between them and , consequently, limiting their mobility.
- the main objective of diacutaneous fibrolysis is to identify, diagnose and treat adhesions and irritating interponeurotic and myo-aponeurotic corpuscles.
- the fibriolysis hook allows us to penetrate more precisely and effectively between the muscle fascicles, to selectively mobilize different muscle groups or perform the hook in areas of insertion of gaments and tendons.
- the fibrolysis hook to solve the main problems of the Cyriax deep transverse friction procedure (stressful technique for the erapeuta, very painful for the patient, and with physical limitations of access to deep muscular ejidos, very small spaces or very tissue) fine using manual erapia).
- the Swedish Hook is developed, which after the first attempts at manufacturing with brass, bone or wood, the current hook consists of a body of steel, aluminum, plastic, and resin, with one or two heads ⁇ The hook itself has two heads) which are made of stainless steel and non-deformable.
- Hook therapy receives many names. Diacutaneous fibrolysis, percutaneous fibrolysis, myofascial instrumental release, instrumental myofasciai relaxation, fascio-myo-neurai crochetage, etc. Ekman's two main accidents, Jean Bru ⁇ óte and Pierre Duby, gave different approaches to the use of the hook and created schools, names and patents. Since a "hook” is simply a "hook” and the term cannot be patented, what they recorded was its use. The native of the existence of certain denominations is that there is still a commercial battle over patents, denominations, and who can use it. Currently, this type of physical therapy is widely used in Belgium, South America, Sweden and Denmark, however, the hook has not It has been patented as an instrument, but several authors are attributed to the development of the technique according to their therapeutic approach.

- the handle or Component C (figure 9), of etiivenilacetate, has flexible properties that allow it to adjust to the diameter and length of the handle through its inner cavity (ref. 15), allowing it to be coated to offer greater comfort and support when working with the product, an ergonomic support.
- a perforation (ref. 18) has been performed so as not to interfere with the clip of the longitudinal coupling (ref. 6).
- e! Model provides an ergonomic handle with a system for exchanging hooks, pointer and paddle.
- This modification allows the ergonomic support of the device to be more comfortable and efficient in the elimination of the fibrous adhesions and / or fibrous corpuscles produced by calcium deposits in the deep tissue planes, developing a more effective therapeutic approach mainly of the algias of the apparatus locomotor.
- the transport of the devices is facilitated and the manufacturing costs are reduced by being able to make the couplings of the different devices on a common handle.
