As shown in FIG. 1, the group management system includes, for example, at least one of a hall operating panel 8 and a communication device 9. The hall operating panel 8 and the communication device 9 are provided at a hall in a building, for example. The landing is used, for example, to get on and off the cars 5 of the plurality of elevators 2. That is, a landing door corresponding to each of the plurality of elevators 2 is provided at the landing, for example. The hall operating panel 8 and the communication device 9 are electrically connected to the group management device 1.
A plurality of hall operation panels 8 and communication devices 9 may be provided in a building, for example. The hall operating panel 8 and the communication device 9 may be provided at a place other than the hall in the building, for example.
The hall operating panel 8 accepts input of information indicating the direction in which the user goes by the elevator 2, for example. The hall operating panel 8 accepts input of information indicating the user's destination floor, for example. That is, the hall operation panel 8 accepts call registration by a user of the elevator 2, for example.
The communication device 9 has a function of performing wireless communication with the user's mobile terminal 10. The communication device 9 provided at the landing can communicate with, for example, at least the mobile terminal 10 located at the landing. The mobile terminal 10 is, for example, a mobile phone, a smartphone, or a tablet terminal.
The mobile terminal 10 receives, for example, input of information indicating the direction in which the user goes in the elevator 2. For example, the mobile terminal 10 receives input of information indicating the user's destination floor. That is, the mobile terminal 10 accepts call registration by a user of the elevator 2, for example. For example, the communication device 9 transmits information for call registration input to the mobile terminal 10 to the group management apparatus 1.
FIG. 2 is a functional block diagram of the group management system in the first embodiment.
2, the group management system includes an input unit 11 and a notification unit 12. The group management device 1 includes an operation control unit 13, an allocation unit 14, a car status detection unit 15, a storage unit 16, a message extraction unit 17, a question extraction unit 18, and a notification control unit 19.
The input unit 11 is provided on at least one of the hall operating panel 8 and the mobile terminal 10, for example. The input unit 11 receives input of information by a user. The input unit 11 is, for example, a push button, a keyboard, a touch panel, and various pointing devices. The input unit 11 may be, for example, a microphone that accepts input in speech recognition. The user performs call registration using the input unit 11.
The alerting | reporting part 12 is provided in at least one of the hall operating panel 8 and the portable terminal 10, for example. The notification unit 12 notifies the user of information. The notification unit 12 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or a touch panel. The notification unit 12 may have a function of broadcasting audio information in addition to the function of displaying visual information.
The operation control unit 13 controls the operation of the elevator 2 corresponding to the control panel 7 via the control panel 7. That is, the operation control unit 13 controls, for example, the movement of the plurality of cars 5 that can be boarded / exited at the same landing.
The assigning unit 14 selects at least one car 5 that can be assigned to a call from among a plurality of cars 5 when a call is registered by a user. For example, the assigning unit 14 selects the car 5 that can be assigned to a call based on a standard set so that the overall operation efficiency of the plurality of elevators 2 does not decrease.
The assigning unit 14 may select a plurality of assigned car candidates as the car 5 that can be assigned to a call, for example. For example, the assigning unit 14 may select one car 5 as the car 5 that can be assigned to a call.
The assigning unit 14 determines one of the cars 5 that can be assigned to the call as an assigned car. The operation control unit 13 moves the assigned car to the installation floor of the hall operating panel 8 that has received call registration or the installation floor of the communication device 9 that has received information for call registration from the mobile terminal 10 that has received call registration.
The car status detection unit 15 detects the “car status” of the car 5 corresponding to the control panel 7 connected to the group management device 1. For example, the car status detection unit 15 detects the car status of the car 5 that can be assigned to at least the call selected by the assignment unit 14. For example, the car status detection unit 15 may periodically detect the car status of all the cars 5.
The car status includes, for example, information such as the congestion rate in the car, the estimated arrival time of the car to the boarding floor, and the distance to the car. The congestion rate is calculated based on a car load detected by a scale device (not shown), for example. The estimated arrival time is calculated based on the current position of the car 5 and the moving direction of the car 5 in the hoistway, for example. The estimated arrival time may be expressed as a required time until the car 5 arrives. The distance to the car is the distance from the position where the user performs call registration to the landing door. The distance to the car is calculated based on, for example, the installation position of the hall operating panel 8 on each floor, the installation position of the communication device 9, and the position of the landing door corresponding to each of the plurality of elevators 2. The distance to the car may be preset for each elevator 2, for example.
The storage unit 16 stores a message list. The message list includes a plurality of messages that match various assumed car situations. The message is, for example, a positive expression of the car situation. The message is set corresponding to the answer options of the choice questions. The message corresponding to the answer “Yes” to the alternative question is different from the message corresponding to the answer “No” to the same question. The alternative question may have, for example, three or more answer options.
Table 1 below shows an example of the contents of the message list. As shown in Table 1, there can be multiple messages that fit the same car situation. There may be a plurality of messages corresponding to the same answer to the same question.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000001
The message extraction unit 17 extracts a message that matches the car status detected by the car status detection unit 15 from the message list. The question extraction unit 18 extracts a question having an answer option corresponding to the message extracted by the message extraction unit 17 from the message list.
The question extraction unit 18 extracts, for example, a question from which the messages corresponding to all the answer options are extracted by the message extraction unit 17 from the message list. For example, the question extraction unit 18 does not extract, from the message list, questions for which only messages corresponding to some answer options have been extracted by the message extraction unit 17. That is, the question extraction unit 18 extracts the question when, for example, both the message corresponding to “Yes” and the message corresponding to “No” are extracted by the message extraction unit 17 among the answer options of a certain question. When the message extraction unit 17 extracts only the message corresponding to “Yes” or only the message corresponding to “No”, the question is not extracted.
For example, when the car status of the car 5 that can be assigned to the call includes information such as “congestion rate 70%” and “distance to the car 5 m”, the message extracting unit 17 sets No. 1 in Table 1. 4, no. 5 and no. 6 messages are extracted. In this case, since both the message corresponding to “Yes” and the message corresponding to “No” are extracted from the answer choices of the question “Is exercise deficient?”, The question extracting unit 18 Question is extracted.
For example, when the car status of the car 5 that can be assigned to the call includes information such as “congestion rate 70%” and “distance to the car 1 m”, the message extraction unit 17 performs No. 2, No. 2 in Table 1. 3, No. 5 and no. 6 messages are extracted. In this case, since both the message corresponding to “Yes” and the message corresponding to “No” are extracted from the answer choices of the questions “Do you feel tired” and “Do you lack exercise”? 18 extracts the questions “Are you tired” and “Are you lacking exercise?”
The notification control unit 19 notifies information from the notification unit 12. For example, the notification control unit 19 causes the notification unit 12 to notify the question extracted by the question extraction unit 18.
When a plurality of questions are extracted by the question extraction unit 18, the notification control unit 19 may notify, for example, one question randomly selected from the plurality of questions. When a plurality of questions are extracted by the question extraction unit 18, the notification control unit 19 may notify, for example, one question selected from the plurality of questions based on a preset priority. .
The user answers the question notified from the notification unit 12. The answer to the question is performed, for example, by selecting “Yes” or “No” as an answer option using the input unit 11. Information indicating the answer options selected by the user is transmitted to the group management apparatus 1.
When a plurality of questions are extracted by the question extraction unit 18, the notification control unit 19 may notify different questions after the group management device 1 receives an answer to the question, for example. That is, the notification of the question and the answer by the user may be repeated a plurality of times.
For example, when a plurality of assigned car candidates are selected as the car 5 that can be assigned to a call, the assigning unit 14 selects one of the assigned car candidates according to the answer option selected by the user as the answer to the question. May be determined as an assigned car. For example, when one car 5 has been selected as the car 5 that can be assigned to a call, the assigning unit 14 may determine the one car 5 as the assigned car.
After the group management device 1 receives the answer to the question, the notification control unit 19 causes the notification unit 12 to notify the information corresponding to the assigned car and the message corresponding to the user's answer to the notified question. For example, in No. 1 in Table 1, When the user replies “Yes” to the question “Is there a lack of exercise” 4, a message “Let's walk a little more than usual to resolve lack of exercise” is notified from the notification unit 12.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing an operation example of the group management apparatus in the first embodiment.
When call registration is performed by the user (step S101), the group management apparatus 1 selects a plurality of assigned car candidates (step S102). Subsequent to step S102, the group management device 1 extracts a message that matches the car situation of the assigned car candidate (step S103). Subsequent to step S104, the group management apparatus 1 extracts a question corresponding to the extracted message (step S104). Subsequent to step S104, the group management device 1 causes the notification unit 12 to notify a question (step S105).
The group management device 1 determines the assigned car according to the user's answer to the question (step S106). Thereafter, the group management apparatus 1 causes the notification unit 12 to notify the information indicating the assigned car and the message corresponding to the user's answer (step S107).
In the first embodiment, the assigning unit 14 selects at least one car 5 that can be assigned to a call from a plurality of cars 5 when a call registration is performed by an elevator user, and the selected car 5 is selected. One of them is determined as an assigned car. The car status detection unit 15 detects the car status of the car 5 selected by the allocation unit 14. The memory | storage part 16 memorize | stores the message set corresponding to each of the answer choices of an alternative question. The message extraction unit 17 extracts a message that matches the car status detected by the car status detection unit 15 from the storage unit 16. The question extraction unit 18 extracts a question having an answer option corresponding to the message extracted by the message extraction unit 17 from the storage unit 16. The notification control unit 19 causes the notification unit 12 to notify the question extracted by the question extraction unit 18. The notification control unit 19 causes the notification unit 12 to notify the message corresponding to the answer option selected by the user as an answer to the notified question and the information indicating the assigned car determined by the assignment unit 14. That is, according to the user's answer to the question, the notified message changes even if the assigned car does not change. For this reason, according to Embodiment 1, the impression as if the car was selected spontaneously can be given to a user, suppressing the fall of the overall operation efficiency of several elevators. As a result, the customer satisfaction of the user can be improved.
In the first embodiment, the storage unit 16 stores, for example, a message that positively expresses the car situation. For this reason, according to the first embodiment, it is possible to give an impression to the user that an allocation car suitable for the user has been prepared. As a result, the customer satisfaction of the user can be improved.
In Embodiment 1, the question extraction unit 18 extracts, for example, a question from the storage unit 16 in which messages corresponding to all answer options are extracted by the message extraction unit 17. For this reason, according to the first embodiment, no matter which answer option the user selects, the user can be given an impression that an appropriate allocation car has been prepared for the user. As a result, the customer satisfaction of the user can be improved.
In the first embodiment, for example, the allocation unit 14 selects a plurality of allocation car candidates from the plurality of cars 5 when call registration is performed by an elevator user, and uses it as an answer to the informed question. One of the assigned car candidates is determined as the assigned car according to the answer option selected by the person. In this case, it is possible to prepare an allocation car suitable for the user as much as possible while suppressing a decrease in overall operation efficiency of the plurality of elevators.
In the first embodiment, for example, when call registration is performed by an elevator user, the assigning unit 14 selects one car from a plurality of cars, and determines the one car as the assigned car. The message extraction unit 17 extracts a message suitable for the assigned car situation from the storage unit 16. In this case, a decrease in overall operation efficiency of the plurality of elevators can be further suppressed.
In Embodiment 1, the notification control unit 19 notifies a question and a message from at least one of the hall operating panel 8 or the portable terminal 10 carried by the user, for example. For this reason, according to Embodiment 1, it is possible to transmit a question and receive a reply without adding a dedicated input / output device to the elevator group management system.
In Embodiment 1, for example, the notification control unit 19 may cause the notification unit 12 to notify a warning message at the peak of elevator congestion based on time information. For example, the notification control unit 19 may notify the notification unit 12 of a message recommending that the user use a direct driving to the destination floor. In this case, the customer satisfaction of the user can be further improved.
In the first embodiment, if communication is possible between a plurality of group management devices 1 corresponding to different banks, the notification control unit 19 of the group management device 1 corresponding to a certain bank is not congested, for example. Information indicating the bank may be notified from the notification unit 12. If communication is possible between a plurality of group management devices 1 corresponding to different banks, the assignment unit 14 of the group management device 1 corresponding to a certain bank assigns, for example, a car 5 of another bank that is not congested. You may decide as a basket. In this case, the customer satisfaction of the user can be further improved.
FIG. 4 is a hardware configuration diagram of the group management apparatus.
The functions of the operation control unit 13, the allocation unit 14, the car status detection unit 15, the storage unit 16, the message extraction unit 17, the question extraction unit 18, and the notification control unit 19 in the group management device 1 are realized by a processing circuit. The processing circuit may be dedicated hardware 50. The processing circuit may include a processor 51 and a memory 52. A part of the processing circuit is formed as dedicated hardware 50, and may further include a processor 51 and a memory 52. FIG. 4 shows an example in which the processing circuit is partly formed as dedicated hardware 50 and includes a processor 51 and a memory 52.
