Abstract

一种制管机的衔接焊装机构,包括管体固定管、行走装置、焊接装置,管体固定管内设有伸缩式夹具,管体固定管为两段式,两段式管体固定管分别布置在行走装置两侧,行走装置带动两段管体固定管接触与分离,两段管体固定管相接处外侧设有焊接装置。该制管机的衔接焊装机构通过内管(2)对管体进行固定,减少了管体在焊接过程中的晃动,并通过设置于外管(1)截面上的校准器(5)对准管体进行衔接,提高了焊接准确度同时保证了焊接质量。

Description

一种制管机的衔接焊装机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种制管机的衔接焊装机构和管体焊接方法,属于制管技术领域。
背景技术
制管机主要分为两大中:其中一种是常见的高频焊管机,另一种是不锈钢制管机,高频焊管机主要是用于生产各种的铁管,水管等;而不锈钢制管机主要是用于生产各种的不锈钢装饰管,如:楼梯扶手用管,防盗门窗用管,楼梯扶手用管,护栏等,还可以生产各种的汽车排气管,热交换器管,流体用管,食用管道等。
制管机的工作原理:通过上料机将带料引入焊管机,通过辊轮将带料挤压成形,然后用氩弧焊混合气体保护焊接、校圆,输出需要长度的管材,切刀机构切断,再经调直机调直。点焊机用于带料头之间进行点焊连接。该型制管机是将带料连续不断的焊接成管材,并校圆调直的综合性的成套设备。
管体与管体之间出现的弯头与衔接部需要进行焊接完成,其焊接缝隙由于管体之间的错位造成焊缝偏移,焊接不整齐,后期使用会造成流体的泄露。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足提供了一种制管机的衔接焊装机构。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明所述的一种制管机的衔接焊装机构,包括管体固定管,行走装置,焊接装置;管体固定管内设有伸缩式夹具,管体固定管为两段式;两段式管 体固定管分别布置在行走装置,行走装置带动两段管体固定管接触与分离;两段管体固定管相接处挖侧设有焊接装置。
本发明所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,所述的管体固定管包括外管,内管,驱动辊;内管布置在外管内,内管通过螺旋旋转扩大或缩小管口直径;驱动辊驱动外管旋转。
本发明所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,所述的的外管的截段面上设有校准器。
本发明所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,所述的校准器成十字形或环形排布。
本发明所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,所述的两段式管体固定管的之间设有焊接缝,焊接装置延伸入焊接缝内对管体进行焊接。
有益效果
本发明提供的制管机的衔接焊装机构,校准器可以对准管体进行衔接,保证了焊机的准确度。
本发明提供的制管机的衔接焊装机构,通过内管对管体进行固定,减少了管体的在焊接过程中的晃动,提高了焊机的质量。
本发明提供的制管机的衔接焊装机构,采用外部焊接设备,可以对焊接过程进行停止与进行。随时可对焊接过程进行调整。

为使本发明实施例的目的和技术方案更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围:
如图所示:一种制管机的衔接焊装机构,其特征在于:包括管体固定管,行走装置,焊接装置;管体固定管内设有伸缩式夹具,管体固定管为两段式;两段式管体固定管分别布置在行走装置,行走装置带动两段管体固定管接触与分离;两段管体固定管相接处挖侧设有焊接装置。
管体固定管包括外管1,内管2,驱动辊3;内管2布置在外管1内,内管2通过螺旋旋转扩大或缩小管口直径;驱动辊3驱动外管1旋转。外管1的截段面上设有校准器5。校准器5成十字形或环形排布。两段式管体固定管的之间设有焊接缝,焊接装置延伸入焊接缝内对管体进行焊接。
焊接方法如下:
1)、将两端待焊管体布置在两段的内管内,并且进行内管螺旋夹紧管体;
2)、行走装置带动管体固定管合拢,校准器5针对垂直水平方位测定,让段式管体固定管准确衔接;
3)、焊接装对准焊缝进行焊接;驱动辊3带动外管1旋转,外管1带动内管2其内的管体进行旋转,旋转焊接,
4)、焊接完成后,进行焊接质量检测,合格后下线。

本发明中所述的“左、右”的含义指的是阅读者正对附图时,阅读者的左边即为左,阅读者的右边即为右。
本发明中所述的“连接”的含义可以是部件之间的直接连接也可以是部件间通过其它部件的间接连接。

  1. 一种制管机的衔接焊装机构,其特征在于:包括管体固定管,行走装置,焊接装置;管体固定管内设有伸缩式夹具,管体固定管为两段式;两段式管体固定管分别布置在行走装置,行走装置带动两段管体固定管接触与分离;两段管体固定管相接处挖侧设有焊接装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,其特征在于:所述的管体固定管包括外管(1),内管(2),驱动辊(3);内管(2)布置在外管(1)内,内管(2)通过螺旋旋转扩大或缩小管口直径;驱动辊(3)驱动外管(1)旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,其特征在于:所述的的外管(1)的截段面上设有校准器(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,其特征在于:所述的校准器(5)成十字形或环形排布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的制管机的衔接焊装机构,其特征在于:所述的两段式管体固定管的之间设有焊接缝,焊接装置延伸入焊接缝内对管体进行焊接。
