실험예Experimental Example 2 : 주름 개선 효과 측정 (Skin  2: measuring wrinkle improvement effect (Skin visiometervisiometer ))
입술 도포 시, 입술주름 개선효과를 확인하기 위하여 다음과 같은 임상 확인 실험을 하였다. 20 ~ 40대 여성 10명을 선정하여 실시예 1 내지 실시예 3, 그리고 비교예 1 내지 비교예 3의 입술용 화장료를 팔의 상박 2cm2의 면적에 1일 2회, 0.2g씩 4주 동안 도포하였다. 실리콘 재질의 용액으로 도포전과 도포 4주 후 피부 주름의 레플리카를 뜨고, 피부 비지오미터 (Skin visiometer SV 400, Courage + Khazaka, Germany)로 피부 주름의 변화를 측정하였다. 각 주름의 거칠기 (Rm : m은 1 이상의 정수)의 합을 주름의 개수로 나눈 값인 하기 수학식 1의 평균 주름 거칠기(Rz)로 주름 개선 효과를 분석하였다. 실험 결과는 표 3에 나타내었다.When applying the lip, the following clinical confirmation experiment was conducted to confirm the effect of improving lip wrinkles. 실험예Experimental Example 3 : 안전성 평가 인체적용 시험 (patch test) 3: safety evaluation patch test
본 발명의 안전성을 확인하기 위하여 첩포시험에 의한 피부 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 다음과 같은 임상 확인 실험을 하였다. 20~55세의 성인 남녀 30명에 대한 피부첩포 시험 (patch test)을 시행하였다. 연구 대상자 30명을 대상으로 Van Der Bend chamber를 이용하여 등에 척추를 중심으로 어깨뼈와 허리선 사이에 시료를 적용하였다. 48 시간 동안 피부에 첩포하였으며, 첩포를 제거한 후에는 marking pen으로 시험부위를 표시하여 각각 30분 경과 후, 24시간 경과 후, 120시간 경과 후에 시험부위를 관찰하였다. 상기 표 5의 결과와 같이, 세라마이드 3와 로즈힙열매 오일이 배합된 실시예의 입술용 화장료는 첩포 제거 후 30분 경과후, 24시간 경과 후 및 120시간 경과 후에서 모두 반응을 관찰할 수 없었으며, 평균 피부반응도는 0.00으로써 모두 무자극으로 판정되었다.
