背景技术:
随着全球经济的发展,新能源发电技术得到了迅速发展和应用。太阳能以其资源丰富、分布广泛、清洁成为最有发展潜力的可再生能源之一。太阳能电力***是现有最环保的发电方式,世界太阳能光伏发电产业发展迅速,市场应用规模不断扩大,在后续能源的发展中的作用越来越重要。近年来,世界上多数国家都出台了鼓励政策,推动太阳能光伏电站建设,现在许多单位和个人都想在自家的屋顶安装太阳能光伏发电***。由于很多屋顶为陶瓦屋顶,在这一类型的屋顶上安装太阳能电池件是很不方便,通常需要在瓦屋面上预先架设专用太阳能电池安装架,不仅架设成本高,而且安装难度高,安装不便。

申请人经研究,设计出了一种瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,它能理想地解决了上述问题,它适用于不同厚度的陶瓦和不规则搁瓦杆的便捷安装,施工方既不要更换原屋面的搁瓦杆,也不要将原有的陶瓦全部拆除了,更不要配备不同规格的固定挂钩架,通用性强,承载能力强,安装便捷,夹持稳固可靠。

本发明安装使用时,先将预定安装位置的陶瓦拆除,松开底座和导轨安装 架之间的收紧螺钉,然后将底座***搁瓦杆的瓦片下方,根据陶瓦和搁瓦杆叠加厚度调节收紧螺钉从而调节底座与导轨安装架之间的距离,旋紧收紧螺钉将底座和导轨安装架的结合件固定安装在陶瓦和搁瓦杆上,根据太阳能电池组件的规格尺寸按矩形或正方形分布方案安装四个本发明,然后将两根导轨分别搁置在两根直线分布导轨安装架的承重边上,并使导轨与导轨安装边的内侧面贴合,通过收紧螺钉和导轨连接限位块将导轨固定在导轨安装架上,这样二根平行分布的导轨就成为固定安装太阳能电池组件的支撑杆体,最后将太阳能电池组件平放在二根平行分布的导轨上,每块太阳能电池组件通过边压块或中间压块固定卡装在两根平行的导轨上。若多块太阳能电池组件连续同排安装,则相邻两块太阳能电池组件之间用中间压块卡压固定,最外侧用边压块固定卡压固定。
由于在底座的固定连接边上设置有腰型孔,固定连接边通过收紧螺钉与导轨安装架的连接竖边固定连接,这样底座的卡接边与导轨安装架的横边之间的距离可调节,能安装固定在不同规格陶瓦和不规则搁瓦杆上,通用性强,便于安装和维修,这样商家无需储备多种规格的瓦屋顶挂钩,不会造成积货压仓。在导轨安装架的导轨安装边外侧与横边外延段之间设置有防形变支撑边,在导轨安装边的内侧设置有承重边,防形变支撑边和承重边双重承重,减少导轨安装边的支承力,防止导轨安装边形变,导轨通过收紧螺钉穿过导轨安装槽孔和导轨连接限位块固定安装在导轨安装边上,在收紧螺钉与导轨安装边的安装面之间设置有咬合垫圈,收紧螺钉和咬合垫圈的协同收紧能提高导轨与导轨安装边的收紧力,防止导轨安装边回弹。在固定连接边的内侧连接面、卡接边的内侧卡接面、连接竖边的外侧连接面和承重边上方的导轨安装边上均设置有咬合结构,咬合结构的设置可以增加两个连接面之间的摩擦阻力,更好的确定卡接位置,更便于收紧螺钉的安装,杜绝因为连接面相互滑动导致安装不便而倾斜的问题。本发明适用于不同厚度的陶瓦和不规则搁瓦杆的便捷安装,施工方既不要更换原屋面的搁瓦杆,也不要将原有的陶瓦全部拆除了,更不要配备不同规格的固定挂钩架,它通用性强,承载能力强,安装便捷,夹持稳固可靠。

下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式:
实施例1:一种瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,如图3~图11所示,包括底座1、导轨安装架2、收紧螺钉3、导轨连接限位块4、压块螺栓5和咬合垫圈6,底座1包括固定连接边11和卡接边12,固定连接边11和卡接边12固定连接呈L型,在固定连接边11上设置有腰型孔13,在固定连接边11的内侧连接面和卡接边12的内侧卡接面上均设置有咬合波纹结构,导轨安装架2包括连接竖边21、横边22和导轨安装边23,连接竖边21和导轨安装边23分 别垂直反向地设置在横边22的两端,在连接竖边21上间隔地开有两个连接螺纹孔24,在连接竖边21的外侧连接面上设置有与固定连接边11相配合的咬合波纹结构,收紧螺钉3穿过固定连接边11上的腰型孔13,旋固在连接螺纹孔24中,将固定连接边11与连接竖边21固定连接,在收紧螺钉3与固定连接边11的安装面之间设置有咬合垫圈6,在导轨安装边23与横边外延段28之间设置有防形变支撑边25,所述防形变支撑边25为直线,防形变支撑边25与导轨安装边23之间围合成一个三角形空腔29,在导轨安装边23的上段设置有导轨安装槽孔26,在导轨安装边23上设置有承重边27,承重边27设置在导轨安装槽孔26的下方,且承重边27与横边22同侧,在承重边27上方的导轨安装边23上设置有咬合波纹结构,导轨7通过收紧螺钉3穿过导轨安装槽孔26和导轨连接限位块4固定安装在导轨安装边23上,在收紧螺钉3与导轨安装边23的安装面之间设置有咬合垫圈6,所述导轨连接限位块4的上下两端设置有限位凸块41,两个限位凸块41底边之间的距离小于导轨7上安装槽71槽口宽度,两个限位凸块41顶边之间的距离介于导轨7上安装槽71槽口宽度与安装槽71两侧边内侧距离之间,导轨连接限位块4的厚度小于导轨7上安装槽的深度,太阳能电池组件30通过边压块8、压块螺栓5和导轨连接限位块4固定卡压在导轨7上,若多块太阳能电池组件同排并列安装,则在两块相邻的太阳能电池组件30之间用中间压块8A固定卡压在导轨7上。
在本例中所述边压块8结构如图11所示,包括横边81和竖边82,横边81与竖边82垂直设置,在横边81的外端设有竖卡边83,竖卡边83与竖边82平行,竖卡边83的分布方向与竖边82的分布方向反向,在竖边82的外端设有横卡边84,横卡边84与横边81平行,横卡边84的分布方向与横边81的分布方向相反,在竖卡边83和横卡边84的内侧面均设置有咬合结构,竖卡边83和横卡边84的延伸长度相同,横边81与竖边82的长度尺寸可以相同,也可以不等,两者之间的差值为不同规格太阳能电池组件30铝边框的尺寸之差,在横边81和竖边82的中心位置处均开有安装通孔85,用于压块螺栓5的穿过。
实施例2:与实施例1的不同之处在于,如图9所示,在固定连接边11外 侧连接面上设置有咬合波纹结构,在卡接边12上设置有安装孔,卡接边12与横边22反向安装。
实施例3:与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述防形变支撑边25为弧形。
本发明的实施方式很多,在此不逐一罗列,只要采用与本发明等功能代换的一切技术方案均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:包括底座(1)、导轨安装架(2)、收紧螺钉(3)、导轨连接限位块(4)和压块螺栓(5),底座(1)包括固定连接边(11)和卡接边(12),固定连接边(11)和卡接边(12)呈L型分布,在固定连接边(11)上设置有腰型孔(13),腰型孔(13)的宽度与收紧螺钉(3)的螺纹段直径相对应,在固定连接边(11)的内侧连接面和卡接边(12)的内侧卡接面上均设置有咬合结构,导轨安装架(2)包括连接竖边(21)、横边(22)和导轨安装边(23),连接竖边(21)和导轨安装边(23)分别垂直设置在横边(22)的两端,且连接竖边(21)和导轨安装边(23)的设置方向相反,在连接竖边(21)上设有连接螺纹孔(24),在连接竖边(21)的外侧连接面上设置有与固定连接边(11)相配合的咬合结构,在导轨安装边(23)与横边延伸段(28)之间设有防形变支撑边(25),在导轨安装边(23)的上段设有导轨安装槽孔(26),在导轨安装边(23)的内侧设有承重边(27),承重边(27)设置在导轨安装槽孔(26)的下方,导轨安装槽孔(26)的宽度与压块螺栓(5)的螺杆段直径相对应,且承重边(27)与横边(22)平行,在承重边(27)上方的导轨安装边(23)的内侧面上设有咬合结构,底座(1)通过固定连接边(11)与导轨安装架(2)的连接竖边(21)固定连接,在底座(1)的卡接边(12)与导轨安装架(2)的横边(22)之间形成安装槽口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:底座(1)的固定连接边(11)与导轨安装架(2)的连接竖边(21)之间固定连接结构为,收紧螺钉(3)穿过固定连接边(11)上的腰型孔(13)旋固在连接螺纹孔(24)中,将底座(1)的固定连接边(11)与导轨安装架(2)的连接竖边(21)固定连接成一体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:在固定连接边(11)外侧连接面上设置有咬合结构,在卡接边(12)上设 置有安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:防形变支撑边(25)、导轨安装边(23)和横边外延段(28)之间围合成三角形空腔(29)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:在连接竖边(21)上沿高度方向间隔地设有两个连接螺纹孔(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:所述防形变支撑边(25)直线或弧形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:所述导轨连接限位块(4)的上下两端设置有限位凸块(41),两个限位凸块(41)底边之间的距离小于导轨(7)上安装槽(71)槽口宽度,导轨连接限位块(4)上下两端之间的距离介于导轨(7)上安装槽(71)槽口宽度与安装槽两侧边内侧距离之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:在收紧螺钉(3)与固定连接边(11)的安装面之间设置有咬合垫圈(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述瓦屋顶太阳能电池组件固定挂钩架组合件,其特征是:在压块螺栓(5)与导轨安装边(23)的安装面之间设置有咬合垫圈(6)。
