下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考图1-图9描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的微波烤箱的腔体100。
如图1-图9所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的微波烤箱的腔体100,包括:前板组件1、U型板2、上板3和下板4。
具体地,前板组件1的至少一部分呈环形平板状;U型板2包括一体成型的左侧板21、右侧板22和后侧板23,后侧板23的左边沿与左侧板21的后边沿相连,且后侧板23的右边沿与右侧板22的后边沿相连,左侧板21的前边沿与前板组件1内侧的左边沿相连,右侧板22的前边沿与前板组件1内侧的右边沿相连。
进一步地,左侧板21与前板组件1无缝焊接,右侧板22与前板组件1无缝焊接。由此,可以提高左侧板21和右侧板22与前板组件1之间的连接强度,减少零部件数量,同时,还可以提高腔体100的保温效果,防止微波烤箱内的微波泄漏。
上板3的周沿分别与U型板2的上周沿以及前板组件1内侧的上边沿相连,以封闭U型板的上面;下板4的周沿分别与U型板2的下周沿以及前板组件1内侧的下边沿相连,以封闭U型板2的下面。前板组件1、U型板2、上板3以及下板4配合限定出前面敞开的密封空腔。
进一步地,上板3与前板组件1无缝焊接,下板4与前板组件无缝焊接。由此,可以提 高上板3和下板4与前板组件1之间的连接强度,减少零部件数量,同时,还可以提高腔体100的保温效果,防止微波烤箱内的微波泄漏。
根据本发明实施例的微波烤箱的腔体100,零部件数量少,腔体100的密封性能好,微波烤箱的腔体100的保温效果佳,还可以防止微波泄漏,安全可靠性高。
在本发明的一个实施例中,左侧板21、右侧板22、上板3和下板4与前板组件1的焊接处设置有第一搪瓷层,第一搪瓷层完全覆盖左侧板21的前边沿与前板组件1内侧的左边沿、右侧板22的前边沿、上板3的前边沿、下板4的前边沿以及前板组件1的内侧沿。由此,可以进一步提高左侧板21、右侧板22上板3和下板4与前板组件1焊接处的密封性能,从而进一步提高箱体的保温效果,防止微波泄漏。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图2、图3和图5,左侧板21、右侧板22、上板3和下板4的前边沿均设第一翻边101,第一翻边101先向密封空腔外延伸再向前延伸,前板组件1的内侧沿设有向后延伸的第二翻边11,第一翻边101的内表面与第二翻边11的外周面相连,也就是说,第二翻边11贴合在第一翻边101的内侧,且第一翻边101与第二翻边11焊接。由此,第一翻边101和第二翻边11可以增加左侧板21、右侧板22、上板3和下板4与前板组件1焊接时的搭接长度,从而可以便于焊接,保证焊缝质量,提高焊接的可靠性,增强焊缝处的密封性能。
优选地,第一翻边101的前沿向密封空腔外弯折呈弧形,如图3所示,上板3前沿的第一翻边101的前沿呈向上折弯的弧形,又如图5所示,下板4前沿的第一翻边101的前沿呈向下折弯的弧形。由于在焊接之前时,需先将第二翻边11***到第一翻边101的内侧,此时,通过将第一翻边101的前沿向外折弯,可以增大腔体100的前部开口,从而可以对第二翻边11的***起到快速导向定位的作用,提高装配效率。
进一步地,参照图3和图5,左侧板21的内侧面、右侧板22的内侧面、上板3的内侧面和下板4的内侧面均与第二翻边11的内侧面大体齐平。由此,可以使腔体100内表面更加更加平整、美观,同时便于用户清洁。
有利地,第一搪瓷层设在密封空腔内侧,由此,不仅可以进一步提高腔体100的保温效果,防止微波泄漏。还可以使腔体的内壁面更为光滑,便于用户清洁。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上板3与U型板2无缝焊接,下板4与U型板2无缝焊接。由此,可以提高上板3和下板4与U型板2之间的连接强度,减少零部件数量,同时,还可以提高腔体100的保温效果,防止微波烤箱内的微波泄漏。
在本发明的一个实施例中,上板3和下板4与U型板2的焊接处均设置有第二搪瓷层,第二搪瓷层完全覆盖上板3和下板4与U型板2的接合处,由此,可以进一步提高上板3和下板4与U型板2焊接处的密封性能,从而提高箱体的保温效果,防止微波泄漏。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图2和图4所示,上板3的周沿设有第三翻边31,且第三翻边31沿上板3的左边沿、后边沿和右边沿延伸,且第三翻边31呈先向密封空腔外再向下延伸的形状,例如,连接在上板31左边沿的第三翻边31呈先水平向左延伸再向下延伸的“Z”字型,连接在上板31后边沿的第三翻边31呈先水平向后延伸再向下延伸的“Z”字型,连接在上板31右边沿的第三翻边31呈先水平向右延伸再向下延伸的“Z”字型。
进一步地,如图4所示,第三翻边31的内表面与U型板2的上端的外周面相连,也就是说,U型板2的上端贴合在第三翻边31的内侧,且第三翻边31与U型板2的上端焊接;由此,可以增加上板3与U型板2焊接时的搭接长度,从而可以便于上板3和U型板2的焊接,进而保证焊缝质量,提高焊接的可靠性,增强焊缝处的密封性能。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2和图6所示,下板4的周沿设有第四翻边41,第四翻边41沿下板的左边沿、后边沿和右边沿延伸,且第四翻边呈先向密封空腔外再向上延伸的形状,例如,连接在下板4左边沿的第四翻边41呈先水平向左延伸再向上延伸的“Z”字型,连接在下板4的右边沿第四翻边41呈先水平向右延伸再向上延伸的“Z”字型,连接在下板4的后边沿的第四翻边41呈先水平向后延伸再向上延伸的“Z”字型。
进一步地,如图6所示,第四翻边41的内表面与U型板2下端的外周面相连,也就是说,U型板2的下端贴合在第四翻边41的内侧,且第四翻边41与U型板2的下端焊接。由此,可以增加下板4与U型板2焊接时的搭接长度,从而可以便于上板3和U型板2的焊接,进而保证焊缝质量,提高焊接的可靠性,增强焊缝处的密封性能。
有利地,如图4和图6所示,第三翻边31的下沿以及第四翻边41的上沿均向密封空腔外弯折呈弧形,例如,上板3左边沿的第三翻边31的左沿呈向左折弯的弧形,上板3右边沿的第三翻边31的右沿呈向右折弯的弧形,上板3后边沿的第三翻边31的后沿呈向后折弯的弧形,下板4左边沿的第四翻边41的左沿呈向左折弯的弧形,下板4右边沿的第四翻边41的右沿呈向右折弯的弧形,下板4后边沿的第四翻边41的后沿呈向后折弯的弧形。通过将第三翻边31和第四翻边41的前沿向外折弯,有利于将U型板2的上沿和下沿快速导向定位***第三翻边31和第四翻边41的内侧,从而可以提高装配效率。
优选地,上板3的内侧面以及下板3的内侧面均与后侧板23的内侧面大体齐平。由,可以使腔体100内表面更加更加平整、美观,同时便于用户清洁。
有利地,第二搪瓷层设在密封空腔内侧。由此,不仅可以进一步提高腔体的保温效果,防止微波泄漏。还可以使空腔的内壁面更为光滑,便于用户清洁。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的微波烤箱,包括根据本发明第一方面实施例的微波烤箱的腔体100。
根据本发明实施例的微波烤箱,通过设置上述第一方面实施例的微波烤箱的腔体100,从而提高了微波烤箱的整体性能。
下面将参考图1-图9描述根据本发明一个具体实施例的微波烤箱。
参照图1-图9,微波烤箱包括腔体100,所述腔体100包括前板组件1、U型板2、上板3和下板4,其中,前板组件1、U型板2、上板3以及下板4配合限定出前面敞开的密封空腔。
具体地,如图1-图9所示,U型板2包括一体成型的左侧板21、右侧板22和后侧板23,左侧板21、右侧板22、上板3和下板4的前边沿均设有先向密封空腔外再向前延伸的第一翻边101,前板组件1的内侧沿设有向后延伸的第二翻边11,第一翻边101的内表面与第二翻边11的外周面相连。第一翻边101的前沿向密封空腔外弯折呈弧形,且左侧板21的内侧面、右侧板22的内侧面、上板3的内侧面和下板4的内侧面均与第二翻边11的内侧面大体齐平。第一翻边101与第二翻边11无缝焊接。
左侧板21、右侧板22、上板3和下板4与前板组件1的焊接处设置有第一搪瓷层,第一搪瓷层完全覆盖左侧板21的前边沿、右侧板22的前边沿、上板3的前边沿、下板4的前边沿以及前板组件1的内侧沿。第一搪瓷层设在密封空腔内侧。
上板3的周沿设有第三翻边31,且第三翻边沿上板3的左边沿、后边沿和右边沿延伸,且第三翻边31呈先向密封空腔外再向下延伸的形状,第三翻边31的内表面与U型板2的上端的外周面相连。
下板4的周沿设有第四翻边41,且第四翻边41沿下板4的左边沿、后边沿和右边沿延伸,且第四翻边4呈先向密封空腔外再向上延伸的形状,第四翻边4的内表面与U型板2下端的外周面相连。
第三翻边31的下沿以及第四翻边41的上沿均向密封空腔外弯折呈弧形,且上板3的内侧面以及下板4的内侧面均与后侧板23的内侧面大体齐平。第三翻边31与U型板2的上端无缝焊接;且第四翻边41与U型板2的下端无缝焊接。
上板3和下板4与U型板2的焊接处均设置有第二搪瓷层,第二搪瓷层完全覆盖上板3和下板4与U型板2的接合处。第二搪瓷层设在密封空腔内侧。
根据本发明实施例的微波烤箱,区别于相关技术中烤箱腔体100的前板组件1螺钉固定于腔体100的固定方式,采用新Z字型整形设备实现无缝焊接技术使得前板与U型板2、上板3以及下板4焊接,且焊缝处搪瓷处理,从而可以提高微波烤箱的保温效果,且还可以有效地防止微波泄漏。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、 “上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,包括:
    前板组件,所述前板组件的至少一部分呈环形平板状;
    U型板,所述U型板包括一体成型的左侧板、右侧板和后侧板,所述后侧板的左边沿与所述左侧板的后边沿相连,且所述后侧板的右边沿与所述右侧板的后边沿相连,所述左侧板的前边沿与所述前板组件内侧的左边沿相连,所述右侧板的前边沿与所述前板组件内侧的右边沿相连;
    上板,所述上板的周沿分别与所述U型板的上周沿以及所述前板组件内侧的上边沿相连以封闭所述U型板的上面;
    下板,所述下板的周沿分别与所述U型板的下周沿以及所述前板组件内侧的下边沿相连以封闭所述U型板的下面,
    所述前板组件、所述U型板、所述上板以及所述下板配合限定出前面敞开的密封空腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述上板和所述下板均与所述前板组件无缝焊接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述上板和所述下板与所述前板组件的焊接处设置有第一搪瓷层,所述第一搪瓷层完全覆盖所述左侧板的前边沿、所述右侧板的前边沿、所述上板的前边沿、所述下板的前边沿以及所述前板组件的内侧沿。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述上板和所述下板的前边沿均设有先向所述密封空腔外在向前延伸的第一翻边,所述前板组件的内侧沿设有向后延伸的第二翻边,所述第一翻边的内表面与所述第二翻边的外周面相连,且所述第一翻边与所述第二翻边焊接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述第一翻边的前沿向所述密封空腔外弯折呈弧形,且所述左侧板的内侧面、所述右侧板的内侧面、所述上板的内侧面和所述下板的内侧面均与所述第二翻边的内侧面大体齐平。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述第一搪瓷层设在所述密封空腔内侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述上板和所述下板均与所述U型板无缝焊接。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述上板和所述下板与所述U型板的焊接处均设置有第二搪瓷层,所述第二搪瓷层完全覆盖所述上板和所述下板与所述U型板的接合处。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,
    所述上板的周沿设有第三翻边,且所述第三翻边沿所述上板的左边沿、后边沿和右边沿延伸,且所述第三翻边呈先向所述密封空腔外再向下延伸的形状,所述第三翻边的内表面与所述U型板的上端的外周面相连,且所述第三翻边与所述U型板的上端焊接;
    所述下板的周沿设有第四翻边,且所述第四翻边沿所述下板的左边沿、后边沿和右边沿延伸,且所述第四翻边呈先向所述密封空腔外再向上延伸的形状,所述第四翻边的内表面与所述U型板下端的外周面相连,且所述第四翻边与所述U型板的下端焊接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述第三翻边的下沿以及所述第四翻边的上沿均向所述密封空腔外弯折呈弧形,且所述上板的内侧面以及所述下板的内侧面均与所述后侧板的内侧面大体齐平。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的微波烤箱的腔体,其特征在于,所述第二搪瓷层设在所述密封空腔内侧。
  12. 一种微波烤箱,其特征在于,包括:
    腔体,所述腔体为根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的微波烤箱的腔体。
