本实用新型涉及脑功能障碍康复领域和失眠症,并具体公开了一种可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置。
背景技术
据调查,如今睡眠问题已经成为一个严重的社会问题,我国目前至少有3亿人存在各种各样的睡眠障碍。
对于睡眠障碍,常规的治疗方式是药物治疗,但是药物治疗存在着极大的负作用。为此,医疗界一直在寻求非药物治疗方式。例如:中国实用新型专利CN201699946U公开了一种助眠耳机,包括一个或一个以上的喇叭单元,每一喇叭单元内设有喇叭,其中,助眠耳机还设有粉红噪音产生单元,粉红噪音产生单元具有向喇叭单元输出音频信号的单片机,该单片机内设有粉红噪音产生电路,以及向单片机提供电源的电源电路。该方案能产生粉红噪音作为催眠音乐使用,方便失眠人士使用并有利于失眠人士改善睡眠质量。
但是,实验证明,粉红噪音是一种治疗听觉过敏症的有效方法,它主要通过“以噪制噪”的原理,提高人们对某些能引起他们过敏的声音频率的容忍能力。因此,助眠催眠效果并不十分理想。
有鉴于此,急需对现有的助眠催眠装置进行改进,以提高助眠催眠的效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是现有的助眠催眠装置助眠催眠效果 并不十分理想的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是提供一种可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置,包括扬声器和为其提供音频信号的处理器,所述处理器包括:
噪声传感器,接受自然界噪声信号,并通过模数转换器转换为自然界噪声数字信号;
高斯白噪声信号发生器,产生高斯白噪声数字信号;
噪声合成器,对自然界噪声数字信号和高斯白噪声数字信号执行与操作,生成治疗用白噪声信号,并通过数模转换器转换成为模拟信号,传输给所述扬声器。
在上述方案中,所述处理器还包括:
编码电路,用于将所述治疗用白噪声信号进行编码;
解码电路,用于将编码后的治疗用白噪声信号进行解码。
在上述方案中,所述处理器还包括内部存储器,用于保存所述治疗用白噪声信号。
在上述方案中,所述处理器还包括外部存储器,用于保存所述治疗用白噪声信号。
在上述方案中,所述处理器还设有用于将所述治疗用白噪声信号发送给其他耳机的蓝牙模块。
本实用新型,通过对自然界噪声数字信号和高斯白噪声数字信号执行与操作,生成治疗用白噪声信号,传输给扬声器,由扬声器传导进入经颅,刺激经颅,实现催眠,催眠效果好,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置,能够通过脑波引导,提高助眠催眠效果。下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型做出详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型提供的可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置,包括扬声器10和为其提供音频信号的处理器20,二者均设置在可穿戴式耳机中,处理器20的基本模块包括噪声传感器21、高斯白噪声信号发生器22和噪声合成器23。
使用时,噪声传感器21接受自然界噪声信号,并通过模数转换器24转换为自然界噪声数字信号。高斯白噪声信号发生器22可产生高斯白噪声数字信号。噪声合成器23对自然界噪声数字信号和高斯白噪声数字信号执行与操作,从而生成治疗用白噪声信号,治疗用白噪声信号通过数模转换器25转换成为模拟信号,传输给扬声器10,由扬声器10传导进入经颅,刺激经颅,实现催眠。
本实用新型的处理器20中还设有编码电路26和解码电路27,通过编码电路26将治疗用白噪声信号进行编码,编码后传输给解码电路27,再通过解码电路27将编码后的治疗用白噪声信号解码,解码后传输给数模转换器25转换成为模拟信号。利用编码电路和解码电路,大大降低了信号传输过程中的干扰,提高了信号质量,避免信号在传输过程中失真而影响使用效果。
另外,本实用新型的处理器中还设有内部存储器28和外部存储器29,由于环境的变化,不同时间和地点生成的治疗用白噪声信号可能存在差别,使用效果也不完全相同,本实用新型提供的方案,可以将适合自己的治疗用白噪声信号保存在内部存储器中,使其可以直接调取,而不必重新生成,提高了效率,降低了功耗,保证使用效果。
还可以将治疗用白噪声信号保存在外部存储器中,以节约成本,增加容量。无论是内部存储器还是外部存储器中保存的治疗用白噪声信号,都可以通过蓝牙模块30发送给其他耳机,实现了一机多用。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本实用新型的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本实用新型具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置,包括扬声器和为其提供音频信号的处理器,其特征在于,所述处理器包括:
    噪声传感器,接受自然界噪声信号,并通过模数转换器转换为自然界噪声数字信号;
    高斯白噪声信号发生器,产生高斯白噪声数字信号;
    噪声合成器,对自然界噪声数字信号和高斯白噪声数字信号执行与操作,生成治疗用白噪声信号,并通过数模转换器转换成为模拟信号,传输给所述扬声器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还包括:
    编码电路,用于将所述治疗用白噪声信号进行编码;
    解码电路,用于将编码后的治疗用白噪声信号进行解码。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可穿戴式脑波引导助眠催眠装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还包括内部存储器,用于保存所述治疗用白噪声信号。
