本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种***信息传输方法、用户终端和网络侧设备。
背景技术
无线通信***的***信息(SI,System Information)主要分为主信息块(MIB,Master Information Block)和多个***信息块(SIBs,System Information Blocks)。其中,***信息块可以包括SIB1~SIB20这些***信息。在实际应用中,很多场景是需要广播***信息的,例如:在用户终端(UE)新接入一个小区或广播消息发生改变时,都会广播***信息。目前每次广播都是广播所有***信息,即包括MIB、SIB1和SI这些***信息,其中SI包含SIB2~SIB20,当然,还可能继续扩展。由于目前无线通信***中***信息都是周期地广播的,且随着无线通信***业务多样化和终端类型不断演进,***信息的内容会越来越多,那么***信息的开销占用会越来越大。
发明内容
本公开提供一种***信息传输方法、用户终端和网络侧设备,该***信息传输方法、用户终端和网络侧设备能够减小无线通信***中的***信息开销。
本公开实施例提供一种***信息传输方法,该***信息传输方法由用户终端执行并且包括:获取网络侧设备的按需的***信息(on-demand SI)的广播周期信息;根据所述广播周期信息获取所述网络侧设备发送的按需的***信息。
可选的,获取网络侧设备的按需的***信息的广播周期信息,包括:接收所述网络侧设备周期广播的***信息(periodic broadcast SI),所述周期广播的***信息包括所述按需的***信息的广播周期信息。

在本公开实施例中,用户终端获取网络侧设备的按需的***信息的广播周期信息,并且根据所述广播周期信息获取所述网络侧设备发送的按需的***信息。这样可以实现***信息按需发送,相比相关技术所有***信息都是周期广播,本公开实施例可以减少***信息的开销。

为使本公开要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
参见图1,图1为本公开实施例提供的网络结构示意图。如图1所示,该网络结构包括一个或多个用户终端(UE,User Equipment)11和网络侧设备12。附图中以一个用户终端11进行举例示意。用户终端11可以是手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)或可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)等终端侧设备,需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定用户终端11的具体类型。用户终端11可以与网络侧设备12建立通信。附图中的网络可以表示用户终端11与网络侧设备12无线建立通信,网络侧设备12可以是基站,基站可以是宏站,如长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)的eNB(演进的节点B,Evolved Node B)、第五代移动通信技术5G NR(New RAT)NB(Node B)等;基站还可以是小站,如低功率节点(LPN:low power node)微微(pico)、毫微微(femto)等小站,或者可以是接入点(AP,access point)。网络侧设备12还可以是由中央单元(CU,central unit)和其管理和控制的多个传输接收点(TRP,Transmission Reception Point)共同组成的网络节点。另外,一个基站下有一个或多个小区(例如:不同的频点或扇区***)。需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中并不限定网络侧设备12的具体类型。
参见图2,本公开实施例提供一种***信息传输方法。如图2所示,该***信息传输方法包括以下步骤201和步骤202。
步骤201:用户终端获取网络侧设备的按需的***信息(on-demand SI)的广播周期信息。

本公开实施例中,网络侧设备的按需的***信息可以是网络侧设备包括的***信息中的部分***信息,或者网络侧设备的按需的***信息可以是网络侧设备中除周期广播的***信息(periodic broadcast SI)之外的***信息。而周期广播的***信息(periodic broadcast SI)可以是网络侧设备的***信息中需要周期广播的***信息,例如:除按需的***信息之外的***信息,或者用户终端驻留到小区并接入驻留小区的***信息,如MIB、SIB1和SIB2中的全部或部分内容;或者用户终端(UE)驻留到小区并接入驻留小区必要的***信息等等。另外,按需的***信息(on-demand SI)也可以理解为通过按需的方式进行传输的***信息。
另外,上述网络侧设备的按需的***信息的广播周期信息可以是用于描述或者表示上述网络侧设备的按需的***信息的广播周期的信息,即用户终端通过该广播周期信息可以确定上述网络侧设备的按需的***信息的广播周期。其中,网络侧设备根据该广播周期广播按需的***信息。需要说明的是,网络侧设备并不是在每个按需的***信息的广播周期都需要广播按需的***信息,例如:在特定广播周期内没有用户终端需要按需的***信息,而网络侧设备在该广播周期内可以不广播按需的***信息。另外,网络侧设备每次广播的按需的***信息可以不相同,或者部分相同或者全部相同,且每次广播的按需的***信息可以是网络侧设备的按需的***信息中的部分或者全部。例如:在一广播周期内特定用户终端需要SIB3和SIB4,则网络侧设备在该广播周期内可以只广播SIB3和SIB4。另外,按需的***信息(on-demand SI)的广播周期可以理解为,网络侧设备每间隔该周期会有一个传输机会,按需的***信息可能在该传输机会上广播发送,或者可能在一些传输机会上不会广播发送。
另外,需要说明的是,步骤201获取的广播周期信息可以是接收网络侧设备周期发送的,或者用户终端提前获取的,例如网络侧设备预先给用户终端配置的。
当用户终端获取到上述广播周期信息后,就可以确定网络侧设备按需的***信息的周期,从而可以在这些周期获取所述网络侧设备发送的按需的系 统信息。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中,并不限定***信息是MIB,以及SIB1~SIB20。***信息还可以是SIBn,其中,n为大于20的整数,或者***信息还可以是适应未来无线通信***的发展扩展的***信息。其中,SIB1可以包括广播小区接入与小区选择的相关参数以及SI消息的调度信息,可以包含了一个或多个SIB2~13;SIB2可以包括小区内所有UE共用的无线参数配置,其它无线参数基本配置;SIB3可以包括小区重选信息,主要关于服务小区重选参数以及同频小区重选参数;SIB4可以包括同频邻区列表以及每个邻区的重选参数、同频白/黑名单小区列表;SIB5可以包括异频相邻频点列表以及每个频点的重选参数、异频相邻小区列表以及每个邻区的重选参数、异频黑名单小区列表。SIB6可以包括通用陆地无线接入频分双工(UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access-Frequency Division Duplexing,UTRAFDD)邻频频点列表以及每个频点的重选参数、UTRA TDD邻频频点列表以及每个频点的重选参数;SIB7可以包括全球移动通信***(GSM)和增强型数据速率GSM演进技术(EDGE)无线接入网GERAN(GSM EDGE Radio Access Network,GERAN)邻频频点列表以及每个频点的重选参数;SIB8可以包括码分多址(CDMA)2000的预注册信息、CDMA2000邻频频段列表和每个频段的重选参数、CDMA2000邻频频段的邻区列表;SIB9可以包括家庭基站(Home eNodeB)的名称;SIB10可以包括地震海啸报警***(Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System,ETWS)主通知(primary notification);SIB11可以包括ETWS辅通知(secondary notification);SIB12可以包括商业移动警报服务(Commercial Mobile Alert Service,CMAS)通知(CMAS notification);SIB 13可以包括获取跟一个或多个多播广播单频网络(Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network,MBSFN区域相关的多媒体广播组播功能(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,MBMS)控制信息的信息。SIB14~SIB20各有其针对的特性,不再一一描述。
另外,需要说明的是,步骤202获取的按需的***信息可以包括上述用户终端需要的全部或者部分按需的***信息,或者步骤202获取的按需的***信息不包括上述用户终端需要的***信息,例如:上述用户终端需要的按 需的***信息是SIB3和SIB4,而网络侧设备发送的按需的***信息可能是SIB3和SIB4,或者SIB3和SIB5,或者SIB6、SIB7、SIB8和SIB9等等。且当用户终端接收到的按需的***信息不包括用户终端需要的***信息或者只包括上述用户终端需要的部分***信息时,用户终端可以执行下一次按需的***信息获取流程。
通过上述步骤可以实现用户终端根据上述广播周期获取网络侧设备发送的按需的***信息。由于不是每次都广播全部的***信息,从而可以达到节省传输资源的目的。
可选的,上述用户终端获取网络侧设备的按需的***信息的广播周期信息(步骤201)包括:所述用户终端接收所述网络侧设备周期广播的***信息,所述周期广播的***信息包括所述按需的***信息的广播周期信息。

需要说明的是,上述***信息时间窗和上述起始点并不限定每个广播周期信息中都携带,但可以是每个广播周期信息中都携带上述***信息时间窗和上述起始点。因为在一些场景内或者在一定时间内上述***信息时间窗和上述起始点可以是固定的,从而可以提前给用户终端配置***信息时间窗和上述起始点;或者只有特定时间内的第一个广播周期信息中携带***信息周期、起始点和***信息时间窗,而在接下来的一个或者多个广播周期信息中可以只携带***信息周期,而可以不携带起始点和***信息时间窗。另外,上述***信息周期、起始点和***信息时间窗都可以是由网络侧设备配置的。
可选的,上述方法还包括:所述用户终端向所述网络侧设备发送按需的***信息请求消息(on-demand SI request message),所述按需的***信息请求消息用于请求所述用户终端需要的按需的***信息。
所述用户终端根据所述广播周期信息获取所述网络侧设备发送的按需的***信息(上述步骤202)包括:所述用户终端在下一个按需的***信息的广播周期到达时,接收所述网络侧设备发送的按需的***信息响应消息(on-demand SI response message)。
该实施方式中,可以实现用户终端向网络侧设备发送上述***信息请求消息,以请求用户终端需要的***信息。例如:上述用户终端需要的按需的 ***信息是SIB3和SIB4,则用户终端可以向网络侧设备发送SIB3和SIB4对应的***信息请求消息。其中,上述发送***信息请求消息的步骤可以在步骤201之后执行,当然,在一些场景中还可以是在步骤201之前执行的。
在网络侧设备接收到上述***信息请求消息后,就可以根据该***信息请求消息在下一个按需的***信息的广播周期发送按需的***信息。或者可以是网络侧设备根据用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息以及自己可以提供的按需的***信息,在下一个按需的***信息广播周期到达时广播发送按需的***信息响应消息,其中包含可以提供的全部或部分用户终端所需的按需的***信息。
该实施方式中,可以实现根据用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息进行按需的***信息发送,从而可以避免广播用户终端不需要的按需的***信息,以避免传输资源浪费。当然,上述用户终端也可以发送上述按需的***信息请求消息,例如:根据上述广播指示信息获知网络侧设备在下一个按需的***信息广播周期会发送按需的***信息,则可以直接在下一个广播周期获取,可能获取的按需的***信息包括用户终端需要的,如果不包括用户终端需要的,用户终端则可以再发送上述按需的***信息请求消息。或者用户终端根据上述广播指示信息获知网络侧设备在下一个按需的***信息广播周期广播的按需的***信息会包括用户终端需要的***信息,则可以直接在下一个广播周期获取,从而不需要发送请求消息。
另外,网络侧设备可以使用无线网络临时标识(SI-RNTI,system information-radio network temporary identifier)(如OD-SI-RNTI)加扰的物理下行控制信道(PDCCH,Physical Downlink Control Channel)调度按需的***信息响应消息,各用户终端可以通过SI-RNTI进行寻址。且对于广播方式发送按需的***信息响应消息,网络侧可以重复发送按需的***信息,用户终端通过混合自动重传请求(HARQ,Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest)重传合并(没有ACK/NACK反馈)来提高***信息接收性能。

该实施方式中,可以实现按需的***信息的信息列表指示用户终端需要的按需的***信息,例如:当用户终端所需的***信息是SIB3和SIB4,那么用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息中包含的按需的***信息列表为{SIB3,SIB4}或{00110000000000000000}。

    其中,所述第二广播模块用于在下一个按需的***信息的广播周期到达时,广播发送按需的***信息响应消息。
  53. 如权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述按需的***信息响应消息包括所述用户终端需要的全部或者部分按需的***信息,或者所述按需的***信息响应消息不包括所述用户终端需要的***信息;
    其中,所述按需的***信息响应消息还包括其他用户终端需要的全部或者部分的按需的***信息,或者不包括其他用户终端需要的按需的***信息。
  54. 如权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述按需的***信息响应消息包括***信息表格索引,以使所述用户终端从已保存的***信息表格中查找与所述***信息表格索引对应的按需的***信息;
    其中,所述与所述***信息表格索引对应的按需的***信息包括所述用户终端需要的全部或者部分按需的***信息,或者不包括所述用户终端需要的***信息;
    且所述与所述***信息表格索引对应的按需的***信息还包括其他用户终端需要的全部或者部分的按需的***信息,或者所述与所述***信息表格索引对应的按需的***信息不包括其他用户终端需要的按需的***。
  55. 如权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块用于若所述用户终端只接收到所述广播周期,则接收所述用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息;或者
    所述接收模块用于若所述用户终端接收到的广播指示信息指示下一个按需的***信息的广播周期到达时没有按需的***信息广播发送,则接收所述用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息;或者
    所述接收模块用于若所述用户终端接收到的广播指示信息指示下一个按需的***信息的广播周期到达时有按需的***信息广播发送,但所述用户终端在该广播周期中没有接收到所述用户终端需要的按需的***信息,则接收所述用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息;或者
    所述接收模块用于若所述用户终端接收到的广播指示信息指示下一个按需的***信息的广播周期到达时广播发送的按需的***信息不包括所述用户终端需要的按需的***信息,则接收所述用户终端发送的按需的***信息请求消息。
  56. 如权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述接收模块用于接收所述用户终端通过随机接入过程的Msg3发送的按需的***信息请求消息;或者
    所述接收模块用于接收所述用户终端通过无线资源控制RRC消息发送的按需的***信息请求消息;或者
    所述接收模块用于接收所述用户终端通过媒体接入控制控制单元MAC CE发送的按需的***信息请求消息。
  57. 如权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述***信息请求消息包括所述用户终端需要的按需的***信息的信息列表。
  58. 如权利要求52所述的网络侧设备,其中,所述周期广播的***信息还包括上行信号与按需的***信息的映射关系信息;
    所述接收模块用于接收所述用户终端发送的上行信号,其中,所述上行信号与所述用户终端需要的按需的***信息存在映射关系。
  59. 一种用户终端,包括:
    处理器;
    收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;以及
    存储器,用于存储程序,
    其中,所述处理器读取所述存储器中存储的程序并且通过所述收发机执 行根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的***信息传输方法。
  60. 一种网络侧设备,包括:
    处理器;
    收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;以及
    存储器,用于存储程序,
    其中,所述处理器读取所述存储器中存储的程序并且通过所述收发机执行根据权利要求17-29中任一项所述的***信息传输方法。
