具体实施方式
本说明书中各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
本发明实施例所使用的罗汉果甜苷V、菊花提取物、黑米提取物、红茶提取物、白芸豆提取物等原料,均通过常规商业途径获得,其中罗汉果甜苷V、黑米提取物和白芸豆提取物由湖南华诚生物资源股份有限公司生产提供;茶叶茶氨酸和红茶提取物由湖南金龙生物资源股份有限公司生产提供。

一种罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品实施例1~3
各原料的重量份如表1所示:

一种罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品的制备方法实施例:
(1)配制粘合液:分别按照表1实施例1~3所述重量份,将原料罗汉果甜苷V、维生素B和维生素C混配均匀,加30重量份的水溶解,过滤,得粘合液;
(2)混配、制粒:分别按照表1实施例1~3所述重量份,将原料菊花提取物、益生元、黑米提取物、红茶提取物、白芸豆提取物、水溶性膳食纤维、糖醇和茶叶茶氨酸充分混合均匀后,置于一步制粒机中,加入步骤(1)所得粘合液,在进风温度75℃,物料温度65℃,喷雾压力1.0bar的工艺参数下,制粒干燥至物料水分≤5%,用20目筛筛分,即成。
实施例1~3所得罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品外观色泽、颗粒均匀,质地松散;各取2g用500mL纯净开水进行冲调,均冲水即溶,汤色清亮,无可见杂质;品尝后,实施例1速溶饮品口感清爽,富有菊花清香,实施例2速溶饮品口感清香,爽甜,富有红茶清香,实施例3速溶饮品口感清爽,香甜,口味均匀、清香。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品,其特征在于:含有罗汉果甜苷V、菊花提取物、益生元、黑米提取物、红茶提取物、白芸豆提取物、水溶性膳食纤维、糖醇、茶叶茶氨酸、维生素B和维生素C。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品,其特征在于,各组分的重量份为:罗汉果甜苷V 0.05~18.00份、菊花提取物5~40份、益生元1~30份、黑米提取物1~10份、红茶提取物5~40份、白芸豆提取物1~20份、水溶性膳食纤维1~20份、糖醇1~20份、茶叶茶氨酸0.1~10.0份、维生素B0.01~0.50份和维生素C 0.1~1.0份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品,其特征在于,各组分的重量份为:罗汉果甜苷V0.1~15.0份、菊花提取物8~40份、益生元5~20份、黑米提取物2~5份、红茶提取物8~38份、白芸豆提取物5~15份、水溶性膳食纤维5~15份、糖醇5~10份、茶叶茶氨酸1~5份、维生素B 0.05~0.15份和维生素C 0.2~0.5份。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3之一所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品,其特征在于:所述益生元为低聚果糖、菊粉、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚大豆糖、低聚乳糖、低聚木糖或低聚异麦芽酮糖中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4之一所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品,其特征在于:所述糖醇为赤藓糖醇、异麦芽酮糖醇、木糖醇或山梨糖醇中的一种或几种。
  6. 一种如权利要求1~5之一所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)配制粘合液:将罗汉果甜苷V、维生素B和维生素C混配均匀,加水溶解,过滤,得粘合液;
    (2)混配、制粒:将原料菊花提取物、益生元、黑米提取物、红茶提取物、白芸豆提取物、水溶性膳食纤维、糖醇和茶叶茶氨酸充分混合均匀后,置于制粒机中,加入步骤(1)所得粘合液,制粒干燥,即成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述水的用量为各组分原料总质量的0.25~0.35倍。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述制粒干燥的工艺参数为:进风温度65~85℃,物料温度55~75℃,喷雾压力0.4~1.2bar,制粒干燥至物料水分≤5%。
  9. 根据权利要求6~8之一所述罗汉果益生元菊花茶速溶饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,制粒干燥后,对粗细颗粒进行筛分。
