在本实施例中,所述第二组连接件72能够起到调距作用。具体而言,由于多个所述第二磁性块721等间距地排列在所述柔性显示屏3的展开方向上,当所述第一磁性块711与不同的所述第二磁性块721吸附时,所述活动端32的位置不同,所述柔性显示屏3的展开程度不同(也即展开面积不同)。通过选择所述第一磁性块711所吸附的所述第二磁性块721,能够灵活调整所述活动端32的位置,从而获得不同的所述柔性显示屏3的铺设在所述垫片1上的面积,以满足用户的观看需求。
可以理解的,所述展开方向是指所述拉杆5的移动方向(如图1中箭头所示)。
优选的,定义所述柔性显示屏3的展开方向的垂直方向为第一方向。所述第一组连接件71包括沿所述第一方向排列的N个所述第一磁性块711。所述第二组连接件72包括呈矩阵排列的多个所述第二磁性块721,在所述第一方向上,每一排所述第二磁性块721包括N个所述第二磁性块721。N大于等于2。N个所述第一磁性块711同时吸附N个所述第二磁性块721,使得所述第一组连接件71与所述第二组连接件72之间的磁性吸附力远大于所述弹簧6的回弹力,所述活动端32能够更稳定地保持在预定位置。其中,N优选为2或3。
进一步地,请参阅图3,作为一种可选实施例,所述卷筒2上形成台阶24。所述台阶24邻近所述开口设置。在所述柔性显示屏3的收卷过程中,能够通过所述卷筒2抵接所述拉杆5或所述台阶24限位所述拉杆5,来防止述柔性显示屏3完全收卷进所述卷筒2内。
进一步地,请一并参阅图2、图4以及图7,作为一种可选实施例,所述智能手环100还包括支撑片8。所述支撑片8被包裹于所述垫片1内,所述第二组连接件72形成在所述支撑片8上。
优选的,所述支撑片8采用锰钢片制成,使得所述支撑片8可被弯曲至任意的形状而保持住被弯曲的形状。此时,所述垫片1采用柔性材料,从而能够随所述支撑片8一同被弯曲。所述第二组连接件72优选柔性材料,例如软磁铁。
在本实施例中,所述智能手环100能够形成多种弯曲形状,以贴合不同用户的手腕,所述智能手环100的适用范围广。
优选的,所述智能手环100还包括电连接的电池81与控制模块82。所述电 池81以及所述控制模块82位于所述垫片1的相对另一端。换言之,所述电池81及所述控制模块82与所述卷筒2分别位于所述垫片1的相对的两端。所述控制模块82电连接所述电池81和所述柔性显示屏3。
优选的,所述电池81以及所述控制模块82均形成在所述支撑片8上且被均包裹于所述垫片1内。
进一步地,请一并参阅图4和图5,作为一种可选实施例,所述智能手环100还包括柔性电路板9。所述柔性电路板9的一端连接所述柔性显示屏3的所述固定端31,所述柔性电路板9的另一端连接所述控制模块82。
优选的,所述柔性电路板9包括相连的卷曲段91和延长段92。所述卷曲段91收容于所述卷筒2内,所述卷曲段91的远离所述延长段92的一端连接所述固定端31。所述延长段92被包裹于所述垫片1内,所述延长段92的远离所述卷曲段91的一端连接所述控制模块82。
其中,所述卷曲段91卷绕在所述凸柱211的外侧。
优选的,所述卷曲段91的卷绕方向与所述柔性显示屏3收卷于所述卷筒2内的卷绕方向相同。当所述柔性显示屏3收卷于所述卷筒2内时,所述卷曲段91呈松弛状;当所述柔性显示屏3展开铺设在所述垫片1上时,所述卷曲段91呈收紧状。
在所述智能手环100的制备过程中,先将所述第二组连接件72、所述电池81、所述控制模块82以及所述柔性电路板9的所述延长段92形成在所述支撑片8上,而后一体成型地形成所述垫片1,使得所述垫片1能够完全包裹上述元件,起到良好的密封效果,实现防水功能。
优选的,所述垫片1采用硅胶材料。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图3以及图4,作为一种优选实施例,所述卷筒2开设视窗23,用于使所述柔性显示屏3正对所述视窗23的区域可视。
在本实施例中,当所述柔性显示屏3收卷于所述卷筒2内时,所述柔性显示屏3的正对所述视窗23的区域可视,形成显示区,可用于显示时间、日期、天气等讯息。简言之,所述柔性显示屏3收卷时可通过所述视窗23显示。当所述柔性显示屏3展开铺设在所述垫片1上时,所述柔性显示屏3展开的区域形成主显示区,可用于显示各种画面,例如电影、视频等,所述柔性显示屏3的正对所述视窗23的区域可形成副显示区,与所述主显示区一起进行显示。当然,在 其他实施方式中,当所述柔性显示屏3展开时,也可不设置副显示区。
优选的,所述智能手环100还包括透明盖板,用于覆盖所述视窗23,以保护所述卷筒2内的所述柔性显示屏3不受损伤。
进一步地,作为一种可选实施例,所述柔性显示屏3包括层叠设置的显示面板和触控面板。此时,用户可通过触控所述柔性显示屏3实现对所述智能手环100的各种控制动作。当然,所述智能手环100也可集成通讯模块,以通过触控所述柔性显示屏3来实现通信功能。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智能手环,其特征在于,包括:
    垫片;
    卷筒,连接所述垫片的一端;以及
    柔性显示屏,包括相对的固定端和活动端,所述固定端位于所述卷筒内,所述活动端位于所述卷筒外;
    所述柔性显示屏通过所述活动端相对于所述垫片移动而收卷于所述卷筒内或展开铺设在所述垫片上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括转筒,所述转筒转动连接于所述卷筒内,所述固定端连接所述转筒,所述柔性显示屏卷绕在所述转筒的外表面以收卷于所述卷筒内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括固定盖和端盖,所述固定盖固定于所述卷筒的一端,所述端盖转动连接于所述卷筒的另一端;
    所述转筒的一端转动连接所述固定盖,所述转筒的另一端固定连接所述端盖。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括弹簧,所述弹簧穿设在所述转筒内部,所述弹簧的一端固定连接所述固定盖,所述弹簧的另一端固定连接所述端盖。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述固定盖上形成凸柱,所述转筒转动套设在所述凸柱的外侧,所述弹簧固定连接所述凸柱的内表面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述端盖上形成凸轴,所述转筒固定套设在所述凸轴的外侧;
    所述凸轴上形成定位柱,所述弹簧固定套设在所述定位柱的外侧。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述活动端通过磁力选择性地固定于所述垫片的不同位置,进而调整所述柔性显示屏的展开程度。
  8. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括拉杆,所述拉杆连接所述活动端;
    所述拉杆上形成第一组连接件,所述垫片上形成第二组连接件,所述第一组连接件配合所述第二组连接件,用于使所述活动端定位在预设位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述第一组连接件包括至少一个第一磁性块,所述第二组连接件包括至少一个第二磁性块,所述第一磁性块与所述第二磁性块相互吸附以定位所述活动端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述第二磁性块的数量为多个并且等间距排列在所述柔性显示屏的展开方向上。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述垫片上形成台阶,所述台阶用于对所述拉杆进行限位。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括支撑片,所述支撑片被包裹于所述垫片内,所述第二组连接件形成在所述支撑片上。
  13. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括电连接的电池与控制模块,所述电池以及所述控制模块位于所述垫片的相对另一端。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述智能手环还包括柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的一端连接所述固定端,所述柔性电路板的另一端连接所述控制模块。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板包括相连的卷曲段和延长段,所述卷曲段收容于所述卷筒内,所述卷曲段的远离所述延长段的一端连接所述固定端,所述延长段被包裹于所述垫片内,所述延长段的远离所述卷曲段的一端连接所述控制模块。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏展开时所述卷曲段收紧,所述柔性显示屏收卷时所述卷曲段松弛。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述支撑片采用锰钢材料。
  18. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述垫片采用柔性材料。
  19. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述垫片采用硅胶材料一体成型。
  20. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的智能手环,其特征在于,所述卷筒开设视窗,所述柔性显示屏收卷时通过所述视窗显示。
