在相关技术中,用户可以通过与每一通讯方对应的通讯会话页面,分别与各个通讯方之间进行通讯消息的传输,以实现相互通讯。但是,当用户处于某一通讯方对应的通讯会话页面时,如果接收到其他通讯方发送的通讯消息,相关技术中并不能够对用户进行及时提醒,只能够由用户手动切换至消息列表页面或者相应的通讯会话页面中,才能够予以查看,极为影响通讯效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种消息提示方法及装置,可以实现对未读通讯消息的快速提醒,以及对通讯会话页面的高效切换。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供技术方案如下:
根据本申请的第一方面,提出了一种消息提示方法,包括:
当检测到接收方设备上存在未读通讯消息,且所述接收方设备的显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识;

但是,在本端用户通过图2所示的通讯会话页面与该用户D进行通讯的过程中,如果本端用户接收到来自其他用户的未读通讯消息,在图2所示的 通讯会话页面中并不会示出相应的消息提示。本端用户必须手动返回图1所示的消息列表页面时,才能够在用户A对应的消息列表页面中查看到诸如“①”的提示信息,表明接收到来自用户A的一条未读通讯消息;类似地,在用户B对应的消息列表页面中示出“③”的提示信息,表明接收到来自用户B的三条未读通讯消息,在用户C对应的消息列表页面中示出“①”的提示信息,表明接收到来自用户C的一条未读通讯消息。
那么,如果本端用户没有及时返回消息列表页面,将无法及时查看到相应的未读通讯消息的提示信息,可能导致错失重要讯息;而如果本端用户希望避免错失重要讯息,就必须频繁地返回到消息列表页面中,不仅操作繁复,而且还可能打断与其他用户之间的正常通讯。可见,相关技术中的上述通讯过程,导致用户之间的通讯效率极其低下。
因此,本申请通过改进消息提示方案,可以解决相关技术中的上述问题。为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图3是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种消息提示方法的流程图。如图3所示,该方法应用于未读通讯消息的接收方使用的电子设备(即接收方设备)上,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤302,当检测到接收方设备上存在未读通讯消息,且所述接收方设备的显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识。
在本实施例中,与发送方无关的所述显示页面可以包括:区别于发送方的其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面。例如对于图1所示的作为发送方的用户A而言,当显示页面为图2所示的用户D对应的通讯会话页面时,即可认为该显示页面与用户A无关。当然,通讯应用还可能包含其他功能,那么相应功能页面也可以被判定为与发送方无关,本申请并不对此进行限制。
进一步地,当显示页面为区别于发送方的其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面时,针对检测到的未读通讯消息,可以将提示标识显示于该其他通讯方对 应的通讯会话页面的非会话消息展示区域,而避免显示在用于展示传输的通讯会话消息的会话消息展示区域,防止对通讯会话消息造成遮挡和影响阅读。其中,非会话消息展示区域可以包括:其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面的顶部导航栏处,例如图2中用于显示该其他通讯方的ID信息“D”的区域。
在本实施例中,可以在显示页面上示出一功能标识,该功能标识用于触发对最近联系人列表的展示,该最近联系人列表中包含预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识;那么,当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,可以将显示页面切换为该任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面。那么,本端用户(即接收方)可以通过上述的功能标识,实现在多个通讯会话页面之间的快速切换,而不需要经由消息列表页面来实现在通讯会话页面之间的切换操作,有助于简化用户操作、提升通讯效率。其中,基于显示页面中的功能标识,可以在检测到未读通讯消息且该显示页面与未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将上述的功能标识替换为该提示标识,以便于接收方通过该提示标识快速切换至发送方对应的通讯会话页面中,以实现对未读通讯消息的查看和回复等操作,有助于简化用户操作、提升通讯效率。
在本实施例中,可以将显示页面的至少一部分由任一边缘向内压缩,形成相应的常驻边缘区域,并在常驻边缘区域内示出预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识;当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,可以将该显示页面切换为该任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面。那么,通过形成常驻边缘区域,便于本端用户查看相应的最近联系人,并在多个最近联系人对应的通讯页面之间实现快速切换。其中,当检测到未读通讯消息且显示页面与该未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,可以将发送方作为最近联系人,并将发送方对应的页面入口标识替换为提示标识,以便于接收方通过该提示标识快速切换至发送方对应的通讯会话页面中,以实现对未读通讯消息的查看和回复等操作,有助于简化用户操作、提升通讯效率。
在本实施例中,提示标识包括以下至少之一:发送方的头像图标、未读通讯消息的总数量、分别对应于每一发送方的未读通讯消息的数量、最近一 条通讯消息的预览内容,当然本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤304,根据检测到的与所述提示标识相关的触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述发送方对应的通讯会话页面,以示出所述未读通讯消息。
在本实施例中,当未读通讯消息对应于多个发送方时,可以根据检测到的针对提示标识的第一触发操作,示出发送方选择页面;其中,发送方选择页面中包含多个发送方对应的页面入口标识;然后,根据检测到的针对任一发送方对应的页面入口标识的第二触发操作,将显示页面切换为该任一发送方对应的通讯会话页面。那么,当存在多个发送方时,一方面可以通过提示标识进行未读消息提示,另一方面可以通过对发送方选择页面的隐藏,避免对显示页面造成过大的显示影响,并且通过对发送方选择页面的唤出和展示,便于接收方对感兴趣的发送方进行选择并快速进入相应的通讯会话页面,有助于提升通讯效率。
图4是本申请一示例性实施例提供的另一种消息提示方法的流程图。如图4所示,该方法应用于未读通讯消息的接收方使用的电子设备(即接收方设备)上,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤402,检测到未读通讯消息。
在本实施例中,通讯消息可以包括即时通讯消息,或者其他任意类型的通讯消息,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤404,当电子设备的显示页面与未读通讯消息的发送方相关时,转入步骤406A,否则转入步骤406B。
在本实施例中,假定未读通讯消息来自作为发送方的用户A等,那么与该用户A相关的页面可以包括:该用户A对应的通讯会话页面、如图1所示的消息列表页面(该消息列表页面中包含用户A对应的通讯会话页面的页面入口)等;而其他页面被作为与该用户A无关的页面,例如区别于用户A的其他用户对应的通讯会话页面等。
步骤406A,示出未读通讯消息。
在本实施例中,当显示页面为用户A对应的通讯会话页面时,可以在该 通讯会话页面中示出该用户A对应的未读通讯消息;当显示页面为消息列表页面中,可以在用户A对应的通讯会话页面的页面入口处,示出用户A对应的未读通讯消息的预览内容。
实际上,当显示页面与用户A相关时,该显示页面可以对该用户A对应的未读通讯消息进行至少部分展示,使得用户A能够直接予以查看消息内容。
步骤406B,在显示页面中示出提示标识。
步骤408,当提示标识被触发时,转入步骤410。
步骤410,示出发送方选择页面。
步骤412,确定被选中的发送方。
步骤414,切换至相应的通讯会话页面。
在本实施例中,通过在显示页面中示出提示标识,使得本端用户可以据此了解到存在未读通讯消息,从而对未读通讯消息进行及时查看,避免错过重要讯息。
举例而言,假定显示页面为图5所示的用户D对应的通讯会话页面,该通讯会话页面可以包括:用于展示传输的通讯会话消息的会话消息展示区域,以及用于实现其他功能的非会话消息展示区域(比如,该非会话消息展示区域可以包括:用于输入会话消息的输入栏、用于实现预设功能的导航栏等)。
当接收到来自用户D的未读通讯消息时,可以展示于图5所示的会话消息展示区域,以供本端用户直接查看;当接收到来自用户A等其他用户的未读通讯消息时,可以在图5所示的通讯会话页面中示出上述的提示标识,以提示本端用户对相应的未读通讯消息进行查看。其中,提示标识可以被展示于图5所示的导航栏等非会话消息展示区域内,以避免对会话消息展示区域内的通讯消息造成遮挡或其他影响。
如图5所示,当不存在未读通讯消息时,可以在导航栏内示出一功能标识1,本端用户可以通过点击该功能标识1等方式,触发对图6所示的最近联系人列表的展示,该最近联系人列表中包含预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识,比如图5中示出的最近联系人可以包括用户A、用户B、用 户C等,而页面入口标识可以包括相应的最近联系人的头像、ID、最近通讯消息的预览内容等。那么,当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,可由显示页面切换至该任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面;例如,当本端用户选择触发了图6所示的用户C,即可由用户D对应的通讯会话页面直接切换至该用户C对应的通讯会话页面,而不需要通过图1所示的消息列表页面进行页面切换,那么尤其是在多个用户对应的通讯会话页面之间反复切换时,可以极大地简化用户操作、提升通讯效率。
而基于上述的功能标识1,如图7所示,可以针对检测到的未读通讯消息,将该功能标识1替换为提示标识2,从而将未读消息提示功能与上述的最近联系人相结合,减少了通讯会话页面内的显示内容、简化了页面复杂度。如图7所示,功能标识可以包含未读通讯消息对应的用户头像,比如图7示出了用户A对应的头像图标;同时,功能标识还可以包括未读通讯消息的数量,比如图7中该用户A对应的未读通讯消息数量为1条,可以在其头像图标的右上角示出“①”。那么,在一种情况下,当检测到对图7所示的提示标识2的触发操作时,由于未读通讯消息仅来自该用户A,因而可以直接由用户D对应的通讯会话页面切换至该用户A对应的通讯会话页面。而在另一种情况下,结合上述的最近联系人列表,可以在检测到对图7所示的提示标识2的触发操作时,首先示出图8所示的最近联系人列表,用户A的页面入口标识排列在该列表中所有页面入口标识的首位,且该用户A的头像图标处示出了未读通讯消息的数量为“①”,然后基于针对该用户A的页面入口标识的触发操作,即可转入该用户A对应的通讯会话页面。
当然,电子设备可能同时接收到来自多个用户的未读通讯消息。假定同时接收到来自用户A、用户B和用户C的未读通讯消息:在一实施例中,可以将各个用户对应的头像图标,依次排列在显示页面内,比如排列在图5所示的导航栏内。在另一实施例中,如图9所示,可以仅示出两个图标:最近接收到的未读通讯消息对应的发送方用户的头像图标21、用于表明未读通讯 消息的总数量的图标22,从而一方面可以区分于图7所示的未读通讯消息来自同一发送方的场景,另一方面可以避免过度占用诸如导航栏的显示区域;那么,当检测到对头像图标21或图标22的第一触发操作时,可以示出图10所示的最近联系人列表,并在该最近联系人列表内示出未读通讯消息对应的发送方的页面入口标识,比如用户A、用户B和用户C等,并且可以在每一发送方的页面入口标识处示出相应的未读通讯消息数量,从而当检测到针对任一发送方的页面入口标识的第二触发操作时,可以直接转入该任一发送方对应的通讯会话页面。
当然,除了图5-10所示的消息提示方式之外,还可以采用其他方式进行消息提示。例如图11所示,提示标识3可以采用文字形式,比如通过“你有5条新消息”表明总共接收到5条未读通讯消息,当检测到针对该提示标识3的下滑操作时,可以唤出图12所示的最近联系人列表,以展示出未读通讯消息对应的发送方以及最近联系人对应的页面入口标识,当任一发送方对应的页面入口标识被触发时,可以转入相应的通讯会话页面。
而例如图13所示,最近联系人列表可以常驻在通讯会话页面中,比如可以通过将会话消息展示区域由左侧边缘向内压缩后,形成用于展示该最近联系人列表的常驻边缘区域。那么,当检测到未读通讯消息时,可以将相应的发送方对应的页面入口标识展示于常驻边缘区域内,并在每一发送方的页面入口标识处示出相应的未读通讯消息的数量,比如用户A和用户C对应于图标“①”表明存在一条未读通讯消息、用户B对应于图标“③”表明存在三条未读通讯消息等。当然,以用户A为例,假定用户A原本就作为最近联系人而展示于最近联系人列表中,那么在接收到来自用户A的未读通讯消息时,可以认为是将该用户A的页面入口标识(包括用户A的头像图标和ID信息)替换为提示标识(包括用户A的头像图标和ID信息,且头像图标处包含数字图标“①”)。
图14示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请 参考图14,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器1402、内部总线1404、网络接口1406、内存1408以及非易失性存储器1410,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器1402从非易失性存储器1410中读取对应的计算机程序到内存1402中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成消息提示装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图15,在软件实施方式中,该消息提示装置可以包括第一示出单元1502和第一切换单元1504。其中:
第一示出单元1502,当检测到接收方设备上存在未读通讯消息,且所述接收方设备的显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识;
第一切换单元1504,根据检测到的与所述提示标识相关的触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述发送方对应的通讯会话页面,以示出所述未读通讯消息。
可选的,与所述发送方无关的所述显示页面包括:区别于所述发送方的其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面。
可选的,所述第一示出单元1502具体用于:
当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将所述提示标识显示于所述其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面的非会话消息展示区域;
其中,所述其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面包括:用于展示传输的通讯会话消息的会话消息展示区域,以及所述非会话消息展示区域。
可选的,所述非会话消息展示区域包括:所述其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面的顶部导航栏处。
可选的,还包括:
第二示出单元1506,在所述显示页面上示出一功能标识,所述功能标识 用于触发对最近联系人列表的展示,所述最近联系人列表中包含预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识;
第二切换单元1508,当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面。
可选的,所述第一示出单元1502具体用于:
当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将所述功能标识替换为所述提示标识。
可选的,还包括:
压缩单元1510,将所述显示页面的至少一部分由任一边缘向内压缩,形成相应的常驻边缘区域;
第三示出单元1512,在所述常驻边缘区域内示出预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识;
第三切换单元1514,当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面。
可选的,所述第一示出单元1502具体用于:
当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将所述发送方作为最近联系人,并将所述发送方对应的页面入口标识替换为所述提示标识。
可选的,所述提示标识包括以下至少之一:所述发送方的头像图标、所述未读通讯消息的总数量、分别对应于每一发送方的未读通讯消息的数量、最近一条通讯消息的预览内容。
可选的,所述第一切换单元1504具体用于:
当所述未读通讯消息对应于多个发送方时,根据检测到的针对所述提示标识的第一触发操作,示出发送方选择页面;其中,所述发送方选择页面中包含所述多个发送方对应的页面入口标识;
根据检测到的针对任一发送方对应的页面入口标识的第二触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一发送方对应的通讯会话页面。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种消息提示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当检测到接收方设备上存在未读通讯消息,且所述接收方设备的显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识;
    根据检测到的与所述提示标识相关的触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述发送方对应的通讯会话页面,以示出所述未读通讯消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,与所述发送方无关的所述显示页面包括:区别于所述发送方的其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识,包括:
    当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将所述提示标识显示于所述其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面的非会话消息展示区域;
    其中,所述其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面包括:用于展示传输的通讯会话消息的会话消息展示区域,以及所述非会话消息展示区域。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述非会话消息展示区域包括:所述其他通讯方对应的通讯会话页面的顶部导航栏处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述显示页面上示出一功能标识,所述功能标识用于触发对最近联系人列表的展示,所述最近联系人列表中包含预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识;
    当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识, 包括:
    当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将所述功能标识替换为所述提示标识。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将所述显示页面的至少一部分由任一边缘向内压缩,形成相应的常驻边缘区域;
    在所述常驻边缘区域内示出预设数量的最近联系人对应的页面入口标识;
    当任一最近联系人对应的页面入口标识被触发时,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一最近联系人对应的通讯会话页面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识,包括:
    当检测到未读通讯消息,且所述显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,将所述发送方作为最近联系人,并将所述发送方对应的页面入口标识替换为所述提示标识。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示标识包括以下至少之一:所述发送方的头像图标、所述未读通讯消息的总数量、分别对应于每一发送方的未读通讯消息的数量、最近一条通讯消息的预览内容。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据检测到的与所述提示标识相关的触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述发送方对应的通讯会话页面,包括:
    当所述未读通讯消息对应于多个发送方时,根据检测到的针对所述提示标识的第一触发操作,示出发送方选择页面;其中,所述发送方选择页面中包含所述多个发送方对应的页面入口标识;
    根据检测到的针对任一发送方对应的页面入口标识的第二触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一发送方对应的通讯会话页面。
  11. 一种消息提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一示出单元,当检测到接收方设备上存在未读通讯消息,且所述接收方设备的显示页面与所述未读通讯消息的发送方无关时,示出一提示标识;
    第一切换单元,根据检测到的与所述提示标识相关的触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述发送方对应的通讯会话页面,以示出所述未读通讯消息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一切换单元具体用于:
    当所述未读通讯消息对应于多个发送方时,根据检测到的针对所述提示标识的第一触发操作,示出发送方选择页面;其中,所述发送方选择页面中包含所述多个发送方对应的页面入口标识;
    根据检测到的针对任一发送方对应的页面入口标识的第二触发操作,将所述显示页面切换为所述任一发送方对应的通讯会话页面。
